Yeah. The toughest battle I think I've ever faced was back on Diamond when I got in a fight with someone in that battle restaurant. I was training one of my Pokemon and they pulled a Pikachu. I kept using tail whip (or something like that) on the Pikachu, and it kept using double team again and Again and AGAIN until I couldn't hit it.

| Tail whip is non-damaging, I hope you were using something else. | |

I was trying to get its defenses down so I could OHKO it smarty. Battling isn't all about damage.

| But Tail Whip is just as likely to miss as an attack, and most restaurant Pokemon aren't all that strong if I remember correctly. Seems like just attacking would be more likely to work. | |

I dunno what to say. Either "seems legit" or "not good enough".

| I realize this is very early but I'd like to submit a character sheet for a Pokemon I plan to have Cirrus add to his team. Not his next catch, but possibly the one after that. Yes, a character sheet. You'll see why in a moment.
Hachi Dunsparce, male Caught on Route 208 at level [TBD] Run Away Sassy Nature History: Long ago, when he was young and innocent, Hachi was caught by a trainer who specialized in Pokemon Contests. His trainer was excited to have such a rare Pokemon and immediately began training the Dunsparce for contests. To the trainer's shock, though, Hachi quickly picked up human speech, an ability peculiar to some Dunsparce. Not only were contest judges put off by Hachi's speaking, he turned out to have a talent for getting into trouble, ruining several contests for his trainer. His trainer kept him around for a while after pulling Hachi out of contests, but eventually released Haichi, with his consent. Haichi returned to Route 208. Personality: Haichi is narcissistic and mischievous. His three favorite things are lying, getting in trouble and anything he can't have. Despite his love of pranks and tricks, he doesn't try to hurt anyone; he just has fun messing with people and Pokemon. He's both extroverted and independent, and has a great deal of social grace thanks to his inflated self-image. He likes action, not sitting around. The best way to manipulate him is by exploiting his pride, but it's not beyond him to turn that against the exploiter. Abilities: Like any Dunsparce, he can quickly shuffle along the ground either forwards or backwards, can burrow backwards at high speed, and can leap into the air and use his tiny wings to control his movement. He has the unusual--but not unique--ability of human speech, which some Dunsparce are able to easily master.
Is this character okay?

| I remember in most games how after transforming Ditto could only use struggle. Now it looks like that Pokemon gains the moves of its opponent, too. It might actually be useful as a team member, again, if that's the case. | |

| I see...the only wild pokemon I ever encountered that used that move was Mr. Mime, and I always got annoyed because if it didn't have such a high speed stat or something, I would have knocked it out in one move... | |

EVASION CLAUSE ABUSE.

There's no evasions clause in Ubers... Coming soon to a Showdown near you...
And yes, I evaded a Psychic attack. Because logic. Use a Ninjask to get in a couple of speed boosts, use moves like Protect and Substitute, and then Baton Pass a bunch of speed boosts (and a Substitute if you can) to a Rampardos with Attack EVs. I would like to go for Sheer Force for an ability so I can have a strong and diverse movepool, but Mold Breaker also allows you to use Earthquake against those darn levitators.
