Name: Shen Carbix Age: 17 Gender: male Species: Chimerian Appearance: Shen is quite obviously not human, but is humanoid in shape. He stands at about 2.5feet tall and weighs 40 lbs. He isn’t terribly muscular but does look fit and properly formed (ie, he isn’t fat). He is covered in fur, and his skin is tan like an african cat’s. He has a tail similar to a kangaroo’s in size, thickness, and shape, but legs and arms jointed like a person’s. His feet have three catlike toes that end in extendable claws. His five-fingered hands have similar claws, but you wouldn’t know it due to his gloves (which I’ll describe below). His belly’s fur is lighter than the rest of the fur, making him look sort of like an African wildcat. Shen’s face strongly resembles that of a fox’s, with a long narrow muzzle like one ending in a small black nose. The rest of his face is also like that of a fox’s, with pointed ears and orangey eyes. His mouth is lined with sharp canine teeth. Shen wears a pair of gloves that look like this. These are central to his power. Shen also wears a pair of futuristic glasses that look like this on his face. Shen’s outfit consists of a white track jacket with blue sleeves the same color as the blue on his gloves (the collar is zipped up so that it covers his neck) and black track pants with a hole where his tail sticks out. On his feet he wears a pair of boots that look like this. Around Shen’s waist is a rather futuristic-looking black toolbelt that contains such things as a crystalline touch screen phone phone and a taser (that I will describe in the abilities section), as well as a wrench made of carbon nanotubes. Personality: Shen’s is a Gadgeteer genius combined with a jerkass, and add a dash of Commander Contrarian. . Shen is extremely intelligent, brilliant, even, and he doesn’t mind showing it off. He often goes on very long and complicated rants about his technology simply to confuse the hell out of anyone stupid enough to think that they’re more intelligent than he is. He likes having fun, and often pulls pranks on people or hacks things just to see how others will react to it. It has to be a challenge, though, or else he won’t even bother doing it. He’s not the kind of prankster who takes candy from a baby or traps you in a spinning revolving door. He’s the type of prankster who would find the most technologically-advanced building in the land and hack it so that the speakers inside play The Hamster Song for four hours straight. Shen doesn’t really seem to care much about other people, and steals things constantly. Shen loves finding flaws in other people and reminding them of it every ten seconds until they go insane and throw themselves off of a building (a tall one, hopefully, so he can see if they reach terminal velocity).
History/backstory: Revealing this would give away a plot point
Powers/skills: Shen is the wielder of the Miracle Gloves. The Miracle gloves are technopathic gloves that allow him to control and manipulate technology. The gloves generate thousands of electromagnetic fields that allow Shen to manipulate metals, silicons, some plastics, and carbon polymers. The gloves are controlled by his mind, allowing him to essentially build anything he can imagine. He is so good at programming and using the gloves that he can construct a robot in seconds. The gloves also have a teleportation application that allows Shen to make pieces from his warehouse in Gamma appear wherever he is. Because of this, Shen can essentially create a weapon or machine wherever he is. Shen’s glasses are a computer that works similar to a super-futuristic google glass. He has certain algorithms and programs saved in them for certain robot designs that he uses often. He can copy these programs and send them to the gloves, allowing him to design robots too complex for him to instantly think up with ease. The glasses have a 4x optical zoom and thermal vision, as well as the ability to tap into a satellite, allowing Shen to see large areas of the city. Shen’s boots have jets in them that allow him to lead forty feet in the air and have shock absorbers to keep him from breaking his legs when he lands. The taser at his hip fires blasts of electricity that can temporarily stun an enemy of robotic or biological creation. It looks like this.
Weaknesses: Firstly, robot parts are expensive and some are hard to find. Shen only has so many parts, and if he uses them up it’s going to cost him. Shen runs a side business selling robots and other machinery (especially weapons), but it doesn’t always cover the cost of the parts he uses for his machines. Because of this, Shen is almost perpetually in debt. Secondly, Shen’s robots are by no means indestructible. They can be damaged the same as any other machine, and if their chips are destroyed, then Shen cannot repair them. Shen can only create about four robots at a time due to constraints to the miracle gloves’ technology. Also, Shen himself isn’t exactly indestructible. He doesn’t have any actual technological enhancements done to his body, so he’s not particularly hard to kill.
Weapons: -His taser -A computer virus stored in his glasses computer that he can use to slow down or temporarily paralyze machines. - Jerry: (that’s clickable). Jerry is Shen’s robotic sidekick. He has a personality and ability all of his own (I might make him his own sheet). Jerry is about a foot and a half tall and has rocket boosters in his feet that allow him to fly. Jerry can lift about 500 pounds of weight without damaging himself and is incredibly durable, able to survive falls from nearly 100 feet. He has laser pulsars in his hands that let him fire laser blasts at opponents. He also has a coffee maker function (because how else would Shen obtain the molecule of life?)
Home: Shen lives in a warehouse that he owns in the Gamma district. He has set a kind of loft up in its higher levels. The warehouse stores Shen’s parts for various machines and his workshop, where he experiments with new machines. I’ll describe it IC. Job: Shen runs a business selling machines which he makes a good bit of money from (not quite enough to cover the costs at times, but he enjoys it).

Name: William Arthur Hadron Jr. (known as Billy Hadron) Age: 37 Gender: male Species: Lumien Appearance: Billy Hadron is a man of average Lumien height (5’7”) and has a medium muscular build, like that of a soldier. His skin is a light tan color (like that of many Lumiens) and he is covered in olive green body hair everywhere except for his face, hands, and chest. He has a wide forehead and long pointy ears not unlike an elf’s. Billy’s right cheek, chin, and the area around his right eye is constructed out of pliable silvery metal. His eyes are violet in color (like bright purple). Like all Lumien eyes, Hadron’s pupils are the same color as his irises, and there is a thick black ring separating his irises from the whites of his eyes. His face is seemingly permanently affixed with a scowl. Billy’s olive green hair is worn in a military-like buzzcut. He almost always wears a pair of black oil rig sunglasses on his face and a white oblong bluetooth is in his right ear. The rest of Billy’s body is a hodgepodge of biological and metallic pieces. His left arm is entirely made of the same pliable metal as his face and matches the muscle tone of his real arm perfectly. Billy’s right breast is made of metal, as is a section of both of his thighs, the right side of his lower back, and both of his lower legs from halfway down his calf to his feet. All of the metal on him is the same pliable silvery metal as his face. Billy’s lungs and heart are also robotic, but you can’t see them obviously. He has no pulse (his heart operates similarly to an LVAD). On Billy’s right shoulder is a tattoo of a red-and-white buoy with the words “I won’t go down” written in black. Billy wears a light blue dress shirt with a brown tie and slightly darker blue pants than the shirt (a cerulean kind of color). Over this Hadron wears a blue blazer matching the blue of the pants and a black fiber optic trench coat that when buttoned makes him semi-transparent. On his feet are a pair of black loafers.
Personality:
Backstory: Okay, so this is the interesting part of this sheet. William Hadron was born on Holos, in a section with an extremely large amount of human influence (explaining the name). Billy grew up during the war (just like almost everyone else here) and when he was nineteen, just about to go off to college, he was drafted into the Lumien military. Not wanting to get sent to some useless part of the military, Hadron enlisted himself in the Lumien Army. As Billy went through training, his instructors identified his hard-nosed tough-as-nails attitude and sent a recommendation for him to join Task Force 666, the most highly-trained fighting force in the Lumien Consulate. The thing that really set Billy aside was the fact that he absolutely never gave up and was willing to do whatever it took to accomplish his goal. He was sent into war a few years later with Task Force 666 at the third-largest battle of the war, the Battle of Talon. Talon was a mostly-desert planet on the border of the Lumien Empire that was a border fort. It was the last planet between Legion Fleet 13 (led by General Glacies) and Desbin, the Lumien capital. The planet contained a massive fort and was covered in orbital defenses. Billy and Task Force 666 were deployed to protect a line of 33 Abyssal-class tanks from Red Legion forces long enough for them to destroy Legion Flagship 13, which had entered the planet’s atmosphere and was raining Hell down on the base. Task Force 666, coupled with Task Forces 345, 218, 404, 099, and 913 fought back the behemoth Red Legion army while the Abyssal tanks fired away at Flagship 13. After nearly six hours of nonstop fighting the Abyssals finally destroyed Flagship 13. It crashed and exploded, killing Glacies and saving the planet from being taken over. Of the 1,300 soldiers in the combined task forces, only 200 survived the battle. What was left of Task Forces 666 and 404 boarded transport tanks to travel to another battlefield on the other side of the planet. 666 met up with Ground Fleet 4, a massive land fleet of around 2,000 soldiers, but they never arrived at the battlefield. Because out of nowhere, Legion Flagship 1 appeared, the fleet led by Silas Rex himself. The flagship attacked the tank fleet and completely decimated it. Out of the 2,000 soldiers in the fleet, only 17 survived the bombardment and only four were left unharmed. Hadron was not one of those unharmed people. His left arm was torn off by an explosion and large swathes of his skin was completely incinerated. Shrapnel entered his chest, damaging his heart and collapsing his left lung. The other lung began to internally bleed from the impact. Both of Hadron’s legs from the calf down were burned off. He shouldn’t have survived, but somehow when the rescue teams arrived that sunovabitch still had mostly-living brain cells. After years in a medically-induced coma, Hadron awoke to find himself barely himself anymore. Almost 40% of his body had to be replaced with cybernetic parts. At first he struggled with using the new parts and was in rehab for three years, but he began to get the hang of things and finally became proficient with his new robotic parts. He now works as a detective in the Desbinian Office of Criminal Investigation’s Argis branch (DOCIA).
Power/skills: Hadron isn’t any normal amputee. Because he was a soldier and because so much of him had to be replaced, his bionics have an edge over most. Due to his robotic arm, legs, and nodules in his spine, Hadron is supernaturally strong. He can lift nearly 3,000 pounds of weight with his left arm. He can run at nearly 40 mph due to his robotic leg parts and has special build-in shock absorbers that allow him to survive a fall of about 40 feet unharmed. Hadron’s arm also has some...modifications done. The skin of his chest that isn’t made of metal is reinforced with non-newtonian fabric, making it bulletproof. The metal on his body is heatproof and bulletproof, making it very difficult to damage. He can transform his left arm into several different weapons. He can turn the arm from the forearm down into an electrically-charged blade made of a material similar to Damascus steel, a photon cannon (works similar to the Forerunner Incinerator cannon), or an automatic bolt rifle. All of his cybernetics are EMP-hardened.
Weaknesses: Not all of Hadron’s skin is bulletproof. Most of his skull, back, and his right arm are not, meaning that he can be damaged there by railgun bullets or lasers. Billy is mildly magnetic as well, meaning that any character with magnetism could immobilize him. Billy can also be damaged by large electrical shocks, as they can temporarily short out his cybernetics, knocking him out.
Weaponry: -Billy’s glasses are computer screens (like Shen’s). They can access the internet, store data, have a 10x optical zoom, and have night vision (as well as thermal vision for seeing the invisible). The glasses have a simulcast function, allowing him to stream whatever he is seeing directly to a video feed at HQ. The glasses also have a targeting system, so his guns don’t need sights. -Billy uses a Wolfgang/Preacher MK15 .45 silenced combat bolt pistol, a behemoth of a handgun with a six inch barrel and a laser-guided underbarrel attachment. He rarely uses it, though, as his cybernetics supply him with most of his weaponry. -The earpiece in Billy’s ear is actually a primary dock for his AI Altair. Altair speaks with an accent that sounds like a combination of English and Belgian (It’s actually a Sylvarian accent, but nobody here knows anything about any planet called Sylvara or its accent). Altair appears as a glowing bluish-white star spinning slightly on an axis when in corporeal form (when plugged into a hologram generator, basically). Altair has the ability to access and control any piece of technology that connects to the internet (which is practically everything in this day and age), and can break down most firewalls (though this takes time). I will probably be uploading a sheet for Altair, so this is just a skeleton of his abilities.
Home: Billy lives in an apartment in the Beta District. It’s a medium-sized place (he makes a nice salary) and isn’t too far from the DOCIAB building. I’ll describe the inside in the IC at some point, but I don’t feel like describing rooms that I’ll never use.
Job: Billy is a detective for the DOCIAB. He’s in the Advanced Crime Unit (ACU) meaning that he only goes after the best criminals. You’ll never see Billy tracking down a common bank robber or pickpocket. He goes after advanced serial killers, terror cells, titanic criminal enterprises, and other assorted criminals (or groups of criminals) that are either too dangerous or too clever to be apprehended by normal detectives.

Name: Jackson Preacher Age: 36 Gender: male Species: Human Appearance: Jackson Preacher is a tall stately man of a noble 6’2”. He has a skinny lanky build with long arms and legs. He is very fit physically (as most billionaires are), though is not of the muscular physique that you would suggest of a professional athlete or weightlifter. Jackson’s skin is a dark cocoa color, and his hair is black. It is kept in dreadlocks that are tied back into a ponytail (I’m sure there’s another term for this, but I don’t know it). His face is slim and gaunt, with bony cheekbones and sloped features, as well as a long thin nose. When you first glance at Jackson, it appears as if he has a lazy eye coupled with heterochromia iridium, but it is soon realized that he has a robotic eye. His right eye is an unnatural shiny silver color with a glowing red iris. The robotic eye moves independent to his biological eye, which is quite creepy at times. Because of this, Jackson wears a pair of polarized Oakley sunglasses (incase you haven’t figured it out yet, Oakley is booming right now). His face is almost permanently affixed with a slight frown, as if he’s not quite happy enough. Jackson wears diamond studs in his ears and has a white earpiece (like Billy’s) in his ear. He wears a black suit and only a black suit. You will never see Jackson Preacher wearing anything other than a black suit and if you do then you are hallucinating. On his feet is a pair of black loafers and only black loafers and if you ever see him without black loafers then you are still hallucinating. On his left wrist is a silver Rolex watch. Jackson appears to have a few slight bulges under his suit jacket, but nobody ever really seems to notice and weapons detection algorithms don’t detect anything on him so nobody really asks. Don’t be the person who asks. Jackson has a very slight Ugandan accent, though he still speaks eloquently enough for one to understand what he’s saying. On his tie is a silver tie pin, and on his left ring finger is a gold wedding band. On his right pinky finger is a ring with a black square of obsidian on it.
Personality: If good businessmen are sharks, then Jackson Preacher is the great white. He is a ruthless negotiator, willing to take any risk to achieve a goal. He knows how to play the game, and he plays it ingeniously. You don’t negotiate with Jackson Preacher; Jackson Preacher negotiates with you. You don’t make a deal with Jackson Preacher; Jackson Preacher makes a deal with you. Preacher has a head hard as a brick and a will stronger than iron. The only possible way that you could ever get Preacher to lower his standards in any sort of exchange is if he’s already ten steps ahead and knows that it will benefit him. Preacher is always ten steps ahead; it just matters whether or not it benefits him. Because of his determination and risk-taking, Preacher has become a tycoon of the business world. He’s worth 600 billion dollars and not a penny less. Due to his steely disposition and determination, Preacher has never given up. He has gone bankrupt twice, and both times completely rebuilt from the ground up. He’s not a very social character, though; he’s not awkward, per-say, but he’s somber and stoic. He rarely shows emotion, and has been known to smile twice in public (and he was drunk for one of them). He’s a man defined by his actions, as he has very few words. Jackson seems calm and relaxed in every situation, though he always has businesslike posture and conduct. Nobody makes Jackson Preacher blink, as they say. Jackson’s a highly-intelligent man as well. He crunches numbers like a supercomputer and never loses track, making him an excellent accountant. They say that he hasn’t touched a calculator in ten years. He is currently the president of Wolfgang/Preacher firearms (it used to be Wolfgang Firearms until Preacher bought it).
Home: A penthouse apartment on Toron Station (he is one of the few businessmen who actually live there.
Job: President of Wolfgang/Preacher Firearms.
Other: His power is a secret.

Name: Jenny Talton
Age: 103 (age 26 prior to her death)
Gender: Female
Species: Synthetic (originally human)
Appearance: Jenny looks very different than she did in her human life. Her synthetic body is athletic in design, but still looks very feminine. The only way to tell that she isn't a human would be to read her heat signature, vital signs, make contact with her skin, or if one is especially observant they would notice that her body is completely symmetrical. She sometimes changes faces for assignments, but sticks with her signature look the rest of the time. This consists of straight, slightly puffy, dark brownish purple. Her hair ends halfway down her neck. Large pink tinted eyes serve to make herself attractive, and provide a greater field of vision. The rest of her facial features are close to average, her nose being slightly under, her mouth a little bit more full. Permanently darkened eye lashes and lips give her the impression of always wearing a conservative amount of makeup. Piercings serve no functional purpose, so she has none. Typical attire is sleek, dark colored, and form fitting. (There will be more description here IC.)
Picture:
Personality: Jenny is a good natured operative that carries herself with dignity and grace. She takes pride in her work, and prefers to let her actions speak for her. She is a strong practitioner of teamwork, however she hates working with arrogant squad members or anyone else that may compromise a mission. That is not to say that she can't take a joke. Once you've proven yourself reliable she is much less uptight and might even play along. Some see her as a hypocrite considering that she mostly takes solo tasks then makes calls about the team. What they don't understand is that's how she works best and why she is assigned them. In her human life she was cool and collected in the face of danger and will to make sacrifices for the greater good, now even more so. It may of been a long time ago, but she hasn't forget what it's like to be human. The value of life is something she holds high. Never will she voluntarily endanger lives unless it is absolutely necessary. This makes her a shining beacon in an undercover world where results take presidence over morality.
History/backstory: In the year 3776 Jenny was a Sergeant Major who was making waves in the marines. Her higher ups were impressed and thought she might make good command material one day. Unfortunately the next year she met her untimely demise in a terrorist attack targeting the bullet train taking her to her next post. However, the brain was still intact within her combat helmet. Since she was a body donor she was eligible to take part in trials to map the neural pathways of the human brain into an artificial one. She was one of the first successes and inspiration for future models. It was a shock, but Jenny took rather well to her new body. For her it was like blinking and waking up super human with a new set of rules. While she was treated no different there was the underlying factor that she was really dead and that this new her was property. After seven years of tests, upgrades, reconnaissance, and cleanup work, Jenny was assigned to the First Galactic War. She watched many times as her comrades burned and died while she survived, but as war progressed cybernetics made her stand out less and less from her fellow soldiers. Since and throughout the war she has gotten quite a few upgrades to once again giver her an edge. Now she works private sector mostly handling counter terrorism, espionage, counter espionage, assassination, and counter assassination. I'm not going to detail her human life at this time.
Powers/skills: Jenny's body is made entirely out of artificial composites featuring no flesh and little metal. Rather than motors and hardware, she uses synthetic tissue/hydraulics and chemical/dna computing. This gives her a reaction time of 0.09, the strength to lift 6,800 lbs, and run at a speed of 50 mph. Artificial receptors grant her heightened senses. Additionally the lenses in her eyes are telescopic with a targeting computer, infrared, and night vision. Energy shielding makes up the first line of defense. Underneath her outer armor shell is composed of a highly blast resistant plastic similar to starlight, it is capable of withstanding a nuclear flash. Making up the second layer and her internal support structure is carbyne (a string of single carbon atoms) sheets woven with lonsdaleite (also called hexagonal diamond) chemical vapor deposition. These layers have been crushed by gravity fields into rigorous ultra-dense material, this process also compensates for Lonsdaleite's brittleness. Jenny's body is shock absorbent enough to air dropped without a parachute or other means to slow her fall. Internet access, remote communication, body transferring, and hacking are all benefits of her cyber brain. Electromagnets in her hands and feet allow her to scale magnetic structures. Lastly she wears a armored stealth suit that uses meta materials to bend light around the user rendering herself invisible. It also sheds radar and traps energy emissions.
Weaknesses: Jenny's outer plastic is shredded by projectile weapons, and is not even close to protection from a full nuclear detonation. Her synthetic flesh does not heal on it's own, and is reliant on a conductive white fluid. Should a wound make her loose too much of the liquid she will lose control of that part of her body. Head wounds are much more severe, and may result in 'death' (she's not technically alive). Additionally high ampere shocks that penetrate her insulation will cause her muscles to convulse. Lastly, the meta materials of her stealth suit are easily damaged, which renders it inoperable.
Weapons: -Mass accelerator sniper rifle that can fire a metal slug at mach 30. Heat generated from the shot flash converts air to plasma in it's wake. Special ammunition house a centigram of antimatter contained within a tiny electromagnetic field. -Arc hand cannon that fires an ionized laser followed by a bolt of electricity nearly as powerful as a lightning strike, creating plasma is a side effect of atmospheric use due to the high temperature. Lower settings can be used for non-lethal takedowns. -Particle beam rifle that has a scatter setting like a shotgun. -Energy sword that uses magnetic fields to hold plasma into a blade-like form. -Compressed carbyne and lonsdaleite combat knife that uses a compact ultrasonic generator to make the blade to vibrate at incredible speed.
Home: Jenny does not have a permanent residence, instead she makes use of a series of safe houses with repair bays and armories, or other government buildings. Depends on her location and needs.
Job: Works for the private sector of the government handling high risk, low profile assignments.

Name:Mannequin
Age: Unknown, but implied to be very very old.
Gender: Male
Species: Unknown, but a cyborg. Under all the circuits and switches; he used to be organic. Now he's way more machine.
Appearance:This should give you all a basic idea of what the Mannequin looks like. He used to be an organic being, but he has replaced basically all of his body with cybernetics, with what little organic parts of him left hidden under circuits and switches. Back to his appearance; that aforementioned picture should give a basic idea of his basic anatomy. The Mannequin is certainly an imposing and creepy machine. He has no face, it's totally blank. He's rather tall, and has very slender limbs with ball joints - The Mannequin stands at nearly ten feet tall straight up, but is hunched over, most of the time. His limbs are very thin, noodle-like. His right hand is extra large, and has very long fingers. From all the robot fapping. The Mannequin walks in an incredibly awkward and shaky manner, constantly appearing like he's on the verge of falling over - Except he never falls. His body is made of a smooth white ceramic, with the other important mechanics under it.
Personality: The Mannequin rarely shows any.
History/backstory: Mannequin used to be a man. Then he stubbed his toe and decided to become a cyborg.
Powers/skills: The first thing I should mention is that the Mannequin is a master when it comes to the medical and technological fields. He knows all there is to cybernetics, and he's quite knowledgeable about the many alien races of the galaxy - Put both together and the Mannequin can easily apply cybernetics to most alien races. He also knows how to dismantle and put together several other machines from whatever he can get his hands on.
That said; the Mannequin's cyborg body is insanely agile, and nimble, his joints are capable of moving in all eight directions easily. He's capable of extreme agility, and best of all; his movements are insanely jerky and unpredictable. Which can really throw opponents off. He's also capable of wall crawling. The Mannequin's body possesses stealth technology. Mostly the kind that makes him invisible to most technological means of detection, and natural. His ceramic shell is capable of easily resisting any basic attacks (Punches, small arms fire, etc) to an extent. The Mannequin possesses enhanced sensory technology, he can see at a microscopic level, and at long distances at will. His reflexes are enhanced to the point where he can dodge more sub and super sonic attacks when combined with his agility. The Mannequin also possess retractable blades hidden on his body, with two of the largest ones in his wrists, and at the bottom of his feet. He's capable of walking on these blades. Finally, the Mannequin possess what's basically a computer inside of himself. He can use it to communicate, search the internet (For porn), and etc.
Weaknesses: The Mannequin's weakness is combat itself. The robotic shell made for him wasn't made for combat. Direct fights is where the Mannequin fails, his strength is when it comes to mobility and hit and run attacks. Meaning he's inferior to most other combat oriented cyborgs. Open areas is also where he's at a disadvantage. The Mannequin's remaining organs are very vulnerable, and he's very reliant, one EMP (Or damage to his organic parts) could kill him for good. The Mannequin also lacks any ranged attacks.
I couldn't think of any weaknesses, but this will do.
Weapons: The Mannequin isn't armed to the teeth with weapons, per-say. He has blades hidden in several parts of his body, which should he need them, can be deployed. He also has hidden compartments in his body that'd expel a needle full of toxins - Particularly of the kind that makes cybernetics reject the body. He also other chemicals like pain suppressing ones, tranquilizing, etc.
Home: The Mannequin doesn't have a home exactly. He has various "labs" hidden throughout the city where he preforms his surgeries. They're underground, and the Mannequin takes measures to ensure that no one finds them.
Job: Illegal cybernetics doctor. Want a new arm? This brutha will hook you up.

Name: Eris
Age: Indeterminable
Gender: N/A
Species: Covrent
Appearance: Eris is always wearing a face mask that conceals her true identity. It looks like a black armored plate with rebreather/voice modulator and two telescoping lenses for the eyepieces. Very similar to a futuristic, full face, set of night vision goggles. Shoulder length blonde hair flows out from behind, a dark metallic headband keeps her golden locks together. On the left side of her head a large round transmitter with a short antenna on top covers her ear. Eris's typical outfit is a form fitting jumpsuit with armored sections on the shoulders, chest, forearms, and kneecaps. Her build is athletic and quite attractive, but the mask throws it off. She wears a tactical belt, and there are no other storage on her outfit. No skin is exposed, other than her neck and the back of her head. This speaks heavily of her level of confidence to anyone unaware of her true self. (There will be more description IC, and possibly another picture.)
Personality: To diverse and constantly changing to make it worth my while to do this section. Eris's primary objectives are keeping it's identity hidden, assimilation, and eliminating threats.
History/backstory: A problematic assimilative alien organism that was experimented on with biotechnology in hopes of making a more effective weapon. To put it plainly it worked, but wasn't able to be controlled. The Covrent caused a facility wide pandemic that resulted in the entire base being orbitally bombarded. Surviving cells have popped up since then and been discretely dealt with, however none are the wiser to a collection that made it's way to Port Argis and took on the alias of Eris. It has learned from past mistakes and realizes that the governments trying to exterminate it need to be destabilized before it can reign free.
Powers/skills: Eris is not a single organism, but rather a collection of trillions of biotechnological super cells. These cells are capable of ingesting just about any matter type, analyzing it, then modifying their own chemical composition accordingly. Once something is assimilated it can always revert back it's structure. It can alter it's form by dispersing into a cloud, changing it's color, texture, size, shape, and anything else within reason. This makes it capable of mimicking complex objects and organisms. Instead of a brain, Eris has a hive mind between cells that collectively make up it's cognition center. This makes it's intelligence directly proportionate to it's mass. At humanoid size it has close to peak human IQ. The cells split like amoebas, growing and repairing Eris at an exponential rate. Movement is achieved by tightening and relaxing bonds between cells, mimicking muscles, or machinery. In it's typical form it can lift 8,000 lbs and run 60 mph. Other benefits include enhanced senses and microscopic vision. Starting materials are a high tensile strength faillite ceramic (like boron carbide), common mechanical materials, and flesh. Hacking is an extreme specialty of Eris.
Weaknesses: In order to assimilate something Eris's cell's have to ingest it. It can mimic the appearance of anything it sees, but this is the only way to truly copy it. Damaging substances such as acid cannot be consumed or replicated. Chemical composition cannot be changed instantaneously, so Eris can't become something bullet proof right as your about it shoot it. Additionally any components smaller than the cells cannot be part of transformations. That's not to say that there aren't work around to make devices with nanotechnology function. Regardless of material properties individual cells are easily destroyed (not massed ones). Extreme temperatures, explosions, and other area attacks are the most effective. Because intelligence is directly related to mass, Eris get's less sophisticated the more damage it takes, until eventually all it has is animal like survival instincts. Lastly, each and every cell needs to feed to sustain themselves and multiply. Isolating Eris from consumable material will cause cells to die off at a much faster rate than a regular organism of the same size would without food.
Weapons: Eris is a weapon herself that commonly uses blades, hydrodynamic beam weapons (magnetically fires liquid metal at relativistic velocity), and nano warfare via cells to start off with.
Home: N/A
Job: Nothing official, but Eris is considered an intelligence broker, and a terrorist.

Name: Kimir
Age: 42
Gender: Male (Binokalians are usually genderless, though they can change their gender to male or female at will. So, if he wants, he can turn into a female)
Species: Binokalian (Kimir has a bionic tail, as well as a bionic left eye)
Appearance: Binokalians look a bit like two-legged Komodo dragons. Their average height is about 7 feet tall (Kimir is 6' 11"), and their average weight is about 200 pounds (Kimir is 213, thanks in part to the bionics). The head is a foot long, and half a foot thick, and has two long, bony ridges on the sides. Their eyes are naturally an amber color. Their tail is around six feet long (Kimir's is actually a foot longer). Their skin is smooth, but wrinkled around the base of the tail, the neck, and other joints in he body. The skin color is never constant around the head and neck. Much like a chameleon, Binokalians can change their skin color, but only around the head and neck. The rest of the skin is usually either pistachio green or dark green (Kimir's skin is dark green.) They have four fingers, and two opposable digits on each hand. Their feet are very dinosaur-like, and don't allow much room for shoes.
Kimir's eyes are amber, but the cybernetic eye is a shade of dark blue.
Kimir's clothes are purple and lavender robes. He doesn't wear shoes or any footwear.
Personality: Kimir is very awkward. There are not very many Binokalians in Port Argis, and he has tried to blend in with the crowd. He has a very odd sense of humor (e.g. trying to crack a joke after someone hurt themselves) that is not very uncommon in Binokalian society. He has a low ego, and doesn't have many friends. In danger, He mans up and uses the skills he was taught to either escape or fight off the threat.
History/backstory: Kimir was born on the Binokalian-owned planet of Dyur. He was born with a deformed tail, and it had to be amputated. Normally, he would have been a lost cause, but with the invention of bionics, Kimir's life was able to be saved. He was trained by his parents and village elders on how to hunt, fight, and survive. When he was 17, he and his parents hitched a ride on a spaceship and rode to Port Argis. He attempted to fit into this strange new society, but was always very awkward and ended up not making many friends. At the age of 19, he started working as a trader and bought his own house. He started visiting planets to collect rares and valuables in order to make a living selling them at Toron Station. Even though he is socially awkward, he still convinces many to buy his products.
Powers/skills: Kimir is excellent at exploring and fighting, which is why he visits strange, far-off planets so much. He has fought off wild animals, survived a night in temperatures below zero, and negotiated with native tribes.
Kimir is fairly athletic for his kind, and can sprint quickly (~22mph) for 25 seconds before tiring. He can jog for much longer; he can jog for about two miles before tiring. His arm strength doesn't seem to live up to his bionic tail; he can lift about as much as the average human, for about as long as the average human. With his arms, he is able to carry around 120 pounds without much strain, and up to 170 pounds with a lot of effort. He can carry up to 200 pounds on his back, with some strain.
His bionic eye takes the place of an organic eye that was rendered useless in a fight during his travels. To Kirim, the bionic eye is a sign of a mistake that he had made, and doesn't like it in the slightest.
Kimir isn't fond of his bionic tail, either, but it actually does have some advantages. First of all, it's prehensile, and a lot more flexible than a Binokalian organic tail. It is also able to carry very heavy things up to 700 pounds, with some strain.
Weaknesses: Kimir can sometimes bite off more than he can chew. Once, while stealing an artifact from a tribe, he foolishly decided to stop running and fight them off. He might have been killed has an accomplice not jumped in to save him. His cybernetics can occasionally glitch, which may cause his bionic eye to stop working or cause his bionic tail to make him lose balance. However, these glitches are rare; he has spent a lot of money to make sure that they're in working order.
Weapons: -A pulse rifle. For ammunition, it doesn't rely on physical bullets. It instead relies on energy. The energy is a bit like a bundle of electricity, which has the ability to either stun the target or kill them, depending on where it is aimed. It is a type of laser weapon. The weapon itself isn't very accurate. -A small, handheld railgun -A rarely-used machete -A "Flashstaff," Used by the Binokalians as a flashlight, a spear, and a staff. It is six feet long.
Home: Kimir lives in a small home at the edge of the Zeta district. His home is small and wedged in between larger buildings, but the inside reveals that he makes plenty of money off of his job.
Job: Kimir is a trader that sells merchandise in Toron Station, though, occasionally, he'd sell items at the basketball stadium. Kimir usually either purchases his merchandise, or takes it himself from a far-off planet.

Name: Lalna
Age: 25
Gender: Female, but doesn't make a big deal of showing it.
Species: Human, with a single cybernetic arm. I'll go into detail in the appearance.
Appearance: Lalna is rather human looking. She is a rather tall for a woman, being 5'4 and weights around 125 pounds. Her muscles are rather toned for a lady who does most of her own lifting and building of robots. She still has a small about of squishiness to her face and legs, as she does live in a reality where robots can do a lot of work for her. Her face is a bit child like, making it easy to mistake her for someone much younger then her. Her eyes are large and round, bright blue, and seem to sparkle when she is excited about something. Above her eyes are two, scruffy, eyebrows that raise when she is shocked. The rest of her features are small and smooth, as if her skin had been painted over to hid any impurities. The only mark on her face is painfully obvious, a large scar stretching across the bridge of her nose. Her hair is just about as unkept as her eyebrows, matching them in a dirty blonde color, and almost reaches to her shoulders with bangs that brush over her eyes. Lalna is almost always found in a long, white, lab coat as her choice of clothing. The coat has a high collar, with silver buttons all along one of the sides. Lalna absolutely adores this coat, the deep pockets always full of mechanical junk or a single black glove. The rest of her clothes change from day to day, being anything from tee-shirts and shorts to long pants and button ups. Lalna also adores to wear ties, as wearing a different one every day is rather fun to her.
While she might seem completely human, her arm has been removed and replaced with a cybernetic one. The arm was not meant to look realistic, she didn't want it to. It was less about how good it looked and how well it functioned. The arm has many open panels, compartments and wires weaving inside and outside the arm. The other two pieces of mechanical objects on her person are an anti gravity belt and a pair of goggles that are always perched on the top of her head.
Personality: I'm going to go into more detail in the IC, because I like expanding and changing personalities in the IC as my character grows and stuff, so I'm going to give this some sort of basic rundown on how Lalna functions. She had two main personalities, the one when she is lounging around, building new cybernetic parts or relaxing, and the one when she is hacking limbs off and sewing people together. When she is just hanging around with people she enjoys, Lalna is rather calm and collected. She is able to preform tasks with rather ease without making a mess or hurting anyone or herself. Like this she almost seems to be in some sort of calm stupor, eyes half lidded and kind, making her easy to get along with or manipulate. While like this she shows her brilliant side, the one that can construct a fully operational cybernetic body. However as soon as she is working a switch goes off in her head. While operating Lalna has little to no filter, or boundaries. While like this Lalna will grin, even laugh like someone had done something funny. And while this might seem intimidating, Lalna still upholds a sort of professional air about her. And as soon as she is finished enhancing someone, she gives them a firm handshake and a smile while helping them back to their feet. This change in personality isn't quite this drastic, but that'll be described IC.
History/backstory: Even from a young age, Lalna had a strange fascination with both cybernetics and the people who had them. She spent a large portion of her childhood learning all sorts of things about eh power of cybernetics from reading and observing the cyborgs in the streets. Her family itself has a rich history in both mechanics and doctoring. And thus she had a lot of exposure to the art of advancing a human, as well as several different species she had the chance to watch her father of grandfather operate on. This gave a young Lalna a rather morbid fascination in operating on others, however this fascination has never gotten to a dangerous point, or at least not yet. As Lalna grew up she continued to study cybernetics on a more professional level, allowing her to teach herself how to construct several different kinds of cybernetic parts from hearts to legs. She never intended on getting any cybernetic parts herself until an accident, an accident of which she never speaks of, left her with one less arm. After this she decided the best thing to do would be to build herself a new arm, a really cool arm, as a way to enhance herself while learning more about her chosen profession. She idolizes other cybernetic doctors, finding them too cool to handle. Her latest goal is to discover how to create personalities and goals inside a cybernetic shell.
Powers/skills: Lalna's greatest ability comes from the things she has created. Her prized creation being the goggles she never leaves home without. While they looks rather 'old fashioned' and plain once they are activated they become a wide array of tools. They can be used to see distances from very far away or very close up. They can also be used for protecting her eyes from bright lights or help her see in the dark. They can also be used to store and replay information to her, from her own eyes. Almost like a camera. Her second favorite piece of equipment, also her funniest invention, is an anti gravity belt. While it obviously has important uses, Lalna normally just uses it for floating around and reaching things on tall shelves. And while not as exciting, her knowledge of science, medicine and machines is a widely important and valued skill. Lalna is also really good at keeping secrets, until she is given some liquor and a bribe.
Weaknesses: Lalna has all the weaknesses of a normal human being. She can be shot, caught on fire, poisoned, and drowned with rather easily. The only durable part of her body is her cybernetic arm. So along with being weak physically and easily killed if caught off guard or without protective equipment, Lalna can also be a bit too causal with strangers. She has no need to think someone is dangerous to herself without getting to know them first. Even if said stranger has a weapon, until it is being fired at her she won't think of them as a threat. This puts her in dangerous situations more then she would like to admit. She can also get rather distracted, which if she is put in a very particular situation in which she might get hurt if she does not play attention, then this can become a large problem. Also if you are to remove her cybernetic arm and other inventions from her body, she is practically useless in battle. Even a battle of fists, as she would only have one to punch with.
Weapons: All of her weapons can be found on her cybernetic arm. The arm itself can function as sort of a swiss army knife. All over it there are little knives, saws, needles, a flashlight and even a tiny corkscrew and scissors. None of these are too useful in battle, but you never know. The main 'hand' of it can be switched out to several different tools, some dangerous and others not. It can be a fully functional fingered hand, a large saw, a drill, a set of long blades much like wolverine, or a small cannon like tool that can fire a wide variety of projectiles including blasts of energy or fire. Lalna rarely uses the arm cannon however, as the kickback bothers her and it needs a large source of fuel. Along with this Lalna also has a basic knowledge of other weapons, such as guns or lasers, but does not carry on her. She feels like if she leaves the weapons at home, she is less likely to get attacked. The arm itself can be used for fighting, and can lift quite a bit of weight, but Lalna has to be careful. Her arm might be strong but her legs are not.
Home: Lalna currently resides in the Epsilon District. She could offered to live in a nicer district, so she chooses to live on Cooper Street to keep herself in a nicer neighborhood while still being in close quarters with places that she could get her hands on metals and supplies. Since she is an independent cybernetic business, she has to buy all of her own materials. This keeps her from saving enough money to move into a nicer house in a nicer district. Despite this Lalna is quite content with the size of her home. She lives in a nice sized apartment with a bedroom, bathroom and a kitchen. The apartment is in a rather high level, giving her a nice view of the surrounding landscape. This apartment also doubles as her office and operating room. A few of the people who she has given cybernetics say they rather liked the almost friendly feel of being enhanced in a house instead of a white room. Others thought it was rather creepy. Lalna has no problem with the blood and gore in her house.
Job: Lalna is a cybernetic mechanic, with a bit of medical knowledge thrown in. There is good money to be found in replacing limbs. She knows how to chop off a leg and replace it with a new, even realistic, cybernetic one. Or rearrange a face to let in new beauty. She can even create entire new cybernetic bodies, if you pay her the right price. Or if you just need some stitches she can give you those, but might try and convince you to lose an old limb. Lalna is currently self employed, and legally too, but doesn't mind being hired out to do an occasional job. This makes her a rather neutral party, willing to help anyone with a good enough reason or a large enough check. Most of the cybernetic parts she constructs she makes herself, ensuring an ever stronger and sleeker new you.

Name: Sergeant Pescus Balik
Age: 27
Gender: referred to as male (though Poissians don't have the same genders as people)
Species: Icthian
Appearance: Pescus looks sort of like a poison dart frog mixed with a soldierfish. He is about four feet tall with long, skinny limbs and a human-like torso. He is relatively humanoid in shape, except with a long red tail ending in a set of fishlike fins. A long, razorlike dorsal fin runs down his back. Pescus is covered in fish-like scales that are white on his belly and gradually shift to red as they move from his belly to his back. His head is round with a very wide mouth that seems to stretch from ear to ear and two massive beady black eyes. On the side of his head where his ears should be are gills. The mouth is lined with hundreds of sharp hook-like teeth used for catching fish, and there is a small scar on the left side of his lip. His mouth is filled with clear mucus that sticks between his teeth, making them glisten. He spits often. Pescus’ hands and feet each have four fingers (one of the fingers on each hand is a thumb). They are webbed with froglike pads and small sharp black claws at the ends. On his left shoulder is a long jagged keloid scar. His left leg from the knee down is robotic, with webbed feet just like the other foot. He has two slits for nostrils and bony ridges above both his eyes. At the top of his head is a triangular red fin. He does not appear to have any ears, but actually does at the back of his head. He wears a skintight black-and-blue suit that covers his body, limbs (including his tail) and neck. A pair of what looks like silver headphones covers the gills on his head, and he wears a large pair of silver ski goggles that are filled with water, making his large eyes look even larger. There is a large tank on his back with tubes that run through the suits and into his goggles. He wears no shoes or gloves. He walks with a bit of a limp (due to his leg).
Personality: Pescus is nuts. He’s one of those people that everyone tells you these crazy stories about that you don’t believe a single word of and then you meet him and you say to yourself “damn, they were right.” He’s a social man, spending much of his time out on the streets chatting with people. When you meet him, you can automatically tell that there’s something off about him. Maybe it’s the ear-to-ear evil grin that plagues his face. Maybe it’s the fact that he just walks up and starts talking to completely random strangers on the street like he’s known them for years. He never forgets a face, and if he had a conversation with you once, he will remember you no matter how long later it is. He talks loudly and has poor hearing, making many people believe that he’s a drunk, though he’s quite sober. It’s common knowledge that a bomb once went off near Pescus’ face and damaged his hearing (as well as caused the cut on his lip). Pescus is extremely kind to the majority of people he meets and loves telling war stories. Oftentimes he can be seen on the balcony of his restaurant telling magnificent stories about his adventures. Pescus misses the military, though he is quite happy with his life. He misses the adventure and the drama of infiltrating ships and blowing them to smithereens expertly. He’s by no means crazy or PTSD however, though he does enjoy a good explosion.
History/backstory: Pescus was born on Meriarus, the Icthian capital planet. The planet has no continents, and is covered in beautiful oceans. 99.5% of the planet is water, with only a few islands dotting it. The Icthians lived in underwater cities deep in the Merian oceans. They were a technologically-advanced society, well-known for being one of only two sentient aquatic societies in the galaxy (the other is the Crevians). Pescus was a young boy when the Red Legion arrived on Meriarus. At age fifteen (the age when Icthians are considered to be adults) Pescus was drafted to fight for the Icthians. Pescus entered an underwater demolition unit who planted bombs on ships and submarines and blew them sky high. Pescus himself is credited with destroying ten Red Legion submarines and six destroyer naval ships. The Red Legion was not very successful on Meriarus, only able to kill about fifty thousand Icthians before the Icthian military combined with the American and Lumien armies defeated them. Red Fleet Five (the fleet that had attacked Meriarus) retreated, and Pescus, along with the rest of his unit, accompanied the Lumiens in chasing it. It was a trick, however, as the moment Red Fleet Five left the Merian solar system, Red Fleet Three landed and began to attack a now-weakened Icthian Empire. The Americans, accompanied by the Crevians and Chimerians, doubled back and retook the planet, though about a million lives were lost. Pescus’ unit advanced with the Lumiens and fought at the Battle of Talon, where he infiltrated and destroyed the life support system of Red Flagship 1 (in that same battle he also blew up the fuel supplies of two Red Legion battleships, causing them to go up in flames spectacularly). While evacuating the ship, Pescus was shot in the leg by a Red Legion bullet. The resulting molten tungsten explosion burned the bottom half of his leg so badly that it had to be amputated and replaced with a robotic leg. This took Pescus out of the rest of the war, something that to this day he regrets. After the war, Pescus was the first Icthian ever to earn the Meriaran Medal of Honor for his actions, as well as the Draekon Medal, an award given by the Lumien Consulate to foreigners who “fought valiantly to protect the Lumien Consulate”, and a purple heart from the American Empire. Pescus became an ambassador for the Icthians after the war and negotiated an alliance with the American, Chimerian, and Lumien Empires. He is hailed to this day on Meriarus as a national hero, his name as popular as Dwight D. Eisenhower’s is to us. After negotiating the alliances, Pescus moved to Port Argis in order to strengthen the alliance between the Lumiens and the Icthians.
Powers/skills: Pescus is of moderate strength for a human and is actually below average in speed due to his webbed feet and bionic leg. He can bench about 400 lbs (this is a lot for an average person, but he’s a soldier) and runs at a top speed of 15 mph. Pescus’ strength come in ways other than combat. Firstly, every part of him is poisonous. His skin secretes a mucus-like substance that is poisonous, combustive, and sticks to almost any surface, and his fins are lined with highly-toxic spines. The poison he secretes is as toxic as boy jellyfish venom, and can kill an average human if exposed to enough. Pescus has the ability to launch these spines from his tail at high speeds. He is immune to practically every poison as well (Icthians have a great immune system due to the fact that most of the fish on their homeworld are poisonous). Pescus has near-perfect night vision and, due to his coloration, can disappear in darkness. Pescus can also swim at nearly seventy miles an hour, making him able to catch most boats. Due to his military training, Pescus is well-versed in hand-to-hand combat and is trained in a variety of weapons. Despite his relatively low speed, Pescus is agile and can dance around opponents, metaphorically speaking. He also has vast knowledge of explosives due to his training, and can more or less blow anything sky high. Imagine him being like Demoman from Team Fortress 2.
Weaknesses: It’s not exactly easy to be a deep sea creature living on Argis. Pescus needs to wear a pressure suit constantly, and the tank on his back supplies water to his gills and eyes, keeping them moist. If Pescus’ suit were too badly damaged or his tank was destroyed, he would die extremely quickly. Without water, his eyes would dry up and he would suffocate (as he breathes through his gills). Pescus has poor hearing as well due to his explosives job, meaning that you can sneak up on him. Pescus’ robotic leg does not provide any benefits to him, and actually slows him down a bit (it’s been five years and he still hasn’t gotten used to it).
Weapons: -A cavitation cannon. This fun forearm-mounted weapon resembles a water cannon combined with a sonic gun. When fired, it releases a unidirectional supersonic sound blast coupled with a quickly-moving bubble of whatever fluid it’s in (air, water, etc). On impact, the bubble explodes violently and for a split second gains an internal temperature hotter than the sun. The explosion is equivalent to that of a grenade and the heat can melt most metals. The gun is pump-action and runs off of a nuclear battery (meaning it pretty much never runs out of ammo. -A belt of five light grenades. Basically these pill-shaped grenades contained frozen light. When thrown, the grenades’ advanced cooling system deactivates and the grenade explodes violently in about five seconds, sending out an omnidirectional laser blast. -Pescus can make a bomb out of practically anything (especially since the sticky resin his skin produces is explosive). He has a few packs of C4 hidden in reinforced vaults in his house as well as a few other goodies. -Pescus’ sidearm is a Wolfgang/Preacher MK22 .30 rail pistol -Pescus also carries a sickle made of Damascus steel when in combat (Icthian sickles are used on Meriarus because they are made so thin that they cut through the water).
Home: Pescus lives in a house on the edge of the lake. It’s a nice modern-style house well-decorated with memoriams of Meriarus (lots of seashells and coral). It is in the Alpha District right on the shore of Wolfgang Lake. It has a deck jutting out into the lake with hatches in it for he and his family to go underwater.
Job: Pescus has two jobs really. He is technically the ambassador of the Icthians to the Lumien Consulate. He also runs Poisson, a seafood restaurant/sushi bar in the Alpha District, right next to his house on the water. It is well-known for its excellent sushi. All of the restaurant’s seating is on a deck that hangs over the water’s edge. At the back of that deck, just at the water’s edge, is a bar where Pescus can most often be found, drinking a beer, smoking a cigar, and telling stories of his adventures in the war (60% of which are made up).

Name:Draco Van Siegfried
Age: 69 (My lucky number)
Gender: Male
Species: Cyborg-Human.
Appearance: Draco is a colossal human man. Whether it was from the cybernetics is up to you to decide. He stands at 8'8, and weighs quite a bit. Of course, he wasn't always this size, it's the cybernetics. Basically everything under Draco's neck is all cybernetics. Except not in the style that one may expect. His cybernetics appear rustic, out-dated even, like his cybernetics lack the sleekness or style of other cyborgs. Draco's cybernetics are heavily reminiscent of steampunk machinery, with his body seemingly operated by a series of punks, valves and levers. His cybernetics have decayed (They're rusty and dirty) a bit, outwardly, that is - To Draco style does nothing in a fight. Only the important stuff underneath are well maintained. His entire body is immensely large, his arms and legs are much wider, thicker. With his cybernetics more taking the appearance of a massive suit of armor than cybernetics. The only organic part of his appearance would be his head, which has been left relatively unaffected. . Draco isn't exactly a man you'd want to look at either. He's rather ugly, rough, and overall unattractive. Most of Draco's face is obscured by his massive, grey, bushy beard. He has no hair on his head, so he's completely bald there. He has plenty of body hair. His facial features are rounded and pronounced, and he has an oval shaped head. Draco has distinctive and large cheekbones. They're rather large and noticeable. He has a large and oddly shaped nose, it's seemingly heart shaped and has a large, thick bridge. Draco's eyes are a silver color and usually half open most of the time.
Personality: A rude and obscene individual. It's common to see Draco swear commonly and insult pretty much anyone. Draco is also quite sarcastic, and has a habit of constantly spouting out snarky remarks. He always appears to be quick to anger and violence - Always challenging people to fights, and trying to fight the strongest of all monsters. When Draco speaks, one can tell that he has a bias against young people (Insulting and taunting them, etc).
History/backstory: Draco was formerly a soldier during the great galactic war fighting alongside the American Empire.
Powers/skills: Draco is a trained, veteran, soldier. One that's seen a thousand battles. That said, Draco is an experienced soldier, and knows how to use a variety of weapons.
Draco has the usual combat cybernetic package. Immense strength, durability, and speed. Except Draco's strength and durability is much higher than the average cyborg, he can lift 18 Wheeler trucks with no problem (Well, there is the problem of them falling apart due to their own weight, but whatever). He can also take maximal damage fighting against most conventional forms of. Draco's cybernetics also come with deploy-able thrusters and wheels on his feet to give him a bit of extra speed.
Weaknesses: Draco is very, very big, and heavy. I hate to be the cliche one here; but he can easily be out maneuvered by faster, more agile cyborgs. His cybernetics are also a bit basic compared to others. Draco doesn't do too good against shielded targets. While his entire body is a fortress; Draco's head is his only real weak-spot.
Weapons:
- A very large Axe that's nearly as large as Draco that can be superheated with a press of a button. - A massive revolver type gun that shoots a massive bullet that'd put a hole in anything shielded. - In Draco's wrists, he has a deployable shotgun that'd shred flesh.
Home: N/A. Draco moves from city to city, place to place, offering his wisdom and services to whoever.
Job: Ex-Soldier, Draco's now a wanderer. He'd be up to some odd jobs if people have the money.

Name: Voxel (yes there is a parallel here)
Age: 17
Gender: Well that is both complicated and mostly irrelevant. Just look up clownfish breeding habits or keep reading and you'll know what I mean.
Species: Icthian
Appearance:
Voxel looks like this:
and I may or may not color it later. Voxel is completely transparent so you can see everything from what it ate for lunch to its cardiovascular system. More importantly, it shows off a series of thin metal disks which are rimmed by a tron-like blue light. The disks are comprised out of a mixture of superconductors and Graphine. It's not particularly strong or durable but that's not the point.
Personality: Voxel is a prankster and in a completely different sense than my usual character Exo, because while Exo trolls people to get information, resources or to destroy someone's ego making them more easily duped, Voxel does it purely out of a childish need for entertainment and unlike most of my characters, Voxel doesn't solve this by directing that energy towards the criminal classes, rather by directing it rather savagely towards everything and everyone. This coupled with its frankly terrible sense of humor makes for a rather hateful combination. It wouldn't be entirely unexpected for Voxel to use one of it's tentacles to yank some random bystanders legs out from under them for no other reason than it was funny. Now, it also wouldn't be entirely unrealistic to assume that the victim might come after Voxel as a result, and if the person was someone like Jenny or Billy, you can bet that Voxel will be sure to make itself scarce the second it feels there's even the slightest chance of a fair fight or even the threat of physical injury as it's really nothing but a entitled yellow bellied coward and with its general lack of morality, if you held a innocent person hostage and demanded it showed its face, it would be gone before you even opened your mouth. Even if that particular person was one of Voxels few 'friends' who are comprised mostly of rebellious teens, vandals, the odd homeless person, a few gang members who use Voxel's transparency, flexibility and problem solving abilities to steal beer from gas stations, pick pocket bystanders and steal the occasional necklace, gun or wad of cash. Voxel even participates in the transit of illegal drugs and prosthetics from drop point to drop point, although he's just used as a leg man and has no real contact to the people running the syndicates and cartels. The only good influence in its life is it's 'imaginary' friend named Dalfea who has a much better sense of morality than Voxel and often acts as its moral compass and conscience which it frequently chooses to ignore.
Some people including Voxel's guardian have suspected that Dalfea is Voxel's second personality because of occasions where Voxel will claim to be Dalfea speaking through her transport and will behave completely differently and almost like a human would, trying to wear things like dresses, mimicking the two legged gait for a human being instead of moving along like a cephalopod on all 24 tentacles, eating human food such as hamburgers and stating that raw fish is the most disgusting thing in the entire universe, despite the fact that sushi is Voxel's all time favorite. The most surprising difference is that while Voxel is Dalfea, it has the self proclaimed ability to see 'the flow' or 'the fluidity'. What this seems to mean is that 'Dalfea' can 'see' or somehow 'sense' movement in everything. Be it the electricity traveling through your phone, or the flow of blood through your veins, or hell, the air through the air duct systems, basically if it's moving, Dalfea seems to be able to sense it. The only time this hasn't been the case is when Voxel took a day trip to an asteroid somewhere outside the space station in 3rd grade, and everyone got into space suits and went out into the vacuum of space to collect rock samples for their science class and Voxel had a mental breakdown and spent the entire felid trip curled in a ball at the bottom of its space suit muttering 'blind, blind, blind, blind, blind.' over and over again until they got back to the space station and someone pried Voxel out of the space suit and it seemed to return to normal after that, although since then, has formed a phobia of the vacuum of space and has never been outside Port Agris since.
And, that's pretty much all I can tell you at this point personality wise.
History/backstory: Voxel is an entitled street kid (or squid) who has never experienced real combat, war or any kind of fair fight ever. It's also a yellow bellied coward once it's outmatched and will make a impromptu exit faster than you'd think is physically possible and seems to have a magic ability to find any and every opening, nook, crack or crevice in any structure without even looking at it and has never gotten lost in its life despite the fact that it wanders around backstreets and alleys for the majority of its day. As a result the only thing notable that its done is traffic a good variety of stuff on the black market, pickpocket civilians, steal beers for its friends in the gang community and vandalize a impressively large number of buildings with either spray paint or ferrofluid, the latter being nigh impossible to clean off anything, including glass. I can personally attest to it's mythical adhesive powers. My brother has neodymium magnets hanging from tiny drops of it that got splattered on his ceiling. It also looks an awful lot like dried blood, as a side note which can and does raised some awkward questions.
Powers/skills: Well Voxel by itself without Dalfea's enigmatic presence can do pretty much anything an octopi or squid can do, including changing the color and texture of its normally completely transparent skin, open pretty much anything with any kind of latch, (this includes solving a pentamix rubiks cube in under 6 minutes) propel itself using jets at around 30-45 MPH while underwater, although it could probably go faster if it bothered exercising, and fitting inside or through anything its 4 inch wide beak and eyeballs can fit through.
With Dalfea's help, Voxel can tell you how likely you are to have a stroke or heart attack, what parts of your brain are currently active, what the voltage of your cellphone is and what parts of it are activated, where all the air vents and electrical wiring are anywhere (unless they're vacuum sealed) or if someones is hiding anywhere and where unless they hold absolutely still and hold their breath, have any and all intake anythings shut and hide behind a lead wall so their brain activity doesn't show up.
Weaknesses: Well for one Voxel doesn't have any armor of any kind and, being a squid with no bones, it can have appendages severed more easily from its body than from, for example, humans. The advantage is that they'll grow back within a day or two. Disadvantage is that if it doesn't grow back, robotic cybernetics aren't an option because the transplant won't take given Voxel's elasticity unless the transplant is equally elastic. Another weakness is Voxel's phobia of vacuums. If you put him in a space suit and put that space suit in space, Voxel will basically curl into a catatonic ball at the bottom of the space suit and start muttering 'blind, blind, blind, blind, blind' over and over again until its returned back into an environment containing large volumes of air. Voxel can only see the flow of things when Dalfea's in control of its body, but Dalfea can appear as her own entity in the form of a human who looks something like
this:
and tell Voxel things about what she sees, resulting in what looks like Voxel talking to itself.
Weapons: ferro fluid and a superconductive electromagnet to control it. Those metallic, glow in the dark rings I mentioned earlier? They're super fine graphine and conglomerate disks of iron oxyarsenide and neodymium. If you've ever used ferro fluid before, you'll know that (1: It stains everything brown (2: it's basically made of rust and oil (3: if you hold a magnet to it, it forms geometrically shaped blobs of liquid that look somewhat like liquid sea urchins. How this can be used offensively is if it gets inside an electronic, voxel can control it's location and density with the magnet disks inserted into it's tentacles which can wreak all sorts of havoc since it's a conductive fluid, liquid and expands outward in the presence of a magnet which could potentially for a kind of cybernetic or otherwise blood clot if gets into the animal/robots circuitry. Basically, if a robot has a hole, crack or anything a liquid can enter through, Voxel can use that to get ferro fluid inside and short everything out.
Home: Technically, Voxel lives in the Epsilon District with it's foster parent, but in reality it spends most of its time as a vagabond eating and sleeping where ever is available.
Job: 'Professional pick pocket and electrical magician' to use Voxel's own words.

Name: Agatha
Age: 32
Gender: Female
Species: Franilian
Appearance:
Cybernetics are for sissies.:
What's life without the risk of death eh?
Personality: I used to love doing these... now its just... bleh. Anyway, here's a half-assed description:
Agatha is openly extremely calm, straightforward individual who is the kind of person you can talk about anything and everything with and not feel judged. During lectures, she's the one person in the audience who seems genuinely interested no matter how boring the subject is and is always smiling. This gives her a natural air of charisma and this coupled with her silver tongue makes people automatically want to trust her. She could probably get you to confess to having killed someone in your past within 3 hours of meeting her, and she's done just that to a huge number of important individuals and uses that information to get 'favors' after she's gathered it. Although always under a pseudonym so she's perpetually in peoples favor for resolving their blackmail issues. It's a quite frequent occurrence for the person she's blackmailing to cry in her shoulder about being blackmailed, thus divulging more information than she already had, and for her to play the sympathetic card so perfectly that it doesn't really matter if she gets what she want's from the blackmail, she'll be given an equal amount of resources in the form of favors people owe her 'above bar'. This makes her one of the biggest manipulators currently known to the civilized world/quadrant/galaxy/whatever you want to call it.
Inwardly, while she's smiling and paying attention to you, she's running through her list of all the different ways she could kill you, while she's sympathizing with you about your various life troubles, shes storing that information away and plotting out how she's going to use it against you. While she's attending a peace conference, she's working out how she'd assassinate everyone present. The more devious the plot is, the more charismatic she gets, the more murderous the scheme, the wider she smiles, the more weaknesses you have, the more sympathetic she becomes. The more dangerous the situation, the faster her mind works, the smarter the person, the more sophisticated and philosophical her speech. The bigger the challenge, the more likely she is to rise to the occasion. She does what she does, not for revenge, because she had a tragic backstory or because those people deserve it (although typically they do) but because it's challenging, fun and passes the time. Because of this, she is likely the most all round dangerous person you'll ever meet.
History/backstory: Classified.
Powers/skills: Powers? What powers? Agatha doesn't have powers don't be absurd. Skills however. That's going to be a bit of a problem. See, she's got quite a lot of those. Lets start with the fact that she's a criminal Ms. Fixit. Need to stage an assassination? Plan a bank robbery? I'll give you 1 guess as to who you'll end up using. Because of the heavy stereotyping of both her species and gender, you'll have no idea as to what she looks like, and most people simply assume she's a he, and because of how efficiently she gets things done, its a common assumption that she's some kind of heavy metal cyborg with guns built into every part of her body. As a result, no one, ever, suspects the 5'2", philosophical, morally upright world heritage and environmentalist, political activist with a degree in theology to be a cold blooded serial killer and criminal mastermind. I mean, are you out of your mind? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Agatha, a serial killer? HAR HAR HAR Thats funny.
Weaknesses: Remember the no powers thing? If you have no powers, you have no weaknesses. (Well of course you could walk up and shoot her in the head, but (1: that's not even clever (2: You'd be killing a very prominent political figure, be incarcerated for life, if you're lucky, and probably be killed within a week in whatever jail they put you in. (3: You'd be killing a very powerful ally, or a very dangerous enemy depending on what day it is (4: you'll have to outsmart her to even be able to do that, and that means outsmarting me, so its never gonna happen unless I want it to. Sorry.) As for other weaknesses, she's physically just slightly more powerful than the average human being, has no cybernetics, and is ridiculously clever, which is a double edged sword.
Weapons: Everything. That soda can you're holding can be a weapon if you use it correctly. Agatha is the master of killing people with pencils, toothpicks or hell, she could probably even use air to kill you.
Home:
Beta district, naturally.:
Job(s): Criminal and above-bar Ms.Fixit, depending on who you are and how much you know. Preserving the natural environments of over 50 known exoplanets, promoting equal gender/species rights, serving as board director to a good number of peace conferences and as the main political representative of Azulu, actively fighting terrorism, promoting public education, running more than a few Red Cross charities for natural disaster victims and the poor. Oh yeah, and she writes excellent sci-fi novels that are suspiciously similar to her darker, unknown career of choice.

Name: Claymoor
Age: 765.438673209
Gender: Yes
Species: Svotths
Appearance: Changeable
Personality: somewhat duplicitous.
History/backstory: His imaginary friend forgot to remind his alter ego to remind his mother to remind his evil twin to remind him to remind his imaginary friend to remind his alter ego to remind his mother to remind his evil twin to remind him to remind himself that he had a thing, to remind himself of… Maybe…
Powers/skills: Shape shifting, because he is made up of super-cells, which are basically each an entire organism, fighting, hacking (each of his cells have a tiny brain of their own which are all telepathically connected, giving him a vast sea of knowledge, although usually he ignores that writhing ocean of information because it gets annoying after a while[and makes you insane… shhh…]), Thick anti-extrocellular mucus like liquid protects his cells from viruses and bacteria, surviving “mortal” wounds any cell that is damaged is immediately sterilized and reused, if possible, giving him non size loss regenerative abilities, Very fast reflexes are a result multi neural cluster cells, where a signal has significantly less distance to travel.
Weaknesses: Claymoor is structurally silicon based, with a carbon based metabolism, so he still has to eat. Laser and plasma wounds (burns in general) are as damaging to him as to anyone else.
Weapons: (everything in this section is EMP proof/resistant/hardened) Repurposed plasma cutter, uses a mix of Dicyanoacetylene and aerosolized steel/tungsten atoms, to heat up to massive temperatures. Over 15,000 F to be exact. Only the magnetic field generated by the gun can control the blast (the blast can be controlled up to 6 feet away from the gun, allowing him to shoot around corners [the blast will dissipate out of a 2 inch wide jet after 25 feet and becomes very hot plasma/fire for another 15 whereupon it dissipates further into hot air.
Standard Energy shield, but a bit souped up.
Laser Oscillation and Stored Energy Repeater: Basically fires a laser into a canister that reflects 100% of the light back and forth, so that the laser that was fired into the canister for 5 minutes, is now a beam of very tightly packed (figuratively speaking) photons. This gun is really powerful, and is run off a Xenondiflouride battery the size of a softball, the gun is constantly refilling its canisters, and about every month Claymoor has to replace the battery, and this thing has 10 canisters, so after all 16 are fired, it has a slow fire rate, IF in CONSTANT use. This gun has enough power to blast through weak energy shields with one shot.
Ranged weapon, ranged weapon, ranged weapon, ranged weap-, Oh! A melee weapon! JOY! Magnetically repulsive blade (the one on the bottom right), Yeah, this thing will ‘slice’ through most anything with water or metal in it, or if it is a semiconductor, there is no visible blade, but don’t mistake it for a short club, no, no, no, this thing will repulse whatever it’s cutting around the blade, like water around a really strong magnet (like the strongest neodymium magnet in the world dipped in liquid N2), the field itself is in the shape of a blade, so the edge cuts, then the sides repulse it away, tearing a rift in the object further. This sword also functions as a spearpoint EMP, due to said magnetic field. The range of the EMP field can be extended to up to 12 feet
Home: A large trailer painted with rainbow-trailing Nyan cats
Job: Defensive building architect, planetary weapons designer and technician.
Other: Bio? Claymoor can eat pretty much anything, and his favorite food is silicon chips fried in butter, although regular food is fine too. Claymoor also has little flagella on all of his cells, many on each one, that are so small that they can basically grab molecule chains and move them around. Carbon bonded materials take longer to rip apart, due to them having stronger bonds than those of other elements.
His brain is backed up to a hard drive floating somewhere in Jupiter.
