Sandy, Nicole, Willow, Toby, Capri, & Pedro
Sandy stared at Vito for a moment, as though suddenly realizing he was there. She frowned, but it wasn't a hostile one, as it was more like a worrying one. "Name's Sandy, and I found Nigel trapped inside a closet. I don't know what he is, but he's created some sort of empathy link between me and him. It's kind of like having a little point in your skull where you can sense things from something else. I really don't get it. You know any telepaths or emotion-sensors that might be able to help?" She asked, her ears pricking forward. Over the past few days, they had gradually been changing. They didn't look very human, now. They had grown larger, more flexible, and were developing a pointed shape. The ridges inside them were changing, too. Sandy's fur was also growing longer. Overall, she was growing more bat-like in appearance.
Toby frowned, his own button ears lowering, "You could try Johnny, he's got something to deal with emotions, doesn't he? We got tons of others with some mental power, too, you could ask them."
Bones cut in on the conversation, "Hold your horses, Toby. I don't mean to be hostile about anyone, but I don't think Johnny's the guy for the job. If you ask for something, he ain't gonna do it out of the kindness of his heart, he'll want something in return. Being mentally linked to that tiny dragon is better than being stuck in debt to some guy who doesn't really appear to think much of others." She folded her arms, "Besides, you ain't giving Nigel much of a chance to prove his worth. He might be useful, though how animals wound up mutating, no clue."
Frillerfang looked at Nigel, her dark eyes narrowing, as she thought, "Looks like a male five-lined skink, to me, got the right coloration, but it looks like it got crossed with dragons, eagles, and crocodiles in the process of mutating."
Sandy nodded, "There used to be some kid who would run around and turn animals into mutants as a prank, I think Nigel was one of the animals they missed. I think he used to be someone's companion, but I think they got killed during the invasion." A tingling in her skull sent more emotional signals. "Okay, yeah, that's exactly what happened." She frowned, "Nigel doesn't communicate in words, but it seems like he's very smart, he's kind of sending stuff over through the link."
Nicole sighed, "Sandy, forget trying to understand the link. Maybe Nigel will be a good creature to have around. Besides, we're not really a super picky crowd." She then waved a wing at Frillerfang. "Oh, and this is Frillerfang, I don't think you've met her before, she's that friend Pedro sent us off to the lake searching for." The bird meta sounded tired, like she needed to get some rest. Chances were, she was very tired, but couldn't sleep past the anxiety the traitor problem was causing.
Frillerfang, lacking any proper hands, bowed her head, instead, "Nice to meet ya." She said.

Nick
Nick tensed up when he felt the hand touch his shoulder. His hand balled up, and he prepared himself to spin around and grab whomever had touched him, when he heard Faith's voice. He noticed he had not been breathing, and let out a deep sigh. "You know I dont like being surprised." He said, turning to face her. "What're you sorry about? You cant control the situation. Perhaps there is some other godly meta that can, but that's beside the point." Nick said, his shoulders sagging. "Done with what? There's nothing I'm really doing besides getting some air, ya know?" he said, replying to her idea. "But I think I might know someone. Caden mentioned her. Lemontea or something. You should see if that eye of your know where she is." He said, as a massive boom went off from inside the mansion.
Nick accomplished the main goal, put himself between Faith and whatever was coming. "Stay behind me!" Nick said, his eyes flashing bright blue as his powers began to activate. As he got ready to play the defensive, Livvy smashed through the door. Nick's eyes widened, and his eyes flashed back to their normal bright yellow. He momentarily cherished his ability to discard contacts. He had to wear brown contacts before, now he doesnt have to deal with the discomfort of an eye itch every now and again. Faith, being the female of the two would probably be even more worried than he was due to her maternal instincts (they were her caretakers in Dragonfly's absence after all), but this didn't mean he wasnt worried. "Livvy!" Nick shouted, dashing out into the lawn. By this time other were upon her, taking tentative steps towards her for fear of being harmed, but Nick forgot this fact, Dragonfly had trusted him and both he and Faith cared for her. She had been screaming and crying, she was still crying. She had curled herself up into a little ball, the fetal position he believed it was called, and was hugging herself.
"Move!" Nick said, shoving Drake out of the way, his gloves keeping him from making any skin contact. Nick did not know Drakes power, but he did like to wear gloves. He made sure to come from the front as to not scare her even farther. He didn't care too much about the mud or the rain, he needed to tent to Livvy. He got down to her level, and did his best at consoling her. he had never been too good at that, but hopefully by now Faith would be on her way. "My god, Livvy, are you alright?" He said, kneeling down to her level and picking her up in a hug. He didn't know what Livvy could do, nor did he know how she would react, but he had to do something! He knew that if this went bad he might as well be dead. he knew it and yet he did not care. "Ssh... ssh... It's okay..." Nick said to her, rubbing her back in slow motions to try to calm her down. He looked around himself momentarily, noticing the change in the weather.
'Faith please get here fast...' he thought to himself. He didn't want to be questioned and interrogated by these strange people whom he did not know. All he knew was that he was taking on a father figure when Dragonfly wasn't there, and he knew that agreeing to that meant that he had to make sure those she met werent planning to harm her.

Luciana "La Cordera" Rojas
Everyone is good at something. And everyone is really, really good at something. Sometimes, these things are mundane. Sports, academics, romance. Sometimes, these things are more morbid.
Luciana's particular talent was death. Killing. Luce didn't particularly like what she was-or, more accurately, what she'd become (because sometimes, looking in the mirror, it was like there was a whole face looking back at her, two eyes, gorgeous and unscarred, smooth and silky), but there was no denying her skill at it. Fighting, violence, it came naturally to her. Even from a young age, she hadn't felt the same fear that paralyzed the other children when a spider crawled into the center of the room. She'd merely eyed it for a moment, gauged how quickly it could dance out of the way, and then crushed it under one shoe, twisting her foot back and forth for good measure.
So, when Sylvia made her grand appearance, the only thing that kept her from getting a few scars to match her attackers was Luce's poor posture. She'd been resting forward on the counter, weight balanced poorly and her hands too far away from her guns to make their practiced draw. She had to right herself, guide her hand through the motion: and like that, thinking her way through it instead of acting purely on reflex, it felt clumsy, awkward. The natural ease wasn't there.
There was a deafening roar within the cafeteria and the wall a half foot behind Sylvia's blurring form cracked off and fell to the ground.
Within an instant, Luce's casual, flirty, easygoing nature had melted away, and it'd been replaced with something different. She was both deathly serious, her face curled into a deep scowl and her single eye devoid of its usual charm, but there was something else to it. She may have been taut and tense, muscles flexed and ready to go, but she was also relaxed and calm. The same rush of adrenaline that overtook her-well, it was familiar. It calmed her and excited her all at once. She was sickened and delighted each time the acrid smell of her .45 filled the air around her, and every ounce of hearing loss added by each shot she took was sweet and painful all at once.
Ears ringing, she lowered the muzzle of the smoking revolver, staring at her companions. "Puta estupida" Leila hissed. But...Johnny's sister. She was protected by the terms of their alliance, at least: as was Gabe. As much as Luce already detested this foolish, insolent girl-surely someone with that little regard for their own life would just be a liability-there was no point in being openly hostile. Luce may have been underhanded, corrupt, and not the best role model for children, but she tended to stick with deals she'd made. Particularly when they benefited her.
"Sorry, Johnny," she murmured, popping the spent shell out of her revolver and tucking it into a small pouch. She loaded a fresh round into it, not bothering to count how many she had left: when the right side of the belt felt lighter than the left, then she'd know it was time to start conserving ammunition. Luciana holstered the revolver and kept her eye on Sylvia for a moment, wary. "Didn't realize who our visitor was. Pleased to meet you...my name is Luce." The girl had mentioned a....dubstep bomb? She didn't know what dubstep was, but she was quite familiar with bombs. Hm. Maybe Sylvia had a shred of worth, after all.
There wasn't much else that could really be said, or that Luce cared to say: she was too inflamed (are you entirely mad at the girl, darling, or are you just angry you can't sink your teeth into her? Angry you didn't get a good fight out of this? No, shut up, shut up) to bother with the usual banter or even casual flirting with, well, really anyone in the room. Luce's suggestive comments didn't seem to mind who they wound up being directed at. She was, perhaps, a very bad Catholic.

Drake Blackmore, & Jake Valos.
TheOperator wrote:
"Move!"
"Hey! Watch it!" Drake roared after being shoved aside by this stranger - Which he didn't appreciate. For one thing; he didn't know Nick, at all. While Charles told him that a friend named Nick was here - Drake didn't know this person specifically. Mixed with the loss of his prized wang; it was a recipe for irritation. The reason why he isn't getting anymore aggressive is that his own powers are spazzing out right now, and can't assume any forms (He forgot he's already in a form). Drake decided to play the calm card. He quickly regained his composure and stood straight up, narrowing his eyes. Drake watched Nick - It became obvious from the way he talked that he knew the little girl in some way, and wasn't hostile. Regardless of if Nick knew Livvy or not - Drake definitely wasn't going to stand by and let him do her harm. Quietly pulling out his cigarette carton, and sliding out one cigarette, before putting it in between his lips - Stopping the process there. They were outside, in the rain. Once/if the illusion over them gets dispelled, the rain will extinguish it. He put the cigarette in between his fingers, and watched, looking a bit mad.
"Be careful! She just went supernova a few minutes ago!" Jake warns Nick, as the newcomer approached. Which was strange, since he swore that everything inside the illusion was invisible. In either case, he was going to keep this illusion going. The exertion from holding several was creeping on him again, but as long as this scene is brief, then it won't be that bad. Jake definitely knew that there was a connection between Livvy and Nick. He guessed that this guy could be her older brother - Because he's had quite a bit of experience with siblings (And those with siblings). Jake noted that Drake was definitely on edge, or weary, which is why Jake, personally, took the diplomatic route. He spoke - Trying his damn near hardest not to sound like he was interrogating him. Then, he quickly took a different approach, "... Is she alright?" He starts off, worryingly, "Look, we're just as worried about her as you are - We're apart of the group that brought her here. I'm Jake Valos." Hopefully, he was saying the right things. The last thing he wanted to do was appear like he was interrogating the guy. He was trying to level with him - And get him to open up to them, and in turn; for them to open up to him.
"And I'm Drake Blackmore. A good friend of her guardian, Dragonfly." Drake quickly inserts, like a subtle warning that he isn't going to standby and let Nick harm Livvy.
Lin Chai Kentt.
Believing that both no one was following her, and that she was discreet. She quickly made her way to her goal, the Headmaster's Bedroom. There was one thing that she needed, and then she'd be gone. Lin came down to the hallway with the office she was looking for. The room with the large brown wooden door, with the tag "Headmaster." - Well, used to be a door. Like many other key locations in the mansion, the door was blown down. It laid on the ground and was in pieces. With extensive damage done to the area around it. Typical, since this place was assaulted by vicious shoulders. She quickly and quietly stepped inside, and she would have closed the door, but she'll have to be quick. However, the room wasn't in too good of a shape. There was a massive gaping hole in the center of the room, with the contents of the room already fallen down on to the floor below. Any regular furniture, along with the floor they were placed upon, was destroyed, and formed a nice little pile of wooden scraps in the middle of the room below - However, the headmaster's desk was still solid, and still in perfect shape, albeit dirty. Right on top of the pile of scrap. That's where what she's looking for is. There was a small drop, and it could be painful if she doesn't play her cards right. The pay off will be worth the trouble. She slowly approached the hole, and tried her damn near hardest not to cause the floor to collapse under her. Lin briefly stood at the edge of the hole, and planned her landing. She took in a cautious inhale, and mentally prepared herself for this - Until she realized that she was being a bit melodramatic. Lin just jumped down to the first floor, quickly falling around four feet, landing right on the desk. It caused her a bit of pain all over her legs, nothing bone breaking, though. She knelt down, and rubbed her feet briefly, the pain wasn't something she hasn't experienced before, so she got over it quite fast. Lin stood straight up and took a few steps off the desk, and looked for the drawer.
The soldiers that raided the place forcefully pried it open, which meant that it was easy for her to access the contents. Surprisingly, there were no super secret files or anything, but instead, drawings obviously done by children, and other items with a sentimental value, Lin assumed. Lin thought the drawings were cute, but kept it moving, she went through the drawers... Until she found it. Easily the most useful item that the group would come across. The Master-Key. It was a white and black key-card. With a very special property: It can open almost anything, within school grounds. It won't open the door - But, it'll open just about everything else official in this place. Which makes it very important if the group was working on getting out of here. She quickly grabbed the master key and placed it within her white purse, quickly zipping it back up. Before heading for the exit.
Now is the time to vacate. Lin has already used up the time that she allotted to this solo trip. They must be worried about her - Or, if they are using their heads; suspicious. It won't help with their opinions of her if she disappeared and came back with the master key. Maybe it'd improve her relations with them if she presents this to them. For now, she'll regroup with the group soon as possible. There was no further need for her guise. Since she was going to tell anyone that questions her she was scared and looking for a first aid kit - Then found this key lying around. The completely false (But, completely accurate) burns on her body quickly faded and returned to normal smooth flesh this form is known for. With that, Lin left the room, and started heading back towards the group, she assumed that they are by the entrance, or near the area where she was before she left.
This time, she traded cautiousness for speed, as she roamed the halls. Since she didn't want to be alone here any longer.
Lily, & Charles.

"Whenever we're done here, I'm gonna go eat, I think. Now that I think about it, I kinda haven't eaten much lately, with ooz monsters and such. I don't think there's any cafeteria ladies here, so it's a good thing I helped cook at home. Oh, some chicken alfredo sounds awesome!" Lexy looked around the group, quiet a few moments before talking again, "So... are we searching for that little light up girl, Jake, Lin, or Emily? Or.... who, exactly?"
"is there an, 'all of the above' option? At least I believe thats the way to sum it up." He turned to Lily, "How about it, leader?"
The chatter of these two was starting to annoy Lily. First, Lexy was rambling about some stupid stuff about food and other one. Of course we're going to get everyone. Lily felt like it wasn't relevant at the moment, but just kept it all to herself. However, she couldn't resist sending some snark in the direction of Lexy, "... I heard it's bad for you when you unload your entire train of thought in one sentence..." She was probably being a bit of a b*tch there - But, she can't be the only one who thinks that they're being a bit stupid. "We're going after Livvy, everyone else can handle themselves until we get to them." Lily says to Jack, in her usual leader-like tone. She continued running, she honestly had no idea where anyone even is. Everyone was either out of her range of detection, which means she'll have to improvise. She saw Livvy head in this direction - And Jake's going after Livvy... Which reason was leading her to believe that he would be there. With that in mind Lily headed towards the entrance. This wasn't the greatest of plans - But, it certainly was the best idea that Lily had. After some running, she managed to sense a Meta-human, a mid-tier one, but still someone. In her eyes, that could be Jake, since he's a mid-tier Meta-human. Lily proceeded into the main hall, with the rest of the group in tow. She sensed someone, but couldn't quite see them - Well, she could hear the quiet pained cries of someone near the entrance. Lily choose to stay at the base of the stairs, keeping a distance between herself and the Meta-human, "... Jake, are you there..?"
"No! Jesus. I don't know who you people are, but someone go outside and tell Drake to get me the hell out of this thing!" Charles whines loudly, still in pain from the burns he got from Livvy. "I got burnt by that star, thing... And it hurts so much."
"Alright, um..." Lily had little idea what to do here, until she pulled the first option that came to mind out of her head. She turned to the group, "... Someone go find Jake, and see if we can get him to take this illusion down... I'll stay here."
Johnny, Gabe, and Sylvia.
The booming roar of Luce's pistol going off certainly startled the two Valos siblings, and sole Bertoose. Johnny assumed that they were under attack of sorts. His entire body was enshrouded in a white light, and a pattern of squares pulsed across his being from left to right. He was in action-mode now - Even though he had the slightest clue of what was being shot at. All he needed to know was that the time for action is now. His right eye glowed bright. This was all too familiar to Johnny. It brought him back to a traumatic time which hardened him - No changed him. Turned him from just some arrogant rich jackass with a power, to a hardened sociopath, with little to no regard for human life. Willing to commit any atrocities - And not think. In fact, sometimes Johnny feels like he enjoys being the bad guy. Evil? No. It's all means to an end, and doesn't act without reason. His right eye glowed red and he made both hands into finger guns. Quickly drawing them at the source of, just like he was drawing real guns. Johnny was just about to shoot off a volley of Devil Kisses, when he saw Luce (Obviously) was the one that was shooting. That's when he relented - Just a bit. But, he didn't let his guard down, he kept his "guns" aimed. He was still ready for a fight. Just a false alarm... Nothing to fear. Johnny didn't want to fight Luce, if he can avoid it. While they had their strengths and weaknesses... He'd prefer to just put them together and work as one big happy team. Johnny's right eye started glowing a bright yellow, briefly, it was gone quickly as it appeared. ".. F*ck." He hissed, loudly, to no one in particular.
He slanted his head downwards, in shame, and put his hand on the top of his hat, as he reverted out of that form. The white light around his being faded away. This was really embarrassing, Sylvia's little scare escalating. Like this. This, and it certainly isn't something he'll warm up to. He appeared to be quiet, and took all of this nonchalantly. That calm demeanor quickly turned to pure rage - With his right eye quickly glowing bright red, and he quickly walked over to Sylvia and punched her on the side of the head. "Sylvia, don't do stupid sh*t like that again... Ya' f*ckin' idiot..." He hissed, laced with, as his eye started glowing brighter and brighter with every passing second.
When the shot went off, due to Sylvia's ability to perceive sound, she saw every last sound-wave. From Luce shooting the bullet, to it whirling by. Unfortunately, that did nothing to assist her. When it whirled by; that amused demeanor quickly turned to utter fear. She did the only thing that came to mind. Duck and cover. At the blink of an eye, she was behind a table. Like a blur of air. Shivering like a coward. When the coast seemed to be clear and Johnny had addressed her, she seemed to be relieved. But, when he spoke, she quickly responded with a scathing, "Hey, f*ck off. It was a joke, don't sh*t yourself..." She tried to act like she wasn't about to piss herself, but failed.
An eyebrow raised as Johnny titled his body to the right, to observe the bullet hole in the wall. He nonchalantly inserts, "Yeah, but I think her punchline missed you by a few feet..." It was spoken as serious as he could, but the words he used made it sound like a joke. "Now ain't the time for stupid tricks like that. You have to use your goddamn head next time... Or lose it." Then again, that's where you fall flat, intelligence. You need someone like me to tug your lease around... Or you'd be effective as Claire in fights. Gotta whole lot of power, but little idea of HOW to use it... Typical. Wish Mom actually thought her common sense, then she'd be a beast. He continued monologuing to himself.
Now, Gabe's specialty is fist fighting, above-all-else. Usually when stuff pops off, she'd super-heat a respective limb and put it through her aggressor's face (Or junk). Now, fights with fists and lightning were something she could definitely handle. When it came to guns, that's where things get a little out of her hands. She loudly yelled and dropped to the floor, hiding under the nearest table. Instinctively super-heating more parts of her body than she intended. She had super heated her legs, as well random parts of her body, unintentionally burning a her outfit a bit. Revealing a bit more of herself than she had intended. Minutes after the gunshot went off, Gabe was still scared sh*tless. She had calmed down after hearing Johnny, and Sylvia's voice. Except she was getting quite angry. She de-heated her superheated body parts, and her body started cooling down. "Okay! What the f*ck?! Who the f*ck is slinging around a gun like a bloody moron?! This is the goddamn reason why you spook people for no f*cking reason!" Fear, anger, and shock were blatant in her voice. She felt something off, about her. She quickly raised her body and looked down at her body. I swear to god, if I've been shot... When she directed her gaze to her body, she noticed that some of her naughty bits were exposed. Now, this situation got worse and worse. Gabe certainly as f*ck isn't running around slightly naked. She crawled from out from under the table, and stood straight up. She angrily looked down onto her outfit, there were some holes in her clothes here and there, "... Seriously... I'd rather have pissed myself than burn my clothes off... Again." She spoke to herself. Then she looked up at Luce, "Now, thanks to his lovely sister... I have to change. Syl, you with me, you're watching my back. I'll meet ya' two at the entrance in a few, Johnny." Before walking out the exit.
"Yeah... Yeah... I'm done with you f@gs.." Sylvia quietly hisses to herself, as she floated off after.
Then, Johnny turned calm, or appeared calm. He turned to Luce as Sylvia and Gabe left, "My most sincere apologies for that scare, Miss Luce." Johnny spoke actually honestly, devoid of that former arrogant or smug attitude, "She's a goddamn idiot, and would be pretty dead right now if it wasn't for me. But, I assure you that it won't happen again." He spoke with his disappointment with Sylvia blatantly showing. He felt a bit of embarrassment for this, this. Well, it was all Sylvia's blatant stupidity, still, she's under his authority at all times. And any good leader takes all responsibility for the actions of their subordinates. "Now, I hope there is some way, I can make it up to you. Personally, I'd prefer if it's just the two of us working to get the Traitor... But, Syl is quite destructive, and Gabe can cut through people like they're butter.... They can help us."
Victor "Vito" Villarian.
It became more and more apparent that Vito's a third wheel to this group. They seem to be more concerned with their own affairs, and he didn't blame them. The situation is shitty, going off from what they were talking about. Vito just quietly turned around and left.
Where he'll be stabbed in the butt by the Traitor, and forgotten.

Faith -
Faith jumped when Nick got between her and wherever the sound came from. She smiled softly- he was so sweet. Wait- now isn't the time to be thinking about that! Faith scolded herself before seeing Livvy run out of the building crying. Her automatic instinct was to run over and comfort her, which is what Faith began to do. By the time she had arrived, two others had appeared and made the girl and themselves dissappear.Nick had already ran over and disappeared as well. Faith hesitated before running into the the area she say them dissappear at, arriving inside the dome. "Livvy- are you okay?!" She questioned, quickly taking her jacket off and placing it on Livvy, who Nick was already trying to comfort- sure, the jacket was a bit damp on the outside, but it wasn't on the inside part of it. She noticed the illusion around them and realized Drake and Jake were just trying to help. She turned to Drake when he said he was friends with Dragonfly. Faith smiled nervously, "Yes, um... Dragonfly is our, um... friend too. He told us you a-and Victoria are people we can trust. H-he said w-we are her... um... substitute, just-in-case babysitters? I-I'm Faith, and he," she pointed at Nick, "Is Nick, my boyfriend." She turned to Livvy again, trying to think of what could help. "It's fine, Livvy. Me, Nick, and mist- Doctor Teddy are with you, right? Nothing to worry about." - Crystal Jack n' Lexy -
Lexy shrugged when Lily snapped at her. "Then since I do that a lot it's too late to stop now," she smiled before Charles spoke up.
Crystal sighed in annoyance. "You think a healer is better? I could help with the burns."
Jack smirked when he heard Charles' voice. "Charles? Long time no see. Does this mean Faith...?" he paused before turning to Lily, "I'll go find Jake." and hopefully someone else. Jack took off running towards the exit, calling Jake's name. Where else would a little girl go if she were afraid of the current environment?

Emily
Finally they came across what Emilly assumed to be the headmasters quarters. The floor had caved in and there was debris everywhere. She watched from above as Lin descended and began to go through the contents of the surprisingly intact desk. She finally emerged with a black and white card of sorts. Judging by it's design it must be a key. But the where? It was no surprise when the burns melded back into unscathed skin. Emily wondered what the purpose had been in the first place. On the way out Lin wasted no time, this made it apparent that she had got what she came for. Her undetectable stalker abandoned her and waited just outside of the workshop. She revealed her self and faced the exit waiting for Lin to catch up.
Seth
Seth detected something strange. Some sort of dome housing a person, yet there was nothing to be seen. Somebody is real fond of invisibility. he thought to himself. Lily evidently could sense him as well. It was none other than a distressed sounding Charles. He went over and tapped on the dome, it felt cold and hard. "You're trapped in some sort of invisible metal, but I think I can get you out." Jack was already gone, and Seth made no effort to call him back. His arm turned translucent and he plunged it into nothingness. He grabbed Charles by the shoulder and gave him the same property before pulling him out. As he let go both of their bodies became solid once more. "Crystal, he's all yours."

Olivia "Livvy" Averton
There was a long pause, where Livvy stopped sniffling (sniffling is perhaps an understatement) and looked at the strange, sunlit area around her.
"That's not right," she muttered quietly, staring straight into the sun. Livvy could see it and yet at the same time she could see the moon and the stars and everything past it, and it was all rather confusing to the little girl. The cosmos came to her with natural ease, from the location of the North Star to the names of the constellations to the complicated workings of the sun and the moon. And this sun....it didn't have any of that. It didn't touch Livvy with the same warmth and vibrancy the regular sun did, the one that invigorated her and made her eyes twinkle gold instead of silver.
"What's....huh..." Livvy asked, blotchy red face covered with drying tears. She looked around her, puzzled, and saw Drake and Jake, whose names she had some difficulty differentiating, and stared at them for a moment. Their fears, which were perhaps justified, weren't going to be proven correct. Livvy didn't explode-literally-and seemed to be quieting down, although the panic and fear was still apparent across her eyes. "I...that sun shouldn't be there..." Livvy said, not entirely sure how all of this was happening.
The guy who Dragonfly had said to go to for help came, and so did some other people, and they were all asking if she was okay and it unnerved Livvy a little more. She wasn't keen on big social scenarios and everybody talking to her upset her a bit, but it was made tolerable by the fact she had far bigger problems than social anxieties and that they were being so nice and gentle. Normally big kids were mean and abrasive, but this was a nice exception. Answering no one in particular, she said, "No...I...this place is so scary and there's guns a-and blood and..." she hesitated, pondering whether or not to mention it. "...and you were all talking about that Stasis place which was really scary." The same defiance that had spurred the little girl to creep away from the group and attempt to sneak into the Headmaster's Mansion and follow them initially reared up again, and her watery, sparkling eyes narrowed with focus. "I won't go there again. Never."
The little girl clutched onto her teddy more intensely after this, and it was clear she was in a somewhat volatile emotional state at the moment. Everybody being so nice was helping, but between the confusion of why there was a fake sun yet real stars and the fear of everything that had been happening in this place and Dragonfly being missing and people shouting and screaming and her parents where were they and a steadfast refusal to step back in that awful Stasis place...it had all come together. What she probably needed more than anything was a nice, long rest back in her own bed, a thousand miles away, but unfortunately, that wasn't going to be happening anytime soon.
She did seem to receive Faith's reassurances more readily than she did the others. Big guys were kinda frightening but she'd talked with Faith earlier and she was nice. A faint giggle came to Livvy's lips as she remembered Faith and Nick kissing and the little girl let the jacket rest over her, feeling a little better already. She did think there were some things to worry about but just as a father looking under the bed dispels the monsters there, so did everybody's presence help to get rid of the unseen fears lurking in the Othergrounds. She stayed quiet, sniffling occasionally and wiping the dampness from her face, but the little girl seemed better, albeit fragile.
Luciana "La Cordera" Rojas
Luce held her tongue while Sylvia chastised her for shooting-Dios mio, you stupid girl, what did you expect? There's a known murderer walking these halls and you come flying in? You're damned lucky you're not dead right now, although I suppose I am as well. I would hate for the alliance Johnny and I have to be complicated. Between Johnny's light show of anger and Sylvia's smart remark, Luce was on edge, but Gabe pushed her over. Luce didn't dare do anything as open as draw one of the unholy guns riding on her waist, but she turned her eye to Gabe and gave her the same glare that had seen quite a few drug lords and quite a few gangbangers. It might've been missing half its intensity, but there was still quite a bit left.
"Don't worry darling, you're not the only one that likes to get naked when things get a little shaky. But it's good to know I spook you." Luce winked-or blinked, it was really quite hard to differentiate with her-and said no more. These were children. And they were complicating her job tremendously: she was more than willing-and capable-of hunting down this traitor with Johnny, but the more impulsive, unprepared fools they dragged along with them, the more difficult this was going to be-and the lower her chances of getting out unscathed were. Part of her simply had trouble grasping what was so terrifying about this whole ordeal: in the neighborhood she'd grown up in, gunshots were background noise, the kind you ignored from hearing so frequently. Unless it sounded close or you heard it buzz by, they were nothing to fear. And yet these Americans were staring at her guns like they'd never seen them before. Ugh. The good news was that it would afford her a bit of respect: the same rustic cowboy weapons that got her snide remarks and laughs back home (at least, until her name had spread, and people starting seeing what she could do with a century-old weapon) were terrifying to these people. This place was very strange.
As Luce and Sylvia left, she turned her focus to Johnny, who was apologizing. It was a nice gesture, but perhaps unnecessary. His anger and frustration were quite visible, though, and that was comforting. She smiled, pink lips showing off her white teeth. "It is nothing. I've worked with worse before, they are fine. If they are as destructive as you say, then that will be good for us. Bad for the traitor. As long as they don't start anything with me, I don't intend to start anything." Luce paused, feeling her actions had been entirely in the right, but thinking it might be polite to apologize anyways. "Sorry for nearly hitting your sister. I believe you all are fond of saying 'shoot first, ask questions later'? Similar mentality where I'm from. I heard someone rush in and assumed the worst." Luce adjusted her hat and the bandana around her neck, which was worn and old but reassuring in its presence. She dropped her hands to her hips and stood to one side, staring at Johnny for a moment. "Now let us go meet up with your charming family. Maybe if I'm lucky, Gabe won't be finished changing."

Drake Blackmore, and Jake Valos.

While the girl was insanely nervous, something that anyone with a brain could tell, she definitely interested Drake with what she said. Apparently Dragonfly already knows these two people, and he's already put in a good word for the two (Well, now three) Blackmores. Which would have been something he would have liked to have been alerted of - But, no matter. To Drake, as long as these people, Nick and Faith, have the best of intentions, they'll be have the Blackmores on their side. He looked around, this illusion made the school look like a tranquil paradise - Because it's doing it's quite well, tricking them into thinking that. Personally, he actually liked the idea that these two are Livvy's "Babysitters". Drake isn't that paternal, he's just a warrior at heart, and the best he thinks he can do is protect Livvy from harm when the big evil bad guys show up. Drake was going to trust Dragonfly's decision here. Because outside of his two siblings, he's the person he trusts the most. He happily nodded, and spoke, "Great to meet you, Nick and Faith. I'm going to assume that Dragonfly is making the right call here when he says that you're trustworthy, yeah." He tried to take a puff of that cigarette, but forgot that it hasn't be lighted. He quickly put his hand back at his sides, before continuing, "But, yeah. Me and Toria are definitely people you two can trust. We've been here from the start and we've been fighting the good fight. We definitely aren't going to change anytime soon." He spoke in a neutral, impartial tone. There was sinking feeling that he may be putting too much faith (Get it?) in Dragonfly's choice - But, these people don't look like the shady types. In fact, they look like real straight shooters. Only time will tell, but he's going to give it a shot.

Damn, she saw through my illusion. Then again, it's there to lighten the mood - Not trick her... Which I failed at, apparently. I'll keep this in mind next time... Jake thought to himself, as he watched. There were actually few people that could see through his illusions just like this - Unless he slipped up. Something he doesn't rarely do. Wasn't important. He was going to keep this illusion going until everything calms down.

"I won't go there again. Never."
This made Jake think of something: They haven't exactly been watching what they say and do around her. Which is something that even Jake is guilty of doing. They've been scaring her the whole time with all this news. While scaring her is... Inevitable, they should still really watch what she sees and hears. But, what really interested him is what she said about Stasis. Jake was smart enough to piece together that she has been there, and escaped. Which elicited a bit of surprise in Jake. His eyes widened, and he kept his attention purely centered on Nick holding Livvy, as he entered a state of deep thought. Deep enough to blot out Jack calling him. He was unaware of what power Livvy has. Generally, Metas that are a threat to society at large are thrown into Stasis. Maybe there's more to her ability to. As he thought about it, he narrowed his eyes and started rubbing his chin. I don't know if Livvy is purposely dangerous or not... I don't think she did that lightshow for no reason. It may be empathetic, yeah. Going off from the screaming, she wasn't the least bit calm... While Jake has his suspicions on why, he was far from certain. Time will tell.
"Whoa, whoa, whoa, wait..." Drake faded off, stopping himself since he was pretty sure he was going to say something that wouldn't help the situation at all. Then he came up with something that would. Drake spoke to Livvy, "Look, Liv, you're never not going back in Stasis. You're out now and you're with people who care about you. I, and many others, would put themselves on the line just to keep you safe." He spoke his speech.
"One thing's for certain, we really have to start watching what we say and do around her." Jake just voiced his opinion. Rather pushily, but he's really directing his statement at Drake. Since Drake was the one who's been doing rather questionable things around Livvy (Cursing, smoking, jaywalking) more than anyone. "Starting with that..." Jake then pointed at the cigarette that was tightly gripped around Drake's knuckles.
"... Oh... Really, Jake?" Drake already knew that Jake was talking about - Having been in this before. He's constantly been called out for his cigarette smoking habits. But, perhaps Jake is right here. He'll smoke for now when there aren't people around. With a loud growl, Drake casted the cigarette away, by strongly waving his arm to his side, and releasing his grip in between his fingers. The cigarette went flying out of the dome, and landed in the grass, where the rain soaked it. Making it less than favorable for smoking. He then said, to no one in particular, "... I have noticed that I smoke too much..."
"Now, that's out of the way, perhaps we can go inside? It's wet out here and we need to regroup with the others, they probably need an update." Jake says to the group at large. They really really need to get back with the others before they all start to get worried,
Johnny, Gabe and Sylvia.

"It's actually a good thing..." Johnny says, tilting his head downwards. A smirk crept up on his face. He finished his statement, "... It tells me that you're on your toes at all times, Miss Luce. Just remember that if anyone else tries that; they're f*cked." He started snickering, with a grin, but quickly stopped. My joke wasn't that funny... He thought to himself as his grin turned into a flat face. He wished that this never happened to begin with. But accidents happen - No, that's not right. Stupidity and impulsiveness happens. He just really wished that Sylvia and Gabe made better first impressions. That's something he's used to. Not everyone can be like Johnny... Well, deep down, Johnny doesn't wish that he's like Johnny.
Shade wrote:
"Now let us go meet up with your charming family. Maybe if I'm lucky, Gabe won't be finished changing."
Please god... Thoughts about seeing Gabe naked again haunted his mind time - The last time she was deprived of her clothing because of her powers was on the edge of ending horribly. Let's just say that Johnny had to break some boys up that were getting a bit too excited. His right eye briefly flashed yellow, before it disappeared. Now was a good time to leave to begin with. Gabe dresses very lightly, so it shouldn't take her too long to replace her clothing. "Yeah, yeah, our time here has been concluded." With that, Johnny started walking out of the cafeteria quickly, with Luce in tow. The faster they get this done, the faster they can go after Hunter. The f*cker's good as done the second they get the proof. Everyone can burn in a fire if they say otherwise - Which Gabe would gladly do.
After one hasty trek, the pair arrived in the entry hall. Thankfully, both Gabe and Sylvia were already there. With Gabe all dressed up. She was wearing a completely different outfit for practical reasons. She was wearing a large black raincoat, which appears more like a cloak, or robe, than a raincoat (Because of the hood). It covered her entire body, from head to ankles. This raincoat is custom made for Gabe, for when she goes out in the rain. She also wore large combat boots, and held a massive umbrella in her hands. While Gabe can take light-rain, heavy rainfall like this would extinguish her Fire-Heart in a few minutes. Which would leave her defenseless until it comes back. She just hoped that if they fought, they would fight somewhere dry. "It's about bloody time ya' showed up. Would hate to leave ya' alone for too long." She spoke sarcastically to Johnny - Since this is their usual banter in every situation.
"Good, you ready?" Johnny says, blankly. Before he realized something, "... Actually, doesn't matter. Let's get this over with, so we can go check up on Jake at the mansion. Let's get a move on." He began walking out of the room as he talked. Walked right out the door into the rain. Towards the hospital he went. He was sure that his lovely associates would be following him.
"What the f*ck ever." Sylvia muttered to herself, as she floated off behind Johnny.
With a simple shake of her head out of anger, Gabe then walked out of the room, and once she was outside, she unfolded her umbrella and put it above herself. Protecting her from the rain, even though it may be too much, Gabe doesn't take risks. Her umbrella was large enough for most of their group to be protected from the rain.
As the siblings made their way through the rain, they were all constantly looking around in every direction - Making sure that every direction isn't uncovered for long. As he was prepared for the Traitor to just pop out of no where. The rain provided a perfect cover for him, if it wasn't for the lights. However, it would be difficult for the Traitor to sneak up on them with the splashing of the puddles - Well, their steps were given away regardless... If only there was some way to get rid of the sound... Oh well. If they had Jake with them, they would be invisible right now. Which meant they were going to be quick. The Hospital came within sight, Johnny looked up at the roof. Just to check if there was a sniper or something. He figured that the Traitor might have something like that. From what he could tell there was nobody. Even if there was, Sylvia could easily be on his @ss faster in the span of a blink and blast them before they even know what's going on.
Then he lowered his gaze. To see someone lying on the ground in a puddle of his own blood, right in front of the entrance. He didn't know who it was - What he did know was that this person is dead. Probably fallen. He stopped and put his hand out in front of Gabe, stopping her too, "Ayo, hold up." He narrowed his eyes. This guy seems to have come down with an acute case of death. Unlike some people here, finding some guy dead didn't provoke any emotional reaction in him at all. Merely because he's so apathetic and cold that stuff like this doesn't bother him. May cause everyone else to freak out, but not him. The only thing that he was thinking of was that the Traitor is nearby, and they've got yet another clue. He spoke, in an inappropriate tone given the situation, "... Looks like our little Traitor friend struck again... If anyone, and I mean anyone, pops up, blast them, I don't care who or what it is. We'll sort the bullsh*t out later."
"Ow f*ck, that sh*t's nasty." Gabe exclaims, disgusted by the sight. She pointed her umbrella at the deceased Jacob. Masking him from her gaze.

Jack --- Jack had made it outside. He looked around, confused. No one was outdie.. there seemed to be no sign of life whatsoever. He sucked in a hug breath of air before yelling "Hey, Jake! Some kid needs you!" he called. (('nuff said))
--- Faith ---
Faith was relieved that Drake seemed to trust her. He must hold some respect for Dragonfly, since that piece of information is mostly what seemed to help him trust her.
Shade wrote:

Faith wasn't sure what Livvy was talking about, but whatever it was terrified the girl. She looked at Drake and Jake with a confused expression before going to comfort Livvy just as Drake did, "He's right. If you don't want to go back, th-then you never will." She smiled, glad to see Livvy was calming down. Hopefully the words of encouragement were helping the young girl even more.
When Jake made a statement the they should try and watch what they did around Livvy, faith nodded in agreement. while she hadn't been around the group, she could already tell that yelling about missing male parts and smoking in front of a little girl wasn't a good influence. ""Well, anyways, where's Dragonfl-" Faith was interrupted when she heard the voice she wanted to hear the least at the time, calling for Jake. Oh, no. oh, nonononono. Not him. Anyone but him. Faith sent Nick a expression that was easy to read: Why him, of all people? "So- uhm.... that... Jack?" she said, quieter then her normal tone of voice. She was gonna kill that guy. Sure, she didn't know his power still, after a month of the guy staying at her house, but he was so annoying she didn't care.
--- Lexy and Crystal ---
When Seth was able to retrieve Charles from the dome, Lexy's eyes widened. "Wow- your power is so... awesome! You can, what, change the density of yourself and whatever you're touching? Something like that? Anyways, cool! None of the teachers at my old school can do that.. do all the teachers here have super powers?"
Crystal sighed in annoyance to Lexy's constant talking. She faced Charles. Dang, the guy had a big forehead... that was really burnt. Ouch. That looked painful. Which is probably why he was screaming in pain, of course. "Well, i can heal your burns, mister, uhm... what's your name? Anyways, it may hurt a bit, but I heal faster if I'm touching the hurt area. So would you mind if..." Crystal held up her right hand close to Charles's face. "If you want me to heal it, that is." She frowned, examining the burns. After healing Charles (if he says it's fine to heal him) she was going to have to wait a while before doing so again.

Lin Chai Kentt.
Lin quickly made her way back to the headmaster's workshop. On her way she saw one of the girls that approached them with the other group from earlier... What was her name? Emily. Yes, she was certainly a new face - Which, around here, isn't a good thing. She was a bit weary at first, since this girl is a stranger - And with this person's capabilities ambiguous even to her. However, Emily was the only person Lin could think of who could know who the group is. She swallowed her fear and paranoia, as she calmly and causally approached. If anything goes wrong, she can just run. Lin stayed a good distance away from Emily, and spoke, "Hello, your Emily, yes? I got scared and ran when Livvy... Went supernova. Do you know where the others are?" She spoke blankly, as if she was fully confident and as if she was telling the truth.

When called by Jack, Jake groaned. This better be important, because he's in the middle of something here - And he was kinda skeptical of Jack. Jake got the feeling that this would be some joke and a waste of time. So, he shouted back, "What is it?! I'm kinda busy right here!" To keep this illusion going, because of it's complexity, he would have to stay here with it.
Celo wrote:

"Yeah, I only knew that guy for a few hours..." Jake fades off, stopping to consider what he's going to say in earshot of Livvy. He's no hypocrite, he's going to watch what he says around Livvy more than anyone. So, instead of calling Jack a mean name, he just said the "nicer and softer" version of it, "He just bugs me."

Celo wrote:
"Charles? Long time no see. Does this mean Faith...?"
"WHY?!" Charles loudly shouted, distressed, "Why do you, of all people, have to be here?! It just isn't fair!" It's safe to say that Charles enjoys Jack's presence. This place would be a second kind of hell to if they have to work together. Not only is the guy useless, but he's annoying... Actually, being trapped in here. He'll hopefully succumb to his injuries in here before getting annoyed any further. Here, he was happy. Because this school, and everything apart of it, is utter bullsh*t. So far this place contains; Japanese rape monsters, demonic electrical storms, brother losing his dangalang, annoying and strange people, and much more bullsh*t.
True Night wrote:
"You're trapped in some sort of invisible metal, but I think I can get you out."
"Wait..." Charles muttered, when he was getting pulled out of the illusion that Jake made to protect him from harm. It was interesting to see how Seth got him out of the illusion - Since he has been unsuccessful in getting out of the illusion by himself. After he was out of the illusion, he laid on the ground. With his injuries from his fight with the Oozium still present, and these burns, he wasn't in perfect shape. Charles muttered to Seth "... Um, thank you, Seth. That was kinda impressive." Charles couldn't help but brown-nose a bit. Not as much as Lexy, but subtle and quieter.

"I'm Charles Blackmore, and it'd be appreciated if you healed me." Charles said in response.

Jack and faith ---
Jack smirked. It sounded like Jake was in an illusion, at the moment. Figures. "Well, this Charles kid would like you to take the illusion you made off him. He kinda doesn't like it," He called back.
MrAllenJ wrote:

Faith sighed in frustration. Of all the people she hated... why this guy? She massaged the temples of her head, suddenly the owner of a headache. "He's.... my step-brother," she grumbled, shrinking farther back from the direction Jack's voice. "I-I see he's been the same he's always been?" she asked, though the question was more rhetorical. She glanced at Nick again. He hadn't said anything for a while. She wondered what his thoughts on the situation were.
--- Crystal ---
Crystal nodded at Charles, "Well, then, Charles, I'm Crystal," and it was right after that she carefully placed her right hand on his forehead the way one would when attempting to check someone's temperature by placing their hand on their forehead. she placed her other hand over top her right and soon was busy in the healing process of Charles's burns. With the severity of Charles's burns, he may feel some numbness during the healing process.
After a few minutes, Crystal pulled her hands back. "Done," she smiled before looking around. "wouldn't Jack be back by now?" she shrugged, "oh well. He'll be fine... maybe." No more healing for about one or two hours, unless it's really needed.

Spoiler:
Maria Valcaz Cúneo-Vidal, and some citizens of exemplary behavior.
Stasis.
To the school at large, Stasis was the very definition of hell, trapped against their own will. To Maria: it was her hope. A place where she can finally stop this story that's gone on for too long. A place where she is without worry. A place where she can... Sleep. The atrocities that got her put in here were starting to seem like the better choices. Her stasis pod was specially made by the headmaster for her, and sustain her needs - It was the least the b*stard could do because of the miss understanding that made her be thrown in here. All Maria needs is sunlight and water. No food, nothing else. In regards to sustenance, she doesn't require much to keep going. In fact, if the Headmaster deprived her of sunlight, then he wouldn't even need to place her in a pod. She would be dormant, until exposed again. Which means she can rest, and let herself, and all her experiences, secrets, and dreams, be forgotten along with her.
However, her "cell-mates" were always making a big old scene with their big dramatic jail breaks. See, there was a sort of chain reaction when those in Stasis get out. Where more and more get out. It started off with the dramatic battle that left the school empty, then there was Pestilence and the Zizz, then there was the Oozium, which damaged quite a few pods on it's dramatic escape. Releasing two particularly dangerous Metas... The Colossus, and The Regenerator, and several more, which were apart of the gang of Metas Caden Zorich was assembling for his big mission for Meta-human world order. A massive roar pierced the silence in the somewhat-quiet and peaceful Stasis. This was a sign that all hell was going to break lose. The Stasis was a very dark place, with only the glowing cells providing the light necessary to see around. Two large figures wandered around the Stasis room. One incredibly bulky and tall, standing at least twelve feet tall, and had a mechanical look was the Colossus. It had a human build and shape, it definitely had a male figure. It was too large for any clothes, fortunately it has no visible genitals. It was covered with white armor, which had the appearance of hard stone, that was harder than diamonds, protecting every inch of it's body, aside from joints, from harm. Every last one of it's joints were exposed bright-red flesh. It's eyes were glowing bright orange as it walked down the rows and rows of pods, looking around for something. It's every rocky step echoed through the halls.
That's when it stopped when it's orange gaze locked on another human being. Unlike the rest of the Stasis escapees, this person had no physical alterations, and was in other words, a normal looking human being. This person was definitely a female, she stood at average height and had abnormally long, wavy red hair. She was in her mid-twenties. Her other features were hard to discern, but she wore tattered clothes (White t-shirt, blue jeans, several bracelets and necklaces, and several piercings). This outfit was also bloodstained. A devious grin crept up on the Stasis escapee, a powerful monster to feed her blood-lust. Her hands started glowing bright red, as a bloody aura surrounded her. She pointed both hands at the Colossus and fired off a powerful laser beam that traveled at the speed of light. Hitting the Colossus right in it's chest, leaving a burn in it's armor, but not piercing it. She laughed loudly like a maniac as she did so, which echoed through the halls.
The Colossus initially had no intent on killing, only finding it's friends that are stored in here. This woman struck first. Which is a death sentence in it's eyes. It recovered fast from the laser beam, and charged after the woman. For it's size and armor, which would make it like a statue, it was surprisingly fast. It quickly. The woman responded by quickly diving out of the way, ducking in between the Stasis pods. She continued laughing as she fired another laser beam at the Colossus, which was dodged when the monster, rather nonchalantly, side-sided, moving it's shoulder aside to dodge the beam. It charged at her again, pushing aside over another Stasis pod. Releasing it's prisoner as well. When it got close, it slammed it's fist down, attempting to crush her. Which was dodged when she jumped out of the way, shooting another red laser beam right into it's face. The Colossus stood straight up and slammed it's fists together. Quickly grabbing a Stasis pod, and lugged it at her. The woman responded by shooting the pod in half. Killing it's contents, as it was destroyed in the process.
The battle went on and on. More lasers were fired, and more pods were tossed around. Destroying more pods and causing damage to Stasis. Among the escapees to join the fight was the Colossus's "sister" the Regenerator. It was half the size of the Colossus, standing at seven feet tall, it had a thin, and obviously feminine build. She had female features, once again, without any visible genitals. It seemed to have an exoskeleton of sorts, like insects, but still vaguely appeared human. It had sickly dark-green skin, which looked like it was oozing slime. It had a predatory look, and it walked hunched over. It had long, thick, black claws. The most strange of all was that it had jet-black hair that wouldn't be too out of place on a human being. It quickly closed the distance in between it's "Brother" and the laser slinging woman. It's run wasn't too different from a professional track runner. When it closed the distance, it raised it's claws high, ready to decapitate the woman
However, it was seen coming by the woman. She turned around and fired a powerful beam straight through the Regenerator's stomach. Making a nice hole right through it, which would have killed anyone else. It wasn't phased and continued it's charge. But, it isn't called the Regenerator for nothing. Tiny tentacles spawned from around the hole, and quickly repaired the damage by growing new mass. The Regenerator, in range, swung it's claw at the woman. Slicing her mid-section with it's claws. But, their fight was far from over.
In their battle, all three of them combined damaged several pods. Releasing more and more people out of Stasis. Adding more and more to the already chaotic situation. Soon, the entire Stasis room was flooded with maniacs and monsters, tossing around lightning and claws. One girl, that escaped, had the ability to control vibrations, she flooded the room with intense vibrations. Damaging every last cell and allowing a certain someone to escape.
The protagonist of this story's cell fell over, and the glass containing Maria broke into pieces. She dropped out of the cell, her vision and all her other senses were dulled. She picked herself up slightly, not panting as she had no lungs to breath with. She was confused as hell. "... What...?" Was the first word that came out of Maria Cúneo-Vidal's mouth as she laid on all fours, staring at the metallic floors of Stasis. Attempting to get a grasp on what the hell was going on - Which was difficult since she was still in the process of regaining her wits. Which needed to be fast given the current chaos of Stasis. Lest she wanted to be dismembered by the rampaging escapees. That wouldn't be too much of a problem with her healing factor, but she would like to avoid getting too damaged. Since without the sun she'd be using up energy quite fast, and could go dormant (Which is a death sentence). The sounds of violence got more and more intense, and closer. She picked herself up and brought herself to her feet. Almost instinctively, thick vines came down from her right arm. They stretched several yards, formed a spiral shaped whip, covered in thick thorns. Creating a powerful whip weapon, capable of snapping her opponents into pieces. After gained the courage, she charged out. The only thing on her mind was getting out of here. She saw the exit, and avoided the sounds of violence going on in furthest parts of the room. Her goal was to avoid everyone possible, since in the absence of plants, she was far less powerful.
She rushed, but her plans of avoiding everyone was thrown out of the window when she encountered someone. An older man, at least in his mid-thirties, wearing nothing but an orange prison jumpsuit, and had a shiny bald head. He turned towards her and smiled wickedly. Maria quickly snapped at the opponent with her arm whip, aiming at his neck, he tried to dodge but it ended up hitting him in the shoulder. Causing him pain, but not stopping him. He rushed her, his hands glowing purple with an unknown energy. Which is when she cut the crap and transformed the plant matter on her whip into the wood of Allocasuarina luehmannii. The hardest wood on the planet. He got close and she snapped him again, only for him to duck under it, he got close, and Maria was forced to take drastic measures. She turned her other hand into a long wooden sword, and jabbed at the man's chest. Piercing through his heart, she pushed it in deeper and deeper, and pulled out. Killing him. Ending a life was something that she has done before - But, it still made her feel less human inside every time she did it. It's all means to an end, that's what she keeps telling herself. That made it all good and stuff. She pulled her sword out of the man's chest, and turned away running fast as she can. With one hand a whip, and another a sword, she ran away from Stasis, fast as she could. This is nothing she has been through before- No, what the f*ck are you talking about? Wandering around like you're drunk, as monsters beat the hell out of each other, confused as f*ck. That ain't sh*t you've been through before. She scolded herself as she made her way to the exit, she wasn't the only one with that idea, since others left before and after her.
Meanwhile, at the battle between with Colossus, and Regenerator against the laser spewing Stasis escapee. Their battle had just about ravaged Stasis in a short period of time. Roasting and crushing anyone that in between. It came down to a stare-down. The Regenerator charged the woman from behind, attempting to take her off guard. However, the regenerating monster was definitely expected. The woman turned around and fired off a point blank laser with both hands. Utterly incinerating the Regenerator, it's front was completely destroyed, burnt to ash. It collapsed on to the ground, appearing dead for good this time. However, in this moment the Colossus rushed the woman again, which prompted her to fire off another beam. However, she was stopped when she felt two claws grab on to her and wrap around her, painfully tight. The Regenerator was far from dead, and this was apart of it's plan to kill her. The Regenerator quickly healed the damage dealt to it, and it was good as new in an instant. It dug it's claws inside of her, deep as possible, and the woman screamed in pain. The Colossus came in and punched the woman in her chest, full force and momentum. The force caused her chest cavity to collapse in on itself, and destroy almost all organs in her chest. Painfully killing her. The Regenerator tore her jaw off, and let her deceased body drop to the ground. Both stood straight up, victorious in their battle against this woman.
This was when the girl, who caused the damage to most of the cells with her vibration powers, approached. With her hands in the air, like she wasn't going to attack them. The Colossus grabbed her by the arm and lifted her up several feet. "Wait, wait, wait! Colossus, it's me, Eliza! Remember! I'm a friend, I'm with Caden!" The girl shouted. Which caused the hulking brute gently put her down, because it recognized her, and knew what was going on. "Thank you, thank you, for that! This is our chance to finally get the hell out of here! Let's go, before this place falls apart, follow me!" Eliza started running towards the exit, with the bestial Colossus and Regenerator in tow. In their rush, four other people around Eliza joined them. They made their way to the exit.
Only thirteen managed to escape from Stasis, out of the thirty-two that escaped their pods. Everyone else remained in their pods, for future escapes, or were killed.

With one thought, the illusions that were previously around Charles disappeared. Which was a simple task for Jake since he's trained himself, and has an amazing level of skill over his power. Didn't require him to get any closer to the scene with Charles and the rest of the group. From what he could tell, the group had caught up to him. He was still awaiting input from Nick and Livvy. Mostly Nick's thoughts, since he wasn't really talking.

Jake felt like he could relate to Faith a bit. If you simplify it a bit, both Jake and Faith have annoying siblings. With Jake's being @ssholes being the constant source of irritation for him. Well, they have some redeeming qualities at time, well, they weren't annoying. Just frustrating. But, there's literally no one else he'd rather have at his side than them. "... Yeah, I kinda know how that feels." He says to Faith, "It's best that he learns how to act the hard way. I know about five people who would take joy in cutting him down, when he irritates them." Well, off the top of his head, he could list Johnny, Gabe, and Sylvia as people who would mess Jack up the moment he pisses them off. Not saying that it's a bad thing... Jack doesn't seem to have any use whatsoever. He's just an annoying load that the rest of the group has to carry. While it may make Jake sound like an incredible d*ck, it's obvious. The guy's useless. Hell, if he was annoying and had something to contribute to the group to make up for it, then Jake would be fine. But Jack doesn't seem to be useful at all. And that sole fact irritates Jake more than any of Jack's stupid pranks.
Maybe Jake was jumping to conclusions, but it seems that way.
Charles, Lily and Lin.

"Nice to meet you..." Once again, Charles couldn't resist the opportunity to copy another power. Healing would be so useful. The very second that Crystal's hand came in contact with Charles's forehead, he absorbed a small amount of Crystal's Meta-human energy. Nothing that would make a difference, but it allowed him to configure his own energy to utilize her power. It was quick, but he knew that there was someone bound to notice. These people are too observant for their own good. He would have to quickly put this power in an object. After Crystal finished healing Charles, he got up and sat down on his behind. Amaze that her healing ability both healed his burns and the wounds he got in the fight against the Oozium. He felt good as new. Hopefully, he won't get injured, again. Maybe Crystal can heal herself. He then stood straight up and scratched the back of his head. "Alright! What's next!?" He over-enthusiastically asks, "Before any of you ask who I am, I'm Drake's brother... I would like to know where he is... And where Victoria is, too." Charles just states, he should just get out there that he's related to Drake.
Good, there's two of them - I mean there's three... Christ. Lily thought to herself as she watched Charles announce himself as Drake's brother, she also watched Crystal heal him. It appears that the situation is getting better now. But, this is enough excitement for one night, finding out about the headmaster's secret weapon stash and almost getting sun-roasted by Livvy's freak-out. She looked back up to the stairs of the mansion. There was so much more to uncover here, yet, she was getting tired of searching and looking around for one night. They haven't come up with anything worthwhile - But, this building isn't going anywhere, they can come back later. All they have to do is find Drake, Jake, Lin, and Livvy, then they'll head back. "Alright... We're going to find everyone else now, then head back... We can come back here tomorrow to find anything else."
That's when Lin causally walked in the room. Holding her purse tightly with both hands. Her loot sneakily stored inside. She would keep her discovery of the master key a secret, until she got Jake, Lily and Drake, alone. They were the only three people she trusted here the most. Everyone else is. Lin quickly approached Lily, quickly pulled.
Lily did notice her walk in, she turned towards the Shape-shifter and said, "Oh good, Lin, you're back. We ca-"
Lin quickly leaned in and whispered into Lily's ear, "I believe I have found something that may assist us. But, it is best we discuss it in private."
"Alright..." Lily says, a bit unsure of what Lin has found. Hopefully, it'll make this trip worth it.
"Ooooh, Asian girl..." Charles whispered to himself as he blatantly ogled the attractive Lin walk in. Even though it isn't her true appearance, he didn't know or really care.

Luciana "La Cordera" Rojas
Luce wasn't particularly fond of the way Johnny seemed to imply an order with his mentioning of anyone else being "fucked" if they startled her (Darling, you're cute when you're self-confident, but leaving the fighting to the big kids on this one), but she stayed quiet. Luce honestly attributed it to nerves: regardless of how cold and unfeeling Johnny seemed (a strange trait for an empath) she noticed he had a connection to his relatives, however strenuous it was. Luce decided that killing one of the Valos plan would make escaping the Othergrounds significantly more difficult, and judged it'd be easiest to avoid fighting one of them. More biting her tongue and bending her pride. Grr. Whatever got her home in one piece.
Still, Luce made a note to herself. If whatever occasion should arise that she needed to take out one member of the family, it seemed so far Johnny was the deadliest. Most organized, smartest, strongest. A surprise attack on him would leave the clueless Sylvia and, pardon the pun, hothead Gabe fumbling for a strategy. The others, she could take one by one. Maybe scavenge some food, poison the supply, get rid of the medical supplies in the hospit-
Luce shook herself out of the morbid planning she'd unconsciously lapsed into. It unnerved her slightly, but Luciana Rojas did what she normally did with startling epiphanies about herself: buried them and kept going. Luce followed Johnny to the entry hall, her cowboy boots announcing their presence long before they came into the field of view. So be it. No one had yet to successfully kill Luce with an ambush-only break out of their cover. With a melancholy grin, she did admit they'd given her a few scars in the process. Her intentional lack of stealth was a risky, bold plan, but thus far, a successful one, and she doubted the teenagers he had much in the way of tactical prowess to counter it. Careful, Luce. Don't underestimate these kids. Gabe's raincoat did draw her interest, however. It looked too cumbersome and bulky to be a custom jo-...ah. Darling, you might be less subtle than I am. And that raincoat does nothing for your figure.
With a single, cold brown eye, Luce glanced at the roaring thunderstorm outside. Hm. Wasn't exactly healthy for the guns. Luce, however, was a pragmatist, and came prepared. She took off the bandolier and slid off her jacket, revealing rolled up sleeves of her long-sleeved shirt. Several scars dotted the inside of her arms and wrists, but they didn't appear to be self-inflicted-Luce seemed like the type who would cut other people to deal with emotional trauma, anyhow. Unabashed (albeit a slight quiver of her looked at her callused, rough hands, and wondered what happened to the pretty dainty things they'd once been), she tied the bandolier across her torso, resting in between her breasts, and secured it across her back. Slipping one revolver into the holster, she zipped the jacket back up tight and kept the other revolver in a pocket, a hand tentatively wrapped around it.
Luce may have only had one eye, but she was more observant than most people with two. Johnny's (rightfully) paranoid glances to the roof caught her attention, and she grinned softly. "Looking for gunmen? Don't worry. I'm good with bullets. And if they were smart, they'd be in there," she pointed at one of the dormitories, a wide expanse of dark windows barely visible through the rain. "Much easier to get away from."
And then, a body. Luciana rather morbidly thought it was a little surprising that they'd made it this long without seeing one. "Don't touch the body," Luce immediately warned, and the red flags of paranoia shot up in her head, her eye scanning the surroundings, supernatural senses primed to stop any bullets that came there way (or at least send them careening far off-course). "Could be trapped. Might be bait. Be on your guard."
Luce attempted to watch their surroundings for threats as well as keep an eye on the two girls: their emotions might give away if they were the traitor or not. Johnny was a more accurate way of determining that, but there was, of course, the faint chance Johnny was the traitor-but more likely, that he would pick up on their betrayal and unconsciously deny it, pretend it was something else. Denial killed more people than a lack of skill ever did, and combined with Johnny's pride, it might prove deadly. Probability alone said it was more likely than not a Valos gunning everyone down at the Othergrounds, and with the rising body count, it just seemed to indicate that more and more.

Emily and Seth
Emily had been monitoring Lins progress via her super senses. Now that she wasn't trying to be subtle it was very plaintive where she was. When she exited Emily turned to face her before she spoke. "Yes, I'm Emily and I don't know where any of your friends are." There was nothing else said, she simply stood up and started heading towards the breach in the wall.
Seth glanced at Lexy then Charles. "I suppose my power is something like that, how very observant." This sounded like genuine praise. "As for the rest of the teachers, I have no idea how many are metas." This time directed at Charles he said "Don't mention it." As he was getting healed by Lexy, Seth caught the exchange of energy that occured when Crystal laid her hand on him. That's when Lin and Emily arrived. Seth interrupted Charles's gawking with something he knew was going to throw him off guard. "So you feel like talking about that coin yet?" The look on Seth's face made clear that he knew something, and only after witnessing his power once.

"... Wasn't planning on it, but thanks for the advice." He immediately spoke after Luce warned, devoid of all emotion. No jokes, no sarcastic comments. Johnny was truly unfeeling when it came to the dead strange. He certainly wasn't altruistic enough to even consider giving this poor soul a proper burial - To Johnny, this is as proper of a burial as this school is going to allow. He was going to let some other do-gooder stumble across this disgusting wreck and handle it themselves. After he gave it a bit more thought, however, his right eye started glowing bright yellow, indicating fear or paranoia, and his facial. That could have been Gabe, or Jake... Too busy fooling around with that idiot girl... He quickly covered his eye with a hand. Trying not to give away his current emotions, and potentially position to the Traitor. There was something he had to do. He slanted his head downwards, holding the top of his hat to keep it from falling off. He started to sense the Emotional Presences nearby and sensed not a single soul. He lifted his head up and spoke, "There's nobody nearby, I tried sensing people... But, that means next to sh*t when facing our Traitor friend." Johnny shrugged, as he started walking to the side of the hospital, blankly speaking, "... Let's keep moving, there's a side entrance over here."
"... Oh god, that was so..." Gabe took the first opportunity that she was presented with to get away from here and out, and quickly followed Johnny. Gabe almost felt like she was going to throw up. She was quite disturbed by the sight to say the least. Enough to break that aura of toughness that she usually generates, and turned to a softer one. It was well hidden under the raincoat, but as she put the umbrella back over, she slouched over slightly and greatly tensed up. "... I d-don't think I'll eva' get used to seeing that..." She yipped. Gabe was getting a bit worried about her twin. While he can handle himself just as well as any of the other Valos... She didn't want to be too far away from him.
"Well, get used to it. We will all be seeing a lot of that around here." Johnny coldly says, as he looked ahead. He was honestly hoping that he doesn't run into anymore dead bodies. Less dead people lying around the better. After a short walk, they made it to one of the hospital's side entrances. However, Johnny remembered what Luce said about it being a "trap." Anyone worth half their salt would have a back up planned if they really wanted to kill people to cover their tracks. Johnny knew full and d*mn well that Lexy probably ran off to go tell Hunter. Which is why they've ran into another corpse. Hunter just couldn't keep his murder boner suppressed long enough to pass some tool walking around. Johnny stopped in his tracks, and put his hand out, again, to stop Gabe from going any further.
"Hold up. Going to shout this out really fast." He felt like he should be the one to head in first. Since his form allows him to easily take, or dodge, just about anything. A white light quickly encompassed his body as he took steps toward. Several vertical lines of just about every color pulsed from left to right every few seconds. It would have taken the subtly out of their mission - But, Luce's d*mn boots do a good job at doing that anyway. So why not add a little light? Johnny slowly, and cautiously stepped inside the building, expecting a bomb to go off the very second he opened the door. Nothing happened. But, he certainly wasn't going to stop here. He slowly stepped forward, and turned that walk into a sprint of inhuman speed. He left behind a trick trail of colors as he got faster and faster. He went straight into the main lobby and stopped to look around. No bombs or anything were set off. There were few conventional things that could damage Johnny. Not bullets, not punches, not knives. He definitely knew not to let his guard down. Way too much to lose here... Johnny quickly ran to the elevator and half-stood inside of the room, in between the doors. He quickly ran his hand down all the buttons, and jumped out of the elevator before the doors could close. Just to see if the elevator was rigged, or something like that. Even if the elevator was safe, they were still going to take the stairs. Where they aren't trapped in a metal box, and have some breathing room. Johnny concluded his scouting, before he ran back to the group he left waiting. He stopped at the door, before he opened it, he reverted out of his new form. The white light faded away as he revealed his scarred caramel skin. He opened the door and held it open for all of his associates as they walked through. "It's clear. I know because I checked. Let's go."
With his ensemble, he made his way through the halls of the hospital. Cautiously, watching every single last moving thing, as if it could be carrying an M60. After getting to the security door, Johnny quickly walks over to it and runs his hand over it. Like he was examining it. "Basic metal... Nothing we haven't gotten past before. Syl, you're up."
Strangely, not a single word came out of Sylvia's mouth. Usually when she's told to do stuff like this, she replies with profanity laced babbling. But, this time, she was surprisingly quiet. She pointed her right hand at the door, her joints stiff, and wrapped her other hand around her wrist. Waiting for everyone else to prepare themselves, lest she wishes to blow everyone's hearing out. Again.
As they've done before, Johnny positioned himself behind Sylvia and changed into his Emotional Energy form, so he can catch Sylvia. With Gabe taking large steps back and cupping her ears. He felt like he was forgetting something... Ah, yeah. "Luce, you're going want to take a few steps back and cover your ears. It'll hurt like hell if you don't."
Charles Blackmore.

Seth was quite successful in his attempts at throwing Charles off. He stopped his ogling and had to half-assily scramble together a response for Seth. In short term, he could have just dismissed Seth with a short and sweet "No". But, he knew the subject would pop up again, and again. And Again. Of course Charles still wasn't thinking straight, so he figured that it'd be the best time to quash this. Scared sh*tless and panicking. "Y-yeah... I am... It's uh, a, uh... Sentimental item. That I had for years. Since I was a little kid." I'm so smarts.

Lily, Lin, Drake, Jake, Charles & Victoria.
Thirty minutes later...
After the group had concluded their business in the headmaster's mansion, they all went their separate ways. With the starting four (Now five, with Charles) returning to the dorms to get some shut eye. The group split off from everyone else and walked down a hallway. With Lily leading the group, and her eyes half-closed because she was tired. She slowly undid her ponytail and let her hair flow around. "Alright, I'm all spent for today. Let's go get some shut eye, oooh...." She moaned. She took careful steps, "Drake, you're going to watch me, yeah. Don't do anything I wouldn't do."
"Ya' know Lil, my grandfather had a saying when he was asked to do stuff like this...." Drake answered cheekily as he walked with his hands crossed behind his head. He then spoke "... Place your faith in me and I'll give you my finest... I think. Or was it the other way around...? Eh, who cares. I got you, Lily."
"Yeah, I plan on finding Gabe, and Johnny, to see what they're up to." Jake says, holding his cape over his shoulder as he took slow and gentle steps. Because it was quite the night, and they've done and seen so much. The power going out, the Traitor attack, Luce, the mansion, the other group, Livvy freaking out... Among other things. Thank god it's over - But, he did enjoy it, somewhat. While he doesn't like action or violence too much, he did like adventuring. These moments, with these people, were something to remember. Lin, Drake, Lily, Crystal, Livvy. They were all good people. He was even warming up a bit to Dragonfly. All of this inspired a bit of hope in Jake. Despite all this chaos, maybe in all this chaos, hatred, destruction and despair, it can - will, get better. He did want to spend a bit more time with Lin, however. "Wanna' come with me Lin? Maybe we ..." Crap, now it sounds like I want to screw her - Not going to get ahead of myself. Get to know her. "... Could talk."
Lin wanted to avoid separating from the group. At least until she shares information of what she got from the headmaster with Lily. She was more than happy to go with Jake. His immediate thoughts told her he had the best of intentions, and he, so far, was a pleasant person. Lin stopped in her tracks and spoke, "Lily, I remember what I told you in the mansion? I have to show you something. This is vital to the group."
The entire group stopped and turned towards Lin. With an eyebrow raised in response from Lily. She thought it was something else like a killer robot wandering around the halls of the school. To complicate sh*t even further. "Yeah... What exactly is it?" She was still a bit skeptical about Lin. This knowledge she has, is something to think about. Like where did she get this particular piece of information from? And more importantly, is it accurate or not?
With acknowledgement, Lin nodded her head and unzipped her purse, and dug into it. Lin grabbed the key and presented it to the group. "... I know all of you may find me suspicious. Having information I should not have locked inside my head...." She started off, "But, I found this."
"Yo, what is that?" Drake asks, putting his hands behind his head and leaning backwards. Keeping his eyes on this strange black and white key-card. "... Sounds important."
Now, to explain exactly what it is, Lin will have to do the thing she wanted to avoid: demonstrate even more unexplained knowledge of the time. But, it's all necessary, if they don't trust her. So be it. It all won't matter when they're all leaving here - Which is what Lin has in mind when she shares information with the group. She closed her eyes and started reading the minds of everyone nearby. They were all curious, and still suspicious. "The Master-Key. Easily the most important item in the school. With it, you can enter pretty much every room in the Othergrounds... But, I doubt it can allow you to leave."
"Where do you get all of this info from anyway?" Lily asks, crossing her arms and staring down Lin with a hostile glare. Instead of grabbing the key and asking about it
"It's a very complicated story.... Best saved for another conversation..." Lin dismissed the claims, not wanting to talk about it least she wanted to bring up a story she didn't want to tell. "I have given it to you since I believe it will do good in your hands." This was a complete and utter lie. She gave it to Lily because she wanted to regain face, and appear that she's more on their side than serving her own goals. Lin was going to trust Lily with this, she seems responsible and appears that she knows what she's doing. If she doesn't, then Lin will remove the key from her. The master key wasn't of too much use to Lin to begin with, anyway. She already has a few keys of her own....
Hesitantly, Lily grabbed the key and tucked it away in her pocket. She looked up at Lin, "Alright, thank you." It did help Lin get brownie points with the rest of the crew - Well just Lily specifically. "This should help us, right...? What the hell should we do with it?"
"Perhaps the Eye Factory could be an endeavor you would want to look into... The Eyes basically control the school, and with that key, you can unlock all their features and have control over them... If you know what you're doing, that is." Alright, Lin accidentally slipped much more information about the school. By the time she realized it, she figured it was too late, and there's no point in stopping now. "You could find an exit, and much, much more. Even create more eyes - Or even change the programming of a few Eyes. Trust me, going there will come up with some positive results." She provided more exposition.
"Alright, good idea. We'll start a little expedition into there tomorrow, later on. Everyone, tell everyone you can. We'll need some helping hands, if we're gonna go." Lily blankly says, trying to get this conversation over with soon as possible. She just wanted to get some sleep now. She started walking off in the halls of the dorm, "Let's get some shut-eye for now-" Lily interrupted her sentence with a yawn, "-Drake, Charles, come on?" She spoke causally as possible. With Drake and Charles following behind her.
"Alright, Jake, I am ready to go with you." Lin spoke. She wasn't going to mention the headmaster's journal just yet. Maybe she'll share it with Jake eventually - But, she felt a bit of a bond between herself and him. A faint bond, but she wasn't going to lie to herself when she said that she did find him a nice person.
"Oh, really? I..." Jake was kinda surprised that Lin even agreed to go with him. It took him a bit to get his confidence going. "... Nah, let's just go." He started walking off. With Lin in tow.
With that, the group went their separate ways.
After a few minutes of walking, the two Blackmores arrived in the room that Lily has chosen. She went inside, and slammed the door, leaving both Blackmores outside watching as she changed. Speaking through the door, "No peeping, boys!" Of course, Drake was going to comply, since he doesn't need to peep on girls. Usually they're showing him the goods by now. But, Drake has more on his mind than girls. Charles however... Switched to his X-Ray vision by grabbing his wallet...
Victoria slowly approached the group from down the hallway. Clearly distressed about what she saw on Camera... She felt so... Bad. For Jia-li. For just slipping up and letting this happen. If people, no, if she watched her then the injured China-girl would be alive. They'll have to learn not to slip up next time. She stopped a few meters away from them, keeping her distance. She was silent.
At the corner of his eyes, Drake saw her. Initially he thought that she was a threat - But, when he managed to get a good look at her, he knew that it was the first Blackmore, Victoria. When Drake noticed her, he called out to her, with a pleased smile, ready to tell her his stories, "Hey, Toria! Look who I found... What's wrong?" Drake asks Victoria, his tone went from jovial and concerned, as she continued looking depressed. Like there was something on her mind - No, like she was about to tell some news. Bad news.
"Drake, about Jia-li..." Victoria quietly spoke.
What followed was news that shattered Drake's spirit.
And that concludes: Act 6: Wash away the Pain

6:29 PM
It was a warmer day. The rain had finally stopped half-way through the afternoon (Around 3:00 PM) and the beautiful sun replaced the dark and depressing clouds. There were still puddles of rain here and there, and most of the school was still wet, but it was drying up.
The survivors went along with their day, preparing for the big trip into the Eye Factory that Lily was building up.
Lily, Lin, Victoria, Charles, and Hunter.
"This the place?" Lily asks, as she approached the Eye Factory with her own little group. Consisting of herself, Lin, Victoria, Charles and Hunter. She was wearing a black hoodie, with a large white skull on it's back. She didn't have her hair in a ponytail, instead it was loose. She was lacking bracelets or anything of the like, but she was still had her piercings in her face. Lily wore black jeans, with white and black converse sneakers. She had the black, emo-look, down, but still looked quite original. Lily looked up at the building. The Eye Station. An enormous building, that was circle shaped, without the little features like windows - Since this building wasn't made for humans to inhabit. It was made to be effectively ran by nothing but Eyes. This building, exterior-wise, appeared to have been put together purely by plain grey bricks. However, the interior looks much more advanced, sci-fi and complex. Lily approached the front doors of the building, which were large, metal, and sci-fi looking. Like they could take a beating. To the right of this door was a keycard. Lily stepped to the side of this door, and crossed her arms.
"Yes." Lin spoke blankly. She was wearing a simple outfit. Because this wasn't something she wanted to dress during. Lin wore a white shirt, with various black flowers of various types all over it. She wore jean shorts, and large boots. Lin had a white plastic flower in the bun of her hair. Other than that, she didn't wear anything on note.
"Is there anything I - We should know about this place?" Lily asks.
"I don't particularly know the layout, but I do know this building wasn't designed for... Human usage. It may prove difficult to maneuver throughout this building. But, I am certain that we should look for the primary computer, which should be easy to find, there all we need is that key, then we'll have full access to the school." Lin provided exposition, and felt like she was talking too much. "... Like ever other endeavor, we'll have to try our hardest and find out, yes?"
Both Charles and Victoria approached the pair last. The Blackmores would have been complete if they had Drake. But, he was a bit... Depressed. After hearing the news of what happened to Jia-li. So, he sat this mission out to be alone. Something Victoria understood. Victoria was wearing a dark-brown hoodie, with the hood down, and was unzipped. Under her hoodie was a striped white and multiple shades of brown, shirt. She wore jeans, and sneakers. Victoria kept her hands in her hoodie, keeping her attention on Lin. She was a bit... Curious about Lin. This information she holds in her head, might be something to look into. Victoria was just about to start reading Lin's mind, she started adjusting her brainwaves to access Telepathy, when Charles spoke, which caught her off guard.
"So, uh, where's everyone? I thought we were going to have this massive group, and all that?" Charles just nervously inserts. Charles was wearing a simple outfit. A light-brown, spaded sweater vest, with a tan sweater underneath it. He wore blue jeans, with several pockets. He still had his round glasses on, and . On top of all that, he had a black leather trench-coat, where he stored all the items he had with powers in them. Charles was ready for a fight if it jumps off. He also had packets of glass and sand from around the school. Since, if it came down to it, all Charles could use was Sand Manipulation to fight. He hasn't really explored Nick's Gravity/Magnetism powers yet.
"... On their way." Lin quickly answers his question, "You all did spread the word, yes? I would not recommend just the four of us heading in there... Especially with all the danger running around."
"I told everyone I could." Lily says, "They're coming trust me... Actually, I was wondering something." Lily turned towards Victoria and Charles. "... Where's Drake? We need him more than anyone."
"... Well... He isn't taking news of Jia-li's death well, and he's... Found another one dead... Someone who arrived with us when we first came - That didn't help either... To say the least." Victoria's speech was slurred, like she was equally sad, but knew that they had to get out of here more than anything. Then they can mourn once they're in Black Hall.
Hunter was strangely silent in all of this. He stood there, with two threatening blood swords, in hands, and several daggers in his bloodied coat.
Drake Deltori Blackmore.
On the very top of the Sparrowdale tower was Drake Blackmore. He was sitting on the edge of the tower, with both legs hanging down. He had a cigarette in between his knuckles. He ascended the tower by using Dragonfly's lizard-form. He's very recently learned how to climb walls, off screen. Instead of taking it slow, he jumped to something that could possibly end with him dead! He climbed a several story building with risk of slipping and falling. Didn't really matter to Drake. Saying that he felt like sh*t... Was an understatement. Finding both Jia-li and Jacob dead, AND having to bury them was something you don't walk away from with a cheerful outlook on life. The nihilism and paranoia that Drake kept suppressed, by finding all these new and amazing things, was creeping up on him. You see, time, he felt like he was destined to live a forgettable life, that would have zero impact on anything, ever. Worst of all, he felt like he was going to be doing the same thing all his life. Something that makes him more hopeless and worried than anything. Now, all Drake felt was this bloodshed and sadness, this school, was going to going to become the norm. This is what he'll live through all his life, every day... Instead of working a menial job, that no one will appreciate, he'll live a life of nonstop sadness over the true tragedy.
So, there he was. On the deadly height of the Sparrowdale tower. Looking down on the Othergrounds, smoking a cigarette.
Johnny, Jake, Gabe, & Sylvia.
After Jake told Johnny of his adventure in the Headmaster's mansion, he decided that the logical course of action would be to raid the place for themselves - Before anyone else takes the only thing that's worth something here. Of course, the only thing they wanted was the Headmaster's liquor supply. Which was conveniently located in a side room off the main dining hall. After getting their liquor, the four Valos teenagers waited in the dining hall of the mansion. Waiting for something to happen. The dining hall was a large room, rectangle shaped and had a hard brown floor. With white wallpaper. What took up a good portion of the room was the dining table. It was one of those massive, long dinner tables, made to have those massive dinners you see in movies. Impractical, given that the Headmaster didn't have too much large and grandiose dinners. The table had a brown frame, and the top was made out of glass. Most of it was at best, cracked, with some other sections shattered completely. The chairs were neatly put into place where they belong. On the other end of the room, there was a fire place, which was set alight by Gabe. The fire seemed to have burned with much more intensity and focus. The room wasn't in too bad of a shape, compared to the rest of the school. Other than a few doors being kicked down, and a few derbies lying around, the place was perfect.
"Eh, ya know: this place may be more beatin'd than my girlfriend's lady parts, but, eh, what the 'ell, it's not half bad, ya." Gabe cheekily says, with a toothy grin on her face, and holding a large bottle of rum in her right hand. Taking the occasional sip every now and then. Gabe was wearing her usual outfit. Something skimpy, loose, and didn't wear too much clothing at all. She wore a black Nike sports bra, and matching sports shorts. Leaving her midriff and other areas completely exposed. With her sleeve-less black trench-coat thrown over this outfit. Gabe also wore black knuckle-less gloves. Gabe rested her bottom on the table, by Jake.
Her twin brother, Jake, merely rolled his eyes up into his head when he heard her comment. He was wearing something a little simpler than yesterday: a black white-striped button-up shirt (With many pockets, one containing his pocket watch), with men's dress pants, and rather out of place boots on. He was dressing lightly for this mission that Lily spoke of last night. But, he had the feeling that Johnny had his own plans. Jake was sitting in the chair with his feet kicked on to the table, waiting for Johnny and Sylvia to get back.
Strangely absent was Johnny and Sylvia. They had gone off to find something that interested them, and left Jake and Gabe alone as they did so. After a bit of searching they returned to the twins. Johnny walking in with a smug look on his face like he just accomplished something good, and holding a strange case under his armpit. Sylvia floating a few feet above him, to his left. He spoke, "Alright, b*tches, b*tches and b*tches, I have struck gold here." He walked over to the. It was a case of cigars, taken from the headmaster. He threw the case on the table, and opened it up, and grabbed a few, putting them in the pockets of his own coat, and putting one in his mouth. "Gabe, I don't have a lighter on me, can you do the honor?"
With a toothy grin, Gabe stepped forward and superheated her thumb. It started glowing bright orange and light amounts of smoke came out of the thumb, a quiet sizzling sound filled the area. The cigar was warmed up and Gabe unsuperheated her thumb. She took a sip out of the bottle of rum. She spoke, "Now, are we gonna do something? Or are we just gon' get drunk off our @sses? If so I might as well stayed home and raided the wine cellar, heh." Then Gabe comically hic-uped.
"Yeah, Gabe, I do. Jake, you spoke of some big mission into the Eye factory?" Johnny says, as he took in a puff of cigar smoke, to take in the flavor. Then he blew the puff from in between his lips. Johnny smirked. "Well, last night, we went into the hospital, and found that dead b*tch Jia-li... Along with another faceless jerkwad... With some very, very, obvious knife wounds. You know who else does sh*t with knives and blades? Hunter. I'm more than certain he's the Traitor. He just couldn't resist killing, and no one has really seen him last night. Even after the Traitor attacked those d*mn animal-types... In short, I believe that, without a doubt, he's the Traitor."
With a shrug, Jake put his hands behind his head and kept looking at Johnny. He didn't know if Hunter was the Traitor or not, but... Hunter is suspicious as hell. So, he'll go along with any plans for hunting the Traitor - As long as the extremes aren't met. "... What do you have in mind?" Jake asks, skeptical.
"Thanks to Sylvia here, and her magnificent spying skills, we learned that he's going with the group into the factory...." Johnny starts off, smirking, as he inhaled another puff of cigar smoke. "... So, I figured that we go along, wait for the first distraction, and grab him for hours upon hours of brutal torture. If he's the Traitor, I'll know. Because he'll be longing for the sweet release of death! Enough so that he does anything - To speed up the process of being killed! Aren't I charming?"
"I'll be the one to burn clean through his d*ck!" Gabe says, happily, like the castration of males via heat is something she always brought up in conversations.
Jake burrowed his brow, "... Long as we don't cross the line. The last thing I want to do is alienate my friends..."
"Hmph. Hunter already crossed the line when he started his rampage, so any lines crossed will be necessary for keeping our own @sses safe... But, I don't want the group to chase us 'round.... So, it'll be quiet, quick, and bloodless, okay?" Johnny speaks.

((gotta rush these posts, sorry)) --- Lexy and Jack ---
Lexy walked towards the eye factory with Jack, who she had ran into and nicely allowed to join. She was wearing a knee-length sundress with sandals, as usual. She was her usual talkative self, talking to Jack about who-knows-what.
Jack was slightly annoyed by Lexy, which was unusual. It was hard to get him annoyed, since he mostly made others annoyed. His annoyed expresion switched to a smirk whenever they arrived at the factory. "Sup?" he was wearing the usual jacket-and-army-pants style of his.
- Faith -
Faith was looking at her biggest horror. Her mom... she was so gonna kill her not in a literal sense whenever she got out of this place. She WAS going to get out of the othergrounds, too- no way she was gonna die in something that makes her feel so embarassed. Her mom had been nagging her to start wearing something besides jeans, and she must have replaced her bags before leaving. So now Faith was stuck looking in a mirror at a blue skirt. She at least still had her normal shirts and signature jacket. She nervously slipped on a blue v-neckshirt and jacket to go along with the skirt before heading down the hallway, her face burning with embarassment. She was going to have to find someone nice enough to lone a complete stranger a pair of jeans till her own pair got washed.
Faith nervously walked down the hallway, her own pet eye in towe and knocked on Nick's door, before calling to him, "N-Nick? W-we have that eye factory thing today, and... yeah."
((Yes, I planned this out the moment I thought of having Faith join the othergrounds ))
- Crystal -
Crystal arrived at the front of the factory behind Lexy and Jack, backpack and notebook once again with her. She smiled at the group, "So how is everyone?"

Tom & Marie
Tom and Marie arrived at the factory, word of the structure's exploration reaching them through some of the animal-metas, who had managed to track them down, despite the fact that they had for the most part kept to themselves. It seemed that they were very enthusiastic about making sure that as many people that were strong and healthy enough to go would do so. Even though neither Tom nor Marie knew anyone aside from the two of them, the spirit of those carrying the news was enough to persuade them to come. Even Marie, who was known for a lack of any sort of emotion, even by strangers, had managed a small smile, her eyes flashing a brief, cheerful purple, before giving an eloquent explanation of why she was deciding to go. Tom had simply nodded and agreed with her, by this point having grown used to Marie's odd speech patterns.
The first thing that anyone would notice about Tom, was that he looked a great deal changed from the last time they had seen him in a cafeteria meeting. He hadn't been working out as much, because much of his time was becoming devoted to research and studying, much like Marie. Because he hadn't focused so much on the routine, but had powers linked to strength, Tom's figure remained athletic and strong in appearance, but his muscles no longer hideously bulged as though he were some bodybuilder on steroids. His monstrous height set aside, he almost appeared normal, save for his gleaming silver eyes, and the fact that anyone who saw him speak would notice he had sharp teeth. He had changed his haircut, too. His face was no longer obscured by long dreadlocks, as he had hacked them away, and somehow managed to give himself a decent crew cut, combing out the small mats that remained so he didn't have to get a buzz cut and be bald. Though he wore his typical attire, a wind-breaker jacket over a white shirt, blue jeans, running shoes, and a shark-tooth necklace, the change was dramatic.
Tom's manner seemed different, too. Though he still seemed to scowl, it appeared to be the natural expression he made when he was relaxed, and his shoulders were not squared and tense; he seemed calm. This much, in many ways, made him seem more approachable than he had been when he had first come to the school. It appeared that if someone tried to speak to him, he was less likely to snap or show a flash of temper. Though Marie had not changed, it was clear she was responsible for the change in her unofficial protector. It was clear to anyone who had spoken personally with Tom, that the anger management that Marie had been teaching him, was working.
"We were notified that there was an expedition and that you wanted as many members for your party as possible, so we came." Marie said, her voice seeming slightly less like a monotone than normal, still somewhat flat, but not completely robotic. There was still a shockingly extensive vocabulary, however, which was not likely to change.
Sandy, Toby, Willow, & Capri
The next group to arrive was Bones, followed by three animal-metas, one of whom nobody had really ever met before. This new meta, clearly the fish-friend Pedro had mentioned searching for, seemed to be some well-blended mix of shark and eel, there was nothing ridiculous about her appearance, in truth, she appeared to belong in the darkest depths of the ocean, having that same, abyssal look. Around her neck, resting where her large, wing-like fins sprouted, were three different canteens, and her face dripped wet, as though she had been drinking a large amount of water. She slithered on the ground, like a snake did, but the upper part of her body was raised up, so she seemed taller. Much of her body was her tail, but Frillerfang was not to be mistaken for a weak meta, she just did better when water was present.
Sandy had also changed, having woken up that morning to discover her physical mutations had advanced overnight. Her ears were now gigantic, just like a bat's, and she appeared larger, thanks to her fur, which was now extremely long and silky, the only thing she needed to truly look like a giant bat was for her arms and legs to become connected by the membranes that formed a bat's wings. As usual, she wore a black t-shirt and bright blue shorts, relaxed clothing that was comfortable. However, what was strange, was the large, eagle-sized dragon mutant perched on her right forearm, like some reptilian parrot. She had already decided she was stuck with Nigel, she wasn't going to try to get rid of him. She was actually beginning to like the presence of their empathy link, finding it fascinating to be so closely connected to another creature.
Toby was wearing his usual outfit, but he had clearly been getting ready to be around other people, and it showed. His fur was neat and brushed, and his mane had that clean look that came from careful washing and use of hair-care products. He practically danced on his paws, jumping between them, and his manatee tail swatted the ground at odd intervals. Combined with his pug-face, he looked like an excited puppy, which, while pugs weren't the cutest of creatures, certainly made him endearing in some way. It was also hard to forget that he had rescued multiple people on the last mission, and perhaps some people would find it comforting to know he was coming. He was a reliable team mate, and eager to please.
Bones came up, also seeming to have washed her hair, as it looked clean and tangle-free, evidencing she had actually bothered to pay closer attention to her appearance for this, after all, she was appearing before the entire school, she could at least ensure she didn't look like a complete mess. She was wearing her brown leather jacket, and her dark swamp-green shirt with the black pattern that resembled a peacock, a bird in swirly ink design with long tail plumes, though there was no color. Bones still wore dark boot-cut jeans and black running shoes, however. She didn't sacrifice comfort for looks, which was why she would never be caught dead wearing a dress or skirt. She hated frilly outfits, as it turned out.
Bones looked at everyone, and shrugged, "Well, we're here." She said, simply.
Nicole & Pedro
Nicole and Pedro had originally been traveling with the main group of animal-metas to go to the Eye factory, but something strange had caught Nicole's eye. She could be the only one to really notice from such a long distance, nobody really had any clue what she saw. Pedro certainly didn't, he couldn't imagine having senses as strong as refined as hers appeared to be. Indeed, it was probably amazing, to see every kind of energy in existence, and yet hear everything, and smell better than the greatest tracker. She could tell things, by smell, not just where something was, but emotions, to an extent, too. She picked up subtle things, and knew. It was pretty scary, actually, to think that she knew what others felt before they even registered it themselves. It was also extremely impressive, and Pedro couldn't help but be amazed.
The two bird-people took flight, and flew up to Sparrowdale Tower, where Nicole had spotted what had been so curious. It was a person, and they came close enough to smell cigarette smoke. Nicole had smelled it long before Pedro, though. She winced slightly, but didn't say anything about it. Instead, she flew closer, so she could speak to the person, who, as it turned out, was Drake, for some unfathomable reason sitting at the very top of a tower, where he could very well fall and get himself killed. Well, perhaps not impossible to understand, Nicole picked up a wild amount of scents that suggested stress, which, unfortunately, was a bit nonspecific.
"Hey, Drake, what are you doing up here?" She asked, changing her wing beats so that they were like a hummingbird's, so that she could simply hover in one place.
Pedro was stuck flying in circles, he just didn't have the same maneuverability.

Emily and Seth
Soon two silhouettes came into view of the group before the Eye Factory door. One of them was tall and broad shouldered, the other shorter and wearing a skirt. As the pair came closer they turned out be quite an odd sight. Very rarely does a semi-formal dressed man walk side by side with a homeless looking goth girl. Both of them faced straight ahead and kept the same distance from each other. From the looks of it there might not have been a single word said on their walk. A friendly smile washed over Seth's face as he greeted the familiar and unfamiliar faces with a wave. Emily on the other hand stared past everybody, into the distance. She bore a plaintive expression of pain, but from what was uncertain. The man bent down and whispered something in her ear and her focus shifted to the others momentarily before looking away again. Whatever was said didn't appear to help, but that could have just been her. "We all here and ready?" Seth inquired as he joined the crowd. Emily broke stride, stopping away from the others instead of joining them. She looked down and began to tear up the earth with the tread on her combat boots, paying no mind to anything else.

Luciana "La Cordera" Rojas
The others were drinking, and Gabe was pleasantly half-naked in the firelight. Luce didn't touch the stuff, rather, she sat down in a chair amidst the ruined headmaster's living room, muddy boots up on a coffee table and callused hands gently holding a revolver. Its disassembled parts (which were few: the Peacemaker is a simple, if lethally effective piece of machinery) rested on the table, the gun emptied and her bandolier resting over her lap. If Luce was listening to the ongoing conversation, if Gabe's drunken ramblings could be called that, it didn't exactly show. Her eye was transfixed with the steel, the oily rag she ran up and down it, checking down the barrel, each slot of the cylinder. Content, she reassembled the gun, loaded it with a sort of ritualistic, religious solemnity, and moved to the next one. Only when Johnny brought in cigars did she perk up, the shadowy left half of her face (accentuated by the eyepatch and the dark hair flowing over it) flickering in the firelight. Luce decided she could wait for her tobacco a little while longer, and moved to the next one, but her focus was no longer entirely on the firearm. Someone watching her closely might've noticed her quiver uncomfortably when Johnny mentioned the knife-work done to the dead bodies-and might've noticed the time-tested bowie that hung from her belt, but Luce didn't seem particularly concerned.
Besides, most people didn't levy murder accusations at someone who was cleaning a gun.
She finished with the second one and waited to slip back into the gunbelt, enjoying a moment of relaxation-or as much relaxation as Luce could afford these days. It was hard for her to truly calm down anymore, hard for her guard to waver. Hypervigilance was the damnedest thing, even if Luce didn't know the word for it-in Spanish or English. The Colombian girl grabbed a cigar off the table, lit it with her own lighter (a zippo that looked as if it had been run over by a train as scratched and rugged as it was) and eased back, watching the dynamic of the various Valos family members. Were they all Valos? Weren't a few step-siblings? She couldn't keep white people straight, anyhow. Luce puffed out a bit of smoke, taking in what Johnny had to say. Eh. Not exactly Genghis Khan's level of strategy, but it would do.
"I might be useful when it comes to torture, " Luce spoke for the first time, a melancholy smile on her face. With all due respect, I think I may know a few tricks you all do not." Luce unconsciously tugged at her sleeve, the same checkered shirt she wore the day before (it would seem she did not have any other changes of clothes, and perhaps wasn't concerned with her wardrobe; she did appear to have showered, however) rolled up just beneath the wrists. Needle-holes, not of her own volition, scarred the inside crook of her elbow. "But if we are going quietly, I will not be able to help fully. They did not bother with silencers a hundred years ago," she spoke, nodding at her revolvers. "I'm still useful without them, but everyone'll know who the gunshots came from, eh?" she stood up, stiff legs made malleable by the warm, pulsating fire. She slipped into the gunbelt and fastened it securely, then drew out a weapon even cruder than the revolvers from her belt: a sling. From the looks of it, the damned thing could've been the one David brought down Goliath with. She drew five rocks, smooth and no bigger than a ping pong ball, and slipped all of it into one of her jacket's pockets. Luce double-checked the knife and sat back down, puffing on the cigar. Her stance, her posture, it had shifted from relaxed, almost confused ease, to her regular tension. Someone would probably be dead by midnight. She'd probably be the one to do it.
The fact that that information didn't affect her in any way send a chill down Luce's spine, and her guns felt very, very heavy, and the firelight very, very comforting all of a sudden. She shook the temporary guilt spell off-Your brother's wasting away without you Luciana. Get your head out of your ass, gun down every last kid here if you have to, and get home. End of story. "When do we go?" she asked, directing her question to Johnny. "Sooner may be preferable to later."
Olivia "Livvy" Averton
It was no fault of her guardians-Dragonfly, whom had been mysteriously absent for a while now, and that bothered Livvy, Faith, or Jack, that Livvy had seemingly vanished. The Othergrounds were a massive, sprawling campus, and the little girl had a more dire case of wanderlust than her (somewhat absent) parents or her (more attentive) nanny had been able to treat: it was a matter of time until she went missing again. The good news was, the little girl couldn't get lost.
The bad news was, even with the fact she knew her way back perfectly, she couldn't get home.
Livvy walked around the grassy lawns of the Othergrounds, dew (which, someone more scientifically-minded might've questioned) dampening her double-knotted tennis shoes, a bright pink backpack straddling her shoulders and a well-loved bear hanging dutifully between her arms. The girl walked somewhat oddly, head arched back, staring straight up at the night sky. Livvy simply never grew tired of the sky, day or night-she'd stop and watch clouds drift by in the middle of class, sneak out of bed and gaze at the stars when she was supposed to be asleep. She could name them all by heart: there was Cassiopeia, and the Big Dipper, then the North Star, and Orion, and...
Livvy's stargazing was abruptly interrupted by a brick-it must've been knocked askew by the fighting of the Othergrounds-and with a brief yelp she flopped to the ground. Livvy scrambled up, not the type to break down bawling after a single tumble, and looked at it for a minute. She nudged it with her shoe and stood back up, catching her breath. It had startled her. Ever since the dark sludge monsters of the basement, she'd been a little on edge-and out here, alone, it made her nervous. But Dragonfly wasn't around, and she couldn't find the ones Dragonfly had said to go to, either.
So she wandered.
Livvy looked up at the stars again, and found her view disturbed from this angle. There was, it seemed, a massive tower in the way. Clock tower-just like Big Ben, the only clock tower that Livvy knew of. Cool. The stars around it twinkled brightly, and Livvy's abnormally keen eyes picked up a glint from the very top of the tower. She squinted, and made out the form of Blake sitting precariously at the top, and then some bird-people fluttering around him a little while later. That was all really weird, but ever since the big kids talked about STASIS in the Headmaster's House, Livvy felt a little dull. She wasn't as enthralled with the idea of going and exploring, because the big kids (aside from Dragonfly and Nick and Faith) ruined all the fun. They all said bad words and didn't talk to her and stuff.
Livvy sat down in the grass, having not yet reached the age where getting her clothes messy and rumpled would bother her, not yet concerned with what boys thought of her (in fact, boys were super icky, and she avoided them on general principle out of fear of cooties) or other silly things. She rested on Mr. Teddy (now back in a suit and tie) and thought about what to do.

Song:
Johnny, Jake, Sylvia, & Gabe.
Shade wrote:

With yet another hiccup, and sip of her rum, Gabe turned her attention over to Luce. The buzz was making her speech embarrassingly bad. She spoke, "Eh, ah, you don't need no guns 'ere...." Gabe thrusted her fist forward and started super-heating it. It started glowing bright orange, as smoke came out, and a loud sizzling sound could be heard. "... I'll be punchin' the f*ck outta them, no f*ggot can..." Gabe hiccuped again, "... Uh... Not git the livin' f*ck punched outta their big meaty..." Gabe faded off, not having a clue what to say.
"Gabe, shut the hell up, you're drunk." Johnny inserts, being a bit annoyed that she was just rambling away. Drunk. They're going to have a bad time here, if Gabe doesn't. "Keep your d*mn mouth shut... We can get more drunk once we have Hunter's @ss locked up." Just in case, they best not let Gabe get anymore drunk. Johnny made a finger gun gesture and leveled it at the bottle of rum in Gabe's hand. He quickly fired off a devil kiss, which quickly went through the bottle of rum. The bottom half was completely shattered, and sent flying in the opposite direction of Johnny. Over time, it appears that Johnny's devil kiss has been getting stronger and stronger. It's twice as strong now, and capable of putting a dent in anything solid. He can't wait to use this new strength on someone stupid enough to fight him.
"Yeah, motherf*cker!" Sylvia shouted in conjunction with Johnny.
"Eh... Whatevs... I need to use this buzz for something. Fightin' or f*uckin, don't really matter... I'm in the mood for both." Gabe says in a low, soft tone. As she gently placed what was left of the rum bottle on the table, and sat down next to Jake. Not that steady in how she sat down, she was about to fall down every now and then. She quickly grabbed a cigar, put it in her mouth, using her super-heated arm to light it. Before depowering it, and watching it cool down.
Now it was time to make up for Gabe's drunken antics. Johnny took a puff of cigar smoke, and savored the flavor for a second before blowing it out. "... Now, miss Luce, our friend Sylvia has found a little trick up her sleeve that may fix the 'quiet' problem we're having...." Johnny says to Luce, smugly and with a smirk. He then stood straight up and took a few steps away from the table. "... Sylvia? Do your sound thingy."
"Yeah, yeah, f*glord..." Sylvia says, as she focused on Johnny. She had only really discovered her Sound Manipulation, and is far from perfecting it. But, f*ck it, she'll give it her all. She tried really hard, and focused on silencing the sound. Then Johnny was sheathed in a bubble of blurry air, that made it a little hard to concentrate on what was inside. This was the sound being altered, and nullified, made visible. Inside the bubble, Johnny lifted his foot high up in the air, then brought it down hard as he could. With not a single sound made. Then he clapped his hands, over and over again, still with no sound. However, this was all Sylvia could do, as stated before. The blurry air faded away, as the sound returned. Her new technique is far from perfect. It'll need plenty of practice before it becomes especially useful. Sylvia panted softly.
The laughter of Johnny filled the room. Before it subsided. He spoke to Sylvia, congratulating her, "Now that was good, Syl." Then he turned to Luce, speaking to her, "We got that covered, with Jake, and Sylvia, it'll be like it's coming out of nowhere...! But, like I said, we aren't going to spill any blood... Unless they shoot first. Then it's all self-defense!"
Shade wrote:
"When do we go?" she asked, directing her question to Johnny. "Sooner may be preferable to later."
"Right now. We should get there before they leave us behind." Johnny says standing up, cigar in mouth, taking another puff out of it. He had a better plan in his head. That plan he spoke before was just the skeleton. Johnny's true plan was much better than it appeared, and only the best plans came out of his head. He was taught by the best on how to survive. Maybe you can teach me a few things, Luce, and vice-versa. Everyone HAS to improve in some ways, heh. Johnny threw Luce a friendly glare, before turning towards the entrance. "Come, on. And Gabe, leave behind the booze... Actually..." Johnny got an idea. He quickly went back into the wine cellar, and came back with a large bottle of wine. It was heavy... Johnny knew that you could knock someone out if you hit them in the head, in the right place, hard enough. This just helped with his plan.
"F*ck off, ya' know I'll be fightin better drunk." Gabe says, as she got up, cigar in her mouth. "Remember; anyone starts f*ckin' me, and I'll burn their d*ck right off... Like what happened to my boyfriend, before I switched to girly girls."
In all of this, Jake was quiet. All because of Luce's presence. Saying that he didn't like the woman was an understatement. This b*tch could be the Traitor, too, Johnny... She made him uncomfortable, like she was going to try something. The moment that she does, then she'll know what he's capable of. Jake's unaware of her ability, but if she doesn't have a Cerebral or Energy power, then she'll be easy to detain. Jake's tactic for taking down hostiles was never throwing a single punch. He'd play a game of cat and mouse, trap, blind, or trick enemies into harming themselves. It mostly depends on the opponent - Jake can adapt quite well, and makes up for a lack of offensive ability is cleverness... It all depends on if it's the one to make the first move. For now, Jake was going to keep his disdain for Luce to himself, and go along with this. Because if he didn't, then he may sour their alliance. Some may notice that he appears to be rather angry.
Everyone followed Johnny out of the building. He kept his eyes opened. With the shining sun up above them. Some day, I'll be out of this f*cking dome, and touching you with my hands. Johnny thinks to himself. After they were out of the front doors of the mansion, Jake snapped his fingers and crafted an illusion of invisibility. Like he usually does. It was a small dome around them. No one would be able to see in, and they would be able to see out. Just to stop them from coming into the cross hairs of any snipers. "When we get there, Jake, you stay close to Hunter, and when the opportunity presents itself, go invisible and grab him. Sylvia, you stay above the group, keep Jake in your sight. When Jake goes for Hunter, you give us a signal, and the rest of us will come in to drag him off, and go back to the mansion. Simple enough, eh? Any trouble, or we get exposed, and we'll just do what we do best."
Sylvia responded with a nod, and a cheeky smile.
Jake didn't exactly like, but it did make the most sense because of his trickery power. "Yeah, yeah. I'm on it."
A little bit of walking, the group going about the expedition into the Eye Factory came into view. "Alright..." Johnny speaks, as the four Valos siblings came in view of the group approaching the Eye factory. The illusion that Jake made, faded away. They walked side by side, with Sylvia flying a few feet off the group like she usually does. They approached slowly, and made plenty of loud footsteps to announce their presence - With Johnny getting the idea from Luce. Johnny knew that some of the people that they share the Othergrounds with didn't like them because of their attitudes and way to handle some situations. That sentiment would be affirmed after what they're about to do. Johnny leaned in close to Jake to whisper into his ear, before they got close "Remember Jake, stick with him..." They weren't to discuss the place out loud, as Johnny knows there's a few people with super hearing. If anyone were to get the wrong idea... Then it wouldn't end well for the Valos.
The plan was for Jake to keep on Hunter, and grab him the moment the opportunity presented itself. The rest of the Valos were to provide a distraction to accomplish this. Johnny knew that this place must have some heavy machinery that would make a bang if broken. Or just go with the flow and let the distraction provide itself. If all else fails, they'll just take the direct route and grab Hunter, and beat down everyone that got in their way. In an upfront fight, Johnny knew the five of them would lose... But, if they're taken off guard, and Sylvia's in the right position, and Jake uses the right illusions: then they could just grab Hunter while everyone else is fumbling for a strategy. It's worked before, and it'll work again now. What's essential in this plan is execution, and that nobody f*cks it up by blurting out anything. Mostly by Gabe, her lack of subtly and hotheadedness got them into more trouble than they can count. Sylvia usually keeps her mouth shut about their plans, because most of the time she's spitting out profanity laced nonsense in response to everything going on around her - And when she does blurt out something that nobody needs to hear, most of the time, people disregard it. Which is the only good thing about Sylvia's annoying talking habit.
"What a glorious day to go on an adventure, my lovely friends!" Johnny announces their presence to the group, with a sinister grin as he walked closer. Outstretching his arms, palms facing them, and large cigar hanging from in between his teeth, fuming clouds of smoke. He kept that position as he looked at the group. Fortunately, not too many he disliked were going along... Then there was that idiotic blabbermouth, Lexy, who pose the biggest obstacle in their plan. Johnny's grin turned into a frown as he looked at her. Thoughts of pure swearing ran through his head, F*ck! F*ck, f*ck, f*ck, f*ck, f*ck... Johnny knew that she probably was going to blabber about what he said about Hunter, or anything from last night...
Actually, if that b*tch did any blabbering; she'd just putting herself one foot in the grave. Because people who don't know how to keep their mouths shut won't last long - Especially where anarchy reigns king. Whether he's the one who deals the death blow, or anyone really, she'll be dead before she knows it. Johnny isn't particularly caring about the well being of others, and killing her would be easy enough task (With the Traitor running around, everyone will assume that he's behind it). Hunter already knows they're on to them, complementary of Gabe. If he bolts; he automatically becomes guilty and they'll chase him down. Johnny and Sylvia outmatch everyone here in terms of speed and mobility, so it won't be a problem catching him. If he goes in with the group - Which is probably what he's going to do, since he'll have the group for protection - Then they'll go just as planned, if he doesn't know they're his own his @ss, then he's just as big of an idiot as Lexy. Johnny's grin returned when he took his attention off Lexy. "... I'm glad to announce that we'll be joining you all, and providing assistance the best way we can. Because there's f*ckin' monsters around here, man. Somebody's gotta kill 'em." Johnny put empathize on "monsters" and "somebody's" in reference to Hunter. Since he's a monster, and they're going to kill him!
Taking a puff of her own cigar, which she had lite before they arrived, Gabe gave the rest of the group a narrow, and hostile, glare. She crossed her arms and put her gaze on Jake. Regardless of if they aren't here for their stupid mission, she wasn't happy to be here. Well, mostly everyone knows her as the "hard as nails" Animal-meta hating b*tch, so why stop now and garner suspicion? She broke her crossed arms to take a puff of cigar smoke. Her stance was a little bit off, since she was a wee bit buzzed from the rum she drunk earlier. Usually, with this buzz, she either uses it to beat someone up, or has a little bit of fun with a pretty lady. "Yeah.. Monsta's..."
"Sup f*gs." Sylvia says as she lands her feet on the ground, around Johnny. Her sunglasses reflecting a bit of light off her strange eyes. "We gonna' go in, or just stand out here, and flex our d*cks...?" Sylvia asks, as she looked around the area.
While Johnny was announcing themselves to the group, Jake maneuvered through the crowd of people and walked over to Lin. They had a bit of fun last night together, and he felt like they were closer now. They had a quick chat, starting with a friendly, "Hey, about last night..."
The Group.
More and more people made their presence known to the small group that formed.
It was high-time that Lily leads the group inside the factory. They have a sizable group right here, and they could have no trouble getting through any obstacles that the Factory may pose. Anyone who wasn't here were probably off doing other things, and if they weren't here, then they were going to get left behind. Lily got off the wall, positioned herself in front of the key slot, and reached for the key-card in her pocket. She slid the card into the slot of the entrance to the Eye Factory. A mechanical voice spoke "ACCESS ACCEPTED" The doors slowly opened inwards, revealing the first glances of the Eye factory. The hallways deeper into the factory were entirely light-grey, smooth, bland and featureless. No windows, no doors in sight, nothing like that. The lights above them gave the group the illumination they needed to get around. The building was made to be used exclusively by Eyes. The first hall way they're in was quite large and wide, large enough to hold a group twice their size. Every hallway was quite high too. Every now and then, an Eye would idly scroll past, ignoring the group. "... Alright." Lily says, hesitantly, a bit afraid too. She didn't know what was in here... Well, Eyes are, plenty of them. That's besides the point. "Let's go."
The group stepped in, and the doors ominously closed, and locked, behind them. Trapping them inside without the Master-Key.
Then Lily lead the group forward. She was leading the group through the halls of the factory, with Lin at her side, who was closely followed by Jake. Hunter was walking close the front of the group, and was kept in sight of Jake at all times. Victoria and Charles were walking side by side in the center of the group, quiet. Sylvia was flying above the group at a steady pace. At the right spot to devastate the group with a Dubstep Bomb, should it come to it. She just kept her eye on Hunter from her great vantage point.
Lily leaned over to Lin and whispered into her ear, "Any ideas on where our objective is?"
Lin knew it'd be a perfect time to use the use technique that she unlocked earlier today. After spending a bit of time with the Blackmores, specifically Victoria, Lin had improved her Telepathy a little bit. To the point where she can send thoughts to people. Lin sent a message to Lily, with a little hint of focus, This path should take us to a stairway... The floor we're on is the factory floor, the floor below us is the nexus, and the floor above us is the communications center. You should look into the floor above us. The other floors have little use to us. This would allow her to stealthily share her knowledge without anyone else even knowing.
After getting the thought Lily shouted loud enough for everyone to hear, "Alright everyone! This path leads down to the stairs, all we need to do is head upstairs, okay?"
As they walked, Charles felt a need to ask a question. Just to get the conversation stirring so it isn't just silence. There were so many people here he hadn't gotten the pleasure of meeting. Charles, rather awkwardly spoke, to the group in a low tone, "So, um, I'm new here, and I noticed that I haven't met any of you yet. Anyone care to introduce themselves?"
The last two Valos, Johnny and Gabe, were hanging back, along with ((I'll assume)) Luce. They didn't want to be too close to the group, and only needed to keep Sylvia in her gaze. As long as she doesn't f*ck up this mission, everything will go smoothly. Just make this easy for yourself, Hunter. Johnny thought to himself as he watched
Drake Deltori Blackmore.

"Hey, Drake, what are you doing up here?" She asked, changing her wing beats so that they were like a hummingbird's, so that she could simply hover in one place.
"Oh um..." Drake says, being caught a bit off guard by Nicole's presence. He also noticed Pedro, whom Drake gave a blank wave of his hand to in response to his presence. He just wanted to be up here alone, by himself. But, he's never gotten a real conversation with Nicole since their little mission yesterday. It's all been fighting, and official business. Yeah. Her company didn't provide Drake with any comfort. He was still depressed and low as anyone can be. Then he got a little conflicted about what to say... Should he stay quiet adamant, dismiss her, or tell her how he really felt. Maybe being a d*ck about this wouldn't go well for him. So Drake choose the last choice. "Eh... We kinda found out what happened to Jia-li.. And Jacob. Yeah... They're dead. Me and Toria found 'em dead in the hospital..." He spoke in a soft low tone. He spoke bluntly, and didn't beat around the bush at all - There was no point anyway.
"Haven't been in too much of a good mood since then, eh. I just decided to spend the rest of the day by myself, up here... View's incredible, isn't it...? You could see the entire school from this one spot. Almost would make life seem a little less pointless if this place wasn't so..." Drake's body tensed up, as. He scuttled up the roof a little bit, just in case he slips by accident. He, fortunately, didn't have any accidents. "... Eh, I'm just talking too much because I have too much on my mind, Nicky... But let me ask you a question before you g." Drake then tossed the cigarette he's been smoking off the tower, and watched it fall all dramatically in slow motion. "Have you ever had a feeling, like, um... Life, is... Pointless? Basically. Like there's nothing interesting in store for you and you'll just be another faceless person in the crowd, and will never really accomplish anything notable?"
Maria Valcaz Cúneo-Vidal.
Finally, she's found it. After hours of searching, in fear that it has been defiled or removed, she's recovered it. Maria was standing in the wooded areas of the school, over a fallen, and long dead, tree. She was holding a small black pouch that was loaded with something. Just to check, Maria opened up the pouch and look inside. She pulled out one of the contents... A large, and abnormal pumpkin seed. It had a large orb-like growth on the side. So did the rest of the seeds. Seems to be exactly like she left it. They all appear to be good. She brought the mutated seed closer up to her eye. Before dropping it back into the pouch. Alright, she has the first step. Now all she needs is a nice secluded space where she can plant them. Maria quickly dashed off, heading towards the furthest parts of the school. Her long-coat waving in the wind as she ran. Not even the slightest bit worried about the threats that may be wondering around the Othergrounds (Like those ten-something maniacs that escaped with her). She's much harder to kill than she looks - Plus, with her connection to all plants around her; she's near impossible to sneak up on in wooded areas (Unless they can fly).
After a quick trek, Maria arrived at the outskirts of the school... What did they call this area again? Oh, yes. The out-grounds. The two mile stretch between the school and the dome. Nothing out here. Which is good for her, because if there's nothing here, there's no reason for anyone to come out here that much. Unless they're up to the same shady sh*t that Maria's constantly up to. Maria found a nice spot by the wall, slightly enshrouded by some bushes... Nothing that Maria can't do. She made the bushes grow thicker and thicker, until it covered up the future site of her little garden. There was a hole on the top that would allow sunlight. All she needed to do was cover it from sight immediate. Maria reached into the pouch and pulled out a seed and started walking. With every fourth step, she'd bend over and place a seed into the dirt. She did this for minutes on end, until her pouch was empty. She stood in the middle of her new garden.
With one swift movement, Maria was squatting down, with her fingers dug into the dirt. Having this connection to the Earth increased her power to insane levels. She immediately willed the pumpkin seeds to grow immensely fast. They went from seedlings, to vines, and started to flower. Then freakishly large pumpkins grew. A thick sheathe of large vines engulfed the area. What would have taken months, was done in a few seconds. These pumpkins looked different. Mutated. They had large veins bulging out of them, and .
Proud of her work, Maria sat down on one of her pumpkins.
Step one complete. Now I just need to find some food for them...
... Why am I doing this really...? I'm trying to get out of here and I'm making a nest... I... I.... Maria thought to herself as she contemplated why she was doing this.
This "garden" was the very thing that got her put in Stasis...
...
Deep within the darkest ends of the Sub-basement...
A loud banging sound echoed throughout the entire halls. Nothing managed to pierce the surface, but anyone down here could be hear it. The group that escaped Stasis last night, the group of around ten powerful Stasis escapees were tirelessly trying to escape the sub-basement. They even managed to locate the food storage and took a bit of food for themselves. The only thing was that it was so hard to escape the near-endless Sub-basement. They were trying tirelessly to get above ground, but they couldn't find an exit. So, there they were. Waiting around as their ally, the Colossus, tirelessly pounded a door that didn't seem to come down no matter what force he put down on it. The area around them was illuminated with a bright flame, created by one of the escapees.
However, their banging hadn't gone unnoticed. A certain murderous opponent that the group was dead afraid of was heading their way. Not with the intent to kill - Something a bit worse than just killing them. These people are desperate - Very desperate. The kind of desperate that anyone devious enough could take advantage of it. With the Traitor's black armor giving him a bit of camouflage as, the murderer approached, with hands up like the Traitor was gesturing a surrender. Even if they shot first, and asked questions later, the Traitor had a gun and some grenades. The Escapees promptly took notice of the monster clad in armor. "Look, you're not going to go through that no matter how hard you bang."
"Who are you?" One girl stepped forward to ask, in an attack position. She was average heighted, and in her teens, much like many other characters. She had black hair, and wore an all black outfit. Her hair was back-length. She was Eliza, one of the Stasis escapees from the night before. Her power was Vibrations Manipulation. A powerful ability that'd allow her to easily level buildings. "We're just trying to get out of here! We don't want anything to do with you!"
If the Traitor wasn't wearing a mask, they would definitely notice that smile. Because it's hook, line and sinker. "... Because that's the exit, and it's strong enough to take three atomic bombs..." The Traitor spoke softly, voice muffled through the mask, but overall sounded feminine, but gruff. "... You aren't getting through it without a key."
"Then where is it? And while I'm at it who are you?" Eliza hissed at the Traitor, unaware of who is under the mask.
"I am Kingston Nash." The Traitor told them a fake name of course, "I am one of the oldest teachers here, and I know a bit. Behind that door is a hangar with a plane that'll fly you all out of here." More lies of course .These were lies, because the Traitor didn't have a clue of what was behind the door. Hell, there was a chance it could be an exit to this place. But, if it is, then the Traitor would have to make sure that the group doesn't find it. No one's escaping this place.
"... And you're telling us this why?" Eliza asks.
"I have an offer..." The Traitor started off, that grin grew wider and wider under that black armor. "... When this place was attacked... A lot of people were spared. However, a separate group formed in private, with the intent of taking the place for themselves. They ambushed us and killed everyone. I'm the only one that got away." The Traitor looked around at the group, "They're looking for something. I want you all to find and kill them. If you get that done I'll get that door open and you'll be free to get out of here."
After receiving news of this offer, Eliza retreated and the group huddled up to discuss it quietly. After a few minutes, Eliza, their de-facto leader hesitantly approached and spoke with the Traitor, "... Alright, it's a deal. These little b*stards are dead. If you do not follow up on your deal, then you're going have to deal with us..." Killing people wasn't a problem, as long as it gets them ahead, it was only when they. But, they're desperate and they have no other options. They're going to run into this other group eventually and it isn't going to be pretty. Going off from what the Traitor says. Might as well cut the sh*t and kill them first in a surprise attack.
"Very well, they're in the Eye Factory, not too far from here. Just head down that corridor, then turn right at the first turn, and you'll be there... You'll see a door... I trust that you'll be capable of removing it."
With that, the Stasis escapees headed off to commit a genocide blindly, no questions asked. Whether they trusted this person, or just wanted to kill, was ambiguous. All ten of them rushed down the halls to kill. The moment they came in view of a weaker door, designed to allow the Eyes access in and out of the Factory. The Colossus picked up speed, it's enormous and heavily armored frame allowed it to take just about anything. With immense strength to allow it to lift up objects and go fast. The Colossus ran through the doors in an utterly terrifying display of power. The doors boomed as they were tossed several feet away. Damaging the area all around them. The Colossus skidded to a stop, as it's allies ran by. They all got in position to set up an ambush.
This was all apart of the Traitor's plan. Regardless of the outcome, both sides are going to sustain heavy causalities, which was perfect, made them easier to kill. Regardless of the winner, the Traitor was going to work to kill them all off. It's better that both groups kill each other, less work on the Traitor's part. The Traitor disappeared into the shadows of the basement.

Faith -
Faith looked nervously down the hallway before going to her room and shutting the door, on account of celo forgot the Operator is busy with school so she decided to keep her favorite character to torture out of the act until the end of the eye factory part. *mega-derp*
- Lexy, Crystal, n' Jack -
Lexy winced when she saw Johnny. Great- he was gonna ruin all the fun for her! Unless she cooperates. Then no being held at kinda-but-not-really-gunpoint. Perfect! Wait. What if there's a fight? She forgot she was completely defenseless without her knives. Great! Maybe Johnny still had her knives? Maybe she could make a deal with him? Sounded risky, but what did she have to lose?
As they walked into the building, Lexy approached Johnny hesitantly. "Hey! Sooo do you, um, have any weapons, maybe?" She smiled, holding a finger up to her lips. Johnny knew she knew about his hunch for Hunter, and she hadn't told him of their hunch yet. Maybe Johnny would get the hint and know she had kept quiet, and be more likely to cooperate. Probably not. Wow, she sounded sooo smart right now.
Crystal cast a weary glance around, moving to the middle of the group. She sighed. This little adventure was probably gonna be just like the food expidition- there was most likely gonna be a fight since that's all they ever run into and she was gonna be defenseless. Again. Hopefully there will be people willing to protect her like last time. Considering the fact she could probably save everyone's butts from bleeding to death, there probably will be someone helping. With that thought, she was a little over-confident on being protected, now.
Jack yawned, moving to the front of the group. He turned around to face everyone, walking backwards,a very dangerous position to be in with a traitor on the loose. "I, though not as new as Charles here, don't know everyone also. I'm Jack, for everyone who doesn't know me." Jack smirked as he pointed at himself. (sorry bout the crappy post)

This question was... Confusing, to say the least. It could go any way really. Asking for a weapon, asking if they have weapons... And so on. Johnny had an acute feeling that Luce wouldn't take too kindly to this question. Either way, Johnny wasn't going to answer accurately, because he doesn't need weapons. The strongest. "Well, all you need to know is that I am the weapon." Johnny knew this girl wanted something. The first thing that he assumed was that Hunter sent her over here to grill them on what they have. She's a bit of an idiot, so she failed the first step. Subtly. Either way, even if she didn't use subtly, Johnny would have seen through it because of her emotions... Her Emotions were a bit of fear, and anger... The reasons why were unknown. "What we have on us is none of your concern, little girl. Now go get lost, we don't have any need to speak to each other."
"Eh... Das a weird question, eh, little bit." Gabe says drunkingly, as she tried to walk straight as possible. "I don't need na' weapons... I punch holes in their big stupid, faces before they even draw deres! Now ya' best be gettin' out of here."

Nicole & Pedro
Nicole's beak tightened in what could only be read as a thoughtful frown, as she pondered Drake's question. She could tell he was being honest about how he was feeling, so after a moment, she decided she would be honest, also. "Plenty of times, I feel that way, although perhaps my way of viewing it is slightly different from yours." She answered, before landing on the very edge of the tower, neatly folding her wings. She didn't worry about falling, because even if she did, she wouldn't die from it, she could just catch herself and fly back up again. "Drake, I'm an animal-meta, and I can't do anything to make myself look normal, no matter how hard I try. Half my childhood, my parents made me hide indoors, and I wasn't even permitted outside the house until three years after I mutated, because until I was older, I couldn't even fly, I was just stuck with ugly grey fuzz, like a chick." She flapped her wings once, for emphasis, "Back then, I had a human face, but now, I've had an Omicron burst, and I look more like an owl than a person. What place is there, in society, for people like me? I can't be a part of it, because there's no hiding that I'm different, and people fear what they fail to understand."
She looked down at the school, and back at him, "Drake, everyone looks for something in life to give them meaning, to belong. Fitting in isn't easy for an animal-meta, because we're so different, so we have to learn to be happy with what we have, to see the brighter side of a situation. In the sewers, Toby saved lives, even Gabe, despite the fact that she doesn't like animal-metas. The thing is, just knowing that someone is alive today, because of our actions, is what gives us our purpose, our sense of meaning, and even if it's a simple thing, even if they died tomorrow, and nobody knew, who cares? Making a difference starts with your outlook on life, you're only faceless, you only failed to achieve something, if you perceived the situation that way."
She opened her wings and took off from the ledge, hovering again. "I know I'm elaborating, and I must sound a bit idealistic, there, but that's the truth of it all. You're throwing yourself into a bad situation, you're making yourself think in that negative light, and that's not what you should do. Bad things have been happening, but if you keep thinking about it, you're going to forget the good, too." She looked around at the tower, before looking back at Drake.
"Also, probably, the reason I'm taking this long to speak, is because you're making me worried. Sitting up on this high tower, all by yourself, thinking about stuff like that, I'm afraid that if I leave and come back, I'm going to find you on the ground with a broken neck, because you decided that life wasn't worth living. I know I might not seem like I have a right to worry, but you've been a good person since I've met you, and I think you could do great things." She frowned, as though worried, "We have to go back to the Eye factory, the others are probably going on without us, by now. Just think about what I said for awhile, okay? I want you to do that."
She turned and flew away, Pedro flying around her, dodging the lightning-fast bird-woman. He stopped for a moment, and circled slowly, looking at Drake, giving a single nod, and then turning to follow.

Lexy frowned. Johnny didn't get what she meant. "I meeean that I need one. You know my power is perfect aim and I haven't gotten a chance to get another weapon since earlier. That's what I mean." she didn't care about blurting out her power- wasn't a secret, anyways. 'Sides, being subtle wasn't her forté, as some would say. It's much easier to just point things out as they appear, in Lexy's opinion. She turned to Luce, examining the girl. She seemed kinda scary, to her. Still, Lexy showed no sign of fear when she smiled, "Nice to meet ya'; I'm Lexy. So what's your name?" She was always one to change topics randomly and quickly, and this instance was a moment when such an action happenned.
