Hexen looked from Exo to Aldara and back to Exo again who was drumming its fingers on the arms of its chair. Hexen, having the distinct ability to speak everything due to his brains advanced pattern recognition abilities translated its movements to be the numbers 109,1010,5,1,102 pause 103,1016,108,109, pause 3,108,5,4,9,1010 pause 3,1,108,4,109. When it did this it was looking at the amorphous blue blob that currently was Claymoor 'sitting' on one of the chairs. Hexen frowned slightly trying to think of what number system was being used, as there were no 'teen' numbers in the 10's place.
Exo looked back at Aldara with the same smug expression it had before and stated in an bored tone of voice; "Oh, you know, its probably C4 or a semi-solid francium blob coated in thin layer of glycerin or other water soluble solid to keep it from reacting with the water in the air and killing the guard turned terrorist before he or she can make his or her escape up the elevator shaft using a pair of conveniently placed compressed hydrogen cell jetpacks probably equipped with graphine chips. They probably also bypassed the circuitry in the elevator cable tension sensors so the liquid hydrogen would get dumped down the shaft onto their head. Which means that the only which would kill us would be the initial explosion from the alleged 'gum'."

Aldara just tilted her head to one side, blinking her clear eyelids. "Except I would hear the exact moment they tried anything." She said. She then but shrugged her shoulders, "Either way, as long as you don't touch it, we're perfectly safe, of course, if it's Francium, then you should probably move away from it, you don't want to get radiation poisoning, after all. Then again, you are handcuffed, so I suppose you can't without the slow, mind-numbingly boring task of moving while stuck in your chair. Really, though, it's no way for these guards to treat a team member, are you a colleague, or a prisoner? I don't know, you're being treated like an inmate at a maximum security jail. I'm pretty sure this meeting will be an enriching experience, and an opportunity for those of us who haven't met to get to know each other a little better. Besides, if we're going to be on the same team, I think the first order of business would be convincing people that you don't need to be kept in bondage while working with everyone else. After all, they're more of a burden, than anything. It stinks not being able to use your hands. They really should just let you go, it's not worth the trouble."

Myre clapped a heavy hand on Exo, and brought his head down to ear level.
"Stop arguing or they'll have you executed!" Myre whispered. He then walked to the other end of the table and sat down. With that, the meeting began. In front of each person appeared a fancy-looking report in a blue cover, on the front of which was a white halo that said LAF in the middle. The consul himself arose from his chair, and grabbed a metal pointed from one of his aids.
"All rise for the Consul!" an official-looking general at he table said, standing up.

They can try... in fact, I'd rather like to see how far they take this hypocritical 'lets secure the people we brought here because they can escape from practically anything on account of them working as spies and being a more then a little bit well known for it.' thing. I mean, we were kind of brought here to be hired to SPY ON THINGS which requires us to be able to escape from something as simple as hand cuffs.
So, when the general said "All rise for the Consul!" Exo was one of the first to do so, and was the only one to do a little salute just to flaunt the fact that it was no longer restrained. It shot the guard who had hand cuffed it a dirty look before letting its attention return to the general.
...Maximum security indeed...

Aldara stood at attention when told to rise for the Consul, although she knew better than to lock her knees, people passed out when they did that. Her pose looked rather official, yet did not appear uncomfortable. Although she tried to keep a straight face, it was very difficult when Exo revealed it was no longer bound. She knew it had been free, she just hadn't let anyone know. As a result, she was the only one who didn't seem surprised. In fact, when Exo made a salute, she took a few small intakes of air, producing very quiet giggles, which sounded very odd, in general, and slightly resembled a sort of grunt. Of course, only the people standing right next to her would hear the noise. Still, her facial expression suggested she found the stunt hilarious. Of course, everyone else would be mortified, but leaving people hopelessly confused brought her joy, and she delighted in the escape artistry skill Exo possessed. She had also already told Hexen that she had a twisted sense of humor, and this heavily appealed to it. She knew it wasn't appropriate to find this funny, but she did.

Claymoor noticed the base 5 number code hidden in Exo's tapping and translated it into: Steal Mzre credit cards. So Claymoor obliged. His hand dropped below the tabletop and stretched across the bottom of the table and carefully removed Myres credit cards without causing any noticeable disturbance whatsoever. His hand now stretched over to Exo held the cards right at its hand hight and waited for it to take the cards whereupon he would pull back his hand as if nothing had ever happened, he grinned, this is going to get very awkward.

Sal smiled at Exo's antics, it was an impressive feat and doing what he just did was usually unheard of, but then again, they WERE incredibly intelligent individuals. Otherwise they wouldn't be here. He rose when he was called up, and noticed that Aldara was having a similar reaction to his. He turned his attention back to the consul, wondering why the hell would they attempt to restrain Exo to begin with. It wasn't like they were being forced to be here.
They should be making them want to stay. Feeding him dark matter and waving a fan for him. he would enjoy that immensely. But no, he had to keep this realistic. They were here for a military reason and to gather them all up for it is big. He was the first to speak up. If Exo had the guts to pull that stunt and not get shot at for it, he could get away with this one. "Alright, Consul, give us a reason to be here." Of course, he knew why they were here, but the consul would have more information. More information would never hurt.

Myre stood at attention and saluted as the Consul walked over to the front of the room. He felt Claymoor's hand, and had to resist the urge to laugh. Myre was a spy, not your commonplace person, and spies had ways to keep things from being stolen. The card the Claymorr had grabbed was a decoy credit card in a decoy wallet in his back left pants pocket. Upon Claymoor stealing it, the card began to glow slightly, and made a very quiet sizzling sound as it dissolved into acid, covering Claymoor's hand. Nobody steals things from Myre. He had a decoy of every device on him, except for his vacuum ray; nobody stole a hair dryer. Myre looked over at Sal with a violent expression on his face, and one of the soldiers raised his gun over his head to strike the salamander.
"Don't disrespect the Consul, slime!" the man yelled. The Consul raised a hand, and the man dropped his gun.
"At ease, soldier." the Consul said in a firm tone "We're all on the same team here, and he is not Lumien. he doesn't technically need to respect me at all!" he smiled, and turned to the screen in the back. Everyone in the room sat down. At this point, Myre noticed someone else int he room; someone foreign. Sitting two chairs to the right of the Consul's throne was a Chimerian; an interesting, reptilian creature with a crocodile-like snout and and catlike ears. The creature nodded to him, and Myre nodded back.
"Alright ladies and gentlemen." the Consul said. "We are read to begin!" A 3D model of the Lumien Department of Agriculture appeared on the table, and the screen in the back showed all four locations before being destroyed. "As many of you may know, last night four Lumien governmental buildings; the Department of Agriculture, the Chimeran Embassy, the Aeronautics and Space Command, and the Department of Education, were all attacked by Human drone planes." The hologram on the table began to switch to images of each building, before and after destruction.
"Now the Humans," the Consul continued "claim that they have not mounted any sort of attack. They suspect terrorists, which I would normally agree with, however one of the buildings destroyed was a Chimerian embassy. If a terrorist were to attack the Lumien Consulate, that would not be a prime target due to the enormity of the Chimerian military. With us today is Commander Niroc Ferricks, a Chimerian intelligence agent sent by the Chimerian council to provide their feedback on the attack." Ferricks rose from his seat, and bowed to the Consul slightly.
"That's the guy who commanded the Armarox Bombing back in the Drae'kon Civil War." Sakayrus whispered "He's a God among men in the Chimerian Empire, but a devil to the Drae'kons." Niroc looked around the room rather haughtily, and then sat back down.

"Thank you, Consul." The Salamander said as the solider lowered his weapon.
Salamander's hourglass pupils scanned the screen, taking in every detail he could find about both the consul and the Chimerian. He looked to the hologram that appeared on the table as the Consul briefed them. Saying that the human drones had attacked several different areas including the Embassy. When the Consul said he was wary about what the humans blamed, he opened his mouth to speak.
"Good day, commander." He greeted, before looking back to the model and pointed to the Embassy. "A moment, please. I have two questions. My first question is why would they attack such a diverse group of targets. One specializing in education, another agriculture, Aerospace, and peace. The second is also a point. If the offenders were indeed terrorists, then it would also make perfect sense to attack the embassy because of the Chimerian's military. Think about this, what if they are trying to provoke the Chimerian military to attack and start a war with the humans?"
He paused for a moment, taking a breath. "If this is a terrorist threat like the humans said, we're dealing with people who have the skill set and the resources to hack into human military grade drones and decimate large areas. Imagine what else they could do. And this could just be the beginning. Whatever this is, it has had a lot of planning behind it."

Claymoor noticed the card melting and tasted a slight tang around his hand, he rendered his hand nearly invisible by using the optical receptors on his skin to tell the pigment cells to mimic what the receptors were seeing, and reached over to Myre dripped and the acid on his mucus coated hand onto Myres left boot, no,no,no, not in my house! Claymoor thought. He snickered quietly at Myres impending reaction.

Exo glanced at Claymoor trying to figure what exactly the rest of him was doing then looked back up at the hologram.
"I'd have to agree with Mr. Slime on this one, this is far to sophisticated for your average terrorist and far to, cliche a move for the humans. Going by their wide range of targets and use of weaponry as well as their preference to remain in the shadows until they've got the government crippled I'd say this was the revenge of a highly intelligent group of beings looking to stir up discontent between these three races and going by the fact that if this were the humans it would start a long a bloody war with many casualties, this group, whoever they are, is hoping to completely annihilate the 3 races targeted. I think we may narrow down our suspect list by opening our history books and looking at all the wars the Chimerian, Human and Lumien parties were all involved in, then looking at who suffered the biggest losses, possibly extinction because of their choice in targeting a renowned bio-reserve. Only those who have experienced extinction and have a high capacity for pent-up hatred for life in general because of what it did to their species would bother targeting something like that. I'd look mostly at races who were nearly wiped out in the wars involving the 3 targeted races."

Aldara frowned, "Actually, I think Exo just said what I was thinking. If the humans are being blamed, then the real culprit responsible is trying to either lure the races into a war with one another, or is trying to distract attention so that their targets don't notice when a real attack comes. Although, it may not just be a grudge. There is also the possibility that someone stands to gain from all of this. Some people are opportunists that feed off of chaos. There's a lot of different reasons someone could be stirring up trouble."

Niroc nodded, and motioned to the man in the back to hit a button on a console. The picture on the screen switched to show a map of the Milky Way Galaxy with all the empires in blue.
"That's the thing," Niroc said "Most enemies of the Galactic Federal Alliance (includes the Lumiens, Humans, and Chimerians) have the proper military power to destroy the Humans without us doing it. The humans and the Chimerians have been at peace for three centuries. We fought side-by-side in the Galactic War thirty years ago. And none of our known enemies are smart enough to do this; the Seytanbalik don't have two neurons to rub together, the Raiet are extinct, and so are the Droniaks". Myre looked up from his folder, and began to speak.
"Sir," he began "I do not believe that anyone n the galaxy currently has the technology to hack human robotics. Though the Human water sacks aren't very adept at other things such as survival" This brought a chuckled from Sakayrus and a scowl from Zero "their robotics are extremely advanced. You should see what Saybre-tech has done with prosthetic technology. The culprits are most likely human, and if the Chimerians go to war with the humans, by Chimerian law, they must kill every human in existence, so these terrorists would have written their own death sentence. Plus, if they can get on Desbin and bomb Lumien buildings, then they could just get to Papyria and attack the Chimerians in the same way. I think this is a power game; these terrorists are after the Lumiens and want to show us that they don't fear any member of the alliance". Then a man wearing a silver military uniform adorned with badges raised his hand. Niroc nodded in consideration who what Myre had said, and pointed to the next person.
"Yes, general?" Niroc asked.
"Sir, it's my opinion that-" he stopped, the Lumien general had a strange look on his face, as if he had gotten indigestion and had forgotten what he was saying at the same time. He looked down at his hands, and then back up the expression gone.
"Yes, general?" Niroc asked.
"I think you...should die!"
A loud mechanical whirr came from the general as his right arm extended and his hand broke into pieces, all perfect geometric shapes The fist soon restructured itself into what resembled the end of a cannon barrel, and it fired a blast of energy at the Consul. One of the bodyguards ran in the way of the explosions and took it directly in the chest, dying almost instantly. The man's entire body began to separate, his clothes and skin melting away to reveal sleek white metal. His head broke into thirds, creating a y shape of absence which had a blue orb at the exact center where all the limbs of the y went. The torso broke into pieces as well; all perfectly geometric, and a very large ball of blue energy appeared between two pieces that were the same shape as one half of the human ribcage. Soon, the entire robot was a series of geometric shapes, and every shape glowed blue.
"It's a mmic drone!" Someone called out. The drone turned its head to one side, and spun around to face Exo. It fired a magnetically charged blast of blue plasma at it. Even with its regeneration, that would put it out of the fight for a while.

Claymoor who had been previously occupied snatched his + - ion blaster from his waist with lightning fast reflexes and fired a concentrated burst of positive ions, through the dank air, which would corrode metal like aluminum foil in concentrated hydrofluoric acid, just as a ball of plasma screamed by him, as it boiled the air, towards Exo. The only thought in Claymoor's mind was, destroy all Cybugs, for some reason.

Exo pushed backwards off the table, flipping its char over and landing flat on its back rather uncomfortably but avoiding getting a ball of plasma to the head. The high powered energy pulse flew across the room and collided with the wall behind where Exo had been sitting seconds ago, exploding violently and sending shards of plastic and metal flying everywhere.
Exo avoided almost all of the debris because of its low profile by comparison to everyone else's upright ones, although that didn't last long as it was quick to pull itself back up to a standing position. It looked the robot over, formulating a plan as for how to disable it without filling the already dank air with chlorine gas.
And that's when it saw the major flaw in its design, the electric 'heart beat' coming from the core, which was probably a xenon difluoride battery that was super compressed by the constant electromagnetic field generated by the bot that also kept its arms and legs and head attached to its body, but not actually touching it.
If I can drain the core of the robot without badly damaging the exterior I would get one of the few preserved examples of a mimic drone! HAHAHAHA!
If anyone was looking at Exo, they would see it do something that looked kind of like the moon walk mixed with a cha-cha dance that was pretty horribly executed making it look mostly like a dork for the 3 seconds that it was dancing around like a school girl.
It hopped up onto the table, pulling its chair up with it and wielding it around like a 4 legged metal shield. It turned to face the robot so the chair was directly between them and started yelling "Here robot, robot! Here robot! That's a good robot! Now sit!"

The ion blaster's charge hit the Mimic Drone square in the right rib cage section, but nothing happened. The metal didn't react, and no damage was sustained to the Mimic Drone. It turned around to get blasted in the head by Sakayrus' laser and Myre's pistol both at the same time. No damage. Zero fired an arrow straight through the machine's heart, but the arrow did no damage and continued flying through the air past the Mimic. Reparosa rose from his chair, and whacked the creature with the backside of his claw, causing it to fly into the far wall, yet the drone just got back up, not phased in the slightest. It scanned the area, casting a blue co-ordinate plane over the entire area. Exo lit up red in its sights, and the others only yellow. They were minor threats. It scanned him for weapons that could possibly damage the drone, and and looked at the table. There was a clicking noise, and the hovering table that Exo stood on came crashing to the floor. Unsure of the creative Acirian's plans, it decided not to engage. Just then, Reparosa extended his claw, and a massive sonicboom shook the room as a cavitation bubble hit the drone at the speed of a bullet. The air lit up white hot, and for a fraction of a second, the area around the drone became hotter than the surface of the sun, yet when the spots faded out of everyone's eyes, a steaming Mimic drone still stood, not visibly damaged in the slightest. It fired a plasma blast at Reparosa, hitting him square in the shoulder. His thick armor took most of the hit, but he cried out and hit the far wall, his shoulder still damaged.
"Exo!" Myre yelled "What is this thing and how do we kill it?"

Exo hurriedly scrambled to its feet after the table crashed to the ground, still wielding the chair both with the confidence and stance of it being some kind of superweapon. It looked over at Myre while edging closer and closer to the bot with a completely insane grin on its face. "I haven't the slightest idea how to defeat a mimic drone. Maybe Hexen has an idea, because I'm fresh out."
Hexen looked at Exo as if it were on crack and yelled back; "What in the hell are you-" he paused for a moment, looking Exo over, reading its body language and reverse engineering what it was most likely thinking. However he covered that momentary pause up by continuing "thinking! You cant defeat the bot by jamming the chair through its head and killing its central processing unit! That's stupidity in its purest form!"
Exo looked at Hexen sarcastically, rolling its eyes. "Well, i'd absolutely LOVE to hear your idea which is so much better than mine!"
Hexen made a disapproving scoffing sound then took flight and started flying rapid cercles around the room, throwing a series of long metal knifes at the bot that closely resembled long metal flight feathers.
Exo at the same time charged the bot at full speed holding the chair out infront of it like a 4 pronged battering ram.

Aldara was forced to stay further in the back of the room, feeling utterly trapped. She couldn't do very much in an enclosed space, and was forced to hover a few inches above the floor, darting back and forth in zigzags to prevent being hit by an attack until she could figure out what she could do. She looked at its blue core, frantically recalling what she knew about plasma, that it was something that contained ions, "Hey, guys! I don't know if this will help any, but if that core is plasma, it contains charged ions. Maybe we can use that against it, somehow! Its heart isn't exactly protected!"

The drone saw Exo flying at it, and fired a plasma blast aimed directly at its head. The knives bounced off of the drone and clattered to the floor, not even putting a dent in it. The soldiers all began firing, and the Mimic Drone was pelted by bullets, but to no avail. Its armor seemed to be completely impenetrable. Myre attempted to use his vacuum ray to suck the creature's heart out, but it didn't work. Nothing worked. Zero fired an arrow through the pulsating ball of plasma in the middle of the drone's head, but it simply had no effect. The drone seemed to be completely invincible. As the plasma ball flew at Exo, the Mimic Drone activated the table once more, and caused it to haphazardly fly about the room, running over whatever got in its way.

Sal watched as the other members of the NER tried and failed to fight the mimic drone. There was seemingly nothing that could harm it. Even Zero couldn't make a dent in the thing. Suddenly, he had an idea. "Oi! Overrated photocopier! Over here!" Sal yelled, waving his arms in the air in an attempt to get the mimic drone's attention. He had seen what it was capable of, but he had an idea of how to defeat it. Perhaps he could use it's own power against it and redirect the blast back at the drone. It seemed to be a form of plasma burning at an extremely hot temperature. Temperature ment energy.
From what he did know about plasma, it was that it was in a human's blood and was rather unstable. Perhaps putting the enrgy output it was firing at them straight back into the heart of the drone could overheat or short circuit it. Effectively defeating it IF it worked. Worst case scenario, the plasma blows up on itself and sends everyone and thing flying and potentially injuring someone. He would be fine, as the potential energy that is released into kinetic as the chemical bonds between the atoms that made up the plasma could be absorbed by him. The others he wasn't so sure of.

Exo ducked and raised the chair to its head hight as the ball of plasma flew towards where its head had been a fraction of a second ago and instead punched a bowling ball sized hole through the center of the chair's seat, making it look, at least in Exo's opinion more like a 4 legged picture frame than a chair.
It straightened back up and held the chair up to its face so that its head poked through the hole in the middle and it turned to look at Myre and asked;
"Do you think this would look better as a picture frame or a head-mount for the robot once we deactivate it? I think it should be a picture frame."
Hexen looked disapprovingly at Exo making a fool of itself as usual. He had to dive out of the way of the table and was barely able to avoid a collision with the floor before stabilizing his flight path once again by swerving sharply to the left and back up to almost ceiling height as the table wasn't traveling able to float that high off the ground, even while on full-power.
Who ever decided that programmable hovering tables were a good idea needs a dope-slap. Try worst idea EVER.
Exo had to dive out of the way of the table and consequently drop its 'picture frame' in the process of not getting decapitated by evil flying furniture. When it jumped back to its feet a 2 seconds later it yelled to everyone in the room;
"OI! PEOPLE! I know how to defeat the bot! But it will only work if it doesn't see it coming! So I'll send you all a message telling you what to do using my Computer Suit! Check your phones and various other electronics for the instructions in about 3 seconds!"

Now, this drone was killing everything in it's sight, everyone with a weapon of some sorts was trying to destroy it, and Exo was holding up a chair “like 'e just don't care”. But just when they came across some action, where, you may ask, was Τρελός? The thing was, just as everyone stopped thinking things through, Τρελός was crouched behind a chair, planing out his first move. He looked over the chair, studied the drone, then ducked back down again. His brain worked harder than it had this whole day. Finally, he came to a conclusion. Tomorrow, Τρελός would buy a pizza for lunch, and in the elevator he would push as many buttons as he could before Hexen slapped him across the face. Okay, you know what? Scratch those ideas. He wanted a burger tomorrow, and the elevator ride should be as quick as possible. That was enough pointless thinking anyway, it was time to get in on the action.
Jumping up from behind the chair, he yelled out to Exo, "Nah Exo, it's okay! I've got my own plan!" The only problem was that when Τρελός had a plan, he didn't really have a plan. Instead of doing something good, he grabbed the chair with both hands and swung it around in circles a few times. Then he flung it at another chair, falling over in the process. He pumped his fist into the air, while letting out a small "yea!" He wasn't finished yet though, and his arm that was still waving in the air started changing into metal, until his whole arm had shaped into his own new weapon, the Achrom Blaster. He got up onto his feet and started running towards the chair that he had just thrown. "For Παράφρων!" he practically screamed out. Leaping straight at the chair lying on the ground, he pointed his gun at it and fired while in midair. The plasma he had already stored up was about the size of the chair itself, and when it hit there was a small explosion. When Τρελός looked at the ground, the spot that the chair used to be was now gone. There was a hole in it's place, but he didn't investigate. Instead, he turned back to Exo. "I think my phone's in my coat pocket, I'll check." He walked back over to one of the still remaining chairs and crouched down behind it, reaching his hand down one of the large pockets in his coat to find his phone.

Still, the drone remained, completely unharmed. Its opposite arm now became a gun as well, and the drone fired several plasma blasts in the direction of Exo and Τρελός. Upon hearing about a message from Exo, its head began to twitch once more, and it looked at Exo's suit. Interesting, a computer suit. the drone thought. it hacked the suit and began to search it, looking for the text to see if it could defeat Exo. Several computer viruses, the drone's form of an immune system, was introduced to Exo's suit, and began to spread to every device in the room, hiding themselves deep in the devices' hard drives, invisible to all.

Aldara was frustrated, horribly aware that she wore no armor, and did not posses technology of any sort, not for communication, or for fighting. She usually relied on her natural abilities, and only now did they seem useless. She was a monitoring agent, she was a spy who could safely observe foes and gain information using her enhanced senses. She wasn't sure how to exactly approach the drone and fight it herself. She needed some sort of plan, but there was a high risk of injury with everything she came up with. What could she do?

Claymoor edged carefully around the room, changing color to help keep a low visual profile, to the holo display which was now behind the robot, and started fiddling with the controls. Grinning impishly he pulled up a screechingly loud sound track and played the music, amplifying the sound with his M.T.O.P.M.F.G
