I've been there before. If you wait too long to post you'll have a tough time getting the posing flow back later. So just do a filler post.

It's highly improbable considering that Lilith was still invisible and the flames sorta just appeared on random buildings. As far as the timing I don't know, Desiderii may or may not have been present at the initial lighting.
