Nicole felt tired, but she was already aware that she would be Zizz's target when he started to get up. As soon as he began rushing at her, she produced a loud keening sound like an eagle, her eyes narrowing in anger. "Nice try!" She hissed, although she was breathing as though exhausted. She opened her enormous wings, and, compressing together the feathers to increase her wing aspect ratio, she formed a pointed shape like those found on an albatross. With a few quick wingbeats, she ascended into the air, moving far faster than she had been moving before, practically impossible to match or track. However, she knew this person could still shoot attacks at her, and she eventually had to decrease the aspect ratio and slowly circle, aware that her sudden change of position would only phase her enemy for a moment. She looked at the others, "Guys! I can't keep doing this, whatever this...Omicron...thing is, It's completely drained me, I can't attack this guy again! You're gonna have to finish him!" She called down. With this, she started to soar away, hoping people would understand the situation. She sorely hoped that they wouldn't permit Zizz to attack her again as she retreated, she was weak from injuries and from the Omicron, whatever it was.
Sandy saw the situation, and, having been a student for some time, knew what had just happened to Nicole. "Guys, she really means it! Nobody can undergo a Burst without becoming extremely weak afterwards! We're going to have to finish this without her! She can't take another hit!" While aware that she might attract Zizz's attention, she didn't care. She was creating pheromones that would make anyone who got too close extremely sick, and not even the strongest meta-humans were immune to it. The downside was that she wasn't strong physically, and couldn't attack.
Toby, hearing this, and seeing an opening, took the opportunity to use his super speed. In a cloud of dust, he was in front of Zizz, and had tackled the mutant, stomping his incredibly heavy paws on where Nicole had hit him with her blast, and barking in his face, before running a distance away before he could react and blast him. He took an aggressive stance facing the flamingo man and growled.

Claire and TJ
Claire screamed like a little girl when Pestilence began to mutate, something she had not done in a long time. TJ stepped back and put his arm in front of Claire as if trying to shield her from attack. Then, of course, the beast propelled through the ceiling, and Claire was able to breathe again. A solitary fly began to fly towards them, and TJ swatted it away with the back of his hand.
"That's right, b*tch!" Claire yelled "Run away! Run the f*ck away you motherf*cking b*tch! You can't handle this!" TJ clapped a hand over her mouth and whispered in her ear.
"Don't taunt the nine foot several-ton fly zombie." he whispered "He's someone else's problem now!" TJ heard the sound of screams from up above, and a loud crashing noise coming from not far away. TJ slowly began to run down the hallway, the still-woozy Claire following him, whispering "run away" over and over again. Just as they got to the opposite hall, Johnny came crashing through the ceiling. He landed on the floor with a sickening smack, and several tile shattered. Claire looked up at the hole in the ceiling cautiously, and TJ ran over to Johnny, putting two fingers on his jugular.
"Well, he's still alive." TJ said "You okay, Johnny?"
"God dammit!" Claire spat "Why couldn't that b*tch had killed him?" TJ stared over at her with a dangerous gaze, and she stepped back a bit. "I'm not helping him!"
"Stop being so god-dammed petty Claire!" However, TJ knew she wouldn't change her mind, so he looked back down at Johnny. "You okay, John?"
Carole and Taylor
Carole screamed when Pestilence burst through the floor, and Taylor almost fainted. She was able to grab the wall to keep herself up, and splashed her face with water, though her makeup was not messed up. Carole watched as Pestilence threw Johnny through the floor, and she screamed. The tiles at her feet rose into the air, and she began to bombard Pestilence with the steel plates, aiming at his face.
"Foutez le camp de celui que vous dégoûtant mouche!" All of Taylor's water orbs turned into whitewater cyclones, and they all moved around Pestilence, boxing him in. If he tried to take a step, the vortexes would hurt like a ton of bricks. Taylor was very, very angry now. Nobody touched her friends and survived it. Several bottles of water floated out of her backpack and took off like rockets towards Pestilence. Suddenly, her eyes began to glow white, and she let out an angry yell. Midair the bottled shattered, and the water within them turned to ice. The ice rockets soared at Pestilence with deadly force, their tips becoming sharp as knives.

Dragonfly watched his friends getting pummeled and beaten. Nicole was on the brink of death, and Toby surely couldn't take it alone.
"Pink mutant hurtss friendss..." he began muttering, his bad side taking over. His eyes became almost complete slits. Anyone who was watching could see this was not the Dragonfly they knew. This was an entirely different metahuman. It was like comparing an apple to a lemon. "Pink mutant LEAVE, FRIENDSS ALONE!" Some nerve in Dragonfly snapped. He was angry. He was split into two beings. The rage of having to try a hundred times harder to just be normal than anyone else, the rage that festered on having to be split into two people. The rage that was awoken from making a few friends who were not being fatally injured. Dragonfly screeched, and began running at the now downed Zizz, before jumping once he reached his full speed and landing on the metahuman's torso.
The first things to go to work on the larger meta were the claws on his feet. The ones on the sides of his feet held slightly larger claws than the others, but nothing resembling a raptors. He began slashing and trying to slice at the core of the meta. Because his claws were not like a raptors, they did not have the ability to reach the internals, but the force behind the kicks were enough to do at least some heavy damage and cause a great amount of bleeding. The claws at the end of his hands began ripping at the upper chest of the pink meta, damaging feathers and creating long, four lined slash marks across the spots where it connected. His mouth found the meta's head and bit down around his face. His first set of teeth digging past the skin and stopping at the bone. His second sliced into the meta's cheeks. Realizing that his first set had not been capable of doing their job, he began whipping his head back and forth trying to either break the mans neck or get past the bone. His first set of teeth were very thick and had more crushing capabilities. His second set were sharp and meant for slicing. But he didn't seem to have the bite force to crush the skull. Thrashing back and fourth would help. It was extremely lucky one of the teeth hadn't found the meta's temple.
This position was dangerous as the air blasts could harm him. But in his current enraged state, Dragonfly didn't care. All form or self preservation had been thrown out the window the moment Nicole had bursted. He would probably think later about how he didn't burst himself if he survived.
But it was okay if he died anyway. All the effort of trying to fit in would be done with, and he would've died honorably, protecting his friends.

Johnny
The second Johnny reached the ground floor on his behind, he stood straight up and looked up at the ceiling. Not noticing Claire and TJ for a bit. Other than looking annoyed he showed no emotion. He felt humiliated that he was comically launched through the floor with one swing of the creature's arm. It looked like his barrage of punches did absolutely nothing to it. Next time he's going to hit much harder. He went through quite a lot of pain right there. If he wasn't so hardy then that would have killed any other person. Fortunately, he's alive. For now. His friends will be in for a world of hurt if he doesn't get up there. When he was about to jump back up.

"The only thing that's hurt right now is my pride--- and a bit of my self-respect. Other than that I'm in-f*cking-credible." Johnny rolled his glowing eyes up into his head. The last thing he wanted to do was deal with their bullsh*t when there were more important matters at hand. He was so close to just punching Claire in the face. The thing stopping him was the fact that he really didn't have the time to fight both of them. "I don't time for this..." Johnny mutters under his breathe as he gauges the distance he would have to jump to get back up there. It was three stories. Which would mean that he would have to make three jumps. The best he could jump at up was at least a story. It was all set. Johnny wasn't going to go without pissing off Claire. He threw her the most smug look that he could trying to rile her up. Then he said something that would undoubtably piss her off, "Well, Claire--- I mean piss for brains. Because that names sums you up well. Unlike you; I don't go down in the first hit. Unlike you, again... I'm not weak. If you don't mind, there's a monster that needs slaying. And I fear that only the strong can stop it's next. So, you should stay down here so you don't get hurt anymore. Ta-ta!" Johnny says in the most sarcastic and mocking tone he could, before he quickly jumped up though the hole onto the second floor. Then waited on this for any comments from Claire. His friends be fine. They're strong.
They have to be.
Pestilence and Johnny's Group
Pestilence had been hit in the face with the first few steel plates before it extended it's arm straight out to block the rest of the plates. It let out a horrid roar that sounded like a cross between a man and a giant insect yelling. Before it could start it's counteract, Taylor's barrier had obstructed him. The creature didn't know what it was--- Naturally it didn't touch them. They only served as a distraction as Taylor sent ice rockets at it. The first one hit it directly in it's large forehead, sending it backwards as it raised it's head to see what was attacking it. The next set of bottles hit his center of mass. The creature immediately quenched in pain and it's wrapped extra fly legs and arms around it. To create a shield that blocked the rest of the bottles of ice.
In the mean time Sylvia was taking the creature's obliviousness to get a shot in. Her iPod started rocking bass-boasted Skrillex load as possible as she pointed her right arm at Pestilence. She kept her free hand wrapped tightly around her right hand to keep it steady. "Everyone cover your ears and get back!" Once she thought everyone was clear--- Anyone who didn't get away fast enough would be injured. Sylvia fired a focused blast-version of her dubstep bomb at it's chest. It wasn't as ear-deafeningly destructive as it's bomb version. But, it was much more devastating on a single target (the school officials theorized that it's capable of killing a person) and it had range to it. The blast created an immensely loud boom unlike all others--- Painful to others, harmless for her. The second her blast had fired, Sylvia was launched back with such force that she reached the other end of the hallway. The Sylvia's sound blast had knocked Pestilence clean off it's feet though one of the water vortexes that Taylor had created. It landed with a satisfying thump on it's back as it comically skid across the floor. Two of it's fly legs were broken and there was a large bruise all over his rotten chest. For a moment a it looked like the battle was over.
Until it quickly got back up by using it's mutated fly legs and muscular arms. The second it was back on it's feet it jumped through the ceiling again on to the forth floor. It hit it's head on the ceiling of the floor before it landed a foot away from the hole it created then started running down the hallway and suddenly stopped. It used it's fly legs as support. Before it raised it's monstrous arms high up into the air, touching the ceiling. It dropped his fists on the floor it stood on. Attempting to bring down the floor on top of it's opponents. It repeated the process over and over again until the entire floor of it's hallway started sagging downwards with an enormous crack in between it. It was about on the verge of falling down on top them.
"Crap!" Sylvia shouted. Still stunned silly, she crawled off down an opposite hallway hoping to avoid.
Lemontea didn't say anything. She just ran.
Jake turned invisible and silently escaped.
Zizz and Jia-li
"Dis'll be the last time any of ya'll see anything!" Zizz shouted as he about to bring down it's claws on Nicole. He was so focused on Nicole he hadn't noticed Toby trying to interrupt his attack. While he looked the exact opposite of fast, Tony managed to get the drop on Zizz using his pure speed. He was caught off guard when he was tackled back on to the sand. "Ya' brat!" Zizz shouted as he swiped at Toby, only to miss after the latter ran off.
Jia-li was injured by the last air blast she was hit with. She was lying on the ground, face in the dirt. Vulnerable as ever. The second she regained her composure she raised her head and saw that Nicole was in danger. Not even standing up she put her hand on the sand, a smoky jet-black darkness spread on the sand towards Nicole and quickly rose up. It created a circular barrier around Nicole, protecting her from Zizz. It wouldn't do much if Zizz tries hard to get through it, but it should be enough to protect her if everyone keeps him distracted. "Run, Nicole!" Jia-li shouted.
Zizz tried to jump up onto his feet, but was interrupted by Dragonfly's brutal attack. All these new opponents keep showing up and getting cut down. Why haven't they learned that it's useless to resist. While Zizz was being brutally attacked by Dragonfly, he couldn't seem to put together a plan for getting him off. Zizz immediately started to cover his neck to make sure that he didn't get his throat slashed. The lizard man slashed at Zizz's chest, the very spot where Nicole had horribly burned him. The burn wounds were quickly turned into burns and cuts.
Zizz positioned his free hand for an air blast, an orb of near-invisible air formed in the palms of his hand. He then smirked fiendishly. "Die, gecko." Before firing a powerful blast of air, launching Dragonfly right off of him. ((It is a point blank blast)). He jumped straight up and looked around at everyone. He saw Toby and fired a blast towards him--- Which missed by a long shot, only stirring up sand near him. Zizz was reaching his limit. He was now covered in blood.
There was no point in running now. He already started this and they would surely follow him.

Taylor and Carole
Taylor and Carole both got back and covered their ears just as Sylvia fired her dubstep bomb. Taylor cheered a bit when her bottle rockets started making their marks, but then the creature just got back up. It seemed as if no amount of damage would keep this thing down. It jumped to the ceiling and Taylor immediately moved to run, when Carole stopped her. "Um, no." Carole looked up at the ceiling. The weak metal bars turned into tempered steel and the panels turned into a titanium alloy. By the time she was done, the ceiling had stopped sagging and the beast's attack had been thwarted. Taylor took this time to set up more water twisters, though this time they were slightly different. These twisters were made of steam, and they hissed dangerously, their temperature close to that of a plasma. If Pestilence came down on one of those steam funnels, it wouldn't be getting up anytime soon.
Claire and TJ
Claire immediately lunged at Johnny angrily, and TJ grabbed her by the arms to try and hold her back.
"I will fucking murder you bitch!" She screamed "I will hunt you down and kill you like a dog! And I'll kill the rest of your fucking family while I'm at it!" TJ was just about to slap Claire, and he spun her around, meeting her eyes with his own venomous gaze.
"Will you stop acting like this?" he yelled "We have bigger problems here than your rivalry with Johnny! In case you forgot in your infinite wisdom, there is a gigantic fly zombie up there raining down Hell! We can't bother to waste any energy!" he threw a portal at the wall, and then at the ceiling one floor below the third. "Don't follow me!" he spat, jumping into the portal. He closed it just as quickly, and grabbed the edge of the hole in the third floor, which he used to pull himself up. He just barely dodged a steam cyclone and ran over to meet up with Carole and Taylor.
"What's new?" he asked.
"Fighting a fly zombie." Carole said nonchalantly "Same old".
"Good, good."

Johnny
"Hahahahahahahahahaha..." Johnny loudly laughs so that Claire could hear him. He got exactly what he wanted. Pissing Claire off would be quite the pleasure. Right now the girl is worth less than trash--- her threats were empty as her head. He showed off his shining form for a moment to talk even more sh*t, "Look, brat. You can't stop me. Or anyone in my family, really. They are strong. Mighty stronger than you. You can't even come close to stopping my lineage--- In fact, I should come down there and kill you. But, I digress. You are not worth it." He smirked and quickly made a finger gun out of Claire's sight. He quickly pointed it at her and fired a Devil Kiss right at her forehead. It would be quite painful. "... But, you're worth this! Have fun with the other degenerates, trash! You better clear out--- The king's about to put on his crown! Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha." He jumped straight up to the third floor. Ready for some action.
Pestilence vs Johnny's Group
((For simplicity's sake; let's pretend that Jake, Sylvia and Lemontea are distant from Taylor, Carole and TJ))
The Beast of Pestilence kept bashing on the ground. With no success. After a few more bashes Pestilence gave up and moved on to attempting to get down somewhere else. It crawled over to another part in the hallway and started stomping with all it's might and dropped clean through the floor. He landed in the same hallway as Jake (still invisible), Sylvia and Lemontea. Far out of the way of Taylor and Carole's defenses. "F*ck..." Sylvia mutters as she pointed her hand (with her free hand wrapped around it) at Pestilence, "Everyon---" Before Pestilence charged down the hallway with much more speed than it appears it would have. It was too late for her to do her blast and the only thing she could do was turn around and try to fly off. Jake however had protected a solid illusion of a blue half-transparent light. It acted as a force field keeping him at bay. Pestilence violently pounded on the illusion by punching it with full force. The illusion won't keep up under this pressure.
Lemontea stayed behind and looked at the monster thinking up a plan for killing it, "I got an idea. We're going to need to pin it down first."
"Okay... But... There's room for improvement here!" Jake nervously shouted. As Pestilence stopped it's offense for more... Blunt ways of breaking the shield. It reached directly up into the ceiling and pulled off a chunk of the ceiling and slammed it into the illusion with all it's unholy strength. The chunk of ceiling was immediately shattered to pieces, but the monster had accomplished it's goal of. Naturally Jake and Lemontea turned around and ran as the illusion was broken. They were quite a distance from it before it started charging at them. Jake snapped his fingers and created a brick wall--- Hoping to slow it down. Pestilence had reached full momentum and ran clean through the illusion, and completely destroyed it. It stopped with a slight slide. It's head down, and it looked up at the fleeting Jake and Lemontea ready to prepare another charge. It hadn't noticed the two set of footsteps coming down the hallway behind him. Right when it started to move it felt a slashing pain behind it's exposed knee and an extremely hot and painful blow on it's back.
The people who attacked Pestilence were none other than Gabriela and Hunter. Following the sounds of chaos and noticed the violent monster attacking the only person that Gabe can recognize off the top of her head. Hunter naturally slashed behind it's knee, creating a deep gash. While Gabriela (who had both her feet super heated) kicked the monster's back as hard as she can, yelling like a complete maniac. "Looks like the circus let out another freakshow!" Before laughing. Pestilence was brought to it's knees and grasped the ground pulling out a hand full of tiles.
"Gabe! You're alive!" Jake shouted, in both happiness that she survived and sorrow that they had to reunite under these circumstances.
"Good, there's more of ya'. Remember the plan, pin it down!" Lemontea smirked as she left the hallway. She would do better if she stayed out of the fighting until they pinned down Pestilence. The only idea that Lemontea had in mind was projecting a field so that it's strength will drain.
"No time for a reunion!" Gabe shouts while she increases the air friction around her legs. Causing every single movement to cause a combustion of flames. She kicked it in the back around with a powerful roundhouse kick as she stopped super heating her feet--- Instead shifting that heat to her entire arms. She increased the friction on her arms and punched the creature with one strong punch on it's back.
Meanwhile Hunter had ran far down the hallway to get a running start. After reaching the end of the hallway he turned around and started running fast as he could towards Pestilence. He had both swords pointed at it as he ran.
Jake just got out of the way. Feeling useless.
Pestilence however got it's second wind and got up to it's knees. Quickly turned around and swiped Gabe with his arm. It connected with her stomach and hit with immense force. Blood started coming out of her mouth as she was sent seven feet down the hallway on--- Landing on her back, and immediately gasped for air. "Gabe!" Jake called out for her and tried to go over there. Only to be blocked by a mountain of flesh. Pestilence turned back towards Jake and Hunter--- The latter was unphased by the attack on Gabe. He kept charging at Pestilence even though it's back on it's feet. The dull creature swiped it's hand at Hunter (He's closer to it) only for that to back fire. Since Hunter's swords were in front of him, Pestilence merely impaled itself on his swords. The two swords made out of blood completely pierced through it's flesh. Hunter had only been pushed back a few inches since his swords absorbed the force of the blow, and he was adamant.
Jake had turned Gabe invisible, hoping that it would protect her from Pestilence's wrath, "I don't know who you are... But, thank you." He nervously says to Hunter. As they both take steps back. Every step back that they took, Pestilence took two towards. While it's mobility was slightly impaired; the fight was far from over.
"My name... Is Hunter." Hunter replies, "I found your sister on the upper floors--- Our introduction was less than stellar."
"Not surprised." Jake says, "We could use a bit of help right here!" He called back to the group.

Nicole didn't need to be told twice that she needed to escape. She had delivered a strong enough blow to give everyone an advantage over Zizz. With a single wingbeat, she flew high into the air, and closing together the gaps between her feathers to increase her wing aspect ratio, she turned and flew away, beating her wings very quickly, and exiting by going over the lake. Her leg, she was sure it was broken now, and she thought she would soon pass out if she didn't stop, but she had to be sure she couldn't be followed. She didn't stop until she reached the forested ring on the outer rim of the forest. There, hidden by dense foliage, she promptly landed in the fork of a tree, and passed out, leaning against one of the branches.
Toby growled at Zizz, and then began to run back and forth in a specified area in unpredictable zigzags. If Zizz wanted to hit him, he was going to have to waste his energy trying to judge the right spot. Sandy, meanwhile, opened her mouth slightly, hissing, and baring the two sharp, vampire bat fangs in her mouth. In truth, she didn't drink blood, but that didn't mean Zizz wouldn't be fooled. He had already made the mistake of thinking Toby was a slowpoke. Bones moved closer, and crossed her arms over her chest, tensing her fingers so that they looked like claws. Still, nobody could tell what her powers were, but the posture she took suggested she might use them at any moment.

Well, pretty much everyone
Taylor, Carole and TJ came running down the hall together, towards the monstrous Pestilence.
"Ugh, do we have to do everything for you guys!?" Taylor said humorously as the reached in her backpack for some more bottles. She only had two left. Luckily, Carole was there, who was able to create as much water as Taylor needed. TJ opened a portal behind Pestilence, where he'd least expect it, and then at the floor. Taylor generated a battalion of icicles, as well as two bottle rockets, and sent them flying at Pestilence through the portal. If they connected, she would flash them to steam after they pierced his flesh, causing painful wounds that would hopefully bring him down. Carole, meanwhile, used her free hand to create a five-foot wall between Jake and friends and Pestilence. It was high enough to see over, but would be difficult for Pestilence to walk through. Carole was concerned, however. Something wasn't right. Nothing had broken yet, which was odd for her powers. Her Geiger counter had not gone off at all either, something that was really strange for the amount of things she was creating. Hopefully, she'd get lucky, but she wasn't sure. Something could break at any moment, but she couldn't just stop or everyone would die.
Claire closed her eyes as the devil kiss brushed past the right side of her head. By some miracle of God, it had missed, just grazing the flesh on the tip of her ear. While an ear burn certainly didn't feel good, Claire could certainly survive it, and she had unfinished business. She ran up the steps to the third floor door, which was sealed tight as a drum. Claire cursed for several moments, and then arrived at the fourth floor, which was wrecked due to pestilence's temper tantrum. She almost fell over the buckling steel floor, which was funny because she didn't remember the fourth floor being made of solid steel. She ran across the floor to where the gaping hole above Pestilence was, and watched the events unfold. This vantage point would allow her to snipe Johnny as soon as he went to fight the thing, hopefully killing him. But, as Claire watched her past and present friends fight the creature, she started to think of something; why not be the good guy? Save them and then they'll feel sorry for ever having hurt you. Maybe she should just be kind to them, and then she'd have more friends. She attempted to generate some sort of electricity, but all that appeared were a few sparks and not much else.
"F*ck this!" Claire whispered as she walked to the elevator. She took it down to the first floor, walked through where the panel used to be, and climbed up the ladder. She wasn't going to get herself killed for that son-of-a-bitch and his family, even if her friends were in trouble.

Dragonfly soared off Zizz and flew far off to the side, hitting the ground, bouncing and landing awkwardly on his arm, and then skidding to a halt past the tree line. He felt dazed, confused, and in a great deal of pain. He didn't dare look at his limb. Despite having strong bones, he did have his limits.
"Hey, Dragonfly, get up."
His vision was blurry still, and as he rolled over and off his arm and onto his side he saw what looked like Henry again. It was strange, he could see Henry perfectly. Henry had one hand at the base of his jaw and the other against his side. "You gotta get up Dragonfly. You have to. I dont care if you fight anymore, but be there for them." Dragonfly's vision began returning to him and as it did Henry seemed to blur into nothingness.
He looked down at his arm, which was in a great deal of pain. While the bone was not outside the skin and it wasn't bent strangely, it was obvious that both his Radius and Ulna had been broken. He couldn't risk using it at the moment as doing so could damage it beyond fixing before his body could repair it, which would take a few days because of his regenerative powers.
Using his good arm and powerful legs, he slowly pushed himself up and off the ground and into a standing position. He wobbled slightly, so he set his tail down on the ground and used it for balance. He had done quite a number on Zizz, as he was heavily bleeding now by the looks of it and was tiring fast. He would've been happier to have killed the pink meta, but perhaps fatally injuring him was good enough. He took off his pants and looked for two sticks as long as his forearm to use as a makeshift cast. Finding them, he used his good hand's claws to cut some of the fabric from the pant legs to tie around the sticks and stabilize the cast. He was running on pure adrenaline now, which was helping by keeping shock at bay. As he placed the sticks at the sides of his arm and tied them up, he cut another piece off his pants to put at either side of the sticks. He began to wonder HOW he knew how to do this.
Once his arm was stabilized in the cast, he continued back to the lake where the fight was still taking place. He decided that because he couldn't risk his arm, he could distract the meta so Toby could finish what he started. He readied his vocal cords, as he was going to do something he didn't like to do.
He came back to the sidelines of the clearing as Toby seemed to be trying to waste the already weakened Zizz's energy away. He pulled his arms back and let loose an ear piercing screech, one that would hurt a normal person's ears. It was no doubt Nicole's version of hell. He apologized in his own mind while screeching. The only reason he wasn't bleeding from the ears were because his ear muscles had closed up on the outside blocking out the worse of the noise.
If this worked, Toby would have an opening.

Jacob ran up to Toby and skidded to a halt next to him. It may have looked cool, but he nearly tripped over. "Toby, I'm going to try and get him by surprise, while I've got him you go and atta-" he was then cut off by an extremely loud screech. "What the heck is that!" he yelled, but even Jacob couldn't hear his own voice. All he could do was presume that Toby could guess what he was going to say. Putting his hands over his ears, Jacob ran around to the other side of Zizz while disappearing. The screech was so freaking painful! It felt like his ears were exploding from the inside! Hell, where was it even coming from? Trying to ignore the sound, which was impossible, he ran at Zizz's back and shoved it from behind. Before Zizz could realize what was going on, Jacob had already pushed him from another side. In a final attempt to trip him over, he grabbed Zizz's leg and pulled it up as high as he could, then jolted it forward.

Toby skidded to a halt and collapsed to the ground, clamping his paws over his ears, "Hey, hey! ouch!" He yelped. "Dragonfly! I'm not a dog! That hurts my ears, too! Stop!" Although he was used to loud noise, that was opera music he would sing himself, not loud, painful screeches. Sandy also clamped her hands over her ears. Strangely, though, Bones only did it for a few short moments, before stopping and then standing up. Somehow, she had suddenly become immune to the sound.
In reality, Bones had used her powers to alter her hearing, and interfere with it, slightly. By reducing the density of the bones in her middle ear in a certain way, she was able to reduce her ability to perceive sound, overall. While it meant that she was sort of deaf, her cochlea still contained healthy cilia (Except for the ones that might have been destroyed by the screech before she did anything). There was in fact, nothing wrong with her potential to hear sound. She had just simply interfered with the bones that transferred vibrations from the eardrum, and as a result, vibrations weren't transferred to her inner ear. That was her power, the ability to manipulate the bones in her body, which was why she had her nickname. Of course, nobody would be able to tell, because they didn't see anything. All they would see was that she had suddenly stopped reacting to the pain.

Zizz
The hellish scream from Dragonfly had immediately caused Zizz to lose concentration and cover his ears. He was about to shoot Nicole out of the sky with a blast. He immediately turned to the source of the hellish, yell. It was the same lizard-like being that he just blasted aside moments ago. Zizz wasn't going to take anymore chances, he raised his right arm in the air in preparations for a dash. Before his dash could start he was shoved. It didn't do too much to him other than make him stop his dash and kick behind him with all his strength in response. Only to hit nothing but air. He was pushed again from the side before he could put his foot back down. Whoever this person was, he was trying his hardest to get Zizz off his feet. Zizz decided to play a little trick on them. He purposely tumbled over when Jacob grabbed his leg. He had noticed that Dragonfly's yell was hurting his allies more than his opponents. Immediately as he dropped down to the sand a near-invisible bubble of air surrounded him. He sent out another blast of air in all directions that would send everyone flying. Since Jacob was close to him; he would get the worse of the blast. The once again sent sand everywhere and blinded anyone nearby. Making the Zizz invisible again.
Johnny, Gabriela, Jake vs Pestilence
Johnny was on the third floor of the hospital. Now the only thing that was on his mind was kicking that monster's @ss the only way he can. By using nothing but skill. He charged down the hallway towards all the action. On the way, something had caught his eye and made him come to a stop. It was a medical cane, grey colored and with a rubber top and bottom and curved. This was the very thing he needed to fight the monster. He grabbed the cane by it's top and started charging down the hallway at full speed. He found himself in a hallway--- Several feet behind the monster. Unnoticed and had the perfect opportunity to catch it off guard and kill. The only thing stopping him from attacking was Gabriela lying on the ground. Johnny was happy to see her, not because she was alive... He was happy that they all didn't waste their time coming in here. All he has to do is keep her alive and this all won't be rendered moot. He ran over to Gabe and stood over her. He wasn't about to touch Gabe and feel the burn later. "You okay there?" He started looking at Gabe from top to bottom. Avoiding the small talk along the lines of 'You're alive I'm so thankful!'. Gabe was bleeding a bit out of her mouth.
"I'll be dandy." Gabe says in a fake-British accent before smirking.
"Good." Johnny says, "I believe that we should move out of the way." He spoke in an sarcastic tone.
Gabe stopped super heating her arms and reached out for Johnny--- Who helped her get back up on her feet. They took steps back to get away from the creature. They both looked at the monster with determination and were ready to attack. Johnny gestured his hands into a finger gun and pointed it at Pestilence's eye shoulder. "Will you do the honors?" He asks Gabe. He then fired the Devil Kiss. Gabe increased the heat around the shot so that it literally melted the monster's flesh. It's eye on it's shoulder was now useless.
"Nice shot!" Gabe complimented Johnny.
"A world class shot, for a world class man." Johnny inserted in the most egotistical way he could.
Pestilence was overwhelmed by the attacks. The ice that Taylor had created hit it hard and pierced it's flesh and put holes in it's wings. They turned into boiling hot steam that hurt worst than the holes did. It dropped down to it's knee with a loud thump and cracked the floor it stood on. It let out a loud groan as it let out it's defenses. Gabe and Johnny took advantage of this opportunity. Johnny relentlessly hailed Pestilence with as many Devil Kisses as he could--- All of which were enhanced by Gabe's Fire Heart. Burning into Pestilence's flesh with every hit. The creature would have died at this point if it didn't do anything to save itself. It had one more trick up it's sleeve. While it's wings were damaged, they weren't destroyed. The Beast of Pestilence flapped it's wings over and over and over again. Creating a deafeningly loud buzz that would shatter even the strongest of concentrations.
Johnny wasn't affected by it, but Gabe and Jake definitely were. They both covered their ears and tried walking backwards to alleviate the pain.

TJ, Carole, and Taylor
Taylor continued her bombardment of icicles through the portal until she was driven to her knees by the terrible buzzing. The creature was cornered, but the roar made such a racket that she couldn't use the water. Carole soon followed suit, and TJ closed the portals. He had a better idea. He threw a portal below Pestilence's left leg, and turned to Carole.
"Carole! I need you to curve that floor!" he yelled. She looked up at him, covering her ears.
"What?!" she yelled "I can't hear you!"
"Curve the floor under Pestilence's left leg!" he bellowed. Carole pointed her hand at the floor, and it slowly began to bend. She wasn't able to make much progress, however, as she couldn't concentrate hard enough.
"That's all I can do!" she yelled.
"Perfect!" he then threw a portal at the wall next to him. The curve in the floor distorted the first portal badly, causing it to flicker in and out of existence. If Pestilence didn't move, the portal would suck in his foot and disintegrate it, a wound that he sure this creature couldn't overcome. It could take lightning bolts, a rain of boiling icicles, steel plates to the face, bass bombs, and an assortment of other absolutely insane attacks, but there was no way it would survive getting one of its limbs disintegrated.
Alejandro
Zizz had struck Alejandro in the center of his chest, sending him flying. He crashed on the beach, landing hard on his back. He was able to pull his wings in to keep them from breaking, but he would have some serious bruising to deal with later. For now, however, he just laid there in pain, half-senseless, listening to the rasp of his own breath and he crash of the waves under the sounds of the fighting.

Dragonfly's screech came to a halt as he ran out of breath. "Ssorry, all." He said to himself, before looking on to Zizz who was now sending air blasts everywhere. Knowing to a full extent of what these air bubbles could do, Dragonfly improvised to his best ability. He looked to he right where a few trees were, as he was at the edge of the clearing. He darted to the side to use the trees as cover, before changing his color into it's signature active camouflage.
He was worried though. His pants were off, but the orange wrappings he made to form the cast on his arm were still obvious. He had to keep his arm hidden behind something in order to keep himself from being seen and harmed in his weakened state. He hated the fact that he couldn't help as much anymore. Involuntarily licked his teeth to clean them of blood. He did enjoy the irony taste it had. The trees provided sufficient cover for him as the air blast barrage continued on. Leaving him free from being injured even more than he already was.
Because he was shielded from the air, he was just as shielded from the sand if he already hadn't been out of range. Poking his head out from his cover he took another look at Zizz, trying to judge what his next action would be. But he guessed the thing would be tiring exponentially by now. Being beaten on so much and then dishing out and using attacks right back had to be very tiring. Coupled with the fact that he was heavily bleeding and burnt...
He knew of one instance that happened after the overuse of powers known as ashing. He had overheard some people talking about it in the distant past when he had first come to the grounds. Although he did not know exactly how fast the process was, he did know that it was almost always fatal. He had been more economical when using his own power of camouflage after hearing about it, although he did not know how often or long he had to keep using is for it to begin. All he cared about was keeping himself around. It wasn't as much of a concern to him now after being what he was after so many years of his life, but he would continue to be careful for his new friends, as he wanted to give it another shot.
It WAS change, after all.

Pestilence Battle
The Beast of Pestilence had fallen over when it's leg had been destroyed by TJ's portal. It tried using it's fly legs to support it's being. Only for it's legs to fall over and break. The creature landed on the side towards it's missing leg. Landing with an immensely loud bang. The creature's burst had ended at the worst moment possible for it. All of it's mutations had undone itself. It's wings had fallen off and turned into ash, so did it's legs. The creature compound eyeball had turned to ash and left nothing but a hollow hole. It laid on the ground, unconscious. It's burst had exhausted it, leaving it vulnerable to anyone just executing it.
Johnny felt extremely high and mighty. His family had gotten what they came here for. Unless something else shows up and tells him otherwise; they have the hospital under their control. He walked onto it's chest and stood directly on it's chest. He raised his cane in the air and spoke in "Hahahahahahaha... This should be an example of what happens when you are dumb enough to cross the Valos family!" He then poked the creature's head with his cane. "Not even the strongest of the strong can stop our lineage--- Or our allies! Since whenever we run into something strong; we get even stronger! Hahahahahahahahahaha!" He looked around the room with intense focus. The place was nearly destroyed, but still in one piece. If they can avoid the massive holes in the floor, they can use this place as their HQ. "This place is banged up more than an Irish prostitute. But, it'll do."
Everyone who was absent approached Johnny on top of the dead Pestilence. Jake stared at it, "Johnathon, maybe you should get off..."
"None sense. It almost killed me once, it certainly won't do it again. Especially in this state." Johnny laughs off Jake's request.
Sylvia looked at it, and was lit up with glee, "Ooooooh, can I finished it off?!" She spoke like an under-excited school girl.
Gabe tilted her head and smiled, "Looks no different from the rest of the freaks in this place--- Let's toss it in with them and let them deal with it." She spoke, her blatant dislike of the animal-type meta-humans was obvious.
"No... No, no. We need to finish this f*ck off. Even if it looks like the rest of them..." Johnny spoke in a smug tone before pressing his foot down on it's neck. "... I do see an ally in them. Even if they're not as pretty as us."
Lemontea crossed her arms, crowbar in hand, "Let's cut the rhetoric and kill the freak." She peeked down at the monster. Disgusted at it.
"What a poor soul." Hunter inserts in a pitiful tone. "I imagined that this man used to be... Normal. Merely to become a victim of the same cruel and twisted fate that gave us this power. Instead of turning us into that. It should make you grateful that you all are like you are. In control of your powers, not becoming one of your powers.... All it would take is fate being cruel and giving you immense power--- But not the willpower to wield that power like a tool... Instead of the power growing to consume you all. I want each and every one of you to think on this." Hunter was sorry for the creature. That it had to be this way, if it was in his power he would do all he could to save him. Anything to save Hunter's own soul. Hunter had helped them bring it down, even if his role was minor at best. Everyone looked at him, looking confused and wondering what he was talking about.
My words are hollow to them. I suspect they are like the others, merely thinking that they are blessed since they have control of their gifts. The illusion of control can be broken in an instant--- And they won't know until they experience it. My power isn't a gift... I understand that I wield nothing less than modern art perverse. Merely a black mark on the grand painting of legends of artists before me. The only way for that mark to be painted over would be my death.... Death wouldn't remove it from existence. Existence would only forget it. Only for those who wish to find it to uncover it and find out my story. What I really am. And I accept both being forgotten and death. Hunter thought every last word of his speech. Forever keeping it to himself. He closed his eyes and inhaled through his nose.
"Ooookay. Who wants to murder the freak!?" Everything Hunter just said just went over Johnny head. He stepped off the creature to give everyone else a shot at killing it.
Zizz and Drake
When the dust settled a shocking scene was revealed. Zizz had gotten desperate. Really desperate. Zizz was seen holding Jia-li by the neck. She was struggling to get free, but Zizz could snap her neck with his strength easily. Panting heavily, and blood dripped down from Nicole's burn wound to the ground. There was no way he can win. But, he could take one of them out. Not going to kill the pudgy girl... Something worse. Leave her physically scarred for life. Tear her to shreds, leave her crippled, wounded and permanently broken. Then leave her to rot--- Only the Zizz was cruel enough to try such a thing. Everyone was shocked to see this. He immediately put his hand up, gesturing for them to stop, "Now, now, dere'. Once 'gain I be holdin' the cards."
"Ya'll should be lucky... Ya'll get to live.... As long as I get to have ma' fun wit' 'er, you all will survive." Zizz started crackling like a maniac as he used his talons to slice through Jia-li's stomach and bathing suit. Leaving a nasty bleeding w. Causing her to scream loudly. "I'll need a bit o' privacy. Com' near me and you get to watch 'er die. Then I'll watch ya' die" He quickly stops cutting Jia-li and inserts his statement. Before anyone could react, he jumped high up into the air and landed in the woods far away from them. Hopefully he can now scar Jia-li before they come up with some plan to interfere.
Drake and Victoria watched on in horror. One second they were on the verge of beating the Zizz and now he has a hostage. There was no guarantee that he wouldn't kill her now. The flamingo-man's desperate now, desperation and means to kill are a votile match. While he was resting on this side of the Lake, Drake had reverted back to his human form. He was standing up straight up and clenching his fists tightly as possible. Growling like an animal and tears ran down his face. He hadn't known Jia-li that much, but he already considered her a friend of theirs. If he can't protect his friends... Then how will be protect himself or anyone else. Jia-li dies here then he might as well just die. Drake couldn't muster the strength to protect one person then he'll forever be a weakling, less than a man. "T-that... I WILL KILL HIM!" Drake loudly shouted. He started to sprint over there, only for his arm to be grabbed at the last moment by Victoria. She could barely keep him down.
"Drake! Don't! He'll kill you!" Victoria pleaded.
"I'm not going to stand by and let this happen! Let go of me!" Drake roared. Now he was losing all rationality, only thing that was left was his ideals, and anger. Whether Victoria was holding him or not; he started to transform into his lightning form. Only this time... different. A small shock was sent into Victoria as she let go--- Only to watch her brother get the power he needs. His electricity sparked much brighter and crackled loudly like bolts of lightning. Every step he took sent out a small electric wave in all directions. This power... He had never felt it before in his life. He was no longer embodying electricity... He reached a higher form and became it. As he walked, he took flight, he felt faster than ever before. Precise like a bullet. Everything around him had halted to a near-stop as he flew higher and higher. To everyone else, he was a mighty bolt of blue lightning. Filling the area with a boom and a white-light. Before fading. He searched the forest fast as he could (at the speed of lightning) until he saw Zizz and Jia-li.
Zizz had thrown Jia-li to the ground and had his foot on her shoulder, talons wrapped around it. It squeezed tighter and tighter until he completely shattered Jia-li's shoulder and horribly cut it. She screamed loudly in pain as Zizz tried to laugh louder. Just so everyone could see how hopeless the situation is. Drake saw this and it didn't help... The Zizz. He dove like a mighty eagle, intending on ramming the Zizz shoulder first. Aiming for his center of mass; his chest. Building up more and more electricity. From Zizz and Jia-li's perspective, Drake arrived like a bolt of lightning. Striking Zizz's chest with such amazing force that he was sent back dozens of feet, trillions of zolts of lightning surged through it's being. The electricity caused him to catch on fire a second later. Drake had crushed his rib-cage, turning the contents into mushy red paste--- Which was cooked because of the incredible amount of electricity. The Zizz was almost killed instantly. He was no more. Only a cooked, burning corpse remained. Drake didn't show any emotion, he only stared at the body with apathy. He did the right thing here by killing him.
This was the true power of the Blackmore family.
No other family could hold the might of the world... On their shoulders

Taylor, Carole, TJ
Taylor didn't let him finish speaking before she stepped up and held her hand back as if she were throwing a javelin. She was tired of hearing them bicker; she was tired of that thing pushing her friends around. All Taylor wanted to do right now is kill this f*cker, go back to her dorm, and get drunk. She wanted to believe this whole thing had never happened, even if when she woke up the shrapnel was still lying around. Even if it was, she especially didn't want to remember this.
"Repose en paix, diable. J'espère que vous trouverez repos bien." she said, looking down at the creature. An icicle formed in her hand, and she launched it at the creature. Blood sprayed everywhere as the javelin punctured it's left temple and drilled into its brain. The creature shuddered, and died as the frozen wound finally brought its reign of terror to an end. Taylor watched in horror as the king of the flies died, and her eyes began to well up. Until that moment she hadn't the slightest idea of what it mean to take a life.
"What did I just do?" she muttered quietly, hugging herself in an attempt to squelch the tears. TJ put a firm hand on her shoulder, reaffirming her.
"You did what was right. It was the only way." he said "So now what? Claire left, so we don't have to deal with her anymore". Taylor frowned, and looked down at the dead beast as her javelin slowly began to turn light pink and then increase in hue.
"Those words were tres beaux." Taylor said, to Hunter, wiping a black tear from her eye "Very beautiful. I hope that whatever that thing is can rest in peace now. Maybe God will be gracious to it". Carole, meanwhile, was sitting in the background, leaning against the wall with her mouth scrunched up, thinking; thinking about death; what it meant to kill, what it meant to die. She wanted to know the thoughts of her friend, and the thoughts of that beast. What was its last thought? Could it think? Or was it just a monster; a product of one bad sperm fertilizing one bad egg? However, philosophical thinking wasn't Carole' strong suit, so she decided to put it out of her mind and go to unseal the doors to the floor.
Alejandro Alejandro was still laying on his back, unnoticed by the rest of the group. He was used to being ignored; such happened when you spent most of your day disguised as a statue. He looked around from the ground, seeing that the Zizz had taken off to butcher that poor ugly Asian girl. He sighed when he realized that she would soon be splattered as if she were a deer which had wandered in front of an eighteen wheeler. The flashing of light and wicked blast of thunder told him otherwise.
Alejandro sat up on his left elbow, looking around to see what was going on. His back had started to bruise (though his skin disguised this) and it hurt extremely badly. However, he was able to blot the pain out for the most part, and rose from off of the ground, looking around for his hat.
"Has anyone seen a white fedora? Anybody?" he yelled out to no one in particular.

Johnny's Group
As Taylor finished off the beast, Johnny's siblings (and friends) showed their various reactions to the final death of the beast. Johnny himself didn't show any emotions. He just watched on with an unnerving lack of emotion. To him this situation didn't warrant any further reaction from him. After the beast was finally dead, all he did was smirk and stare at it. "Good job. Taylor." He walked away from the creature and put his back against the rest of the group as they showed their reactions.
Jake turned away from Taylor killing Pestilence, just because seeing this much gore and violent had upset him. The only thing that Jake thought about was being glad that this nightmare was almost over. With Gabriela alive and with them. Maybe they have a chance of escape... Or whatever Johnny is planning. "At least it's all over...." He quietly mutters to himself as he had his back against the group.
Sylvia had let out a loud yell as she dropped backwards. After a minute or two the shock had worn off, she stood straight up and wiped the dust off of her. Promptly returning to her original bad @ss composure. "Jesus..." She was asking herself why she was acting like this when the freak of nature was dead. Maybe it was the light of emotion inside of her that she wanted to keep hidden so badly. "Now what?" She asked, hesitantly.
Lemontea had just turned around and walked away. Appearing apathetic to the whole thing. While this did bother her greatly. She had just felt like it was time for her to leave again. The second she reached the corner of the hallway she disappeared. When she was ready to talk, she would be back.
Hunter only stared aimlessly at the creature as it died. He had known that someone would kill it. It wasn't so much of a surprise or a shock. He felt more sorry for it than how it died. Like how Taylor said, the god will be merciful on it. I only wish that there was some other way... But, there isn't. The path the beast---this man, was set on would not allow it to live a normal, peaceful life. It's path would only lead to bloodshed. And so, here we are. It's blood was split. We... had ended it's path before it could come close to endangering. Hopefully this will purely be a one-time thing and none of us will ever be forced into this ever again.... That reminds me. Hunter thought to himself. He was wandering this hospital for hours before running into another conscious person, and didn't find a single exit. Here are these people. "Um, hello? May I inquire how you all got in here?" He asked in a soft and curious tone.
Johnny frowned at Hunter's rather blunt nature, "Now... ain't that just funny. We just killed the big demon and you're already trying to leave. Aren't you?"
"No... I just want to know how you got in." Hunter blankly responded, before peering over to Gabriela, "From what you're associate tells me; this school has been attacked... I just want to know a few things first."
"Not before you tell me your name." Johnny smirks, "Where are my manners, I'm Johnathon K. Valos. In fact half the people you see here are my family... Haha..."
"Hunter." Hunter tells the group his name, rather hesitantly like he was about to say something else.
Johnny smirked again, "Is that your real name, bud?" He says in a joking, charismatic tone.
"No." Hunter blankly responds.
"Can you tell us...?" Johnny inquires
"No." Hunter repeats, "I... stopped using my true name. It's a story that was a long time coming. I am now Hunter, and I believe you all are polite enough to no longer press me on about this matter.... Can we move on to the subject of how you got in here...?"
"Right...." Johnny inserts in a hesitant tone, unsure of what to make of Hunter concealing his identity, "Well, Hunter. To answer your question; our lovely Carole made us a door on the first floor... that I'm sure this freak of nature followed us through--- But that's irrelevant now." Johnny says in the most grandiose tone he can, "But, before you go there, Huntee.."
Hunter almost killed himself when he was called "Huntee". Well, he was probably going to kill the rainbow boy before he does himself. He kept this to himself. "Yes?" He politely asks.
"We have something going right here... Ya' dig?" Johnny got closer and closer to Hunter until they were face to face--- The latter appeared to be virtually unphased. "I don't know who you are or what you're intentions are: but I'm going to pretend that you're a saint of sorts. I have a family that needs a place to sleep in comfort. I have no idea what's out there--- Even though I have a good enough taste of seeing who we share this place with. I want to keep this place our super-secret hiding spot. So, please don't tell anyone how to get in?"
Hunter thought to himself as Johnny's words echo'd through him. After all of that you want to stay in here? I figure that this place is more secure than the rest of the school... I have yet to make that deduction on the state of the school. I'll have to go and find out. As for you, Johnathon... I'll keep your little hide-out a secret if you answer one more question of mine... Hunter continues thinking. "Yes. I agree to your terms. But..." He blankly states--- Whether he's true to his word or not depends on Johnny's answer to his next question, "I want to know something first: You mentioned... other people here?"
Johnny smiled a mile wide as he took steps backwards, "Yes. I don't know much; but there's a sweet thing there named Lily. Has nice little purple hair and... an average face. But, she told a bit about another group in here, and the situation they're in. Dunno much about them, though." He started laughing slightly, "That's something you'll have to find out, lad! You can stick with us... you seem to be a rather interesting person... And that's what I like, interesting people!"
"... No thank you. I'm just going to head out to find this group... Thank you, I... I... I'll be around." Hunter turned around and started heading towards the stairs. With the condition that this place was in, he wasn't going to risk elevators. He kept his bag of art supplies held tightly as he braved the unknown. I wonder how they'll fare here. I wonder how I'll fare here. In death or despair my only option is move forward... Advancing both alone and together.
"That was interesting! Hahahahahahahahaha!" Johnny blankly states, "We are all among the strong! I believe in that. Whether you're a Valos or not we're going to be spending lots of time together... I can just feel it. Now, as he gets ripped to shreds by whatever is down there I say that we continue our original objective of checking this place top to bottom. TJ, you have proved yourself today... Do you want to join my group? All you have to do is leave that retard Claire in the dust."
Jake shrugged, "Yeah... We can't have her anywhere near us."
"Exactly. She's out of control--- Whether your a Valos or not; you can have all the strength in the world. But, what about the mind behind the power? If you're out of control then you can have no power... over your powers." At the end there Johnny's speech got weaker. "Now, are you with---" Interrupting Johnny was blaring through the Hospital's speakers, "Lock-down disengaged, you are free to go..." Over and over again in, at least twenty times. It signaled the lock down on the hospital officially ended. The armor over the windows and doors loudly retracted back into it's original state. Essentially allowing free access in and out of the hospital. The good part was that the students are free to escape the hospital. The bad was that anyone could come in. As the lockdown disengaged, Johnny just gave up. He was done for now, he was finished. His plans had fallen apart at the most important moment. "Well... This sucks donkey kong's testes..." He let out a loud groan.
"You know what, I'm done here. I'm going to revert back to my human-form and I really don't want to do anything for all of tomorrow!" Johnny shouted in the most apathetic tone he could muster, before he walked away to go find a room to pass out in.
"What a drama-queen." Sylvia inserted.

(I'll edit this as soon as you add in the second part of your post, NS.)
Dragonfly looked up in the air as Drake rose up. The power he saw was breathtaking. Then as suddenly as the power had shown itself, Drake had shot off into the forest. The was what seemed to be a large explosion, and then silence. Dragonfly's ears listened for a moment, and noticed that the forest was silent. Not a cricket chirped, not a bird tweeted, nothing. He suddenly remembered Nicole, who was somewhere in the forest with a broken leg.
He tried to lift himself up off the tree stump, but only managed to get his bad arm onto his chest from it's hiding spot. He was suffering from withdraw in a way. Being so reliant on adrenaline and the damage to his arm was setting in. "Nicole... Injured... Help her..." He managed to get put before falling into a painful sleep. An eye wouldn't need to look at his arm, it was already beginning to heal. But it was a long process in it's early stages. He knew he was succumbing to shock, but he would live. His body would fix itself and soon enough he would be back on his feet.
But what had happened to Drake? Was it a burst? And did he get any feeling of a bad persona when he hybridized with him. Or did he see his bad side when he attacked?

Drake, Jia-li and Victoria
Fitting music:
Victoria ran with all she possibly could after Drake. It was impossible to tell where he even went since he went so fast. As she ran to the other side of the lake she managed to hear the explosive boom of lightning. Except much louder and brighter. The only place she could think of going was right there. She charged through everyone else and straight. Due to her physique, she had started to slow down. Though, she wasn't going to stop no matter how tired she got. Her little brother was missing and that was all the strength she needed. The more she went on, the brighter a strange white light got. It hopefully would be Drake standing over the Zizz's corpse. She felt so useless that she couldn't help them fight him, but she was far from a powerful meta-human. She would probably have gotten herself hurt if she stayed over here. Victoria passed through more bushes that were obstructing her path--- Noticing a very strong smell. Like something was horribly burnt... A body even... There was only one conclusion that Victoria could think of. The second she reached her objective, she was immediately blinded by a bright white light. She covered her eyes and shouted, "Drake?!" Praying to god that this isn't a trick from the Zizz.
A few seconds later the light got dim--- Until she could see, and what she saw wasn't pretty. Zizz was slumped against a tree, burning in flames and was black as ash. Most of his skin was entirely burnt off his being. Immediately she let out a scream out of shock and covered her mouth. This was easily one of the most disturbing things she's ever seen in her life. The only thing that helped alleviated this shock was seeing her brother. In his human form, just standing there with his eyes closed and arms crossed. The look of his face was stern concern, anger and apathy. He had never known how it felt to take a life--- Zizz was nothing less than a maniac, and if nobody took action then Jia-li would be dead. Drake was proud of what he did, he wasn't concerned about killing the Zizz, though. More about how they can avoid it coming to this desperation again. This was luck, the normal power he wielded couldn't stop the Zizz. He needed some sort of boost, and that wasn't a good thing to Drake. He needs to find a way to expand his already current power so he can have the strength he needs to save his family and friends--- Without the need for even a strange burst of power coming out of no where. Especially since as quickly as he got it; it disappeared. Leaving him tired, strained and stressed. He still had enough might to stand.
"Toria." Drake blankly started off after opening his eyes, "We have to get stronger." He spoke in the most serious tone he's ever spoken since he got here.
"Are you okay...?" Victoria asks.
"No. I'm not. I don't know where this... Thing. Came from, but I don't think it's the last we'll of it."
"What...?"
"People like him. Maniacs, they're all the same to me. When you find one you'll find a whole lotta' them. And if we're going to stay here we're going have to better ourselves... Get stronger. I don't know how, but we'll find a way." Drake spoke, before he looked back to Victoria, "I'm dead-set on training. Are you?" He put his hand out to her.
Victoria knew that Drake was right. These were the few rare moments when Drake had dropped his rather goofy and light-hearted attitude. He did know when it was time to be serious. It was one of the moments when Drake can be admired as a person. On the subject of his offer to train, she took his hand and says, "Yes. I'll do it."
Both of them held each other's hands tightly. In a promise to each other to get stronger, the coming days they would train each other. Drake will learn how to use his abilities more. The first thing he's going to do is become open with everyone with his powers. Victoria would start trying to lose weight and try to master her abilities.
For a moment they forgot about something crucial.... "Jia-li!" Drake shouted as he suddenly dashed over towards the unconscious Chinese girl, nearly knocking Victoria over. "Sh*t..." Drake knelt down and put his hands on her wrists trying to get her pulse. She was... alive. But, injured. The Zizz had shattered her shoulder and Drake had (unintentionally) electrocuted her. Knocking her unconscious. She needed help, and they couldn't help her.... But, Drake was certain that everyone together could help. The only thing that Drake could think of was getting her to a hospital.
Drake pointed his body towards the beach and shouted loudly as he could, "Guys! Come quick! She needs help!"

TJ, Carole, and Taylor
TJ contemplated what Johnny had said for a moment. Claire was like his little sister, but Johnny was right; she was unstable, and a hazard to everyone; herself and others. It was better that she stay on her own. She was strong enough to take care of herself, and she would get stronger, he was sure. Maybe it was time for him to let her make her own decisions. Then, the lockdown lifted and Johnny stormed off.
"Oh, come on!" TJ yelled "All that for nothing?"
"Can't we just turn the lockdown back on?" Taylor asked "There must be some kind of control room. Let's just go there and turn it back on!"

Toby, Bones, and Sandy all ran over to Jia-li and the others, "Oh, dear...I'm sorry I couldn't have helped more!" Sandy said, extremely upset, "I really wanted to help, but if I got too close my powers would have gotten you guys, too." Bones shook her head, keeping calm, "I'm just as guilty as you, although my reasons were different than yours." She said. She looked at the broken shoulder, "Looks real bad, and there's not any ideal equipment for us to give her a temporary splint. If we can get her to the medical wing, we can let the eyes fix it. I can't correctly tell if the fracture is the ball joint of the humerus, or the scapula, but if the fracture is scapular, she could have worse problems we can't determine or fix. When we move her, we have to be careful not to change the position of the broken bones, or we could make them worse." Toby frowned, "I can help carry her, but I'm not so sure about the immobilizing the limbs part."

Alejandro
Alejandro decided to worry first about the life of the girl, and then worry about his hat. He began to fly off towards the woods, his back aching badly. He landed in the woods next to the corpse of the Zizz. He stared at it a moment, examining the carnage. He spat on the creature angrily, and walked over to stand next to the body. She didn't look good. He listened to what the others were saying, and squatted down, putting a hand on her forehead.
"I can carry her." he said "If we don't get her to a hospital soon, she's going to bleed to death. The shoulder is the least of our problems!" he scooped the dying girl up in his arms, and leapt off into the air, flying towards the hospital with Jia-li in his arms. Why he was helping this girl he wasn't sure, but he wasn't going to let that thing kill anyone. Plus, he had a bone to pick with someone in that hospital.

Jake, Gabriela and Sylvia

Jake slanted his head downwards and started shaking his head. TJ was 50% right (Even though TJ didn't have the position to complain--- But, Jake was going to keep that to himself). The main objective of their mission was getting Gabe... That was his objective. Nothing else mattered now that they have Gabe. "I don't... Think it all was for nothing..." He peered at Gabe with a warm, friendly smile.
"Yeah. We took out another one of those abominations. Better than letting them pollute the gene pool..." Gabe smirks fiendishly as she crossed her arms.
Sylvia sarcastically interjects with a silly frown, "Well, f*ck. I didn't know that we actually did jack sh*t. Guess we came here to rub our d*cks together and got nothing done, huh?" She shortly reverting back to her usual demeanor. "Now, if ya'll stop bawling and think for a moment instead of b*tching you'll know that we are a group of bad @sses. We don't need no lock down to keep the lower b*tches out. We just kick their @sses and they'll know that this b*tch is off limits." She says trying to appear like a total bad @ss.

Jake put his hand on his chin and started stroking it lightly. "This could work..." He stated, "... If we had the authority. Don't you know that the controls to do so are only accessed by the high up?" Jake points out.
Gabe just shakes her head and gives up, "We should just cut our loses and leave here right now... If you wankers really want to try looking for a control room then I guess you should try digging around here" She spoke in a blank tone, "I'm not even sure we'll---You'll be able to turn the lock down back on." Truthfully she wasn't going to participate in searching any further. Even if they did find some way to activate the lockdown again there's no promise that they'll even be able to get it back on.
"I'm down for getting this sh*t rollin' again... I just don't think big pimpin' is...." Sylvia looked at where Johnny was. He was long gone.
Drake and Victoria
Everyone else is helping. At least that tells Drake that they all have a shred of kindness in them. It would take a monster to ignore someone in need like this. Even if they didn't know her.

"It's okay." Drake said in a near apologetic tone. "I feel even worse for letting this happen in the first place."

"Good idea... The only problem is that we need to get her there." Drake didn't know that there even was a medical-wing.
"I think that we can try putting something together for a splint... I don't know." Victoria hesitantly inserts.

Am I just attracting all the animal people? Is it something I'm wearing? Drake had seen the gargoyle during the battle against the Zizz. He had not known Alejandro's true motives for coming out of the blue and helping them. "Thank you" Drake says to the gargoyle. Not that it wasn't appreciated; Drake knew that there had to be something else driving him. As long as Alejandro wasn't showing any signs of hostility, he won't return them. That still didn't warrant him trusting him one bit. As Alejandro scoped up Jia-li and flew off the first thing he said to the group was, "Keep him in sight at all times." In the most dead serious tone. Before he quickly sprinted off after him, trying his best to ignore his weariness and injuries. The rest of the group followed ((They should be following I must add))
As they followed it fully appeared like Jia-li was being hauled to the Hospital. Drake's group arrived at the front and ran through the front door. The first thing that Victoria noticed was the horde of dead flies littering the ground and horrid smell. There was also several holes in the ceiling. "What happened in here...?"
Drake immediately tried to go electric form. Only for a small spark of electricity to appear on his chest and disappear. No full on transformations. He tried again, only for the same thing to happen. "... What is wrong with me?" Drake muttered, barely loud enough for everyone to hear. He put the palm of his right hand a few inches away from his face. Then for an blatant amount of time; he stared hopelessly at his hand. Feeling even more useless than before. Before long he looked around to see that Victoria was staring at him with a curious facial expression.
"Are you okay?" She asked.
"Yeah. I'm fine." Drake responded, before he gave his orders to the rest of the group, "Everyone! Be on your guard! Something happened here and I don't want any risks being taken."
((Crappy post, but yeah. It works))

Everyone but Claire
Taylor walked to the end of an adjacent hallway and looked out of a shattered window to see the silhouette of a man with bat wings carrying something that was either a sack of potatoes or a body; she couldn't tell which, and she didn't want to find out.
"Oh screw it!" Taylor said "I'm going back to my room! I've had enough of this." Her energy boost from the burst began to fade slightly as Taylor walked to the elevator. Carole unsealed it, but stayed behind, as she wanted to help with whatever needed helping. Taylor took the elevator to the first floor, and walked out of the front doors.
Alejandro landed feet-first through the broken window, and looked around at the people inside.
"This girl is hurt!" he said "Where's the eyes?" He looked at the corpse on the floor, with a spear shoved in it's skull, and let out a yelp, almost dropping Jia-li. He scanned the people in the room, and didn't see her. dammit! he thought. Carole rounded the corner and smiled when she saw her brother.
"Hey Alex!" she said, smiling.
"Um, hey?" he said back "Where are the eyes and why is there the corpse of a giant fly zombie on the ground? And who-" Carole cut him off and looked at the body he was carrying. She spun around on her heel and threw open the door to an examination room. He carried Jia-li in and put her on a hospital bed. An eye in the corner (which had miraculously survived the attack) flew over and began to scan her. Alejandro left the room, blood still on his hands and forearms, and began to stalk up and down the halls, looking for his girlfriend so he could give her a piece of his mind.
Claire
The moment Claire got into her room, she slammed the door shut, knocking the Staind poster off the back of the door. She was angry, exhausted, depressed, murderous- any negative emotion she could think of save suicidal. So, naturally, she grabbed her black Yamaha acoustic guitar and reclined on her bed. She began to strum a tune and found her playing a song by Pink; Glitter in the air. Oddly enough, Pink was Claire's favorite artist, though her taste was more metallic most times. She looked up at the ceiling as she began to sing, the only thing she could think of doing.
"Have you ever fed a lover with jus your hands? Closed your eyes and trusted, just trusted. Have you ever thrown a fistful of glitter in the air?" Have you ever looked fear in the face and said 'I just don't care'?" She looked of of her open window into the moonlit night, and began to sing all the louder. Perhaps someone would here and come find her. Maybe they'd take her somewhere far, far away without backstabbing best friends and asshole arch enemies; maybe she'd find herself in the real world where nobody had arch enemies and all her friends were too drugged up to betray her. Normally, on a night like tonight, Claire would have taken out her bottle of Jack Daniels and gotten wasted, but today she felt like staying sober.
She stopped her song a moment, and stripped off her shirt, revealing the sleeve of tattoos that covered her left arm from shoulder to wrist. She fondly stared at the sugar skull with a sword going through it that she'd gotten when she joined this gang before she came here; The Skulls. Those were the days; back when she ran the town and if anyone didn't like that Warpig would run them over. She thought about her brother Damien; hopefully he had stopped cutting himself with his own knives since she left. This began a stream of bittersweet memories, like the time that they snuck into the 22nd Century Club together, or when they watched The Watcher beat up a mugger and run from the cops. Claire wished that those days were back, but they weren't and she couldn't get them back anytime soon. She was stuck here- trapped with no friends but her guitar and her memories. Claire plopped back on the bed topless, and picked her guitar up once more.
"It's only half-past the point of no return! The tip of the iceburg, the sun before the burn, the thunder before the lightnin' and the breath before the phrase. Have you ever felt this way-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay-ay!" she began to sing once more, and play the song on her guitar. Tonight, she would drown her sorrows in music, not booze.
And tomorrow, she would start training.

That concludes Act 3: The Sinners of Sparrowdale ((Can you all just pretend that there was a big conversation between Johnny's group and Drake's group and both parties explained their situations off screen?))
Act 4: Demons disguised as Angels
8:03 AM
Lily
Lily's Morning Song:
Last night was insane. Too much for the weak-willed Lily. After Drake was "killed" she just couldn't stay there. She ran as fast as she could and hoped that she wouldn't be killed. The second she was in the dorms she locked her door and barricaded everything with as much as she could. Then lied on the floor curled up like a ball, sobbing quietly. Still wearing the same sand covered bikini as last night. Lily was mortified and terrified. She wouldn't move an inch, keeping her eyes open. If the Zizz killed everyone then it certainly would come for her next, and there would be nothing she could do to stop it. She was weak, and the monster was strong. Even after she heard the activity of everyone else; she didn't leave her position. They would think that she's a coward, and abandoned them when she was needed the most.
But, how could she possibly help them?
She wasn't no where near a warrior, unlike them.
She was... Just a girl.
That's a good excuse for leaving them right? They should just fight even though she has the power to help them. She could have helped them if she wasn't so concerned with keeping her gift a secret. They could have stopped the Zizz if only... There was no point in mulling about it anymore. While Lily had no idea what happened after she left, they were alive--- Some of them were. After a while, Lily had fallen asleep against her wishes. She had woken up several hours later in the same position that she fell asleep in. After a second or so, her eyes immediately widened as the severity of the moment had bared down on her. Fortunately there was no Zizz. The light shined in through the makeshift barricades that she had so desperately set up last night. It splashed her with light, which prompted her to get up off the ground using her arms as support. Lily had started to stand straight up. For a moment she looked around. For a moment she wondered if all of this was necessary. Before dismissing that thought, since she wouldn't be wondering that if she was being ripped to shreds by the Zizz.
Lily had walked over to her front door and slid the dresser that was blocking it aside. After it was out of the way she cracked the door slightly, and peaked out to see if it was all clear. No one was up at the moment. Which was great. The only thing Lily wanted to do was get some food and come back to her room to enjoy it. Nobody had to see her, nobody had to ask her anything. Quickly, Lily slipped out from behind her door and as fast possible, she left into the hallways. Before long she was out of sight of the Dorm rooms and heading towards the cafeteria. Still hoping that she wouldn't run into anybody. As she got closer and closer, Lily felt like she had a clear, free mind. She saw the hallway with the Cafeteria doors... Something wasn't right here. From this distance she could see what looked like... Broken glass? It was sprinkled in front of the doors. Lily initially had assumed it was from one of the other people she's in here with, or... Something.
Not everything is a sinister plot or ploy.
Lily had thrown open the double doors to the cafeteria and immediately gasped at what she had saw, "What the hell?!" Lily said out loud, angry and confused. It was absolute carnage. Like somebody had purposely destroyed the room. The cafeteria Eyes that kept the place running were destroyed. Each and everyone of them were shattered on the ground, letting out streams of smoke. Glass shards littered the floor, it was potentially hazardous to walk on the floor. This wasn't the worst of it, the many buffet tables in the middle of the room were all heavily damaged. Some were completely destroyed lying on their sides. Others were heavily cracked and damaged. Rotting food had surrounded the mangled buffet tables. Lily had walked over to the broken buffets, and put her hands in the eggs that were on the floor. These eggs were slightly warm, that meant that this was done recently... It strikes her as odd that she was the only one to notice this. Two things were certain, the group won't be eating none of this food, and this was no accident. Someone had to have done this. Lily had almost immediately dropped the fact that she abandoned the group last night. This was something that required immediate investigation.
Lily first thought of everyone that could have done this... It was a mystery since she hadn't known everyone's power that much.
Drake & Victoria
An hour before Lily had awoken, Drake and Victoria had begun the first part of their "training". Since Drake insisted, they were going to work on Victoria's... weight. The pair were exercising by jogging around the plaza section of the school for at least an hour now. Victoria was starting to get really tired, while Drake was merely sweating a lot. Drake wasn't wearing too much, he was wearing camouflage shorts, and white sneakers. With his goggles on his forehead and his necklace swinging off his neck. Victoria was wearing a light-grey zipped-up hoodie and matching grey sweat pants. They were still shaken up from last night. Especially Drake with his brush of death. If he was like he was normally, he would be taking a flurry of jabs at Victoria right now. He was too determined to even think of things like that. The two were jogging around the Plaza side by side (Drake wasn't go fast so Victoria can keep up with him). "C-can... we take a break?" Victoria asked, exhausted.
"Once it's eight." Drake responds
"We've been here for an hour. It's already past eight." Victoria stops.
Drake groans and looks back at her with disappointment obvious, "Whatever. We can take five. But, we will start back up in a few minutes"
Victoria immediately found the nearest bench and sat down on it while panting. "Thank you. I really needed this."
