Name:  Rosemary Faith Kelson

Nickname/Alias: Faith (since she prefers her middle name)

Gender: female

Age:  16

Height: 5’5”

Weight: 105 lbs.


Appearance

Hair Color: Faith’s hair is a light brown color, but she has added in a few light blue highlights to it

Eye Color: blue

Ethnicity: Caucasian American (white)

Physical Appearance:  Faith has pale skin and strait hair that extends a couple inches past her shoulders.  She usually wears it down and prefers not to curl it or change her hairstyle in any way.  She also prefers to not wear a lot of makeup, since to her it feels weird on her skin.  Faith has a few freckles, mainly on her face, but there are a few on her arms and legs.  Faith’s body is pretty much average-shaped for a girl her age.  She has a small scar below her lip from where she had once fallen and split her lip open when she was around five years old, but it’s hard to see since the scar blends in with her pale skin.  I am going to go ahead and include her speech patterns here, too.  Faith usually talks in a quiet tone of voice unless she actually knows the person really well (like her mom or a friend) then she talks at a normal tone around them.

Attire: Faith prefers to wear faded skinny jeans with a pair of black flats. Her shirts are normally plain with no designs on them, but in different colors.  She wears a white, neon paint-splattered jacket with the shirts, though, as a small way to “accessorize.”  Faith also wears a few bracelets on her right hand.  They are usually the type of bracelets you see that are made of rubber and say random things on them like, “BFF” and “YOLO.”  Though she originally wore glasses, Faith eventually switched to contacts.  She carries around a small white purse that has a 3DS in it along with her cell phone and a notebook and pencil.  To finish up her outfit Faith wears a plain gold necklace that was her grandmother’s before she passed away.  


Personality

Innate Personality: Faith is usually just video gaming or studying when she’s alone.  There’s not much to say here, and since it’s an optional topic I don’t have to say much

Outward Personality: Faith is shy around other people, and usually doesn’t talk very much unless there is something that really sparks her interest brought up.  When she gets comfortable around someone, though, she begins to talk a lot more.

Hobbies/Interests: Faith carries a 3DS so she can play video games in her free time.  She also has a dislike for anime (why am I making my character do this? ;_; ) but she still hangs out with a few “otaku” friends.  She spends a lot of time on some sort of electronic device when she’s at home or around town.

Skills/Talents: Faith is pretty good at school work.  She is a strait A student and what some may call, “A teacher’s pet.”  Keep in mind she is not a genius, she just studies a lot when she’s not video gaming.  Normal IQ, but still has good grades. Simple.  She is good at video gaming, considering it’s what she does most of the time.  However, Faith has never been good at socializing.  As explained earlier, she is shy.  While she may be academically smart, Faith is also not very good at sports.  She is thin, so that enables her to run at a decent speed, but in the strength category she is a weakling and doesn’t have very good endurance.  That’s one reason she prefers video gaming.

Goals: Faith’s main driving force is curiosity.  She may be shy, but like many human beings, curiosity gets the best of her and she tries to find out new things.  Then she usually wants to best everyone around her and do better than them as a way of quietly getting noticed.  Faith would never admit to trying to be better than others, though.  But then again, who would?

History/Bio: Faith moved to her grandmother’s house in the Westside of Black Falls with her mom at around age 10, not long after her parents got a divorce.  She had actually been very talkative before the divorce, but after she moved with her mom she slowly but surely became more quiet and shy, and turned more often to video games.  Despite her being shy, however, Faith still wanted to be noticed and hang out with other people, (however that works) so she took to studying different school subjects to get noticed academically, even though it mainly got her called a nerd.  Faith didn’t mind, though, since the good grades got her attention and it made her better at something then other kids at school.  At age 13, Faith’s grandmother, who had been one of the people she looked up to the most, died, which greatly saddened Faith.  She grieved for a while, but eventually pushed the memory to the back of her mind.  She still lives with her mom at Westside, so…. Yep!

Prized Possession: Faith’s most prized possession is the necklace she wears that used to belong to her grandmother.

Power Class: elemental, Energy (I think....)

Power: Faith’s ability is that she can manipulate electronics to have them do random things, such as turn a blender on that is across the room, crash a computer, have an arcade game erase the high scores, etc. She is pretty much like a living universal remote that can control any electronic device. Faith uses this ability mainly whenever she’s playing a video game and about to lose (though she’s become something of a video game addict/specialist/whatever-you-wanna-call-it, so that doesn’t happen very often)

Weaknesses: Though Faith can control electronic devices, she has to be within ten feet in order to do so. Also, when it comes to ordering a device to do something, the more complex the command the harder it is to do it. Turning a computer on and off is easy, but trying to delete the files on the computer with an order is harder.

Burst Potential: Faith can only do an alpha burst, and what probably would happen in an alpha burst to her is that she has a sudden moment of being able to control an electronic device so well that she is pretty much the device….. It’s hard to explain…. Something like the device actually coming alive with her soul in it, I suppose. Um…. I’ll try and explain it better if you don’t get it ^_^’

No, I was wondering because Taylor hangs out in the lake a lot, so I figured that maybe they'd have met before.

So, yeah, my username pretty much explains my predicament. I doubt there's a lot of identity fraud going on around here, so hopefully you guys believe me. Once my laptop's fingerprint scanner starts working again and I can log back into things I've long since forgotten the passwords to, I'll resume posting normally.
