Leila's striking. She'll catch the eyes of men and women, and it's not for any one reason that someone can fully identify. She's pretty, but not necessarily supermodel-level gorgeous. She gives off an aura, however, that holds the attention of men who watch her and makes women glance covetously as she walks by. Leila dresses fashionably, dressing well without looking like she's trying to impress. Her light, warm brown hair stays back in a ponytail or flows smoothly down to her shoulders. Her eyes are a sparkling green, but at times there seem to be flecks of crimson within them. Her skin is smooth and clear, the result of meticulous hygiene and likely a few hundred dollars' worth of expensive drugs. Leila walks one of several ways. When her face is lit up with a warm, inviting smile, she walks briskly and energetically, her aura seeming to radiate off her. When she's in a more melancholy mood-and Leila's moods are very visible, she's awful at poker for the same reason, she walks slowly, carefully, as if afraid of bumping into someone. Leila's not one to stand still, frequently bouncing back and forth from one foot to another in a conversation, pacing, or whipping her head around at some unseen distraction. Most attribute this to quirkiness, and it tends to be perceived as cute by guys and irritating arrogance by girls. Ah, the joys of teenagers. She tends to grin a lot when she's happy and frown a lot when she's sad: Leila is moody, but she makes it work.

Personality:

As the Latin-speakers among you may have guessed, Leila's skull is home to eight personalities: seven of which are foreign. As a result, Leila tends to be a little...erratic. She tries to do good, but the problem is that a very young girl was presented with a very terrible, very great power, and it hasn't done wonders for her mental health. Leila's kinda, but prone to very violent mood changes: what may be a very pleasant conversation could suddenly shift to angry screaming or sullen insults. She's kind, but confused, and seems to be led easily into bad situations. Often times she has to stop and think considerably about what she's doing, and Leila can't seem to determine right from wrong without a good deal of thought anymore. Nothing is making much sense at the moment, and she's...troubled. Leila's at heart a good person, but there's a great deal of darkness in her life. It would be easy for her to go astray. She normally tries to stay quiet but enjoys the presence of others; yet, she's afraid to form lasting relationships, given the corrupting influences that act upon her, but still longs for company. She's desperate.

Yea, Leila is Legion, for She is Many. Within Leila are the demons for each of the Seven Deadly Sins, and whether or not it's a result of some supernatural influence or a mere mutation of Aurum's pollution is anyone's guess. While they exist, Leila has the ability to draw upon them. Using the demonic energy within her grants her tremendous strength, with only a low, low price tag attached. Upon using her demons, their sigils burn across certain places on her flesh, and may cause her eyes to glow an intense crimson. Leila is capable of making nearby flames burn much hotter (they give off an intense sulfurous smell when doing so) and can also give off a bright crimson light which doesn't do much but serve as a useful nightlight.

Lust: When Leila yields to the spirit of Lust, she takes on an irresistibly beautiful form. The more she draws upon the demon's power, the harder it becomes for men to resist her-and, likewise, the more lustful she becomes. Clothes tend to come off when she gives in entirely, but if she indulges in minute amounts, it merely makes her an extremely persuasive speaker. Note that Leila's demonic sex appeal is not restricted to any gender or sex-men, women, gays, asexuals, and even eunuchs want to drop their pants when dem sigils start glowing.

Pride: Pride, that which goeth before the fall. When Leila allows the demon of Pride to influence her, she becomes physically stronger and more resilient. At full levels of indulgence, she becomes near impervious to damage, incredibly strong, and has limitless endurance. On smaller levels, her physical thresholds for pain tolerance and stamina merely get bumped a bit, and she doesn't suffer as severe a ramification.

Avarice: Avarice, the sin that built America and brought down Rome. When Leila gives in to greed, she finds herself the recipient of a rather curious metaphysical gift. She acquires things of value very, very easily: this definition is loose, and can change easily. She may find twenty dollars lying on the street or stumble across the person of her dreams: merely whatever her heart lusts for, she will have ease in finding.

Sloth: The early bird gets the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. Succumbing to Sloth gives Leila a rather hibernative set of attributes, making her physical processes slow down greatly. Leila conserves tremendous amounts of energy, and her body consumes resources more slowly. In a room of poisoned air, Leila might survive off a single breath. In a scorching desert, her body's temperature would rise ever so slowly, her throat parch at a tenth the rate.

Wrath “And wrath has left its scar -- that fire of hell Has left its frightful scar upon my soul.” -William Cullan Bryant. When giving in to Wrath, Leila becomes an inheritor of the fires of Hell itself. The CENSORED of Babylon takes form, and the darkest beings that Revelations has to offer would look nervously upon Leila Septim, tremble, and murmur "Yes ma'am, whatever you say, ma'am". Leila's body ignites in the sigils, and she becomes an incredibly powerful pyromancer. The fires of hell burn white-hot, sucking oxygen from the air at an alarming rate and refusing to go out until Leila has left her demonic trance.

Gluttony A trait not often favored in women, Leila has peculiar effects when she allows the demon of Gluttony influence over her. Leila becomes a consumer: spiritually, physically, emotionally. Whatever Leila touches, she begins to draw energy from, consuming ravenously and wholly. During a kiss, Leila might sap the positive emotions from her lover, with a hand around a power line, Leila might suck the lightning out of the wires and into her veins. On lesser levels, it allows Leila to heal herself from wounds, but as anyone who has ever had "just one more" chip can tell you, gluttony is very, very difficult to resist.

Envy There's a reason she has green eyes. Leila can, most simply, take on the attributes of others during this, whether it be physical appearance, mental state, or supernatural gifts. This is perhaps the most straightforward power, because Shade was getting tired at this point and the neurons weren't firing as creatively as he'd like.

I am very, very well aware of how OP'ed Leila is. However, there are several key factors that will restrict her.

One, only one demon at a time can exert its control over her. If two are capable of vying for the same thing (for example, someone steals her boyfriend: Wrath and Envy come into play), they'll attempt to undermine each other and her powers won't be as strong or focused.

Second, Leila does not want to give in to her demons. She is quite reluctant to use her gifts. She wants to walk the straight and narrow, and if she could put a revolver to her head and blow out the part of her brain housing the evil spirits, she would. Speaking of which...

Third, Leila has a considerable strain upon her mind and soul. The demons do not let her sleep, do not let her eat, do not let her live her life. Indulging in her demons has severe ramifications for her psychological well-being, as the insides of her arms and feeble protests of her liver and kidneys can attest to. Leila cannot retain her free will and indulge the demons: and what the voices in her head ask of her is rarely something that works well for her. Hallucinations, suicidal thoughts, and other unpleasant side effects are frequent problems for Leila.

Fourthly and finally, the use of her demonic gifts is destructive to her physically and spiritually. The candle that burns twice as bright lasts half as long, and the candle lit with the fires of Hell lasts even shorter.

Basically my character was going to be able to create copies of himself that each have a different personality and skill. All the personalities live in his head like your character.

Name: Joshua Jones

gender: male

age: 16

appearance: Joshua is an averaged-sized guy (5’10”), with a small-yet-stocky frame (170 lbs). He obviously spends a lot of time at the gym. His skin, unusually enough, is a slightly tanned and caucasian in color. This is a biproduct of his powers. Like his twin brother Raphael, Joshua has heterochromia iridium. One eye is steel blue, and the other bright green. Unlike his brother, who is self conscious about this, Joshua likes how unique his eyes are. He often shows them off and uses it as a conversation topic. He has blonde hair which is short and spiked up in a modern fashion (like David Tennant's hair). Joshua dresses in a kind of “bad boy” style, wearing a lot of black, as well as a leather jacket with a grey sweatshirt material hood sewn into it.

personality: Unlike his brother, Joshua is a very social guy who likes being around people. He’s the guy at parties who tells all the funniest stories and seems to have the most fun. He’s almost always out with his friends or his girlfriend Rachael partying or just hanging out. He’s one of those guys who is constantly getting in trouble. He lives life in the fast lane, as they say. He’s not quite as intelligent as his brother, but is still generally an honor’s student. Most people wonder why he tries to do well in school, and he answers quite honestly. Joshua excels in life because he’s one of those people who knows how to play the game. He doesn’t need to be the smartest or the fastest or the strongest, because he knows how to tilt the scales in his favor.

hobbies: Joshua spends a lot of time playing guitar. He’s very gifted musically, with the ability to play guitar, piano, drums, bass, and a bit of violin. The spare time he has when he isn’t hanging out with friends or playing guitar is spent maintaining his gold-and-black 1969 Camaro SS, which he takes care of as if it were his own soul.

Gender: Male

Age: 20

Appearance: Vance stands 5'11" and weighs 171 pounds. There is little fat to be found on his body, and he is cut muscle wise. His ethnicity is clearly Caucasian. He has a light colored, but not pale skin tone. The walnut brown hair on his head is about an inch in length and kept spiked upwards in a stylish manner. His brows are well manicured, he also has a goatee and a mustache. He has a bony facial structure, with an average nose and mouth. Deep brown irises ring his unusually large pupils. His body is devoid of all easily visible distinguishing marks such as scars, birthmarks, piercings, or tattoos. He often shows off his perfectly straight and white teeth in the form of smiling. Overall he is rather good looking, and his wear augments that. He dresses casual, but throws in a few fancy times that are meant to impress. This usually consists of a dark colored band shirt, designer jeans, solid black skateboard shoes, a silver chain, and or a expensive watch. In cold whether he most often dons a nice leather jacket.

Personality: I'll do this IC.

Favorite activities/hobbies: Vance is a fan of urban recreation, especially skateboarding and stunt biking. He also is an avid video game player and technology enthusiast who knows how to DJ. There's a social wild side to him that takes the form of clubbing and partying. Above all else he like likes to womanize, and he has a fake ID so he can get into bars.

Also, before I continue, I should explain some things about the town. I want this rp to be more realistic.

1. This RP takes place in October/November. This means that there is school. All characters under the age of 18 must attend school (they can skip school, but I don't want everyone doing that). The RP will start on a Friday night, so we won't have to worry about school for a while (as timeskips are normally only a few hours).

2. Drinking isn't legal for people under 21. Everyone here is under 21. You can drink, but if you go walking down the street drinking a beer or sit in a bar downing shots, you're going to get in trouble. Using powers to attack police officers won't get you very far.

3. Aurum has a curfew at 11:30 for people under 18. That doesn't mean you can't go outside after 11:30, but don't get in some huge loud mutant fight or you'll get locked up. This won't be a huge problem because RPs almost never have chapters that happen that late at night.

Name: Victor Jonah Villarian (Vito)

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance: Vito is a person who easily gets his age mistaken. At first glance, he appears to much younger than he really is. Merely because of his height. He stands at 4'11. Vito has a thinn-ish build, he's very skinny and unimposing. In fact if one were to look at him, they would see his bones. He's slightly muscular. Nothing too noticeable. He has a bit of muscles on his arms and legs from years of tough farm-work and playing sports. Vito's arms and legs are a big long, and he has big hands and long, bony fingers. His shoulders are wide. He has a rugged appearance and demeanor. He just looks like the tough guy from the way he walks and looks. Though, his personality tends to betray this. Vito seems to have an eternal frown on his face, or a look of fear. Normally, a frown is his default facial expression when dealing with things. Vito is average in the face department. He's not good looking as some members of the cast. But, he isn't no where near ugly. Vito's head is heart shaped, and rather long. He has rounded facial features, and aren't that defined. Vito has a noticeably big and long nose. The bridge to his nose is long, and the very tip of his nose sticks out quite a bit. An inch or two off his face, in fact. His nostrils are small, compared to his big nose. Vito's cheeks are small, and square-shaped, his cheek bones aren't that noticeable. His lips are a slightly thicker than average, for males his age. If he were to open his mouth, many would notice that his teeth are in complete disarray. He's missing several of his teeth, and plenty more are crooked. He's lost most of them in fights and the rest to, other, more innocent incidents. Vito's eyes are small, yet wide. They are colored amber. Usually have a nervous look in them. His chin is squared, bulky, and elongated. He has a rounded jawline. Vito's forehead is small, in the short sense, but a little wide.

Vito's skin is normal looking, but is a little bit pale. He has dark-freckles plastered all over his face--- As well as the rest of his body, most of his freckles are on his upper body, however. Vito's body has several scars, some with stories, some that are just the result of childish blunders. Since I literally can't resist: he has facial scars. Vito, notably, has a stitched scar at the left of his right eye, that stretches across his face, under his left eye. It is unknown how he got this scar, it could have been because of anything. He has small scars plastered all over his face. These scars appear to be caused by something like a cat. Vito's hair is bright orange, and quite notable. His hair is wavy, and quite long. He styles this hair into thick, long dreadlocks, that hang off his head and flow coolly. Which makes him look quite sillier than he really wants to be. Vito has a thick stubble, he has hair growing on his chin, which will grow into an epic beard.

Vito's attire changes from day to day, so that means I'm going to describe his outfits IC. But, he has a "Country style" like choice in clothes. When people look at his clothes, Vito gives them a "modern cowboy" vibe. He'll wear clothes like work boots, vests, gloves, button-up shirts, denim jackets. Rarely wearing clothes that'd be common in a city environment, like hoodies, or any of that. However, Vito is always seen wearing a jacket, or something over his shirt underneath. Something with pockets, so he can store his "ammo". Vito is constantly carrying around a whip of sorts with him. Usually in his jacket/vest. Other times, it's stuffed into his pockets.

Personality: He is a kind and gentle person. He appears to be calm, normally. Some get the impression that he's the laid-back kind of person. Vito is kind to people, when they haven't done anything to antagonize him yet. Then he can be mean or rude to that person. Vito never sugar-coats anything, and sometimes the concept of subtly, is an enigma to him. He'll nonchalantly speak even the harshest of things, and seems to come off as a nihilist. Merely because he'll focus on the worst in all situations. He's very whiny, and will panic very easily. He'll whine and go on and on about how things are going badly for him. Especially if they are out of his control. Vito is the type that'd give up on goals, once it proves to be too difficult. He'll just nonchalantly turn around and give up on it. Unless, of course, Vito is truly determined to see it to the end. He'll also rarely hold on to grudges, and can have his mind changed, if the right words are said.

Vito tries keeps his head down, and tends to stay out of the way of aggressive people whenever possible. Trying his best to stay out of violent situations. When fights come along, he's more than willing to brawl. As long as he knows he'll come out victorious, or won't lose too much. However, when faced with something he can't handle; he'll resort to attempting to talk his way out of things, or running away. Vito is always desperately trying to be helpful. He'll do anything in his power to prove his worth. Merely because, in the past, he was called useless and deemed "the load". Which can be taken advantage of by just the right people.

Vito speaks rather slowly, occasionally drawing out the last word of his sentences. He also has the habit of repeating certain words in his sentences. He speaks with a deep, forced, accent that's a mixture of Southern, Irish and Scottish accents. Sometimes he can be hard to understand.

Favorite activities/hobbies: Vito has quite a few. First, he has done quite a lot of fencing for a long time. He's an expert at swordplay, and can use his abilities to make such a weapon even more dangerous. Next, he has also down plenty of archery, and knows how to shoot an arrow. He also has an interest in whips, he has brought his small collection of whips with him. Vito has a really good aim, not as a result of his power, but because he's done plenty of practice and improved his aim. Normally, it's hard for him to miss. Vito has played tons of soccer, and is pretty good at it.

Name: Elisha Vaugh (though most folks call him Eli)

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance: Elisha is a man of slightly above average height (6’0”) with a small frame (160 lbs). He doesn’t look very muscular, but he’s not exactly bony either. He’s kind of in between. Though he doesn’t look very muscular, he is actually quite strong. He has long arms and legs, giving him a kind of lanky frame. His skin is a pale caucasian tone. His hair is a dirty blonde color, and is generally left short and messy. He has a thin face with a prominent chin that always makes him look like his face is turned up slightly. Eli’s eyes are a bright blue, almost white. They have a very calm and kind light to them despite his overall rather haughty appearance. Elisha’s outfits will be described IC, but his favorite color is blue. Chances are, he will be wearing something blue, whether that be a sweater or a tee shirt or a jacket. Eli also occasionally carries a tan satchel around with him that contains his laptop.

Personality: Eli doesn’t really seem to show much of a personality. He’s one of those guys who acts almost robotically, kind of like Spock from Star Trek. He’s very intelligent, but acts kind of slow. He never gets references and sometimes misses the most obvious of things. He sometimes seems like he’s...not there, as if he’s got his head in the clouds. He’s constantly looking up at the sky, as if he’s perpetually bored with the world. Because of this, many people think that he’s a jerk, but in reality he’s incredibly kind. He is very humble as well, and often spends his time helping the less fortunate. When Eli does show emotion, it’s usually in extreme bursts, such as extreme euphoria or blinding anger. It seems like he’s not very good at handling emotions, so he often chooses not to. Normally, Eli is very peaceful. He tries to avoid fights when he can, but if he does get in a fight, he tends to lose himself in anger and becomes extremely violent. Eli is also a devout catholic, a rare trait in his demographic, though is often accepting of people with different religious views.

hobbies/talents: Eli is a good athlete with a lot of stamina and endurance. He plays football at the tight end position, and runs track as a sprinter. He is also a talented musician, and can play piano as well as violin.

Abilities: Eli has a few different abilities at his use that make him pack quite the punch. Firstly, he has the power to cure. Not only can Eli heal physical ailments, but he can also cure diseases and mental ailments with a single touch. So he’s kinda like a universal medic. His very presence causes sick people to feel slightly better and cheers up they who are severely depressed. Secondly, Eli has the ability to create and control light. He can use this to blind his enemies temporarily, or can cast light or darkness over an area. This allows him to light up dark alleys or darken streets for getaways. Thirdly, Eli has the ability of the penance stare. He can sense the sins, regrets, and remorse of other people and use it against them as a sort of weapon. Anyone who looks into his eyes with this ability activated is tortured by seeing their own sins and regrets play in their mind’s eye over and over again. If Eli concentrates hard enough on one penance stare, he can actually cause physical damage to his targets in the form of severe burns. A very bad sinner looking hard enough into Eli’s eyes with this power active for long enough could potentially just burst into flame and die.

Weaknesses: Well, firstly, all three of Eli’s abilities are difficult to conceal, as whenever he uses them his eyes and hands (if he’s curing someone) light up bright blue. Eli’s healing abilities have a few drawbacks. Firstly, the worse the wound, the harder it is and the longer it takes for Eli to cure. So, a knife wound or a 2nd degree burn could take Eli only seconds to cure, but a large gunshot wound or bad 3rd degree burns take at least several minutes to cure. Eli cannot heal limbs back on; he can stop the bleeding and cauterize the wound, but if your arm gets torn off he cannot re-attach it. Eli CANNOT bring anyone back from the dead. He also cannot heal extremely bad diseases (if you’ve had Ebola Zaire for a week and your insides are the consistency of human pudding, you’re screwed), though he can heal poisonings and diseases of average or above-average strength.

Then, there’s the penance stare. Eli has trouble with his penance stare sometimes, because he can’t exactly control it very well. When he starts to see someone’s sins, he gets extremely angry and has trouble controlling himself. Because of this, he will only use his penance stare when it is absolutely necessary, and especially only if he has someone with him who can stop him from turning pickpockets and muggers into piles of ash. The penance stare only works if the person it’s being used on knows that what they did is a sin and feels bad about them. So, if you are that sociopathic kind of person who doesn’t feel remorse about murdering and stealing, then you won’t be affected as badly as a person who steals or kills and feels bad about it (remember, though, sociopathy is defined as a mental disorder, and Eli can cure mental disorders, so watch out thieves and muggers). Also, if at any time during a stare visual contact is lost between Eli and his target (someone puts something in the way, etc) the attack stops.

For the IC, guys, everyone's going to start in the Alpha District of Aurum. I'll describe it in my first post. It's a commercial district mainly with glass front shops and malls and luxury apartments and CENSORED. It's the rich part of the city, basically.

Name: Cassandra Wilcox

Gender: Female

Age: 20 (a few months off from 21, she would have one of the first mutants born).

Appearance: Cassandra is a tall woman, standing 5'9" and weighing 142 pounds. She is rather slim, especially around the midsection and is albino in complexion. She has long, wavy jet black permanent dyed hair (naturally stark white) that reaches all the way to her thighs. The most obvious thing about her facial features is her irises and pupils are a blood red color. There is heavy amounts of black makeup around her eye, which makes her look quite sinister. She has petite a nose, nose and ears, with very full lips. Her lipstick is midnight in color, and so are her fingernails. Cassandra is a very extravagant dresser. She wears dangling earrings, numerous rings, bracelets, and necklaces wrought of precious metals and inlaid with valuable gemstones. She favors silver over gold and mostly wears diamonds and ruby's. Just about everyday she veils her face, and wears an elegant cloak with a feathered scarf. Under that a strapless frilled ball gown and three inch heels. Everything she wears is black.

Personality: I'll do this IC.

Favorite activities/hobbies: Cassandra is a reclusive woman. She spends a lot of her time taking strolls alone, most of theses are at night. Sometimes she will attend formal events, but she never has a date. Live performances are something she most enjoys, but its always an opera or classical music.

Name: Waldo. And no, that’s not really her name, but besides your standard unimaginative persons insults that’s as good as you’re going to get.
Gender: Female, but it varies when in disguise.
Age: Well, that would depend on whether or not you mean date since birth or the physical age of her current body. In the first instance he would be somewhere around the age of 15.

Appearance: When she isn’t disguised as someone else she looks something like

Personality: Aside from being extremely sardonic and narcissistic to the point where one starts to think that she feeds off peoples overreactions like some kind of leech, Waldo’s one redeeming factor is that she is basically a walking encyclopedia of anything scientific with the down fall of having absolutely no knowledge in any other subject. This means that if she didn’t know based on the scientific facts she has memorized that when someone crosses their arms, stairs accusingly at you with a tight lipped expression and head angled downward, that generally, if not always means they’re about ready to bash your head in with a brick. So where as you would intuitively know that instantly and either feel sorry about it or be already too mad at the person imagining murdering you with a brick to notice or care, she’d just calmly note the sequence of facial expressions, subsequently what that means, decide that she should stand at least 5 feet away from the said angry individual, be prepared to make a run for it and until then, just keep talking. Not because she’s being callous or insensitive by default, but because this person standing in front of her calculating if the jail time would be worth it if they did get caught, is a complete moron. A moron because they’re getting mad over the truth which is stupid, because if you don’t like how the truth would affect you then getting mad about it and throwing a tantrum like a 2 year old would do absolutely nothing but cause all critical thinking parts of the brain to going to standby mode making that person also in that instant a completely useless member of the human race. And that’s another thing you should know about Waldo. She’s always completely and totally honest about everything to a fault. If she thinks you’re an idiot, she’ll tell it to your face because in her mind, if you know about a fact you can alter what needs to be altered to adapt best to your environment with this new information. And being something of a genius, everyone looks like an idiot so if that’s the most common ‘insult’ you hear from her it’s because a large portion of humanity just happens to fall into that category.
The advantage of Waldo being extremely fact oriented is that she takes insult at nothing. You could go on international television and say the most horrible things you can think of about her all day, all night, or hell, for the rest of your life, and she wouldn’t care. Why? Because unless what you were saying was facts (in which case she would already be aware of them and find this redundant and boring) the only thing she’d have to say in defense would be; “That’s your opinion. Opinions are emotional connections between two or more facts, thus they are biased and flawed by nature.”
Another half positive, half negative personality quirk she possess is her preference for always being the No1 expert in any given field and when that is not the case, for instance, when two people are discussing boyfriend/girlfriend relations, she’ll interject their pseudo philosophical debate with Freudian psychology and typically make the conversation too awkward for any parties with any experience whatsoever in the subject to continue discussing the topic. Which basically ensures that she’ll have the last word, which, is something generally always gets anyway.
Or the less verbose version: She just really hates everyone because they’re comparatively morons, has a mildly sadistic/morbid sense of humor, never gets offended, embarrassed or mad enough for anyone to notice until she’s gotten payback and really only has feelings for data.

Power: Waldo, as suggested by her pseudonym is capable of shape shifting. However, it’s not your standard form as she copies not only someone’s physical appearance but also their powers. This means that anything they can do, she can do better. For example, Fred shoots a wall of fire at Waldo. Waldo can only mirror the action in every way except methodology. So while Fred shoots a uncontrolled, wide spread and thus relatively low energy per square foot, in her general direction, Waldo can use a mental map of how Fred’s brain works in relation to his powers to alter things like the shape and density of the blast meaning that given enough time to build up the said map, she could eventually build up enough neuroconnector roadmaps in Fred’s virtual brain to allow ‘him’ pack all the energy of the wide spread blast into a point of space the size of a marble then let it expand outwards in the massive explosion once its reached its target instead of directing it after the fact in the general direction of the target. This also means she has a certain level of telepathy, however that is only usable when she has basically downloaded all of Freds physical and mental aspects into her person allowing her to run both like a kind of virtual machine while her mind basically sits back and takes notes on what this virtual machine is doing and finds ways of improving it like some sort of science experiment. Basically, her telepathy is not the kind that gives you a headache or mind control you. However, it is possible for her to send people the telepathic equivalent of text messages which would take the form of minor visual hallucinations (Eg the word WRONG popping up as subtext while you’re doing your homework) and even as a sort of heads-up visual display of data on whatever happens to be in your field of vision. What this would look like to her is basically the same, except she sees what you’re seeing, thinking and feeling the same way she can run a virtual computer version of your character when she’s disguised as them.

Weakness: When in her normal ‘form’ and not mimicking anyone, Waldo is physically just as vulnerable as every other non-mutant being on the planet. Mentally, not so much, but that’s her naturally high IQ and nothing else. Its only when she is mimicking someone that she has any ‘powers’ at all, and all the limitations that persons powers have apply to her, the only thing she can change is how intelligently she uses them. And she can’t mimic you if you’re not within her field of vision or if she has no way of monitoring your behavior. However if she can see a live feed of you through something like a security camera that still qualifies as ‘within her field of vision’ as she can read your body language and plug that into her existing virtual machine allowing her to both communicate telepathically and mimic you.
Aside from her powers weaknesses the one that is most effective is her mental one. (And anyone who knows me personally will know exactly what that is.) However, since it’s extremely obvious even within this paragraph, I’m sure you’ll be able to figure it out on your own. *Laughs manically off-screen*

Now that I see that on paper, maybe it's not such a good idea to have a character who can use other people's powers better than they can. Maybe if she understood as much about their powers as the person she mimicked did.
