That OMEGA bomb clocks in at around 10^21 Kelvin, or 1.8x10^21 degrees Fahrenheit. Way to put off the heat energy of a supermassive black hole....

Well obviously it has some extremely advanced heat shields when not being used, but yeah; anything hit by that bomb is going to flash straight to plasma.

General Information
Name/alias: Madam Rosea of Ravedon Race: Enigma Gender: female Age: 300 Appearance: Madam Rosea in her normal form appears as a 5’11” human woman. She has a very small build despite her height, and is very attractive. Her skin is rather pale, and her limbs slender and with a generous amount of cleavage for the mentlegen. She weighs 120 lbs. She has large eyes which are always locked in a curious kind of look, as if she were watching a murder mystery movie and was trying to figure out who did it. Her irises are silver in color, adding to her mysterious glare. Her hair is pitch black, and is cut in a relatively short boyish manner (it is combed over to the right most of the time. I suck at explaining hairstyles sorry). Rosea’s clothing really varies depending on what she is currently doing. She is the ultimate case of “you look like somebody I know”, because oftentimes she is somebody you know, simply in disguise. The one identifying factor that Rosea always has is a black rose with white edges, which will be pinned somewhere on her clothing. If she’s wearing a military uniform or suit, for example, it will be on her lapel, and if she’s wearing a fancy dress, on a corsage or in her hair. Since Rosea is capable of altering her physical appearance, many folks use this as a definite mark to tell that someone is really her in disguise. In short, I will describe her attire and any physical modifications to her IC-side. Occasionally, I might be narrating an NPC which could turn out to be her. Isn’t this fun?
Personality: Madam Rosea is a calm, collected young woman with a thing for trouble. She is a psychopath; she feels no remorse, and killing doesn’t give her guilt. She does what she has to do to survive, and doesn’t care who stands in her way. She is very intelligent, and was gifted with a great amount of common sense. Madam Rosea is almost always the brains of any operation, as she is incredibly intelligent, and is an excellent spy due to her abilities and observant nature. She has a photographic memory, and remembers everything she sees (this is both a blessing and a curse). She has a similar mental weakness to Sherlock Holmes, however; she always expects everything to be clever. If she hears a piano riff, she immediately starts to memorize the notes and try to find some message in it. Because of this, she can be tricked into thinking that, for example, someone tapping a beat with their fingers is actually tapping binary code. Of course, when you actually are trying to be clever, she’s going to easily figure it out. She's not entirely nuts, however; Madam Rosea can be very sweet to people she likes, and enjoys playing instruments, especially piano. She is a devoted lover (as The Wolf of Sardonne could tell you) and can be trustworthy so long as someone else doesn’t give her a better deal.
Alignment: As all Enigma are, Rosea is Chaotic neutral. Maybe a few million dollars transferred to her private banking account on Sardonne or some intel about a few government operations will tip the scales in her favor.
Affiliation: Rosea is a government operative of the Enigma Federation.

Okay, because I'm stupid I forgot to add in Saro's space ship. So I just put that in. Could someone review it and make sure it is acceptable?

The Volinadi Union
Culture: The Volidani are considered elegant, but mysterious by the rest of the galaxy. Citizens wear white cloth robes and carry themselves with grace. Most of the population is bipedal, but races of all size and shape are welcomed with open arms. The government is democratic and everyone is considered equals. Almost all freedoms are allowed that don't encroach on others freedoms. Punishments are severe and done psychologically if possible. Nobody know what exactly is done, but there are no cases of repeat offenders. The empire has been around long enough that nearly everyday something is celebrated. Overall it is one of the most desirable places to be for non militants.
Economy: There is no currency. All necessities are provided and everything else is available based on a reputation system. The longer one lives in Volidnadi society and the more they contribute the higher the reputation. On the low end is entertainment, and on the high end is a luxurious lifestyle. There is very little needed industrial wise, what materials they do need is traded for. As for agriculture there is an abundance.
Military: The Volinadi have a modest, but powerful navy. Just enough to effectively defend their worlds and colonies. Their ships are very distinct, sleek, white, and fragile looking. It appears that they are held together by energy rather than rigorous construction. All weapons are energy based, and faster than light travel is achieved by magical means. They have almost nothing in the way of ground forces, but heavily employ planetary defences.
Relations: The Volinadi seek peace with everyone. They simply defend and never attack, however constant aggressors are attacked on sight.
Homeworld: The hub of Volinadi civilization, Lumen is very one with nature. All the cities are build in the skies, leaving the planet completely untouched. All tech is emissionless, so there is virtually no impact. This doesn't mean that people are restricted from exploring it's surface, but everyone is accompanied by sage to act as a guide and cover their foot steps. The planet is a bustling trade center and popular attraction for certain empires.

Shektor
Culture: One word. Unfriendly. The Shektor live in seclusion and raid the other empires for everything they need. There are no citizens, everyone is a full time soldier. This is easy, because the vast majority of the members were cloned or created. Among the ranks is a great diversity in species, but they all are naturally lethal. When a Shektor gets too old to fight they are converted into raw material and made into something else. Prowess in battle is respected above all else, and the leader always the strongest.
Economy: The Shektor do not value any form of currency. All transactions amongst themselves are trades done with materials, weapons, and vehicles. The faction possesses a huge capacity for production, but it is reliant on raiding and a miniscule amount of mining. Agriculture is virtually nonexistent.
Military: An armada of modified ships from other races and many unique one produced themselves is available at all times. Being assorted there is no standard for looks, weaponry or defences. The Shektor don't have much in the way of planetary vehicles, but make up for it with their sheer number of soldiers. Almost every unit has a feature like surviving in the vacuum of space, flight, rapid regeneration, being resilient to damage ect.
Relations: Shektor is aggressive to all races and empires. The exception would be occasionally trading or cutting a deal with like minded civilizations.

This is not strictly Sci-fi, The Game allows many things. While magic is usually only employed for character powers, I decided to make one empire that makes some use of it as well.
I added this fact into the overview the day of creation, I should have brought light to it then.

Name/alias: Glycius/The Enderman.
Race: Tiaither Tee A. i- ther.
Gender: Male.
Age: 256 human years, 25 in Tiaitherian years.
Appearance: 8’9” Jet black, A bit like an enderman, Hence the nickname.(minecraft got really popular) Long arms that go almost to the ground, about 2 1/2' off the ground when limp, long legs that constitute a little less than half his height. Small webbed spines protrude from his neck and back, lending him an almost draconic appearance. His head is similar to a lizard an that it tapers to a dull point, although his head is considerably (proportionally) shorter than that of a lizards. And bright green, dully glowing, eyes, Terrifying if they are the only thing you can see in the dark.
Personality: Very intelligent but also on the quiet side, and he won’t hesitate to kill someone who deserves it, unlike the famed “hero’s”. Also he is quite temperamental, say the wrong thing at he will be blisteringly angry at you, although he would not see anger as a reason to kill you.
Alignment: Neutral. Affiliation: Currently not sided. Bio/history: (you said optional, so don’t whine at me, because I am not good at bio’s. Better than nothing right?)
Glycius led a normal life on his planet, Scylon, this was not his home planet however, and soon became disputed territory between his race and the Grox (I know, Spore reference), the Tiaither’s did not wish to fight with the Grox, but the Grox were all too eager for an excuse for conflict. Hence the start of the War of Trachneon (the name of the star system). Glycius was drafted two years into the war, He personally killed more than 69 Grox, and, after his ascension to commander, blew up a fleet carrier, habitating more than 2000 Grox. The entire ordeal left him scarred for life, Even though the Grox were defeated, and driven back to their home planet. 14 of his 16 good friends had been killed in the war, which made him bitter, he soon decided that he would ensure the destruction of the Grox. (*holds breath*)
I will make the skills and empire sheet soon too.

Arkhan
Culture: Little to none, at least not in the traditional sense. The Arkhan are a machine empire and everything is determined by logic. Basic robots have tasks that they are assigned to for it's existence, while sentient one's may develop new talents or gain upgrades that get them transferred to new fields. All of the population think like mindedly and are linked together, so there is no disagreement. Decisions for the whole are made democratically based on the majority rules through faster than light communication.
Economy: The Arkhan have no use for currency themselves, but will use other races monetary to acquire materials and equipment. Industry wise they are at the top, it's not hard to be when all tasks are done at all times of everyday. Workers are complex enough to perform tasks of organics, but don't sleep, eat, or take breaks. The mining side of their operation surpases even Garthedus. Machines have no need for agriculture.
Military: Arguable one of the strongest and most tactical forces of the galaxy. Each spaceship is just a large member of the empire and are completely independent. Arkhan has both unit size and numbers on their side. Ships are known for making precision jumps mid combat and for having melee implements on their spacecraft. They are also known to crash into enemy craft and self destruct. The machine empires ground army is just as large and deadly.
Relations: Neutral to all races and empires that haven't attacked them in the past, permanently aggressive towards any that have. They often clash with Garthedus over mining territory.

Name/alias: Sinovera Alaine Zendarria. Sin for short.
Race: Slaven
Gender: Female
Age: 72
Appearance: Eye Colour
Her eye colour is an unsettling dark red colour that can change colour depending on her mood. For example, if she is sad the red will turn sort of red/pink. When she is angry her eye colour will turn a bright red that glows, even in darkness.
Hair Colour
Her species very rarely has hair. When they do have hair it is more like feathers. On the top of her head and the undersides of her arms she has feathers that are in a mass array of dark colours that you would think wouldn't look nice together, but on her species, they all work. There are colours all the way dark red, all the was to dark blue.
Skin Colour
Her species skin colour also comes in a mass array of colours, but males tend to be more colourful than females, but like the birds of Earth. Sinovera's colouring is somewhat of a black colour with little flecks of silver here and there.
Complexion
Her species complexion is normally soft to the touch, despite the toughness of her species skin.
Body Type
Her species is a light boned, light muscled, and tall species. The tallest of them reaching up to ten feet tall. Sinovera was the runt of her siblings and is actually six foot three. She has long, thin arms that have actually a good amount of muscle mass upon them. Thanks to her actually teaching herself to use her underarm feathers for temporary flight when she needs to escape from her foes. Her hands have long, graceful fingers that end in claws that she can retract when she needs to do something that requires a gentle touch. Her torso is long, as well at her legs. She is thin with a figure that holds the very slightest hourglass shape. Her legs are actually shaped like that of a Velociraptor with feet like them as well. Her face is narrow with a nose that is slightly beak shaped, her eyes are large, like that of an Owl's. Her mouth is much like that of a humans, but her teeth have ends that are retractable. The whole tooth isn't retractable, just the ends that come to a sharp point. When they retract they become just like human teeth. And finally, on the top of her head she has long, curved horns, two of them.
Voice Description
Eccentric.
The best way I could describe her voice is to be in somewhat of a Russian accent, making her A's, X's and her G's exaggerated. Her R's are rolled. It adds quite the amusing quality to her voice when she is flustered. And it adds a frightening quality to her voice if she is angry. Her voice is in between high and low.
Normal Attire
With her oddly shaped legs she finds it quite hard to find things that would fit her, so she will normally be in a sleeveless top that is cut down the sides a bit to allow the attached feathers freedom to move with a coloured sash around her middle to accentuate her waist, and to also keep the shirt from falling open too much, and a skirt that is cut in the front in front of both of her legs, creating gaps so that she can move easily. When she stands still the skirt will look normal and hide her oddly shaped legs.
Personality: She has a long and twisted history that has shaped her in many different ways. Her personality will be pretty self explanatory in her coming posts.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Affiliation: She is, currently, on her own.
Bio/history: First, allow me to tell you the history of where her species comes from, then I shall tell you her backstory.
The Slaven come from under the crust of Kendarran. See, we are under the assumption that there is only molten lava deep within the Earth. This is quite wrong. In fact, many different species had lived down below. These creature can survive extreme heat, extreme cold, and require next to no water to survive. This world in called the Underdark. The Underdark is a world with many doorways into worlds that we could never dream of. The Slaven come from the fifth dimension, or rather, the fifth doorway. Within this doorway is a world that is much like Earth, only, it seems that it is still within the Jurassic Age.
It would be exactly like Earth if this place didn't suffer extreme climate changes at a moments notice. One day, it will be extremely cold, the next it will be extremely hot. It is quite the odd place, and no mere human could survive there. Some would even call it a hell. But her species was specifically made for that area, and is able to survive it moderately easily.
The Slaven are one of the few intelligent beings within this fifth door, and they are highly advanced, perhaps they are even level with today's modern human, they just prefer to not use their minds to create weapons, make warfar, or basically any such thing as that.
They prefer to live in peace.
Well, my character is from this place. This place is actually quite difficult to find, and it is rare for one to just stumble upon it. Well, once of those rare occurences happened.
A Mage by the name of Aldanon found this land, deciding to make it his own. He was already a Master of other parts of the Underdark, but he had yet to find this place.
He quickly made the fifth doorway his own, thrashing it into chaos and nearly destroying it and its people. My character, Sinovera, was one of the very few that it to a doorway and escape, but oddly enough the particular doorway she found led to the world above.
She was the only one of her kind to make it to Kendarran. .
Tactical Information (PM me this if you'd like)
Skills: She is very agile, and can bend her body in strange ways, allowing her to dodge things that people normally couldn't. She has vision like a Hawk, and can see clearly for a few miles, and she also has night vision.
Equipment: She prefers to use her physical attributes for combat, but she does have a small, high intensity laser pistol strapped to her side. She also will have a canteen of water, and a small pack of food.
Transportation: She is a hitchhiker, so she has no mode of transportation, and she only has a small high intensity laser pistol.
Power: She is a master at nearly all sorts of magic, she is trained in many arts of self defense as well.
Weaknesses/limitations/drawbacks: If she uses her magic too much she becomes weakened, she is weak of body and can easily break her limbs with a well placed blow.

Skills: Glycius is extremely stealthy, surprisingly strong for his very slim build strong, especially at night or in the dark, He also is a very accurate shot, and due to his military expertise can operate a wide variety of guns and vehicles. Also with minimal gear (air supply and heat insulation) he can survive the vacuum of space for a short time. If you do manage to stab him, he wont bleed due to having no heart, Instead his veins and arteries have flagella that push blood through his system, and valves that can stop it. Teleportation can heal him slightly.
Equipment: 4 high power laser pistols, long range EMP pulse orb, high power energy shield, silent railgun rifle, plasma dagger/sword(custom size/shape, changed via ipad12965gen6846) (there is a kind of crystal that is currently nigh impossible to make, that takes in radio waves from all directions and outputs their energy in one direction hence self charging, and due to the abundance of radio waves, his equipment almost never needs external charge).
Transportation: The challenge: http://digital-art-gallery.com/oid/64/1400x990_11678_Space_ship_2d_sci_fi_spaceships_picture_image_digital_art.jpg (wings fold out for space to air) This ship is capable of teleportation at exceedingly long ranges, So it is just a little better that warp. The weapons include: Directed EMP blast, Argon plasma cannons, 6 extremely powerful laser turrets, ATACK or Antimatter Total Annihilation Combat Kit, This releases a cloud of tiny missiles that will seek pre-determined targets, and due to their destructive capabilities (a cluster of 4, 1' missiles can cripple almost any ship, shields or no.) have evasion countermeasures.
Power: Glycius, like all Tiaither's, can blind teleport up to 16 miles at a time, and has incredibly fast reflexes, in that, he can dodge a bullet via teleportation (note that he is not limited by human standards) Also before he is done teleporting, he is not completely solid so, say someone is trying to trick him like in Wolverine origins, He can teleport again somewhere else. Glycius also has photographic memory, so he can teleport to anywhere he has seen (within 60 miles). Lastly his (NON overlapping, the space between is very little, and even then there are small bone plates.) scales are extremely tough, and can stop a bullet, if necessary, and he can also see in all light spectrums, giving him clear night vision.
Weaknesses/limitations/drawbacks: It is easy to determine (not detect) Glycius from other life forms using radar, because his weapons absorb radio waves rather than reflect them, although this doubles as a kind of cloak. He also shows up as a cold spot on infrared. If you get Glycius angry enough he will resort to violence, and will protect his friends with his life.
I will soon do the empire's sheet.

Alright I will take a look when you put them up.
Nearly all ship shields in this RP can actually withstand much more than 4 ATACK missles, but accepted. Also that teleportation on the ship won't activate instantly or have as much range as a FTL drive.
For future reference can people stop gauging how effective things are versus or in comparison to other ships and empires, considering you have no way of knowing if it's accurate.

The Lumien Consulate
Culture: The Lumien people are much like the modern day American people. They are obsessed with technology, obsessed with new things and obviously abusive of their freedoms. While the police cracks down hard on crime, oftentimes things like the Enigma drug trade is ignored as it generates tax dollars. The Consulate is primarily made up of Lumiens, humanoid creatures that resemble humans with the exception of multicolored coats of fur which adorn their bodies. Their fur comes in a variety of colors. A few other minorities live amongst the Lumiens, and they are often prejudiced against. Like Americans, Lumiens often dress rather immodestly, and female Lumiens often have medical procedures done to them to get rid of their body hair at a young age, causing them to more-or-less look like humans. Those who do that are often looked down at by higher-class Lumiens, as they had “lost their pride in their heritage”. Many believe that the Lumiens are currently going through an identity crisis, as many other peoples make fun at them for their hair and culture. A rising number of Lumiens are becoming atheist or agnostic, though the primary religion is known as The White Path, a monotheistic religion strongly resembling Zoroastrianism. The Lumien government is a consulate with two separate departments. The Left Consul, as he is called, is the military leader of the country as well as the foreign affairs leader, while the Right Consul is the Religious leader (like the Pope) and the domestic politics leader. Each department (both left and right), have a tripartisan senate that ratifies all laws. There is no separation of Church and State, though the people are calling for it. Doing such, though, would rend the consulate in two and destroy the empire.
Economy: The Lumiens are currently going through a huge economic boom, comparable to the Roaring Twenties. Their currency, the Darone, is very highly valued, causing the upper class to increase greatly. Many Lumien companies are doing extremely well at this time, so their stock market is booming. There are three main classes in Lumien society like in any other society; the working class, the middle class, and the upper class. The working class work in the factories and on the spaceships as engineers. They are so heavily stratified from the middle and upper classes, though, that they have almost no chance of rising in the societal ranks without joining the military, which many of them do. The middle class are artisans; skilled workers in a massive variety of fields who often get to go through college. School is taken very seriously by the middle and upper classes. Children start going through school at age five, and they continue to go to school until they are 21. After that, students can choose to go to college, a military academy, or a trade school. It is illegal for Lumiens coming from a middle-to-upper class economic bracket to not go to some sort of college or trade school, with the military being their only way out. The Upper class accounts for about 5% of the Lumien people (as their homeworld Desbin is incredibly rich). They are the doctors, economists, politicians, and clergymen mostly. They live in fancy mansions or penthouses often, and are required by law to give ten percent of their yearly earnings to the less-fortunate. This causes the lower class to be rather small, with only 25% of the population being below the middle class economic line. Agriculturally, the Lumiens are also flourishing. Lumien agriculture comes from special farm planets: enormous celestial bodies (often moons around highly populous planets despite the name) that grow one specific type of food, whether that be grain or livestock. The planets are terraformed to produce a perfect environment all around for the crop being grown. A famous example of this is Tertius, one of the eight moons of the Lumien homeworld of Desbin, which is completely flat with no hills or mountains. Its entire surface is covered in thousands of different kinds of grains according to each region’s climate (even the poles grow grains thanks to special gasses released by satellites).
Military: While the Lumien navy is moderately strong, the Lumien people are best-known for their ground forces, which may be the most powerful standing army in the world. The Lumien Army is gigantic, with over six billion soldiers spread out across their empire. The navy really acts as just a taxi service for the soldiers. Lumien soldiers are outfitted in tactical armor with the ability to adjust to any environment. Their armor has extremely strong shielding, which is often boosted by special satellites that orbit planets that they’re attacking. Lumien weaponry is primarily laser-based, though they’ve also been known to use a variety of vacuum weapons, guns that use artificially-generated vacuums to launch projectiles at extremely fast speeds.
Relations: The Lumiens get along with the Garthedus and Volidani, but cannot stand the Chuzorak or Shektor peoples. They are neutral towards the Harbingers and Arkhan. The Lumiens are technically at war with the Enigma, but it’s going so slowly that both empires decided to call a ceaasefire so that they can work out a treaty. The Lumien people call the war the Great Derp War, as after fervorous recruiting attempts by both sides, barely anything happened.
Homeworld: The Lumien homeworld is Desbin: an enormous futuristic planet that is entirely covered in urban development. The entire planet is one gigantic city organized into a series of districts. Desbin is a relatively small planet (the size of Mars), but has eight substantially-sized moons as well as three rings made of chunks of ice and rock. Five of these moons are farm planets (raising grain, livestock, root plants, nuts, and citrus fruits), one is a national nature preserve, one is a huge military base (more or less), and one is an artificial moon made to repair spacecraft. Many of the rocks in Desbin’s rings have mining rigs on them and contain precious metals. Because of the rings, meteor showers are common on Desbin, and excessively tall buildings have special energy shields to defend them from falling rocks. Desbin and all of its moons are surrounded by massive photon cannons, each of which is powerful enough to blow a hole clean through the hull of most ships. Desbin has over 13 billion people on it despite its small size, and thus is heavily-defended by a massive military (2 billion of the 13 billion are soldiers).
I wasn't going to make a second empire, but I did anyways. I'll be making a Lumien character soon.

Appearance: Crystalis stands seven feet tall and is wearing a dark grey, sinewy, nanofiber armored suit. The material is very form fitting, showing that wearer is in top physical condition. It is present everywhere except the bottoms of the feet, the palms, and a visor. Sticking out of the weave are fragments of a neon blue crystalline substance. It is interspersed throughout the entire suit, but the largest concentrations are the forearms and knuckles. On the back of Crystalis is a backpack unit made of a hard composite the same grey color as the rest of the armor. At it's center is a circular window, through which a glowing blue orb can be see. On the sides of the pack are slits running it's length, and the bottom dual oval shaped vents.
Personality: The main personality feature of Crystalis is his lack of one. He accepts orders without question and barely even speaks. Questions asked from anyone other than superiors rare get a response. When he does communicate it is very direct and to the point. Nothing can get a rise out of him emotionally and he is surprised at very little. Not even the face of death will stray him from completing a mission to the best of his ability.
Alignment: Lawful neutral Affiliation: Garthedus
Tactical Information
Skills: The Crysalis is a master of nearly everything on the battlefield. Hand to hand combat, marksmanship, demolitions, stealth, piloting and hacking. Not only is he the best of the best, but his suit further augments his prowess in these areas.
Equipment: The Crysalis suit grants the user immense power. It enhances all physical capabilities, grants massive shock absorption, while being immensely hard to penetrate. To the point where the user can survive the vacuum and atmospheric entry. It comes equipped with a powerful force field, and a jet pack. The hands and feet house strong electromagnets. The users can cycle through infrared, gama, and telescopic vision. Lastly there is an onboard computer and self repair system.
Transportation: A sleek, neon blue, crystalline ship named the 3096-1840 Vitreus. It is 100 feet long and just looks like a symmetrical crystal fragment. It's nearly impossible for anyone other than Crysalis to find and open the hatch or drive the ship. While the ship has a shield, the hardness of the crystal alone and it's immunity to to most energy weapons is impressive. A beam of energy can be fired from almost any part of the ship, or slivers of the ship can also be used as projectiles. Virtually no emissions of any sort are released by the ship, and it uses a compression drive for faster than light travel.
Power: The Crysalis can spawn and manipulate crystals. This entails covering himself in crystal, encasing enemies, crystallizing materials, shooting crystals, granting them different properties and so on. The most commonly used crystals are extremely hard, robust in nature, and are capable of absorbing and refracting light, energy, and mental forces. This coupled with the suits reactor grants him near immunity to and the ability him to fire lasers and beams of energy. In addition they will shred/bypass most shields.
Weaknesses/limitations/drawbacks: The crystal matrix while superior to anything natural is not flawless, if struck at the right angle with enough force they can and will shatter. Creating and growing crystals is fast, but not instantaneous. His power has limited range and magnitude. The suits reactor only generates so much energy that has to be divided between shields, offence, and propulsion.
