Physical Appearance:  Crystal is of average height and weight for a person her age.  She has a slight tan but has hardly any freckles on her body.  Her hair extends to around mid-back.  Though it’s naturally strait, but Crystal prefers to keep it up in a ponytail.  She has an oval shaped face.  Crystal wears glasses, though they don't really make her look nerdy.  She has a regular fifteen year old girl's figure.  She is slightly underweight, but she doesn't really care about it.  Crystal has a clean, zit-free face and doesn't really wear much make up.  Also, Crystal's tone of voice is usually laid back.  In truth, though, she is never really that relaxed.
Attire: Crystal has a more girly style.  She wears skirts a lot with flip flops.  She wears a variety of shirts from floral to plain to ones that button all the way down.  She sometimes wears dresses, though not very often.  Crystal also wears a silver bracelet on her right wrist that has her name engraved on the side.  She also wears a silver locket that used to have her parent's faces in them, but she tore them out and replaced it with her sister's face.  Crystal also has a white backpack that's been doodled all over that has a few overly-worn journals and pencils in it.  She may have an orange or two in it :3


Personality

Innate Personality: Crystal usually day dreams about different things.  She also spends time wondering about useless "what would have happened if...?" situations.  Pretty much regretting certain things.   Mainly regretting ever showing her parents the letter inviting her to Sparrowdale.  

Outward Personality: Crystal is normally very sociable towards everyone and is also laid back.  That would be the first thing to notice about her personality.  Another notable part of Crystal’s outward behavior is that at times when she is being spoken to she seems to space out, thinking of some other subject instead of the one being currently talked about, which isn’t the best thing to happen at many times.  Though she may be able to talk a lot and seem sociable, Crystal prefers to be alone and left to her thoughts at times.

Hobbies/skills: Crystal has been taking pictures her whole life, so her photography skills are pretty good.  She also enjoys writing which is a reason she has a journal she carries around with her.  The journal is full of random stories or notes about things she notices.  

History/Bio: Crystal grew up in a small town in Texas being known as the "smart girl."  She had several friends in her town and had a good family life with her parents still married and a loving sister.  One day, when Crystal checked the mail, she found a letter from Sparrowdale academy.  She didn't want to go, but decided to go ahead and show her parents the letter out of respect.  Her parents thought it would be a good idea to have her go, which made Crystal very frustrated.  She had fights with her parents for days afterwards, and her sister sided with her considering that she should be able to make her own choices. The day Crystal left for the academy she took their pictures out of the locket she had and replaced it with a picture of her sister.  Now Crystal is at the academy.... like everyone else.

Abilities


Power Class: cerebral

Power: Crystal is a Psionist.  This means she can use more of her mind and access parts of it normal human beings can’t.  She uses PSI (pretty much brain power) to use her ability.  PSI can be divided into three categories (enhance, blast, and trance) but Crystal’s PSI abilities mainly focus on enhance.  Enhance can be subdivided into three more categories- healing, an increase in the five senses, and increase in things such as speed, strength, and stamina.  Crystal isn’t an experienced psionist, so she can only tap into the “healing” area and also increase her five senses.  Crystal can use we healing ability on others, but not enhance other people's five senses

Weaknesses:  The main three things needed to use PSI are concentration, visualization, and projection.  In other words, in order for Crystal to use her PSI ability whatsoever, she has to use a great deal of concentration, visualizing, and mental energy.  If Crystal is lacking in any of these, she could easily be given a huge, unwanted headache.   The same result goes for if she were to overuse her psionic abilities.  When it comes to Crystal’s healing ability, she can heal a variety of wounds, but the larger the wound the longer it takes to heal.  A small scratch only takes a few seconds but a large, deep gash in someone’s arm could take around ten minutes.  As for Crystal’s increase in her five senses…. She just has to concentrate hard for the increase, so the more concentration, the stronger her senses.  It takes a lot of PSI concentration to increase the ability by only 50%, though, so she doesn’t really use the sense increase very often.
Burst Potential:  Crystal could probably do an omega burst where her healing speed would increase along with her ability to increase her senses by a certain amount will grow and she won’t have to use as much concentration.
