Well, Samuel's changing from traditional shape-shifter. He's more a cute blob-like creature that takes on the appearance of something, but not the actual traits. It's more like a master of disguise fused with the indestructible monster that got splattered and then re-formed. This is one of my shorter sheets, because it's kind of hard to give a fixed appearance for a shapeshifter, and the personality isn't easy to describe in long paragraphs.
Basic Information
Name: Samuel Yeong Nickname/Alias: Glasswork Gender: Male Age: 13 Height: 5’1” (On Average) Weight: 90 lbs.
Appearance
Hair Color: Jet Black Eye Color: Dark Brown/Indigo Blue Ethnicity: Korean American
Physical Appearance: Samuel, due to his powers, can have almost any physical appearance he wants, however, he has a tendency to switch between two different main forms, one that is considered to be his true form, and a second form that is his human form, which he possessed before mutating. In his human form, takes the appearance of a young Korean boy. His skin is an ivory color, a tone much like the rest of the people from his ethnic background. He boasts a rectangular face, with defined cheekbones, and slanted eyes that are a dark shade of brown. Samuel’s nose is somewhat flattened, and his mouth is small. His straight hair, which is jet black, is short and styled so that it is messy on purpose. He is not muscular in appearance, and seems to be rather fragile. His voice is like a child’s, but having broken recently, it is somewhat deeper than normal.
In his true form, Samuel resembles a cute, amorphous blob that looks to be relatively harmless. With a consistency that appears to be only slightly thicker than water, Samuel seems to maintain his form by some weak form of telepathy or levitation that is limited to only controlling the substance that makes up his body. For the most part transparent, he regularly appears as some sort of moving glass figurine, although in less hostile situations, Samuel may produce colorful patterns on the surface of his body. The only visible organs inside of his body are his two eyes, which are a bright, indigo blue, and almost seem to resemble sparkling gemstones. Hovering on the surface, they are only covered when making facial expressions. This form changes easily, allowing for it to mold to the shape of a container, or into abstract shapes. Because density can be controlled to a certain degree, this form can produce limbs to interact with things, and even jump into the air, to launch itself at foes.
Attire: Samuel traditionally does not wear any true clothing, and often what he wears in human form was shaped by a part of his body. He can often be seen wearing a brown parka with grey fur around the hood, and a dark brown shirt underneath. He typically wears blue jeans, and sturdy black boots.
Personality
Innate Personality: Samuel is a very good-natured person. Highly social and curious, he may have a tendency to start conversations with complete strangers, and is unafraid to ask questions. However, balanced by good judgment and rationality, he is extremely talented at determining if he is being manipulated or lied to. Because of this, he may talk to someone he does not know, but if they say something he deems suspicious, he will immediately walk away. Because of this common sense, he is often regarded as being more mature than most children his age. With a kind heart, Samuel subtly uses his powers to fix problems suffered by other people.
Outward Personality: Optimistic and outgoing, Samuel will approach complete strangers and start a conversation with them, ignoring any sort of difference that might hamper interaction. With a true desire to help other people with his powers, but reluctance to be discovered, he secretly manipulates the world around him to improve the lives of others. He typically seeks out groups of people to join, and is capable of having mature conversations with adults and elders. Good at determining character, he often carefully avoids those that might harm him.
Hobbies/Interests: Samuel is an admirer of abstract art, and bright patterns. Sculpting is also a main interest
Skills/Talents: By making the internal part of his body hollow, Samuel can make himself appear larger than he actually is.
Goals: Samuel seeks to improve the lives of people around him using his powers.
History/Bio: Samuel comes from a family of immigrants from South Korea that came to America, fearing threats from North Korea. While Samuel was born in the states, his father and grandparents were born in the original country. Having quickly mastered his powers at the age of twelve, Samuel has yet to tell his parents that he is a meta-human.

Prized Possession: Samuel’s most prized possession is his family’s safety.
Power: Samuel has the ability to shape-shift into anything he chooses, regardless of color, texture, or appearance. As a result, he has no fixed appearance, and can be impossible to find via face recognition, as he can alter the way he looks. However, he is limited by his size, and cannot truly grow or shrink. He can, however, manipulate his density to give shapes more solid form, and can stretch himself further to appear more threatening. Overall, however, he can fit into any opening or space, making it impossible to contain him in a traditional cage. The power to mold himself into different shapes and take on different colors and textures makes Samuel both a master of disguise, as well as a very strong fighter. By reducing his density, he can make himself immune to any physical attack. His body can be scattered and split into multiple parts, and are capable of re-assembling, so long as they remain within a ten foot radius of one another, and are not trapped inside of barriers. Capable of forming himself into weapons, and moving elusively and with surprising speed, he is extremely effective against mutants that rely on physical abilities.
Weaknesses: Samuel’s main weakness is that he cannot alter his mass. He cannot genuinely grow or shrink, and also does not truly become what he takes the appearance of. While he can make the forms he takes look larger by hollowing out the inner part of his body, or shrink by increasing his density, both forms can become weaker as a result. Forms that are large and hollow more easily break apart, and forms that are completely dense are difficult to move. While he is for the most part immune to being hurt by physical attacks, Samuel is not immune to elemental abilities, namely those involving temperature.

Appearance
Hair Color: Deep Black Eye Color: Brown Ethnicity: Korean/British, fully appears to be Caucasian. Physical Appearance: Charles is told (by many) that he looks much like his father was when he was his age. He has a very thin, near athletic build. He has a few muscles on his legs (centered in his lower leg), suggesting that he does plenty of running or some sport. His skin is warm beige colored. While he has the Asian Culture in his blood, he undeniably appears Caucasian. Most won't be able to tell unless they look at his eyes (which are pointed much like those of the Asian Culture) or he tells them. Charles's skin has it's fair share of scars, and moles. Most of his scars are on his upper body (and arms) from previous incidents he got himself into. One notable he has is a large scar is on his shoulder and goes down to his elbow. It's because of an injury he gotten when he was younger and had to get surgery for. Charles has a inverted-rectangle shaped head. His face is squared, and has very well defined facial features. His chin is large (and has a cleft), his chin sticks out far from his face. His cheekbones are large and poke out a bit. His nose is average-sized, with smaller than average nostrils (he sometimes has trouble breathing through them). His ears are distinctively shaped, they're generally rounded and pointed at the very tip of his ears. Charles's eyes are small, and nearly beady. They usually have a distinct glare. He has a large forehead that sticks out slightly. One of the first things people will note about him is the massive forehead he has. His lips are small and thin, almost lady-like. Charles's hair is straight and a jet-black color. It is cut very short, nearly centimeters in length. He's not the person to have long, lush hair, so he keeps it short.
Attire: Charles's attire varies from day to day much like any other person. He usually wears something with plenty of pocket. He dressed to look and feel good, in other words, with style. He'll wear sweaters, dress shirts, or vests--- All with patterns that interest him. He'll mostly be seen wear a light-grey Kangol hat. When he's DJing, he'll wear Rave-style clothes and heavy head-phones. Charles wears circular thin-frame glasses, since he needs them to see properly. One thing that people will notice about Charles is that he carries around plenty of random junk. He usually carries around metallic objects, or anything sturdy. Stored either in a bag, in his clothes or in a backpack. When asked about it he'll either give a misleading answer or lie about it completely. There's a reason why he's called the Collector.
Personality
Innate & Outward Personality: Charles is one of those people who try hard to be smooth and level-headed. When things get chaotic, he'll start showing a less than smooth side. He's very kind and almost can be considered polite. Much like he was raised to be. He usually tries to act hip and cool when possible. One thing Charles is not above is showing off. He has an inflated ego and isn't afraid to show it. Whether it's showing off his skill/taste in music, or sometimes even his powers. He has a habit of telling people what they want to hear, instead of what they need to hear--- As well as the habit of brown-nosing. This makes him kind of a tool. When he gets complimented (about anything really) he'll get overly proud of himself and it'll inflate his ego even more. In turn, Charles can't take criticism, he either takes it as an insult or not even acknowledge it at all. In short, Charles wants to hear things he wants to.
Charles (much like his siblings) is a social person, always enjoying making friends and allies at every possible opportunity. He won't exactly take looks into consideration when he makes friends, more of how they act and what their ideals are. He doesn't hold grudges very long, he's kinda naive, and tends to get his mind changed very easily. This makes him easy to manipulate if certain people know how and what to do. However, he will learn from past mistakes, and not allow himself to fall for the same trick twice. Charles will never hurt people intentionally, and has a slightly heroic morality. He'll fight people who he thinks needs fighting, and help people he thinks needs to be helped. He'll do the best he can, when he knows he can't, he'll likely back off--- Or if he's really determined he'll find some way to help.
I'd say in terms of D&D Morality, Charles is Neutral Good.
Hobbies/Interests: Music. Charles loves listening to almost all genres (His favorite genre is Alternative Rock). He also loves making music for himself and others (To the point where he makes a business out of it). Charles likes reptiles and amphibians, flying saucers, sculptures, space operas, musicals, jewelry, cute woodland animals, flashy pop singers, and clowns.
Skills/Talents: Charles has several skill-sets. He is a very competent DJ and music maker. He can make extremely good music with his computer programs for it. He can make Hip-Hop Beats, Techno, Dubstep, Disco/Funk and Club Music. Charles sells this music to interested people in Real Life and the Internet as his own little job. He's also very skilled at DJing and is considered one of the best DJs of his age and is going down the road to becoming a professional. Charles's skill in the musical arts is why he's called Disco around town. Another major skill is that Charles is very athletic and agile. He's played Basketball and Soccer, he's good at the former, and average at the latter. Charles also knows quite a bit of parkour. He's not super good at it, but he does know enough to pull off the basics. He can also Skate, except his skills are sub-par. He won't be pulling off any special tricks.
Goals: Charles's goal is to collect the powers of the most powerful Meta-humans in all of Black Fall. As a side goal; he wants to rescue his adopted sister, Nell, from Vicious. Charles also wants to find a Meta-human with Sound Manipulation to advance his skill with music far beyond he could possibly achieve through normal means. Abilities
Power Class: Power
Power:Power Collector. Like the rest of the Blackmore siblings; Charles has a form of power replication. His means of replication stems from an connection to the Energy that surges within every single Meta-human. On touch he can absorb a small amount (Like a sample) of this Energy, and through that energy he perfectly replicate their power. He gets an exact copy of the power and can copy any and every power (Except for another form of Power Replication). He can only use/absorb one power at a time. However, unlike his siblings, Charles cannot store powers inside of him, and he'll lose any powers he has after five hours. There is a special way to avoid this. While Charles has a power absorbed, he can touch an object and place the sample of the Meta-human Energy inside of the object. The power will forever be in the object until he takes it out. If he does put the power in an object, he'll be able to absorb the power from the object (Or another) at will. Which means he can swap powers on the fly by quickly placing the energy into an object, then absorbing the powers out of another. It can be literally any object (From clothing, to small objects picked up on the street). Charles does the smart thing and mostly stores these powers in objects that he can carry around. Essentially giving him the potential to have a limitless number of powers at his disposal as long as he has the objects with the stored powers. Which is why he carries around random objects all the time, he's always prepared to meet a Meta-human and add a power to his collection--- As well as using powers when the time is right.
So far; Charles has three powers.
In a broken silver locket; He has the power of Sand Manipulation stored. This Sand Manipulation is fairly powerful, and is Charles's main combat power. He can control a large amount of sand, and has a large degree of control over the sand. Able to pull Sand from meters away from him for combat purposes. He can easily create tornadoes of sand, and fire large gusts of sand to knock people off their feet and inflict damage. Charles can also control Glass, except it's not nearly as powerful as Sand. He can send a small amount of glass shards at opponents and cause lacerations. This power makes him a very formidable opponent in the many Beaches of Black Fall.
In his cellphone; He has a strange String power stored. Charles can create a silver colored, extremely thin string from the tips of his fingers. He can either fire these strings upon creation at high speeds. These strings are razor sharp and allow Charles to bifurcate his foes, or trap foes. These strings can be embedded into/impale objects, allowing him to pull them from a distance or set up traps. He usually moves his fingers accordingly to bend them as he pleases. This string can easily be sliced in half if someone has something like a knife. After a few minutes these strings disappear.
In a green, Dora the Explorer toy watch; He has the power to cover himself and objects with the human Blind-spot. There is a naturally occurring 'blind spot' in the human eye that results from the optic nerve passing through the retina. Normally this gap in vision is very small, and is automatically filled in by your brain using information from the area around it. Charles can expand the human blind spot to cover himself and objects. Essentially making the object or himself invisible to people staring directly at it. While his power is active he can pretty much hide anywhere without fear of being seen.
Weaknesses: While Charles can copy powers, he won't know how to use the powers right off the bat. He'll have to practice and train to use the powers he wields effectively. Which can put him at a major disadvantage against those who are actually skilled with their powers. Once he absorbs a power out of an object, he will only have it for a limited period of time (Five hours) before he loses it forever. He'll have to put it back lest he wants lose it forever. Of course Charles knows well enough to put the power back before he loses it. This is more of a weakness if he gets into a bad situation right when he has a power absorbed and won't be able to place the power in a suitable object in time. It can become troublesome for Charles to carry around a large amount of objects, as he collects powers he'll have to only bring along a small amount of items. He'll have to bring both items with powers, and he'll have to also bring a few items to store new powers into. This may be obvious, but if an object with a power stored inside gets destroyed he'll lose the power. Finally, if Charles gets beaten badly, he'll lose the current power he has.
Burst Potential: As Charles can perfectly replicate powers, he gets the very same bursts that the original owners have. Barring Omicron bursts.
Sand Manipulation: Alpha, Omega and Theta
Strings: Delta, and Theta
Blindspot Expansion: Alpha, and Delta
Other: Charles has a DJ-like fighting style. When he's using his powers it appears like he's moving his hands in the same way a DJ would move theirs when mixing music on turntables.

Like a broken stained-glass window. Her features are pale and seemingly fragile, as if a strong breeze would make her crumble into dust and scatter in the winds. She, however, is strong, underneath that, and beneath the fragility one can sense a hardness, if that makes sense. Her face comes to a point and was pretty once, perhaps, but no more. A jagged, horrid scar stretches from side of her face to the other, over her nose and almost touching both cheekbones. Her slightly protruded jaw makes the scar bend slightly when she opens her mouth, which she rarely does-she has no cause to speak or to smile. Anastasia is small and is not physically imposing by any means, and moves quietly and with her head down. She gives off an impression of meekness and weakness, only further deepened by her silence and her tendency to avoid conversation or interaction wherever possible. She normally seems sad, as if carrying a heavy burden.
Attire:
Anastasia normally dresses well but not too formally: typically a skirt and blouse, with jeans and a nice shirt if she's feeling a bit more casual. She does, however, always keep a more practical change of clothes nearby, but when she is living as "Anastasia" and not "the Nightingale", she maintains an air of formality and aristocracy. She's visible well off, from her jewelry and clothes, but this is merely a facade.
Personality
Outward Personality: Quiet smiles and distant stares. Hobbies/Interests: She's taken up playing the violin. Skills/Talents: The violin, sneaking around, marksmanship, acting, and going unnoticed in plain sight. Goals: She's currently employed for some rather bad people. Basic Information
Name: He would never tell you his true name. But the name the Old Guard knows him by is Tahoma (Water's Edge), and the name he goes by now is Riley. Nickname/Alias: Riley, The Medicine Man, and, in certain groups of people who are not as civilized as we are, "The Hound" Gender: Male Age: Looks to be about 20. Height: 6 feet exactly. In lieu of two yard sticks, one can use Riley to measure distances. Weight: 183.
Riley is, as you may have discerned from his height and weight, someone who hasn't been missing many meals. He's built wide, with muscles that are noticeable under a tight shirt, but not to the degree of professional bodybuilders. He's in good shape, essentially, but this is usually concealed by his mannerisms and the way he dresses. To rephrase that, he doesn't walk like he's ripped or strong. He walks casually and lazily, slow-paced despite the environment around him, and dresses in a way that doesn't emphasize his better physical traits. Riley's face is round, with prominent cheeks and slightly almond shaped eyes. His skin is a deep tan, and were it not for his more distinctive Native American features he could likely be mistaken for a Hispanic. Riley has a few scars on his body, however these are not usually visible-the nastiest is a "splotch" that resembles an almost necrotic burn mark on his left side, towards the hip. His hair is long, reaching down to his shoulders, and he usually keeps it back in a ponytail if he needs to do anything serious, otherwise preferring to let it hang. His bangs (do you call them bangs for guys? I'm not smart about hair) look crudely cut, as if they were sliced off with a knife, and his eyes frequently wander across his surroundings. Perhaps taking the scenery in, perhaps analyzing it in a more tactical manner.
Attire:
Old blue jeans, held up by a thick leather belt. His feet are normally concealed in rather sturdy looking moccasins or leather boots. He frequently wears an undershirt or t-shirt fit for working out in underneath his jacket, which is the most constant aspect of his wardrobe. The jacket is a leather jacket, resembling a motorcycle jacket, but the inside is lined with different animal furs. It isn't particularly fashionable, but it's probably warm as hell in the winter.
Personality
Outward Personality: Riley is, for the most part, easygoing and calm. He has a tendency to stay levelheaded regardless of the situation, which is rather annoying in somber situations (i.e. funerals). Riley has a few traits inherent to his tribe, mainly that of avoiding contact with dead bodies. This isn't really an aspect of his personality that he would consider crucial, but given that we're in a RP with superpowered kids, I assume the body count's going to shoot up fairly quickly. Riley is determined and unyielding in some regards-he is willing to discuss most things, but it is evident on some topics he will not budge. He's fairly quick on his feet but isn't incredibly gifted when it comes to book smarts-one would be correct in assuming he didn't finish high school.
Hobbies/Interests: He's taking up cigar smoking and several quaint hobbies to pass the time, including whittling. For the most part, his life is a bit too tightly scheduled to allow much room for hobbies, so it's a matter of carving when he gets a few free minutes. Riley enjoys walking around in nature and also simply wandering-he enjoys setting out with no destination in mind. Skills/Talents: Riley is skilled with his own particular brand of weaponry: knives, tomahawks, and bows and arrows. Beyond that, his ability to track is both a natural talent and a result of his superhuman abilities. He has a way of setting people at ease and is, to put it bluntly, good at fighting. Olive-skinned and dark eyed, Chloe is strikingly gorgeous. At least, she would be, if her personality didn't seep through her physical characteristics and taint her appearance. The scowl that is nearly always plastered on her round, smooth face makes it quite clear that she's pissed off, and that anyone who makes a pass at her is likely to walk away without certain organs they hold dear. Chloe is lean and fit, which is normally accentuated by her athletic-style attire. She's slightly curvy, but either genetics or lifestyle choices keep her from a full hourglass figure. However, she doesn't need it-as previously mentioned, she's beautiful, albeit exotic. I'm not being racist with the exotic comment (or sexist with the hourglass figure comment), they're both relevant to her power. Chloe's hair and eyes are very prone to changing colors, which usually draws attention away from her features: people tend to notice when one's hair changes from violet to crimson during the course of a conversation. Of course, good luck having a conversation with Chloe in the first place. She moves quickly and with a purpose, hands close to weapons tucked away or balled into fists. She has a natural grace to her step, as if she's floating rather than walking, but she's normally in too much of a hurry to play to her strengths in that regard. She radiates irritation and anger, and only seems to be at ease in the presence of Riley. How sweet.
Attire:
Typically, she's not too worried about being stylish, but Chloe tends to add a bit of style to whatever she wears. Her normal garb is a plain t-shirt and shorts, good for jogging or ass-kicking, and if she's about to, shall we say, "rock and roll", then she'll wear more practical clothing, such as a black, long-sleeved shirt, black jeans, a MOLLE vest and keep her ever-changing hair pinned back and her ever-changing eyes masked behind sunglasses. The Harrier doesn't CENSORED around when it comes to her rather brutal line of work.
Personality
Outward Personality: "CENSORED off." Hobbies/Interests: "No, seriously. CENSORED. Off." Skills/Talents: She's usually quite good at driving people away with very few words. Her vocabulary is mostly profanities and the occasional ethnic slur, depending on who she's dealing with. Chloe is also a skilled markswoman and has a very tactically-focused mind, constantly eyeing escape routes and chokepoints. Whilst she's normally rather...irritated...she does mellow into a cold focus when things start to heat up around her, and she's reliable and steady in a crisis. Normally don't frequent chatboxes, mostly because I had to stay away from them on that other forum. I'm not sure who is who since they all change their usernames three or four times a day so I kind of guess who everybody is over there, made the chatbox interesting. Old habits die hard.
Also that was a somewhat unnecessarily long intro post for Chloe/Riley/The Nightingale, my apologies. And also apologies for the RP'ers in the park, whose lovely scene I just interrupted so rudely.
And the Nightingale, Chloe, and Riley are all available for hire, provided your character has a bit of money to back it up.

He can, but they're good. Chloe and Riley are exceptionally hard to kill and the Nightingale covers her tracks pretty well with her fake identity/the fact she only does jobs whilst concealed. As previously mentioned, she just doesn't give off a "I kill people for money" vibe.
They're all technically hitmen, yeah. The Nightingale is more in the vein of assassin, sneaking in somewhere-bigger jobs are more up her alley. The other two are entangled in the mob, and are relocating to Black Falls in an attempt to scrounge up some cash to pay off some debts. Getting out of organized crime is tricky, especially given that they joined up out of desperation, got in deep, and the fact they're metahuman makes them valuable assets, regardless of age. Child soldiers, albeit slightly different looking ones. They usually do low-scale hits or intimidation type stuff. At the moment, hitting up Caden for employment offers, but someone else could potentially sway them.
