He wasnt used to snow or really cold for that matter in N.C it never snowed "So how are classes going?" uh made any new records in the training halls?" What time is it? How long has it been sense my last break? He thought worriedly. He was getting a all around strained feeling in his body that he usually got when his powers were being strained. He frowned if his powers failed than Niza would see him..and it was always the same they would look at him in horror then curiosity then disgust then declare him a freak. It had happened at the Military base there was no reason it couldn't happen again.   Anthony "Hey Trace wait up" he said as Trace disappeared into the school with a worried look on his face he attempted to follow but after a while he realized he had no idea where to find him so he decided to go back o his room in the next ten minute searching he realized something he had no friggin clue where anything was. After the fifth time passing the Cafeteria he just decided to wait and in about two second he was asleep.

Gabriela Mya Valos, & Carmen 'Lily' Santo

"S-sure." She forced out, trying to sound totally confident. "I mean..." She took a moment to gather up her thoughts. "Doesn't it have a really bad taste? Like it burns your throat or something."

Gabe responded to this all with a bout of hearty laughter. She slapped her knees and knelt over, before rising up to her feet. "C'mon, hun. You haven't tasted a little vodka before? Let me give you a taste" Gabe started walking off towards the dishes, looking for a shot-glass. If that big Russian bastard had this much booze, then he must have a shot glass somewhere. She started going through his dishes, mostly the cups. Giving zero f*cks in regards to Jesse and Val's personal space - Because f*ck them. She's technically breaking into their room, so being a pleasant guest was not on the agenda. "Whaaaat?! You don't have shot-glasses..." She said, disappointed. She mumbled a bunch of offensive comments directed at Jesse under her breath, as she just grabbed two of the smallest cups. She brought them over to Merry and put them on the table. Gabe poured a little bit of the vodka in one cup. She picked up the cup, walked over to Merry and presented it to her. "Now, they don't have shotglasses, so I had to compensate. Don't drink it like you normally do, just throw it all in your mouth. Then we'll see how you like it." She said.

"My god..." Lily looked at Merry, then Gabe, then back to Merry. A look of utter disgust was on her face. Merry was honestly going to get drunk off her @ss and probably get molested by Gabe. Right in front of them. There was no need for words, Lily just rested her face into her palm.

Meanwhile, Gabe had grabbed some more of Val's vodka, and had it tucked under her shoulder, wrapped around her arm. She placed it on the table, close to the door. She knew that she should get the hell out of here while Val is still out. But she would have so much fun with Merry. Especially if she got drunk.

Ray Judah Drager, Dexter 'Rush' Chertok, and...

Spoiler:

The trio walked - Well, Ray floated - down the stairs into the secret prison, and the door was left open from the last group. The three walked into the room after Ray sent another disembodied eye into the room to look around. They stood in the middle of the room, Rush shined his light on everything in the room. There was a thin layer of dust in the room, as the rest of the dust was burned.

"Looks like something was made to be put in here...." Ray said, he looked around at the various doors. Some were open, others were closed... Actually, Ray could open these doors. They were like opening vault doors in banks - Maybe he shouldn't compare it to that, and keep those thoughts out of his head. Ray walked up to the nearest door and put one hand on the wall. The invisible telekinetic aura that constantly surrounds Ray became visible, and wrapped around the entire door. The aura wrapped around the inner-workings of the door, there, he used his power to unlock the door by forcing the locks to move.

Upon seeing the prison, Rush's initial reaction was pure interest, curiosity. He's always been a boy that loves information and new things, and hell, this could be the motherload when it comes to dirt on Dacious. Immediately, Rush began a long string of babbling while he looked around, taking notes of everything here. He spoke fast as he could, to the point where his two guests would have a problem understanding him, "Interesting. Very interesting. Prison under ruins. Have not found that. Interesting. Theorize. Building nothing but cover. This real purpose of the venture. But stopped. Stories and legends. They speak of phantasms and monsters. As reason for... The incomplete status. Yes. Why is the question. May have to probe for information. Information: yes. Ignorance: no. Secret prison. More or less com-"

"Boy Genius! Be quiet. I'm trying to concentrate here..." Ray cut him off, sweating. He was getting strained from all this use of his ability

"So you three are the growing rebellion against Dacious?" A strange voice, that had no single discernible gender, as it was four voices seemingly speaking at once. A man's voice, a woman's voice, a child's voice, and a deep demon-like voice. Standing at the doorway of the room, appearing out of the absolute blue, was a tall hooded figure, standing at least four feet above the group. His hood absolutely concealed his face - Actually, there was nothing but darkness underneath his hood. His sleeves were long enough that they covered in hands. This was the same figure that Mina believed she saw.

The second the voice range through the room, Ray stopped what he was doing and swung around towards the source. Fists balled and teeth clenched, like he was ready for a fight. "And just who are you?" He was actually ready for that. Some weirdo in a hood, and looked threatening. He knew that this kind of person just spelled trouble. "And how do you know this?"

"Irrelevant." The figure responded, turning towards Ray.

"Man in the Mirror...?" Rush just asked without thought. He had a feeling in his gut that this could be their mission control that had found him. Even if it isn't him

"No. I am someone completely different. Looking to help you..." The figure continued, "... I am telling you that you are in over your heads... Hopelessly attempting to get to the bottom of a conspiracy that will only get you, and all who follow you, killed."

Hmph. Not buying it. Ray thought to himself with an eyeroll. "Thanks for the tips, bud." He says blankly, apathetic as he can ever be right now. Only getting irritated.

The irritation wasn't strictly limited to Ray, Rush was getting irritated just as Ray was. "We are doing. Just fine. Will have you know."

The figure turned to Rush. Speaking in the same voice as before, "Are you? What about the disaster at the cafe when you couldn't keep your ally in line, and spoke of vital information in public? Or getting into a fight in the tunnels for useless information? Or stealing an Eye that would serve no purpose other than feed your insatiable desire for technology? You have become a slave to your gift, and you don't know it. Unsuitable for such a job."

"That's nice, it really is," Ray says, sarcastically as possible, the wavy aura around him intensified, "But you know? I honestly don't give any f*cks about what some weirdo in a hood says. So how about we take off that hood, give us a name, tell us how you know this, then we'll talk. Otherwise, you can shut the f*ck up now." Ray's voice was firey, and venomous as possible. He literally didn't want to hear anymore of this hooded weirdo's bullsh*t. He knew that at this rate, a fight would break out. Either way, the whole could be without this guy.

"If names are so important to you..." The figure said, "... Then I will tell you mine, I am The Dreamwalker. That is all I will tell you. It will be useless the moment you give up on this suicide mission."

That answers my questions well...

Drake Deltori Blackmore.

True Night wrote:
"I could really care less. I've said what I needed to, carry on."

Hmph. You know, people always say they don't care when they really do the most. Drake was almost tempted to say more to Seth, but he there wasn't anything else that really needed to be said. Anything else would be flat and empty insults, directed at a man that has zero emotions (If they tear off your face, I bet the face of the Terminator will be revealed... Or the Terminator's ass). Long as Seth doesn't interfere or run his mouth, everything will be fine. Either way, Drake's respect for Seth was evaporating quite fast. "And I've said what I needed to sa-" Drake was countering Seth's comment, only to get cut off by an abrupt foot to the back of his knee. "Aiieeee!" He screamed as he found himself tumbling over. Drake had assumed that it was an attack on him, so subconsciously, he began a transformation into his shape-shifting him. His skin started to appear like a molten silvery metal, and flowed carelessly. "Haha... Real funny..." He started laughing, ruffing his hands through his hair, "Too bad I'll have to get you back for this." He pointed at him.

Amimoore Black Dellamorte.

((Psst, this is where I half-ass my way through this.))

The logical thing for any street thug to do once he's cornered by the coppers is to run. Which is exactly what the boy did. He bolted the other direction

Which wasn't exactly something that the pair would let slide. Amimoore clouded his head with random thoughts to throw him off, distract him. The next thing Amimoore did was point two hands at him. She fired off a volly of psychic energy to bring him down. She randomly fired the energy, to the point where it filled the hallway with shots. However, the boy was just shrugging off the hits. He must have durability, or pain suppression...

Leon Maddox Vahan, & Megan Emma Jervious.

Immediately, Leon used his power to see what Thorn was writing, through her eyes, and also saw into her thoughts and other intentions. "Hmph. I think she likes us." Leon said to Megan, sarcasm in his voice. He then leaned in to whisper something into Megan's ear, "I don't think she can talk. Let's play it cool." He pulled back and faced Thorn.

Hissing was interpreted as a sigh of aggression. "Oh, another mute student? Now I say I'll have to tell you that I have run into many of those. Haha... Some use telepathy, others sign language. Ha, one even use smoke signals ... I guess you use notes, that's nice. Ah, the one that use the smoke signals was so interesting." Megan says to Thorn using a cheery tone.

Mina
-

Mina looked around the prison quietly, not really as curious as the other two. This pale had long-since been empty, and there was nothin here. The only thing that did interest her was whatever was behind the door Ray wa trying to open- but then even that might not interest her. There might not be anything behind those doors, really, other than a thin layer of dust.

Mina was watching Ray work on the door, yawning a bit as she watched. She wasn't really paying attention to what either of the boys were saying until she heard a voice... Several voices in one, more like it. Mina quickly turned around, faster than she usually was whenever she was awake. The figure ahead of her made her a bit nervous. It was the same one she had seen earlier. The one she had thought she had seen. The look of this person gave her the chills. What if he could see her spirit form? What if he was watching her earli- wait a second. Ben if he could, what good would it do? Not like it could hurt her.

Mr Allen J wrote:
"No. I am someone completely different. Looking to help you..." The figure continued, "... I am telling you that you are in over your heads... Hopelessly attempting to get to the bottom of a conspiracy that will only get you, and all who follow you, killed."

Mina found herself smirking at this. Now he just seemed like a guy who was all bark, no bite. Really not threatening, voic and all. "Okay. Thanks for the warning," she sarcastically says as she stretches and yawns a bit. "I really do hope you don't mind if we ignore it, though. Your opinion is really important to us." Every word she said was laced with sarcasm and amusement- who did this guy think he was? Really, it's hilarious.

Mr Allen J wrote:
"...You have become a slave to your gift, and you don't know it. Unsuitable for such a job."

This statement left Mina wanting to laugh so much. So the guy dressed in a weird outfit with a weird voice who probably had the voice because of his powers were saying they were slaves of their own powers? He seemed so egoistic about his own powers that he was probably more of a slave to his than any of them.

We aren't the ones dressing up in some dumb outfit with some dumb voice because of our powers. Of course, Mina felt the urge to say exactly what was on her mind. Even if it didn't make sense. But Ray was doing the talking, luckily, and getting straight to the point. Mina glared at the hooded figure as he spoke once again, replying to Ray.

Mr Allen J wrote:
"If names are so important to you..." The figure said, "... Then I will tell you mine, I am The Dreamwalker. That is all I will tell you. It will be useless the moment you give up on this suicide mission."

Mina yawned. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever. Can you please go now?" She asked, glaring at the Dreamwalker or whatever he was called. She didn't really care about this conversation anymore.

Niza and Bre
-

Niza nodded, "Alright Jack. It nice to meet y- OOF!" As they walked around the corner, Niza walked righ into a girl with red hair and sunglasses. She held a flashlight in her hand and wore a white jacket with some faded jeans. The girl with red hair fell back onto her rear as Niza only took a few shaky steps back.

"Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry!" Bre wailed, her eyes now closed as her sunglasses had just fallen off. She felt around before finally finding them and placing them over her eyes. She slowly looked up now that she had on her sunglasses to examine who she had bumped into. In front of her stood a boy who was a bit talk and maybe a little overweight, but not enough to be called chubby. Next to him was a girl in a red leather jacket with a dark blue tank top under it and some jeans with boots. Her long hair extended to the middle of her back. Bre laughed nervously, "I'm such a clutz, you know?"

Niza looked down at the girl, feeling the need to scream- she was ticked. Some idiot girls should watch where they're going, really! But then... Niza glanced at Jack. She needed to keep acting, for now.

"It's fine, hun! I've seen you around school, right? Your name's Bre? I'm Niza."

Bre scrambled to her feet. "Oh, I know. We have some of the same classes, and during role call, y'know..." She then looked at the boy, trying to remember what his name was. She couldn't, really. She could tell he seemed strained, as if he was using his power. "Are you okay, um... I don't remember your name- sorry."

((Just shoving Bre into the conversation for future references))

Merry smiled shyly as Gabe prepared her a drink, watching as she moved around the kitchen area to find a glass. But her smile quickly faded when she say Lily out of the corner of her eye. She couldn't find the guts to look her friends in the eyes. "Oh...come on..." She started softly. "It'll just be one little drink." Famous last words. "And besides, maybe it'll help make me feel less...tense and junk." It was hopeless, Lily was going to be pissed at her regardless of what she said. But god what if she told her parents? Or the school? What if she got kicked out? Her parents would kill her. All of this thinking was making her more anxious, and she was about to turn down the drink when Gabe was back in front of her.

Merry suddenly felt a lot more nervous, gripping the glass and glancing up at Gabe. If anyone was to mess up drinking vodka, it would be Merry. She took a deep breath, shrugged to herself, pressed the glass to her lips, and tipped her head back. And holy hell she wished she hadn't. It burned. It burned a lot. As soon as she swallowed she was coughing and sputtering and practically dropping the glass in her hands if she hadn't forced it back into Gabe's. Her coughing fit continued on for awhile, her eyes watering and she throat burning and oh god she was an idiot.

Gabriela Mya Valos, & Carmen 'Lily' Santo.

Gabe's laughter filled the room.

Like it was literally the funniest thing to watch Merry struggle with alcohol. The girl was just so adorable taking her first drink, and coughing it all up. It was obvious that she never had drunk before, or else it would have went down just like that. Gabe kept laughing, even as she took the cup away from Merry. She downed the vodka just like it was nothing (Better to not let it go to waste). "... I guess ya' didn't like it that much, sugar-tits! Hahahaha..." She kept laughing, it was hard to tell whether or not she was laughing at or with Merry - Likely the latter, given her previous attitude. "Here, let me give you something more suited for beginners...." She turned around and started walking towards the refrigerator. The laughter had mostly subsided, but she was still quietly chuckling under her breath.

"... And that's why you shouldn't drink..." Lily says to Merry, rolling her eyes. Generally looking irritated because of the whole situation. She only wanted Gabe to take the liquor and leave, because her respect for Merry was quickly evaporating - Her respect for Gabe disintegrated the moment she came in like a booze-hound on the hunt to get drunk. "Gabe, can you just go...?"

"Go? The party's just getting started, b*tches." Gabe said in response to Lily, showing zero intentions of leaving, at least just yet. "I'm not leaving until Going-Merry over here loosens up. I took one good look at her and she's tighter than a catholic schoolgirl." She said as she made it over to the pair's refrigerator, she swung it open and started going through it. Looking for something like fruit punch, or any kind of juice. Tea? Who the flying f*ck has tea in their room when they get drunk off of vodka? A bunch of pussies that's who. Probably Jesse. Fortunately, the pair at least had orange juice... While it isn't ideal, it's better than mixing vodka with tea (Or if Gabe really wanted to be a smartass; water). Gabe grabbed the carton of orange juice and put it on the table, she poured orange juice into the cup and used the same glass that she used before to do it. She then poured a little bit of vodka into it, and mixed it around using a spoon.

"Now newbie, take a sip of this. It'll go better than the last." Gabe offered the alcohol to Merry.

Ray Judah Drager, Dexter 'Rush' Chertok, & Dreamwalker.

Celo wrote:
"Yeah, yeah. Whatever. Can you please go now?"

It was amusing to see that Mina showed the same amount of utter contempt for the Dreamwalker. Especially since Ray was about two steps away from taking this guy out. But asking this weirdo to leave wasn't the idea that Ray had in mind. "Nah, Mina, how about we leave this guy here and head back to campus?" Ray turned his head back towards Mina.

"How insolent." The Dreamwalker said, "I believe that you all are taking my message lightly... Even though I'm the only one truly trying to help you...." He seemed to be unmoving.

Since Ray was the only real fighter out of the three, he should be the one to stand to the Dreamwalker. At the corner of his eye, he noticed that Rush pulled out his Taser-Dart gun, and some grenades, which was good, because he felt a fight coming. "Didn't you get the memo? We don't want your advice, or help, whatever the hell you want to call it. We want you to move." He said as he stepped up to the Dreamwalker.

This was starting to get annoying... But the Dreamwalker could make an example out of the way that's the most combative out of all of them. The Dreamwalker lifted his hand up, concealed by the sleeve, pointed at Ray's neck. A force started pushing down on Ray's neck from all directs, with a force that would certainly kill him. Telekinesis.

Ray's aura seemingly pushed outwards in an explosion-like burst, absolutely resisting the Dreamwalker's attempt to telekinetically snap his neck. A grin that looked absolutely evil etched it's way onto Ray's face. "... Telekinesis doesn't work that well on me, dipshit." He said, in the most amused fashion possible. Because it really seemed like the Dreamwalker was trying to kill him with that attack... That was more than enough reason to return the favor. Ray glided above and across the floor towards Dreamwalker, ending in a leap into the air with his fist cocked back far as possible. To the unaware, he then 'punched' the air. The air in front of the Dreamwalker started to ripple, and a gigantic arm, the size of an Eighteen-wheeler, appeared. 'Shadowing' the punching motion that Ray did exactly. The fist went right for the Dreamwalker, packing enough force to kill him easily. Or so he believed.

The Dream walker stood there, silent and motionless. Seconds before the fist impacted him, he disappeared. Poof. Gone.

"Huh?" Ray said to himself as his massive arm evaporated into nothing after completing the motion. He landed on the ground and looked around. "Where did that f*cker go?" His head swung around, looking at every possible crack and crevice in the room.

"Hm... Have it your way," The Dreamwalker appeared again, to Ray's left. "I will go. But I warn you that Dacious will go to the grave with his secrets. Your mission to expose him will only cause you to find secrets; that should stay that way. I will assure you all that the moment you find what you're looking for will end in your death. As he is behind something greater than you may think...."

"Oh no! We're not even started yet!" Ray had his fist cocked back again to deliver the same kind of attack to Dreamwalker, but the phantasm disappeared without a trace again. He stopped, and stood straight up, looking around for the Dreamwalker again. He hung his head, putting his fists at his sides, and clenched them tightly with his growing anger and irritation. "Argh!" He shouted as he blindly swung his fist, and created another massive dark-blue copy of his arm, that punched the wall. Creating one hell of a bang that boomed through the room.

"Drager. He is gone." Rush says, keeping his dart gun in hand. "Calm down. Hostilities have ceased."

"'Hostilities have ceased' my ass. That weirdo tried to kill me, and he sure as hell going to pop up again." Ray sighs. "If there's anyone we need to take out; it's that bastard. He knows too much."

"Information about Dacious. He has it. Whoever he is. May be worth finding."

"Hmph, you may be right. He might be worth something alive..." Ray trails off, looking around the room like he was expecting to see the Dreamwalker again. "Either way, I don't care what's in this prison, I think it's a good time to bail, don't you think?"

Jesse Sutor

Of course, what response Gabe had to give at that moment, was beyond all measures discomforting, and even somewhat embarrassing! Her comment about having "two hot girls in the room" and being a "modern day pimp" had immediately flushed his face red and would give him reason to stammer over his words should he continue any effort to do so. All he could really do when Gabe confirmed his assumption about being with Valery was a nervous nod of his head before awkwardly walking back to his bed and glanced at Lily, who appeared to be less than thrilled with their new guest. He couldn't help but noticed that she neglected to tell them her name, but Lily giving her greetings had given him his answer in stead. Gabe. Gabe... Villos? Villas? Valos? Valos! Knew the name sounded familiar, brother to Jake, right? Okay, at least that was straightened out.

It wasn't long before Gabe weaseled her way into Valery's stash and hit the jackpot. Now that he thought about it, if she was actually here on behalf of Val, wouldn't she know where the stash was already? Unless she only knew that he had some and was looking for Val. Eh, there was probably a good reason for it. What he did not expect, however, was for Gabe to spin about and offer some of the spirit around between the two girls. This of course gave Jesse reason to be nervous, since this definitely wasn't how he expected this afternoon to go down. He also couldn't help but sense some kind of disdain emanating from Gabe, who seemed to be deliberately overlooking his presence here. Not that he would have accepted, oh no. Neither would Lily it appears, but most surprisingly, it was Merry who caved in and submitted to Gabe's suggestion! Merry of all people! One would think she'd be one of the most innocent people in the school, but there was one thing that Jesse over looked: pressure. He was just about to say something in her defense, but it was too late at that point.

Between going through their stuff, the comments she made when she first came in, and offering a drink to his two friends and actually coaxing one of them into doing so, it was needless to say Jesse was getting pretty uncomfortable with Gabe being here. It was in reaction to this discomfort, he noticed, that the apparitions that generally floated about on their own seemed to gravitate towards his room, only serving to make him more anxious. Under normal circumstances, he would've asked her to leave - if you can't be comfortable in your own space, that's a problem - but he also didn't want to be the guy that wanted to control other people's decisions and stayed silent and let Merry try a sip or something... just as long as Gabe wasn't going to try and f*ck her up. Gabe, off to the side, made some snide remark about no shot glasses, prompting Jesse to come to his own defense. "Well..." Jesse said, starting to explain, "I don't drink and Valery isn't really one to take a couple sips at a time."

Well, saying that was about as effective as trying to shave a cat with a straight razor. Useless and vain, his words were, and it did nothing to impede Gabe's disposition nor her relentless advance towards getting Merry to drink. She compensating with a small glass and handed the small glass of vodka to Merry.

If they were trying to hide from serial killer or a big bad monster, they were doing one hell of a job. Between Merry's worrisome coughing fit and Gabe's alarming laughter, the room was as loud and disruptive as could be! Gabe laughed off Merry's reaction to the alcohol and retreated to find something else to help weaken the drink a bit. Lily suggesting Gabe left, a sentiment that Jesse heavily agreed with since now she was making a bunch of people uncomfortable. All it took was another one or two things to push Jesse into making the decision that would agree with Lily's.

And bingo, there it was.

Rummaging in the refrigerator was one thing, grabbing that was another. The orange juice. It was a prized treasure, no doubt, nectar of the Gods and all: Florida's Natural extra pulp orange juice. It didn't come from concentrate and was delectably sweet and costed almost four dollars a freaking carton - there was no way he was going to like someone like Gabe suck it dry with vodka!

"Uh, yeah." Jesse said, agreeing with Lily. Feeling his heart jump up to his throat, he stood up to affirm his statement and, hopefully, be taken seriously. "It's at least two-to-three; you got the vodka, I didn't say you could stay."

Abraham Gene

Abraham erupted into hysterics and laughed in reaction to Drake's squeal and falling onto the ground, who fell apart into puddle damn near as soon as he hit the ground. This of course only added to the effect with a cartoon-physics flair. In front of the girl, too! This was an awesome change of pace, since the two lover boys Sheep and Creep off to the side were getting incredibly boring and weren't relevant to his interests. Not to say he wasn't listening to the conversation - he was - but it was boring for the most part. Abe looked at Drake on the ground, amused, and said, "Dude, you should've seen that coming! You'll be easy pickings for those ninja-assassins!"

To which Drake had replied in good nature: "Haha... Real funny..." He started combing his hands through his hair and pointed at him. "Too bad I'll have to get you back for this."

Abe could only laugh in reply to his friend's warning, sticking a hand down to help him up as soon as he decided to was cool to be solid again and not like a melted popsicle on the floor. "Ha! You can try, buddy."

Admittedly, he did feel a little guilty about making Drake out to be a fool in front of Sheep and Creep as they walked away flapping their gums about not caring enough or something. What were the words? Could care less? Those were such funny words! If only the fool had thought about what he said, then Abe wouldn't have a taunt follow them on their way out! One of the house maids taught him this one: "Well, kid... if you could care less, that would have'ta mean that you still care. So thanks, whitey, for the sentiment, but I'm sure we really don't give a damn."

Mina just glared at Dreamwalker as everyone else spoke. If looks could kill, they wouldn't be worrying about Dreamwalker anymore with that glare. Sch wasn't the case, though, and all Mina oils do was mumble a few inaudible words, the only ones that were comprehendible being insults. "....annoying......idiot..... Kill him... Shuttup... Annoying... Annoying... Annoying..." There were probably some cuss words that were mixed into that but they aren't include in this post.

The thing that got Mina to stop was when Dreamwalker pointed a finger at Ray. Mina felt herself stiffen when she realized what he was trying to do, but then she relaxed and her scowl turned into a smirk when Ray cancelled out the attack. She crossed her arms, watching as Ray attacked... Nothing? She jumped when she heard the voice closer. She looked in Ray's direction to see Dreamwalker next to him. Ray went to attack again and Dreamwalker disappeared... Again. But this time he didn't reappear. Mina sighed a sigh full of annoyance and slowly turned around, looking around the room in case Dreamwalker was sill there. Not a trace. Mina felt herself relax completely- almost enough to fall asleep right there. She needed some sleep.

Mina yawned as she listened to Ray and Rush, nodding in agreement with Rush's statement about Dreamwalker possible holding useful information. She spoke up, stammering since she was holding in a yawn. "I-I can..." Mina yawned for a second. "I can look around for some information if you want or... Something. One more addition to the group? Maybe to... Help?" Mina yawned again. "I know some mind readers, a memory reader, or I could find more offensive powers... We need some..." Mina continued to yawn. She stretched a bit.

"Never mind. Let's just go- Now I'm tired. We can... discuss this tomorrow."

Bre jolted Jackson out of his thoughts. "Of course I am I'm completely fine!" he said and little defensively. "That was rude she was just being concerned" sorry I'm a bit tired that was uncalled for"  I'm Jackson" he offered his hand to help her up. he thought it was a bit strange that this red headed girl was wearing sunglasses especially in the blackout of all things. "Strange you're a a clear skinned, webbed footed, shapeshifter and you think she's strange?". Jackson shifted his brown coat and shuddered the cold wasn't helping his condition. In fact it seemed to be slowing his cellular rate which to a shapeshifter is not good they rely on their cells to be fast to change slow cells=bad news.

Merry had never felt so embarrassed in her entire life. The embarrassment from choking on her very first drink of alcohol easily surpassed any childhood prank that she was on the receiving end and stuttering during a class presentation or forgetting her gym shoes at home and having to run laps in flip flops. Now she was trying to act composed and edgy by drinking, only to underestimate the bite of the drink. She watched as Gabe walked off back into the kitchen area, laughing, oh god she was laughing at her. Merry took a deep breath, crossing her arms over her chest and trying to look like she didn't just choke down a drink.

God she felt like an idiot. She couldn't even look at Lily or Jesse, they were clearly judging her pretty hard. Good job Merry, you just lost your only two friends in the entire school. Claps for you Merry, don't drink. Merry held back a sigh. She should just go back to her room and hide under her bed so she wouldn't have to see how disappointed Lily was and she would embarrass herself even more. She mentally scolded herself for allowing her anxiety take over her thoughts. There was no way she was going to lose friends for giving into some pressure. That wouldn't be fair.

Allen wrote:
"Now newbie, take a sip of this. It'll go better than the last." Gabe offered the alcohol to Merry.

Merry glanced up at Gabe, she hadn't noticed her return, wondering what she had mixed into the drink. A quick glance over Gabe's shoulder, noticing the carton of orange juice. Would it really taste any better? Merry was quite a fan of the juice of orange, so it had to be at least okay. But in a way, wasn't Merry lying to herself? She had said only one drink, but really did the first one count? She pretty much coughed it up, so there was no way it would count. Merry took a deep breath, unable to hide the nervous shake in her hand as she took the glass from Gabe. This time she tried not to hold back, drinking it down quickly.

It still burned, but not nearly as much as the first one. She coughed for a moment, but she definatly didn't choke on it, and was able to finish the drink. This time she was prepared for the feel of it. The flavor wasn't all that great, but it could have been worse. Merry paused a moment, not really saying anything, she looked up at Gabe with a bit of a confident smile trying to sneak out as she handed back the glass.

Lieo wrote:
"Uh, yeah." Jesse said, agreeing with Lily. Feeling his heart jump up to his throat, he stood up to affirm his statement and, hopefully, be taken seriously. "It's at least two-to-three; you got the vodka, I didn't say you could stay."

This had provoked nothing but quiet laughter. Gabe looked at Jesse, a bottle of vodka in hand, she took a few sips out of it. Giving Jesse a toothy grin. She had assumed that he was jealous because she was hogging the attention of his girly friend. Well that's too bad. When there's pretty girls in the room, she just can't help it. In fact, she was helping Merry. Merry was stiffer than a fat man's d*ck. A little underaged alcohol wouldn't hurt anyone. "Listen," Gabe says to Jesse, in a cocky, dismissive tone, "Are you maaaaaad because I might sweep your little girly friends off their feet?" She started laughing, nonchalantly dismissing Jesse. "But, if ya' really want me to leave, then I'm gone. The party's where I go, b*tches!"

Now back to the more important matters. Merry had finished her cup of vodka laced with orange juice. This time it went better than before. No coughing, and no spitting it all up - Gabe was actually kinda proud. "Damn, it went better than the last time." A different kind of smile found it's way onto Gabe's face. One that wasn't sarcastic even in the slightest, more like happy that she didn't mess it all up. She wanted to spend more time with Merry here, but she knew that Jesse and Lily wanted her gone... And she should get this booze to her room before the lights come back on and she's basically walking around with her ass out. "Now, before your homies run me out; let's see you try a full glass... With more vodka than orange juice." Gabe then grabbed the same cup, and poured a little bit of it with orange juice, then filled it up to the brim with vodka, she stirred it around to get it all mixed up. "Since the first time ended hilariously for you... Just take sips... You wouldn't want me laughing at you again, now would you?"

Ray Judah Drager, & Dexter 'Rush' Chertok.

That was more than enough reason to leave here, the trio had enough craziness for one night. They ran out of the ruins fast as possible, the moment they were outside, Ray grabbed on to both of them and they all flew away from the ruins as fast as Ray could will it.

It was only a matter of time before they had made it back to the schoolgrounds. They arrived in the middle of the snow, directly outside the snow. Their arrival went unnoticed - Because their departure was. They formed a circle, and spoke.

"Now, that was fun... Wasn't it?" Ray said to Mina, his tone sarcastic.

"Very. Next course of action?" Rush asked

"Probably do whatever... I think we've done enough work for tonight... Eventually, we need to find Dreamwalker, I get the feeling that if we find him, we'll get some answers."

"Rest now. Answers come later. Wait until blackout over. May probe school files."

Seth

If Seth had more of a sense of humor he might be chuckling now. As it stood he continued to monitor the body language. Shakespeare wrote that all orators give two speeches at the same time: the one which is heard and the one which is seen. Drake wasn't buying that he really didn't care about insults whatsoever, Abraham also thought he knew otherwise. There was some hint of truth to what he had to say, so he'd acknowledge that much, but he wasn't going to go too far since they weren't in a very receptive state. He skipped straight over the kid part, considering he was clearly the oldest person in room without a doubt. Pointing it out would only be giving him what he wanted. "If I didn't care, I'd already be off." He was of course referring to his duties. The rest of it wasn't even worth responding to. "I'm here whether I like it or not. I'm here whether you like it or not. The question is how long you plan on standing around pranking each other before we get moving." Maybe they'll overlook their disrespect for me, and actually do something useful. Must not multitask, because the moment he opened his lips, he put his plan on hold. Not that Seth thought it was an actual plan, just more screwing around.

Eric

Why do they always run, no matter. Eric took of after him making sure not to get in the way of Amimoore's line of fire. Either her power is a little weaksauce, or he's got something else going for him. He opted the later, because whatever she was doing looked fairly strong. Unless the target also had super speed it wouldn't be long until he ran him down. Once he got in close (assuming he does) Eric swiped at him with his electrode covered fingertips. Upon contact they'd deliver over 50,000 volts a piece. The effect of being tagged with a taser gun. If their criminal could take that and keep on going he'd resort to plan B. Pin him down by any means possible.

Mina was now tired- even more tired than before. It was late, she hadn't napped for more than a couple minutes in the past couple hours, and she had just ran, which was never fun. Ugh, exercise is so stupid! She doesn't even need it- she is overweight, here. So, as Ray and Rush conversed, Mina just glared ahead, making sure her hands were tightly gripping her folded arms in an attempt to both stay warm and awake. She slowly blinked- each time she closed her eyes, they stayed closed longer than before. The only word she heard in the sentences was "rest". Rest....

"That sounds good..." Mina mumbled, not even yawning before suddenly just falling to the ground, sleeping, and for once she didn't try to fall asleep. Mina's spirit form now stared at her own sleeping body. She then looked up at Ray and Rush. They were probably gonna end up being annoyed with her suddenly falling asleep.

"I was tired," she snapped, not even caring if they couldn't hear her. Her physical form mumbled in her sleep and spirit Mina sighed, merging with her body only to mumble, "sorry," before going back to sleep again. Spirit Mina sighed, sitting down in the snow. She chose now to say excuses that couldn't be heard. "I can't help it if you guys made me walk around without any sleep at this time of day with absolutely no caffeine to help me stay up. And the running!? Running- I hate running! I would have been fine if we were running in the morning or afternoon, but the freakin' evening!? C'mon!" Mina glared at her own sleeping form instead of Ray and Rush before finally sighing, finished with her rant.

"... I have problems..."

-
Niza and Bre
-

Bre looked up at Jackson, smiling and politely accepting his hand. "It's fine. I shouldn't have been jumping to conclusions, you know?" She still thought this Jackson guy seemed strained- maybe his power? Or maybe he was just one of those people who looked that way. She shrugged off the thought and decided to just get straight to the point.

"Okay, have either of you seen a boy about this tall with light blonde hair and, like, really pale skin-" Bre held her hand a few inches above her head to the approximate height of Len as she spoke. "-or these two 12 year-old twins that look, like, exactly the same? They have medium skin tone- look like they're up to no good? Like they're about to prank you or something?"

"Sorry, Hun, I haven't seen them anywhere recently," Niza replied. She had seen the girl hanging out with a few boys that looked like the descriptions Bre gave, but that was earlier in the week- not recently.

Bre nodded, a disappointed expression on her face. "Okay. I was supposed to meet them in the Lounge earlier, but I got there after the power outage. By then the lounge was just about empty. I mean, I'm not like, nervous about them- well, the twins might do a prank- anyways, I was just looking for them."

Niza nodded, not really listening. "Well, it's getting pretty cold. Um... How about we go inside, now?" She turned to Jackson, question directed at him. The girl was really annoying, so she didn't care about her right now.

-
Len, Jaylin, and Kynan
-

The siblings were in Kynan's and Jaylin's room, now discussing things around a pile of three flashlights. The lights illuminating from the flashlights lit up the room, causing eerie shadows to emerge on the backs of objects. They all three still held their hot chocolates, each huddled under their own throw blanket as they talked.

"Okay, now I remember that I need to warn you of something," Len finally announced as they finished one topic of discussion.

Both Jaylin an Kynan looked at their step brother curiously, acknowledging for Len to continue.

"I want for you two to stay away from the headmaster. Make sure that you stay under the radar. If you do pranks, make sure they are too small to mean much," Len ordered. He wasn't going to bring up the incident from the first day- he had said that he wouldn't, after all, and was going to keep to his word.

"Why?" Jaylin was the first to speak up after the twins exchanged glances. They were probably exchanging a telepathic conversation, as well.

Len sighed, "there are things you two shouldn't find out, and this is one of them. Later on, maybe. But not now- just trust me when I say that you don't need to know right now. Just trust me and listen, okay?"

Jaylin and Kynan both glanced at each other again.

You know anything about this, Kynan?

No idea. He must've seen or heard something about the headmaster that makes him believe the guy is dangerous. You think we should agree with him and stay under the radar?

Uh.... Yeah. Sounds good.

"Okay," the twins answered in unison.

Len sighed, "good. Now lets change to a different subject."

The twins still conversed in their minds as Len spoke to them.

We're still gonna go snoop and find out something about the headmaster, right, Jay?

Yep.

Felina

A wide grin stretched out Felina's face, although her eyes remained cold and impassive. "You are fast, little one. And more formidable than I expected." Jaska's heat registered clearly with Felina, who didn't seem to react, based off her body language. If the boy could do something with heat or fire, that was in the realm of things Felina wasn't as well-equipped in countering, but he didn't need to know that. She had long since learned the half of being a predator was maintaining your appearance as one, and so from her ever-so-bared fangs to the thick muscles straddling her legs, Felina stayed wary-visibly so.

"My name is Felina. And for the record, I don't care. But you're one of the few people here that I think I could. Go be alone if you want....but don't think that you're worse than them. " Felina frowned, her tone suddenly growing bitter and her posture slightly more aggressive-albeit, it didn't seem to be directed at Jaska. "The others? They're scurrying around like rats in the dark. You and I? I don't know what you think you are, but I'm no rat."

Felina prowled for a moment, circling Jaska. She looked him up and down, sizing up his arms and legs (a quick swipe to the back leg and he'd tumble, unless he used the wings to get away), neck and skull (not thick enough, not hard enough, it'd be like puncturing a deer. Maybe a steer. Maybe., claws and fangs (he is sharp and fast and deadly. The little one would fit in well back home) and taking in his scent, subconsciously storing it away. Remembering a scent, to Felina, was like being able to remember someone based off how they looked or sounded. The reek of cologne and perfume made it nauseatingly easy with some of the school's denizens, but Jaska's scent was natural, save for the faint odor of burnt ash.

"You. You ever hunt? I'm not going to stay around here. Something happens to someone in the dark and they'll blame me first. Out in the woods, no one cares. You're welcome to join me. Or stay. I don't care much either way."

Valery Arsov

The bottle of vodka, contrary to the laws of physics, froze solid in Gabe's hands.

This was shortly followed by the orange juice solidifying as well, but that's not as impressive.

Val closed the door behind him as he stepped in, a stern, ominous look on his face, drawn up to his full height and eyepatch, coupled with the shadows, darkening about half his face...

...before he burst out laughing.

"Bahahaaha the look on your faces. But, seriously," Val said, pointing a finger gun at first the vodka and then the orange juice, making them thaw back to a comfortably chilled temperature, "it tastes better that way. Help yourselves! I would not be living up to stereotype if I was not running a speakeasy out of my dorm room, yes?"

It, perhaps, spoke volumes about Valery that one of the few American slang terms he got correct was "speakeasy"

Val walked over and took the bottle of vodka out of Gabe's hand, swallowing a mouthful without much change in his facial expression-the big guy could drink most people under the table, and coupled with the way his blood tended to start chilling into slush as he lost motor control, it took a lot to get Val drunk-but he was wiped out once he was. Val, unsurprisingly, didn't seem too worried. He did have the good sense to lock their dorm room before drawing out some whiskey from underneath his bed and preparing himself a drink.

"And why," Valery asked, "Aren't you ladies using shot glasses? Oh, wait," Val said, holding out his hand. It took a moment, but the water vapor around his palm crystallized into three separate shot glasses, two of which he tossed to Merry and Gabe. "One less thing to hide from the teachers, yes? I may be failing a few classes-" most of them. "but I am pretty smart about sh*t like this."

Val's head turned to the side, a fleeting moment of curiosity splashing across his face. "Heeeeey. I did not..." a wide grin stretched across his face as he fell back against the wall, guffawing. "Oh, Jesse. Jesse. Do not take this the wrong way, but I did not think you the type! Three girls in our dorm room? My friend, I thought we agreed we would be wingmen, you do not get three all for yourself!" Val rose, readying to leave the room. "I can go, if I interrupted a...sensitive moment. But I expect details after. And help yourselves to the liquor if you are starting a family in here, I like to think of myself as St. Valentine with stuff like that." Val frowned. "I am Orthodox. Do we have St. Valentine?" he paused, shrugged, and took another drink. "But really," Val said, ignoring the girls and giving Jesse a look that simultaneously displayed extreme pride in his roommate, a touch of jealousy, and the kind of altruism that a man can only display when assisting his brother-in-arms in lady endeavors. "I can leave. I have been told I am mood-killer."

Arianna Madrigal

At first, Arianna had thought they'd just be sneaking around, invisible and soundless, maybe doing some harmless prank. And...maybe it was her increased sensitivity to the Symphony, but...this just didn't sit right with her. This girl seemed really, genuinely afraid. Her Song confirmed it, and the juxtaposition between the harsh, shrieking tone of her own song against the giddy nature of Jake's (and Ene's anxious, reluctant song) was very, very disturbing to Arianna.

She...she didn't like it. I mean, his earlier prank with the illusions had been harmless, just making Arianna think that Jake was racing against her. But this? This girl looked (and Sounded) like she was about to have a panic attack-not to mention the way her muscles had all flared up. What if her power, what if she couldn't control it? Somebody...somebody could...

Arianna reached out for Jake, holding herself back a moment before she touched him, eyes wide and face clearly displaying her unease. Arianna...Arianna wouldn't admit this to herself, but she had a moment's hesitation before reaching out for Jake. Her feelings for him were one aspect of it-while she certainly wasn't head-over-heels in love with him or planning on marrying him anytime soon, she...she couldn't help but wonder if he wouldn't like her if she did this. If he'd think she was a killjoy or something or....

Arianna's eyes flickered over to Ene. She wasn't alone. Somebody else thought so...she...

Arianna grabbed his arm and gently pulled him to face her. "Jake, please. Please stop this. She...I can Hear her. She's not...Ene's right."

Arianna's voice, normally resonant and flowing smoothly, was-in a way, still perfectly musical, symphonic on a level most people couldn't begin to appreciate-but it revealed her stress and worry effortlessly. She wasn't intending to, but in the same way that Arianna's laugh could infect a whole room or her voice could silence a crowd, her near-to-breaking whisper made no doubts as to what she was thinking. Arianna stared right at Jake, begging him to stop. "This...this isn't..."

Jesse Sutor

Now this girl was starting to grate on Jesse's nerves. It was only an uncommon occurrence, not very common but nothing that he was beyond of. So what was Gabe trying to pull? Was she really so full of herself that she thought she was doing them a favor or that she'll serenade them away with alcohol and trailer park charm? 'Cause even Jesse had spent time in those campgrounds, and this behavior was something he was insanely familiar with. So what would be a good way to knock her down a couple notches? There was that one story going around school about the big guy who happens to be a really bad flirt... what was his name? Something real out of the ordinary, something Scottish... Titus. Hehe.

"Oh please." Jesse drawled, rolling his eyes. "You'd be hard pressed to sweep Titus MacArthur off his--"

Aaaand talk about an unexpected entrance - a surprising one too, for that matter. The glass of vodka had frozen in Gabe's hand, followed by the carton of orange juice - oh God, not the orange juice! - and the stony face of his Russian roommate penetrated the dorm's confines. Perhaps even to the extent of scaring their guests, though Jesse knew what was coming: the subsequent cackling of laughter that follows the jest. Val played that one on him during one of the first couple of nights, and hell, didn't Val ever get him. He was gotten good. He lightened up the moment but condensed three shot glasses out of ice.

But there was one deal he couldn't just get: why in God's good name is every person under the sun coming in and asserting some claim or observation about how Jesse was, apparently, a "modern day pimp" and once again caused his face to flush completely red and hot and embaressed. Valery was suggesting he leave him with the other three ladies should he be intruding upon a sensitive moment and... wait a gosh darn second. Did he say three? Jesse did another headcount: Lily, Merry... Gabe?

"Hold the phone." Jesse said, terribly confused by the situation presented to him. "One, it ain't like that. I'm not getting anything for myself! Two, I thought Gabe was your girlfriend. She came in here asking for your alcohol, what's going on?"

Then it clicked. Gabe was real interested in his friends and said something about sweeping these ladies off their feet. "...God damn it!" Jesse exclaimed, spinning around and glared at Gabe. "You... you! Just get out!"

Gabriela Mya Valos.

The very second that the bottle froze, and Val walked in, it was the few moments that actually made Gabe lose her calm, confident, demeanor. Not in the sense that she lost her sh*t and got super angry. More in the way that she was caught red-handed, and will have to face the pure judgement of this Russian powerhouse. Sh*t. Not that she was scared. She'll use Merry as a meat shield.

Quickly enough, Val reverted from that kinda threatening attitude back to his jolly attitude. Like he totally didn't care that a girl broke into his room, stole his booze, gave some of that booze to a friend, and then proceeded to get drunk off her ass. The big fool. Like Valery usually did, he changed Gabe's mood to annoyance. Gabe gave him a narrow glare, with her sole eye - Actually, she was too drunk to care right now. All that alcohol was starting to accumulate. F*ck how annoying she found Val, she finally got the buzz that she was desperate for. It's worth it. Gabe watched Val, her lips were completely sealed, her vision was centered on him, pushing out everything else. He made them shot glasses and poured them some whiskey. She couldn't resist some good old whiskey, though, she was the type that enjoyed rum - But this whole thing was about making due with the cards she was given. She said the first words in ages, "Why aren't you a gentlemen... Thank you..."

Upon hearing the comments about him leaving, Gabe shrugged. It didn't matter to her because she'll be gone in -

"...God damn it!" Jesse exclaimed, spinning around and glared at Gabe. "You... you! Just get out!"

Oh boy, Pussface Mcgee has started menstruation. Gabe mused to herself as Jesse finally got a clue. Initially, she was in the middle of some eyerolling annoyance, then she started getting amused. Very amused. A giggle turned into all out laughter, which didn't show any signs of stopping. "Looks like I was kicked out of the competition for ya' girl's hearts." Gabe says to Jesse, with a toothy grin on her face. She quickly grabbed as much booze as she could, before looking to the exit, and raising her fist up into the air. "CLEVER ESCAPE PLAN, B*TCHES!" She screamed at the very top of her lungs, as she created an eye searingly bright light that engulfed the room, masking her movements like she predicted. Gabe hauled ass down the hallway.

By the time the light faded all that could be seen was Gabe hauling ass down the hallway.

Okay. Maybe Jake did cross a few lines with his prank. Clearly neither of his female ladies appreciated the joke. If it was Gabe she would be laughing right now... Except it wasn't her. He felt remorse, either because he made Arianna awkward, and think less of him. Whether it was because he was making himself look bad in front of his crush. "Oh um..." He said, scratching the back of his head. "... I'm sorry." He said, with genuine remorse. He looked back around the corner to see that girl still freaking out... Probably nearly gave her a heart attack, and she looks like the type that'd lash out at any second. Now would be a good time to stop, before he crosses any lines that he won't be able to uncross. "Let's just go." Jake started walking off, his illusion of invisibility still present, he had assumed that his two lovely ladies were following. They've made it a bit of a distance away from Eliza. It was quiet, that kind of quiet when he knew that he messed up. That's when he started talking again, "Um, sorry about that, I just thought it was in the name of good fun." Jake said, he stopped and turned around towards them, scratching the back of his neck. "So... What do you want to do? I was thinking we look around and find something interesting to watch."

They're scurrying around like rats in the dark. You and I? I don't know what you think you are, but I'm no rat."

The odd change in tone and posture was picked up by Jaska, well, more like his instincts was doing that. He took it as a reason to attempt to exceed Felina in the intimidation arena. Jaska's wings extended as far as this cramp hallway could allow. Like an animal trying to appear larger to ward off predators. You can't say that yet, you haven't seen what I become. Jaska thought to himself, giving Felina a narrow glare. He was still wary of her. Still that human in him still told him to at least try to be hospitable and polite. "I'm Jaska." Was all he said in response to Felina. All other sentiments were to be kept inside of himself.

Shade wrote:
"You. You ever hunt? I'm not going to stay around here. Something happens to someone in the dark and they'll blame me first. Out in the woods, no one cares. You're welcome to join me. Or stay. I don't care much either way."

There was a silent urging for him to go with Felina. He has hunted for ages ever since these powers of his manifested. Anything that he could find, he hunted and killed. Squirrels, birds, cats, dogs, rabbits.... But the rabbits... They were what he really hated killing the most in order to feed his seemingly endless urges. "... Yes. I do..." He says, the amount of hesitancy in his voice was obvious. There was something else that he had in mind. "But.. It's like..." He trailed off, looking around just in case anyone was - You would have heard them, or smelled them - in the vicinity to listen. "... I have to hunt, or I'll... Lose control, and attack someone..." That was all he wanted to say - There was a difference between his beast form, and losing control of himself (Though, both are very similar). The very second he finished talking, he looked away, not like he was looking for something, he was distracting himself. It took a bit of gall, but he managed to agree to Felina's offer, "I'll come with you. Just..." He trailed off, like he was going to say something, but choose not to at the last second.

I'm here whether you like it or not. The question is how long you plan on standing around pranking each other before we get moving."

The growing back and forth between Seth and Abe only caused Drake to roll his eyes. He was really starting to regret saying that previous statement. But... There were questions inside of Drake. The kind of things that he wouldn't be afraid to ask, and showed a different side of his (metaphorical) 'coin'. "But, let's stop the hostilities for a moment for some real talk." Drake's demeanor changed from sarcastic to a much more serious and curious outward attitude. "Seth, have you considered the fact that you act like an emotionless machine all the time, and people can find you... Irritating?" Since Adam wasn't around, and he was really in the need of some good old nicotine, Drake pulled out a cigarette and slid it in between his lips. A little second-hand smoke won't kill you. As he lit the cigarette, he spoke to Seth, "I mean, I don't think it wins you any friends by acting like there's nothing more to you than being a teacher's pet ." Drake finished lighting the cigarette, keeping his gaze on Seth, These were just things that were on Drake's mind for awhile, he's just taking this opportunity to say this because of the 'I'm here whether I like it or not' line.

Ray Judah Drager, & Dexter 'Rush' Chertok.

Both Ray and Rush stood over the sleeping Mina, each standing at one of her sides. Their reactions were general confusion... Then it quickly became a interpersonal snarkfest.

Both of them spoke in the most sarcastic attitudes they can,

"Did mean you mean right on the spot, Boy Genius?" Ray said

"Yes. Best find pillow. Naptime." Rush responded

"Well, I would use the pillow made by the Rush Enterprises brand, but it doubles as a high-impact explosive."

"Like Rush Enterprises computer."

"Yeah. The gas powered computer.... Never trusted those. They hurt the environment."

"Ha. Technology break environment. Technology fix environment. Simple as that."

"I think I'll pass. You might spread mind-controlling nanomachines into the air and end all organic life."

The two walked off into the dorms continuing their back and forth, leaving Mina to her own fate.

Claire

Just as Claire was about to make another witty flirt, the lights went off and she was plunged into total darkness. Claire hated the dark with every fiber of her very being. It was literally built into her DNA that she hated the dark. It stopped her powers from working, and very soon she felt the eight hands of her shadows clinging tightly to her in an attempt to prevent themselves from being lost in the darkness. "SON OF A-" she began to articulate before Adam began to speak. She stopped herself and grabbed the flashlight out of the air. She shrugged and grabbed Drake's too, causing two beams of light to appear in front of her. Two shadows appeared in the beams of light and two more huddled towards the base of Claire, only their hands visible. As soon as Adam closed the door, Claire handed the two shadows the flashlight and walked away.

"F*CK! F*CK! F*CK! SON OF A F*CKING B*TCH!" she began to scream curse words off the walls while kicking any non-human object that stayed still and being as stereotypically pissed off as was physically possible. Of course the f*cking lights would go off as soon as she was about to impress Drake! Just her luck. After several minutes of this, Claire returned with the words "I need a f*cking cigarette." She took the pack out of the inside pocket of her jacket and, sticking on in the corner of her mouth, responded to Drake.

"Sounds like a plan." she said, completely disregarding what had just happened "I'll kick your ass another day when I can f*cking see." She lit the cigarette and inhaled, letting the smoke calm her nerves and steady her mind. She realized she was being rude, and offered Drake a cigarette. "You smoke?" she asked.

Titus

Titus was outside when the lights went out and panic ensued. Even the street lamps blew out, plunging him into darkness with no light above. He wasn't carrying a flashlight, of course, and so stumbled a few moments while his eyes began to adjust to the low light. He growled menacingly and cursed several times under his breath as he tripped over a snow-covered topiary and crashed into a no smoking sign. He laid on the ground spread eagle for several moments, just thinking. While this darkness was certainly an inconvenience, it could provide him with some opportunities as well. Titus hated losing in general. He was bred for being a winner, both on the weight platforms and in life. Getting his ass kicked, both physically and metaphorically, made his very soul burn within his body and tortured him to the extent that he could hardly even sleep. Already he had made himself quite the hit list. Obviously Neal was first, followed by Abe and Drake, both of whom made a joke of his abilities. Next after them was that boy Jake who had taken that pretty brunette Arianna from him back in the lounge a few days back. Drake, Abe, and Neal were all in the same place, meaning that Titus attacking them would be suicide, but he was fairly certain that Jake was not with them. Hell, maybe he was even with the girl. He could crush Jake with ease and show the girls that he was the superior mate. Yes, Jake would be the superior target. The darkness would give Titus cover to surprise attack him. Either way, it wasn't like Titus couldn't handle having a house dropped on him.

Titus rolled over onto his belly and got up, his eyes now adjusted to the very low light. A minute or so later, he was at the dorms, where he began to walk around, searching for his targets. He found them almost too easily on the first floor of the dorms with some girl that Titus had never seen before. They were talking, but Titus was too far away to hear what they were saying. He thought of how he would act here, not wanting to necessarily jump in and beat the tar out of Jake in order to save some suaveness. The key here was to make Jake look like the fool. Either get him to cower away or get him to start the fight himself so that either way he looked bad to Arianna. Once she shrugged him off, Arianna would be Titus' for the taking. He rolled up the sleeves of his flannel shirt and walked forward as ominously as he could towards Jake and Arianna.

"Yo Arianna!" Titus said rather loudly when he got about ten feet from Jake and associates "What are you hanging out with his weakling for? You can do SO much better than that!"

Seth

Even before Drake said anything, Seth saw a change in his non-verbal communication. "Lets." He visibly loosened up and even smiled. A genuine one. If it wasn't for the suddenness of his transition it would have seemed completely natural. This was more akin to how Seth portrayed himself on the first night. "All the time is bit of an exaggeration, but I know exactly what you mean." More than you'll ever know. However, he decided that shedding a bit of light couldn't hurt. After all, if Drake ever got talking to Adam on the subject he might go into even more detail. "I'll have you know that this robot personality you speak of isn't an act, it's a side effect of my power. You see I understand lots of things, about just about everything, including myself. Whenever my body enlists an emotional response I automatically know where it came from, what I'm feeling, why I'm feeling it, and most importantly that it's all just chemicals. Over analysis to the point where there is little pleasure or pain, just reaction to stimulus."

Seth paused a little to let the basic explanation of his world sink in. The truth was he was constantly being bombarded with such intricate information that a normal mind would be overwhelmed. There weren't even words to describe some of the things he observed on a regular basis. "For example, there are 599 additives in that cigarette you're holding. When lit like so, over 4,000 chemical compounds are created, and I can recite every single one to you." With that Seth took a step back, however he remained within normal conversation range. I'm sure he'd be less ecstatic if I told him the effects his tobacco use has had on his body so far. No matter, he should know the risks. "There's more to me than being a teacher's pet, just like there's more to you than being a showoff. Out of everyone at the academy they are a little more understanding and appreciative of my talents, I'm sure you can see why."

Mina
-

Mina watched Ray and Rush walk off blankly. She stood there for a moment before she hunched over and Began laughing- it wasn't just a few giggles; it was loud laughs of amusement.

"Oh- wow! You chose the right thing to do- oh man. That's hilarious- I..." She continued laughing for a little bit longer before sighing, finished. Really, she couldn't help it that she fell asleep, for once. Sometimes it just happens- she is so tired that she just falls asleep right there without even her wanting to sleep.

Mina sighed and sat next to her physical form. She wasn't even cold, yet, so she was fine for now.

"I think I would still be more tired than usual, so I'll just wait a bit before I wake up- maybe once I actually feel cold," she announced to no one.

Really, she did have problems.

Merry had begun to feel a bit conflicted when Gabe handed her the new drink. It didn't quite seem as nice as the second one, but not nearly as horrible as the first. Merry, this being her first time ever consuming anything alcoholic, was already feeling a bit buzzed. Like she could still think straight, but if someone was to give her a really good reason to do something against her better judgement, she might just cave in. She took the new drink, deciding that taking a few sips wouldn't be all that horrible. And so she did. After a couple of sips of the new drink, and Merry deciding she didn't like the flavor, she set it down on the nearest flat surface, just in time for Val to return to the room.

And if Merry could have died from shock and fear she would have done so in that moment. Merry couldn't quite think straight but goodness was he tall, and intimidating. Like fifty percent of the people who attended the dang school. She was about to apologies when he began to laugh, instantly lifting the weighted fear off of her chest. After this she began to tune out the conversation, letting whatever happened happen. She could hear a bunch more comments about girls, and pimps, but that was about it. Before there was some muffled shouting, a bright flash of light, and silence.

Merry then laid back on the bed she was previously sitting on, swinging her legs blissfully off the side of it. She was happily content with what she felt right now. Everything was warm and fuzzy and she wasn't worried or anxious about anything and the dumb smile on her face proved it.

Carmen 'Lily' Santo.

This was a change of events. First Val came in looking like he was about to murder everyone in the room for touching his booze. Then he starts being a cheerful man, and supported even more underaged alcoholism! This provoked a narrow glare... Then Val started talking about all the ladies that Jesse had in his room, that's when things got suspicious. Naturally, Jesse figured everything out and told Gabe to leave. The guilty party, that just so happened to be Gabe, immediately fled.

By blinding the hell out of everyone.

Lily remained quiet the whole time, everything she wanted to say remained in her head. Only when Gabe blinded everyone with her own personal flashbang. "MY EYES! THAT SON OF A B*TCH!" She screamed, as the light was so bright that it managed to burn Lily's eyes. Just by that one use of her gift, Lily managed to figure out so much about it. Laser Manipulation: She absorbs light from the areas around her to create dangerous lasers. The anger brings out the most unstable lasers. She mentally thought to herself as she started massaging her temples. By the time the irritation to her body was though, she was already quite pissed off at Gabe. Probably going to never speak to the little drunkie again. "Argh, b*tch nearly burned my eyes out." Lily said to herself, though it sounded directed at the group in the room. Then she turned her attention to Val. She had never met the guy before, "So, um, I'm Lily, a friend of Jesse." She said, her voice low and tired, "I guess you must be pissed because she..." Lily stopped mid-sentence to direct a glare at Merry, who was lounging on the bed, probably drunk off her ass. "... Stole your drinks. I don't drink, so you don't have to worry about me drinking any..." She turned to Jesse, pointing a finger at him, before continuing, "He didn't either."

Drake Deltori Blackmore.

So maybe it isn't all an act. Drake thought to himself as he listened to Seth's explanation. He listened, his eyes and ears were attentive. He took occasional inhales of his cigarette, blowing a puff of smoke out of his mouth. So apparently Mr. Seth can understand everything - Like an omniscient. Though there's a difference between the two. The power that Seth was 'gifted' with changed him. Like, his mind into a cold emotionless machine - It was likely he was human in there at some point, and it looks like he gave it all away for power. Which was something that Drake was afraid of personally. Like a lot of things; Drake was afraid of losing himself. The man that makes him, him. He even would go as far as not even wanting a power if it changed his personally. A bit of his perception of Seth changed, it was like a twinge of feeling sorry for him. Drake took a puff of the cigarette, and held it in between his fingers. He closed his eyes for a moment, before saying, "Heh, I understand." He started laughing quietly, not in the way that he was laughing at Seth. "Yeah, there's plenty more layers to me than you all know-" And shouldn't. "-The thing is, I don't think any of you will be exploring the depths and inner-layers of my personality anytime soon." He started laughing again, "And I think the same goes for the rest of ya'll?"

Oh f*ck. He totally forgot about Claire being engrossed in his conversation with Seth. He forgot that he was supposed to win her heart. Claire was swearing off to the side like a sailor. Wow, honey's got a temper. He thought to himself, with a smile creeping on his face. "Now, now, there's no need to swear little lady," Drake says in a sarcastic attitude, a cheeky grin on his face, "This is an institution of learning! We have need for such foul language!" Soon enough, Drake was back to his normal, cocky, attitude. He walked forward, and upon the mention of him smoking, his eyes peered down towards his cigarette, then back to Claire. He exhaled a puff of smoke. "Heh, yeah. Everyone tells me that I shouldn't because my lungs will be sh*t by the time I'm thirty." He started laughing, before declining the cigarette, "No need, sweetheart. I already have my own - In fact, I should be giving you some of mine."

"Now, let's get the show on the road. I'm tired of this place and everyone in it." Drake says as he went for the exit. Leading his band of friends out of the building, and through the snow. He was in the front of the group, leading them. Like an alpha wolf should. It wasn't long until they came across the entrance to the dorms, Drake looked up the building, with a grin on his face. It was time for some generalized mischief, and mayhem, all complementary of Drake Blackmore. "So guys, let's go on a panty-" He said, until he noticed a light snoring off to the side. "Hm?" He looked over to see a sleeping Asian-chick just in the snow. He was a little confused for a moment as to why she was sleeping in this particular spot, in the cold snow. She could catch a cold in this weather. Heh, when you're tired, everything's a bed! Though, he wasn't going to start his pranking spree until this girl wakes up. It would be against his code to leave a sleeping out here like this, especially if someone gets a little lusty. But... A devious grin crept up on Drake's face. He hatched a plan to start his pranking spree by writing all over her unconscious body. Just write on her, and walk off before she wakes up. Drake reached into his pocket, pulled out a black marker, and knelt down to start drawing on her.

Not this meathead again... Jake rolled his eyes upon finding Titus had found them. He was in the least bit intimidated by the big fellow. Because Jake knew that he could have all the strength in the world, but he can't hit what he can't see. Jake would have him chasing shadows in seconds. A big part of Jake wanted to say something along the lines of 'Because I didn't weird her out by kissing her hand' but that would be instigating a fight. He responded to Titus with dismissal, "Thanks for the relationship advice, pal." He said in the most apathetic tone he could. "We'll be going now." Jake turned around away from Titus and gestured for everyone. The best way to handle this was to leave, he didn't have any interest in the hulking man. However, he had his head turned over his shoulder, and he was looking at the bruiser with one eye. Jake was ready to cast an illusion to protect them, if it came to be necessary.

Thorn just blinks. She couldn't easily tell what these two wanted with her other than to be sure she wasn't up to anything. But then, what would she be up to. She was just standing there. She takes up the notebook and writes a note, tearing out the paper and handing it to them. I was just on my way back to my dorm and the lights went out. Is something wrong? The girl's face was blank. She was just trying to read them. One seemed a bit too chipper to be healthy. The other was more nonchalant than Thorn knew how to respond to. It was an odd blend.

Mina saw a group of people approach her body. She glared at them when they approached. "What? You've never seen a chick sleeping in the snow before!?" She snapped. But then one of them- Drake Blackmoore. Yeah, that was his name. Adan's kid- he took out a marker.

"Oh no you do-" Mina tried to wake up. No she couldn't. She was still to tired.

"Of all the times..." Mina growled as she watched. She kept on trying to return to her body but... Couldn't. She grumbled insults a Drake an it was not until he was done with his doodles- a series of obscenities and messages such as "Property of Drake," written on her face. It wasn't until he finished that Mina found herself able to wake up.

Her eyes snapped open and she quickly sat up, practically glaring daggers at Drake. "Drake Blackmoore..." She grumbled, looking at the ground as she spoke. She felt her face heating up-not with embarrassment, but anger as she spoke. "...I am going to kill you..." She grabbed a handful of snow and scraped it against her face in every place she had remembered Drake doodling on her. Black ink whipped off into the ball of snow. She glared at it and just dropped the snow before glaring once again at Drake, everything that had been drawn on her now being mostly smears of ink except for an area on the left side of her jaw that read, "Property ...... Drake". The "of" was now smeared.

Mina just glared at him for a few seconds. She had several words for this guy. Instead she just turned around and began to walk away. She was so angry and frustrated that she felt her eyes stig with threteaning tears. She SO wanted to punch Drake. But she wasn't one to fight- too much energy.

Niza and Bre

Bre nodded thankfully at Jackson, "alright, thank you." Thus when yet arrived in the dorms, Bre separated from the other two and began headin for Len's dorm.

Niza followed Jackson into the dorm room after he invited her in, "Thanks hun," she smiled. It seemed like a normal dorm (minus the missing lights, but currently it was the normal thing in a blackout). "So..." She sat down on one of the beds in the dorm room. "...How's your first week here been?"

Drake Deltori Blackmore.

Now Drake was legitimately surprised that Mina suddenly woke up. He jumped up onto his feet, dropping his marker in the process. He just watched as Mina scolded him, then wiped the ink off her face. Undoing all his good work! He wasn't even finished yet! He wanted to draw on her arms and legs. Drake remained silent, his face blank, though he was fighting back a smile. Until Mina was leaving, that was when Drake spoke, "Wait, you were supposed to stay asleep! You didn't let me draw the penises!" Well, it was her fault for falling asleep in the bloody cold public. She might as well had her ass out. In fact Drake was the best person to have found her. Anyone else would have been drawing on her ass. Either way, she'll be fine.

Leon Maddox Vahan, & Megan Emma Jervious.

I was just on my way back to my dorm and the lights went out.  Is something wrong?

The note was read by Leon before Thorn even presented it. So he didn't need to look at it himself. He didn't really show much of a response to Thorn's note, except, he spoke answering her question, "Other than the fact no one can see more than two feet in front of them; nothing at all." He said, sarcastically, with a half-smile on his face.

Since Leon apparently wasn't going to take the note, Megan reached over and grabbed it, scanning it thoroughly. Then she looked up at Thorn. The writings of a note were no more valuable and trustworthy than words spoken out loud. It wasn't that Megan didn't believe her - The last twenty students they talked more-or-less said the same thing. It was just that Megan has getting bored. She felt like having a bit of fun with the mute snake girl, and she was interesting so far. "Oh? If you're going to your room, then how about we escort you?" This was said in a feigned skeptical tone, perfectly mimicked by Megan in order to play Thorn along. "It is our job to make sure the students go about their, and in the dark, you'll have a problem maneuvering." She started laughing, "One slip, and you'll be needing a hospital visit!"

Only a light chuckle came from Leon, like he knew exactly what Megan was doing.

Amimoore Black Dellamorte.

((Forgot about this))

With that one taser, the goon went down. Due to a combined assault from Amimoore. Stunned, but not unconscious.

Before he could scurry off, Amimoore got on top of him, and released her telekinetic virus into the faceless goon. A purple-grey energy was sent throughout his entire body, and allowed Amimoore to telekinetically control him. He floated up a few feet into the air, and couldn't move an inch. Now it was time to haul this goon over to the detention center. "Thank you, Eric. I couldn't have done it without you." She turned towards her cargo, "Now, I'm going to take him to the detention center, I'll see you later." She said before she left.

Abraham Gene

Talking about touchy-feelies wasn't quite in Abe's modus operandi for what he considered to be fun, or even manly by any variation of such. If Drake wanted to let everybody know he's as mysterious as the moon just because Seth decided to reveal that he is fundamentally - surprise, surprise - a robot, then good for him. Personally, Abe had no such intentions. He dare not even think about it lest he wished to kill somebody. Such disgusting secrets were to remain that way. Let no one in. No setting yourself up for weakness. Seriously, who would be so much of an idiot to even let it be known that there's "more to you than you appear"? These feelings were of course what prompted him to shrug absentmindedly and twiddle his thumbs during the conversation, even at the sake of him looking shallow. After all, whatever! Abe was under no obligation to find interest in the subject and he was greatly relieved when Drake alleviated the mood and decided to press on towards the dorm section of the school.

Passing through the snow covered courtyard in the midst of a icy flurry, they were presented with a wonderful opportunity! This poor little girl... asleep. Alone. He heard some chuckling from Drake's direction and, looking at him, held a marker in his hand and quietly toed his way towards her. This prompted some laughter from Abe, who said, "So you really are thinking what I'm thinking!" Though the prank that followed was honestly much less impressive and much more innocent than he had anticipated. Drawing on her face? Laaame! Whatever, it was still something to piss her off when she wakes up. Speaking of which, it didn't take long for the girl to wake up and start yelling at Drake. Okay, so yelling wasn't such a great term, more like scolding or lecturing or something. Threatening? Oh, joy, now they had a girl coming for their blood. Whose power was, what? Sleeping in the snow? Could they at least get some cooler enemies? Seriously, this was getting super lame.

"Aaaand we lost her." Abraham crooned, making the "world's smallest violin" gesture with a satirical and mocking puppy dog face. "Maybe we should'a gone and bury her in the snow instead?"
