In a perfect world, I would start with a Croagunk. But that hardly matters since I'd be hard-pressed to find a poison-type that I didn't like.

Well, I made a list of ten poison types for the test, but before we start throwing pokemon around, I would prefer if you made a sheet, Lieo.

I'm not wearing my glasses, so what do you look like?:

Basil appears as a smug individual, whose face appears to be caught in a perpetual cocky smirk. He is reasonably attractive (and he knows it), and even though he hasn't quite entered his adult years, he sure as hell looks like a man as his body seems to have matured faster than most. He has striking amber eyes and vibrant red dyed hair that is usually contrasted with his pale skin and darker clothing. Standing at 5'11" and weighing at a rather healthy 150 lbs, he may be able to scare some people by puffing up his chest. He isn't especially muscular or athletic and has a slim build more than anything, but he is capable of packing some punch when push comes to shove. He has a confident posture, not too many scars aside from maybe a couple of unimportant scrapes from helping his father work or just tripping or getting into fights. He has a hand-me-down red button up shirt from his father that he usually likes to wear along side his leather jacket and dark jeans. He only has one pair of shoes, and those are his boots that he has had for quite a while and has become somewhat attached to them. If he were to go to a special occasion, he would take some effort to clean himself up and lose the jacket, opting for a nice black vest he got at a dress shop on one occasion, along with the dress pants and belt he got there that matched the vest. His favorite red shirt stays of course, and considering he has only has one pair of shoes, he has little choice but to wear his boots. This, however, at least provides a refreshing mix of punk and class. He's a considerably healthy guy without much of a history of sickness (save for maybe the occasional spurts of narcissism), no disease to speak of, and no diagnosed disorders of any sort. Perhaps some of the few physical abnormalities he may have are double jointed elbows, some impressive muscle control (which can make for some amusing facial gestures), and perhaps that he's able to pop and crack most of the joints in his body. But beyond that, he's as healthy as a horse.

What is your personality like?: If confident, cocky and stubborn doesn't strike your fancy, then I'm afraid you're out of luck. His disposition is a counter-balance to his initially attractive appearance - he isn't much like one of those rich, snobby douchebags in nature, but he's a free soul that doesn't much like to listen to anybody and would rather do what wanted at that time. He is confident in himself and his abilities, he's cocky and gets ahead of himself, often jumping head first without knowing what's ahead, and incredibly stubborn; you'd have an easier time finding a lion in the Artic than you would finding Basil give up. He'd rather get the job done than leaving a mess in front of his unfinished work. However, you would first have to find a task where he'd be willing to spend so much time doing it, which is a chore all on its own. He can also be rather lazy unless there's something worth doing, since Basil isn't the type to invest time into something if his own benefit isn't  worthwhile. He has a habit of making light of serious situations, much to the chagrin of those around him.

Despite all of these sacrilegious shortcomings, Basil does have some redeeming factors. While being incredibly flirtatious with women may not be one of them, this is supported with a kind of charisma that isn't found in many people. He isn't a leader and he has traits that would drive people over the edge, but he just has this energy that can fill a room rapturously, much like a party-goer. Loud music and dancing sets the mood (speaking of music, he isn't very picky when it comes to it; you're more likely to find him with rock or metal music though), his enthusiasm, jokes and stories can put smiles on peoples faces, and if you're tolerant enough to be friends with him, he will defend you, whether it be in a physical fight or verbal debate. His stubbornness grants him a fighting spirit to the point where he's able to fight by just pure willpower alone. If he's debating with somebody, you may witness what is usually an unseen sight of him - he can hold his own - as in, behind all of that confidence is also an intelligent person that knows more than he lets on. Getting a little deeper, his exterior is a product of hard city living, some bit of his actual personality, and part of it is even a barrier. Something to keep people from getting in, and perhaps even harming him in some way. This keeps him romantically distant from people, and even the tiniest bit mistrusting of even his friends. Ironically, normal people's reaction to him is one of the few things his barrier was put up to protect him against. His confidence and careless attitude protects him against the snide and hard comments and criticism of the bystanders he inadvertently insults, and even still, it leaves a slight, stinging pang in his heart. He prefers to do things his own way as a result.

Erica seems like a mirror image of Cirrus: he knows almost nothing practical about Pokemon and is obsessed with becoming a Pokemon battler (he'd want to be Champion, but he hasn't thought that far ahead) but he has the same must-win attitude. I can imagine funny interactions between the two.

By the way if anyone wants a sprite of their character (and Pokemon?) just let me know. Like that.

I actually make my own sprites. The ones up there weren't just pre-made.

I know yours are custom, I was asking anyone else if they wanted custom sprites.

Could you make me some for my characters? I can whip up some descriptions.

Sure, just PM me their descriptions and what pose you'd like or what existing sprite to use as a base. (For example, Cirrus's base is the Sinnoh snow Ace Trainer.)

It would be cool if you could make a sprite for my character, too, but the description can be really confusing, unless I gave you a tiny picture showing what the markings on her face looked like.
